Description

用于冰箱的搁架组件和冰箱 技术领域
本发明涉及家用电器领域, 具体而言, 涉及一种用于水箱的搁架组件和具有该搁架 组件的水箱。 背景技术
传统可调式搁架调节方式有两种: 第一种是搁架放置在胆筋上, 通过将搁架拉出箱 胆, 然后重新放置在需要合适的胆筋上实现搁架的上下可调; 第二种是搁架底部增加铁 质支撑框, 箱胆增加悬臂梁, 支撑框与悬臂梁有悬挂固定结构, 通过调节支撑框悬挂悬 臂梁上下位置实现搁架上下调节。
第一种可调距离受胆筋间距的限制, 调整位置时比较繁瑣使用不方便; 第二种由于 搁架增加支撑框使得搁架较重,上下调节时需要将搁架旋转一定的角度,操作比较复杂。 发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决上述技术问题之一。 为此, 本发明的一个目的在于提出一种可上下 调节高度的用于水箱的搁架组件。
本发明的另一个目的在于提出一种具有该搁架组件的水箱。
根据本发明第一方面实施例的用于水箱的搁架组件, 包括: 搁板, 所述搁板设有第一至 第四安装部件; 和第一至第四搁架, 所述第一至第四搁架中的每一个均设有配合槽, 所述第 一搁架位于所述搁板的左侧, 所述第二搁架位于所述搁板的右侧, 所述第一和第二搁架中的 每一个的配合槽包括沿竖直方向延伸的滑槽和设在所述滑槽的后侧壁内并与所述滑槽连通 且沿竖直方向间隔开的多个容纳槽,所述第一安装部件在所述第一搁架的滑槽内可沿竖直方 向滑动以便位置可调地与所述第一搁架的容纳槽配合,所述第二安装部件在所述第二搁架的 滑槽内可沿竖直方向滑动以便位置可调地与所述第二搁架的容纳槽配合,所述第三安装部件 与所述第三搁架的配合槽配合且沿竖直方向位置可调,所述第四安装部件与所述第四搁架的 配合槽配合且沿竖直方向位置可调。

如图 1-12所示, 根据本发明实施例的用于水箱的搁架组件 2包括: 搁板 21 , 第一搁架 22a , 第二搁架 22b , 第三搁架 22c和第四搁架 22d。
具体地说, 搁板 21设有第一至第四安装部件。
第一搁架 22a , 第二搁架 22b , 第三搁架 22c和第四搁架 22d中的每一个均设有配合槽。 第一搁架 22a位于搁板 21的左侧 (即如图 1和图 9中所示的左)。 第二搁架 22b位于搁板 21的右侧 (即如图 1和图 9中所示的右)。
如图 3所示,第二搁架 22b中的配合槽包括沿竖直方向延伸的滑槽 22bl和设在滑槽 22bl 的后侧壁内并与滑槽 22bl连通且沿竖直方向间隔开的多个容纳槽 22b2。 第一搁架 22a的结 构与第二搁架 22b左右对称。
所述第一安装部件在第一搁架 22 a的滑槽内可沿竖直方向滑动以便位置可调地与第一搁 架 22a的容纳槽配合。 所述第二安装部件在第二搁架 22b的滑槽 22bl 内可沿竖直方向滑动 以便位置可调地与第二搁架 22b的容纳槽 22b2配合。
所述第三安装部件与第三搁架 22c的配合槽配合且沿竖直方向位置可调。所述第四安装 部件与第四搁架 22d的配合槽配合且沿竖直方向位置可调。
根据本发明实施例的用于水箱的搁架组件, 搁板 21通过第一至第四安装部件分别对应 地安装在第一搁架 22a , 第二搁架 22b , 第三搁架 22c和第四搁架 22d上且可定位在预定的 位置, 可以使搁板 21稳定地置于搁架组件上, 且搁板 21在竖直方向上的位置可调节, 因此 搁架组件的结构简单, 搁板 21的位置调节方便。
在本发明的一些实施例中, 如图 1所示, 第三搁架 22c设在搁板 21的左侧且与第一搁 架 22a沿前后方向间隔开。 第四搁架 22d设在搁板 21的右侧且与第二搁架 22b沿前后方向 间隔开。 第三搁架 22c和第四搁架 22d左右对称, 第三搁架 22c的结构与第一搁架 22a相同 且第四搁架 22d与第二搁架 22b的结构相同。
也就是说,第三搁架 22c和第四搁架 22d中的每一个的配合槽包括沿竖直方向延伸的滑 槽和设在所述滑槽的后侧壁内并与所述滑槽连通且沿竖直方向间隔开的多个容纳槽。所述第 三安装部件在第三搁架 22c的滑槽内可沿竖直方向滑动以便位置可调地与第三搁架 22c的容 纳槽配合。所述第四安装部件在第四搁架 22d的滑槽内可沿竖直方向滑动以便位置可调地与 第四搁架 22d的容纳槽配合。
所述第一至第四安装部件均设在搁板 21底面上。 具体地, 所述第一安装部件包括设在 搁板 21底面上且具有安装孔的安装块 211 a (如图 1所示)和配合在所述安装孔内且延伸超 出搁板 21的支撑轴。所述第二安装部件包括设在搁板 21底面上且具有安装孔的安装块 211b (如图 5所示)和配合在所述安装孔内且延伸超出搁板 21的支撑轴。
所述第一安装部件的支撑轴与所述第二安装部件的支撑轴可以一体形成,如图 1所示的 支撑轴 212a。 所述第三安装部件包括设在搁板 21底面上且具有安装孔的安装块 211 c (如图 2所示)和配合在所述安装孔内且延伸超出搁板 21 的支撑轴。 所述第四安装部件包括设在 搁板 21底面上且具有安装孔的安装块 211 d (如图 5所示)和配合在所述安装孔内且延伸超 出搁板 21的支撑轴。 所述第三安装部件的支撑轴与所述第四安装部件的支撑轴可以一体形 成, 如图 1中所示的支撑轴 212b。
也就是说, 所述第一和第三安装部件从搁板 21 的左侧面伸出且沿前后方向 (即如图 1 中所示的前后方向) 间隔开, 所述第二和第四安装部件从搁板 21的右侧面伸出且沿前后方 向间隔开。 即, 所述第一安装部件的支撑轴在第一搁架 22a的滑槽内可沿竖直方向滑动以便 位置可调地与第一搁架 22a容纳槽配合。
所述第二安装部件的支撑轴在第二搁架 22b的滑槽内可沿竖直方向滑动以便位置可调地 与第二搁架 22b容纳槽配合;所述第三安装部件的支撑轴在第三搁架 22c的滑槽内可沿竖直 方向滑动以便位置可调地与第三搁架 22c容纳槽配合。
所述第四安装部件的支撑轴在第四搁架 22d的滑槽内可沿竖直方向滑动以便位置可调地 与第四搁架 22d容纳槽配合。
由此, 可以实现搁板 21在第一至第四搁架 22a-22d的对应容纳槽 22b2内定位, 当需要 调节搁板 21的高度时, 则使支撑轴离开容纳槽 l l l进入滑槽 22bl以通过沿竖直方向在滑 槽 22bl内移动进行上下位置的调整, 并重新定位在预定的容纳槽 22b2内。
有利地,如图 3所示,第二搁架 22b的容纳槽 22b2与滑槽 22bl弧形过渡,且容纳槽 22b2 的底部形成有向下凹的弧形凹陷。 由此, 当调节搁板 21的高度时, 可以减少支撑轴离开容 纳槽进入滑槽时所产生的摩擦阻力, 便于调节。

根据本发明另一实施例, 第三搁架 22c和第四搁架 22d设在搁板 21的后方 (即如图 9 中所示的后)且沿左右方向(即如图 9所示的左右方向)间隔开。 所述第三和第四安装部件 设在搁板 21的后侧面上且沿左右方向间隔开。
如图 10-11所示, 第四搁架 22d的配合槽包括沿竖直方向间隔布置的多个定位槽 22dl。 所述第四安装部件沿竖直方向位置可调地配合在定位槽 22dl 内。 可以理解地是, 第三搁架 22c与第四搁架 22d可以左右对称, 第三搁架 22c的配合槽也包括沿竖直方向间隔布置的多 个定位槽(未示出)。 所述第三安装部件沿竖直方向位置可调地配合在定位槽 22dl内。
所述第三安装部件为与搁板一体形成的定位凸起 21 Oa ,所述第四安装部件为与搁板一体 形成的定位凸起 210b , 如图 12所示。 定位凸起 210a , 210b可以为方柱, 定位槽可以为与 所述方柱适配的方形通槽。 如图 11所示, 第四搁架 22d的定位槽 22dl的上沿设有向后延伸 出的凸棱 22d2。 第三搁架 22c的定位槽的上沿也设有向后延伸出的凸棱。
第一搁架 22a和第二搁架 22b可以与上述实施例相同, 这里不再详细描述。
具体而言,所述第一安装部件的支撑轴在第一搁架的滑槽内可沿竖直方向滑动以便位置 可调地与第一搁架的容纳槽配合,所述第二安装部件的支撑轴在第二搁架的滑槽内可沿竖直 方向滑动以便位置可调地与第二搁架的容纳槽配合, 所述第三安装部件的定位凸起 210a可 插接在第三搁架 22c的定位槽内,所述第四安装部件的定位凸起 210b可插接在第四搁架 22d 的定位槽 22dl内, 容纳槽与定位槽在水平位置上——对应。 当需要调节搁板 21在竖直方向 上的位置时,使第三和第四安装部件脱离定位槽并使第一和第二安装部件离开容纳槽进入滑 槽, 使搁板 21沿滑槽上下移动到预定位置时, 使第一和第二安装部进入对应的容纳槽并使 第三和第四部件接合在对应的定位槽内, 以实现搁板位置的调节。
下面参考附图来描述根据本发明实施例的水箱。
如图 1 3-19所示, 根据本发明实施例的水箱, 包括: 箱体 1 , 门体(未示出), 和根据上 述实施例的搁架组件 2。
具体而言,箱体 1内限定有间室 11。所述门体可枢转地安装在箱体 1上以打开和关闭间 室 11。 搁架组件 1设在间室 11 内。 其中, 搁架组件 1的第一搁架 22a , 第二搁架 22b , 第 三搁架 22c和第四搁架 22d分别安装在间室 11的内壁上。 根据本发明实施例的水箱, 搁架 组件 2可以为才艮据上述实施例描述的搁架组件, 这里不再详细描述。
根据本发明实施例的水箱, 搁架组件 1的搁板 21的位置沿竖直方向可调, 并调节方便, 提高了实用性。
在本发明的一个具体实施例中,间室 1的左侧壁上设有沿竖直方向延伸的第一安装槽(未 示出)且间室的右侧壁上设有沿竖直方向第二安装槽 l l lb。 间室 11的左侧壁设有邻近间室 11 的后壁且沿竖直方向间隔开的第一安装凸台 (未示出), 间室 11 的右侧壁上设有邻近间 室 11的后壁且沿竖直方向间隔开的第二安装凸台 l l ld。 第一搁架 22a和安装在所述第一安 装槽内, 例如卡接或螺钉连接, 第二搁架 22b安装在第二安装槽 111b内, 例如卡接或螺钉 连接。 第三搁架 22c安装在所述第一安装凸台上, 例如卡接或螺钉连接, 第四搁架 22d安装 在第二安装凸台 111 d上, 例如卡接或螺钉连接。
也就是说, 先将第一至第四搁架分别安装到水箱间室的内壁上, 然后将搁板安装在搁架 上。 具体地, 例如将搁板如图 18所示的左上右下倾斜, 以使第一和第三安装部件分别配合 到第一和第三搁架中,然后使搁架沿水平方向转动以使第二和第四安装部件分别配合到第二 和第四搁架中。 最终, 第一至第四安装部件分别在第一至第四搁架的容纳槽内定位(或者第 一和第二安装部件在第一和第二搁架的容纳槽内定位且第三和第四安装部件在第三和第四 搁架的定位槽内定位)。

2、 根据权利要求 1所述的用于水箱的搁架组件, 其特征在于, 所述第三搁架设在所述 搁板的左侧且与所述第一搁架沿前后方向间隔开,所述第四搁架设在所述搁板的右侧且与所 述第二搁架沿前后方向间隔开,所述第三和第四搁架中的每一个的配合槽包括沿竖直方向延 伸的滑槽和设在所述滑槽的后侧壁内并与所述滑槽连通且沿竖直方向间隔开的多个容纳槽, 所述第三安装部件在所述第三搁架的滑槽内可沿竖直方向滑动以便位置可调地与所述第三 搁架的容纳槽配合,所述第四安装部件在所述第四搁架的滑槽内可沿竖直方向滑动以便位置 可调地与所述第四搁架的容纳槽配合。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的用于水箱的搁架组件, 其特征在于, 所述第一至第四安装部 件设在所述搁板底面上,所述第一和第三安装部件从所述搁板的左侧面伸出且沿前后方向间 隔开, 所述第二和第四安装部件从所述搁板的右侧面伸出且沿前后方向间隔开。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的用于水箱的搁架组件, 其特征在于, 所述第一至第四安装部 件中的每一个包括设在所述搁板底面上且具有安装孔的安装块,和配合在所述安装孔内且延 伸超出所述搁板的支撑轴,所述支撑轴在所述滑槽内可沿竖直方向滑动以便位置可调地与所 述容纳槽配合。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的用于水箱的搁架组件, 其特征在于, 所述第一安装部件的支 撑轴与所述第二安装部件的支撑轴一体形成,且所述第三安装部件的支撑轴与所述第四安装 部件的支撑轴一体形成。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的用于水箱的搁架组件, 其特征在于, 所述搁板的左侧面上设 有沿前后方向间隔开以分别抵靠所述第一和第三搁架的左限位部,且所述搁板的右侧面上设 有沿前后方向间隔开以分别抵靠所述第二和第四搁架的右限位部。
7、 根据权利要求 4所述的用于水箱的搁架组件, 其特征在于, 所述安装孔的内壁上形 成有凹槽, 所述支撑轴上形成有配合在所述凹槽内的防转凸起。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的用于水箱的搁架组件, 其特征在于, 所述搁板、 所述左限位 部和右限位部以及所述安装块一体成形。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的用于水箱的搁架组件, 其特征在于, 所述第三和第四搁架设 在所述搁板的后方且沿左右方向间隔开,所述第三和第四安装部件设在所述搁板的后侧面上 且沿左右方向间隔开。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的用于水箱的搁架组件, 其特征在于, 所述第三和第四搁架中 的每一个的配合槽包括沿竖直方向间隔布置的多个定位槽,所述第三和第四安装部件沿竖直 方向位置可调地配合在定位槽内。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的用于水箱的搁架组件, 其特征在于, 所述第三和第四安装 部件为与所述搁板一体形成的定位凸起。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的用于水箱的搁架组件, 其特征在于, 所述定位凸起为方柱, 所述定位槽均为与所述方柱适配的方形通槽。
13、 根据权利要求 8所述的用于水箱的搁架组件, 其特征在于, 所述定位槽的上沿设有 向后延伸出的凸棱。
14、 根据权利要求 9所述的用于水箱的搁架组件, 其特征在于, 所述第一和第二安装部 件设在所述搁板底面上, 所述第一安装部件从所述搁板的左侧面伸出, 所述第二安装部件从 所述搁板的右侧面伸出,所述第一和第二安装部件中的每一个包括设在所述搁板底面上且具 有安装孔的安装块, 和配合在所述安装孔内且延伸超出所述搁板的支撑轴, 所述支撑轴在所 述滑槽内可沿竖直方向滑动以便位置可调地与所述容纳槽配合。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的用于水箱的搁架组件, 其特征在于, 所述第一安装部件的 支撑轴与所述第二安装部件的支撑轴一体形成,所述搁板的左侧面上设有抵靠所述第一搁架 的左限位部, 所述搁板的右侧面上设有抵靠所述第二搁架的右限位部。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的用于水箱的搁架组件, 其特征在于, 所述安装孔的内壁上 形成有凹槽, 所述支撑轴上形成有配合在所述凹槽内的防转凸起。
17、 根据权利要求 1所述的用于水箱的搁架组件, 其特征在于, 所述容纳槽与所述滑槽 弧形过渡, 且所述容纳槽的底部形成有向下凹的弧形凹陷。
18、 一种水箱, 其特征在于, 包括:
箱体, 所述箱体内限定有间室;
门体, 所述门体可枢转地安装在所述箱体上以打开和关闭所述间室; 和
根据权利要求 1-17 中任一项所述的搁架组件, 所述搁架组件设在所述间室内, 所述第 一至第四搁架安装在所述间室的内壁上。
19、 根据权利要求 18所述的水箱, 其特征在于: 所述间室的左侧壁上设有沿竖直方向 延伸的第一安装槽且所述间室的右侧壁上设有沿竖直方向第二安装槽,所述间室的左侧壁设 有邻近所述间室的后壁且沿竖直方向间隔开的第一安装凸台,所述间室的右侧壁上设有邻近 所述间室的后壁且沿竖直方向间隔开的第二安装凸台,所述第一和第二搁架分别安装在所述 第一和第二安装槽内, 所述第三搁架安装在所述第一安装凸台上, 所述第四搁架安装在所述 第二安装凸台上。
20、 根据权利要求 19所述的水箱, 其特征在于: 所述第一和第二搁架分别与所述第一 和第二安装槽卡接或螺钉连接,所述第三和第四搁架分别与所述第一和第二安装凸台卡接或 螺钉连接。
