一种钥匙密码锁 技术领域
本发明涉及密码锁技术领域, 具体地说, 涉及一种钥匙密码锁。
背景技术
随着社会的发展, 机械密码锁已经广泛的应用到大家的生活当中, 如 常见的行李密码箱、 密码柜等, 由于使用机械密码锁可以省去了带实物钥 匙的不便, 也可以避免忘带实物钥匙或弄丢实物钥匙带来的不便, 只需要 密码锁密码号就可以打开机械密码锁, 操作非常简单省事; 同时在公司日 常管理中也非常节省人力, 每个员工配备自己的密码锁, 因此受到人们的 青睐; 但随着人们日常生活的压力的增大, 经常有忘事的现象发生, 如果 忘记密码号, 则需要损坏锁具, 给生活带来不便; 其次, 在集体生活工作 管理中也会带来不便, 如每个员工都有相应的柜体, 员工平时使用柜体加 机械密码锁的方式来保管自己的物品, 当员工离职或者因为其他原因不能 来开机械密码锁, 管理人员会以损坏机械密码锁的方式来打开柜体, 造成 一定的财务损失。
中国专利局于 2007年 1月 31日公开了申请号为 200620054273.5的发 明专利, 名称为: 指紋锁, 该指紋锁包括指紋输入模块、 与指紋输入模块 电连接的指紋采集识别模块、 锁具机械模块、 分别与所述指紋采集识别模 块及锁具机械模块电连接的门锁主控驱动模块; 该指紋锁根据采集的人体 指紋作为开锁钥匙, 因此不会因为忘记密码等原因而不能开锁, 但指紋锁 需要有供电电源, 一旦停电则无法使用; 同时指紋锁的成本很高, 不适于 在普通群体中广泛使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术的不足, 提供一种钥匙密码锁, 该钥 匙密码锁可以用密码打开, 也可以用实物钥匙打开; 同时该钥匙密码锁使 用方便, 便于管理, 成本低。
本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种钥匙密码锁, 包括壳体、 密码装置、 锁钩和锁具, 壳体包括相互 配合的底壳和面壳, 所述密码装置设置于底壳的上端面的左侧, 所述锁具 设置于底壳的上端面的右侧, 所述密码装置包括由多个密码轮组成的密码 轮组和由多个与密码轮相配合的调码轮组成的调码轮组, 所述锁钩包括第 一直线段、 弯折段和第二直线段, 第一直线段与第二直线段平行设置, 弯 折段的两端分别与第一直线段的上端、 第二直线段的上端连接, 所述第一 直线段的侧面设有与调码轮相同个数的凸块, 所述凸块呈直线分布; 所述 调码轮包括一个圆环柱, 圆环柱内设有带有开口的圆环, 圆环的开口与所 述的凸块相配合, 圆环与第一直线段相配合, 第一直线段的下端部套入所 述圆环内, 所述圆环柱的外侧面的下端部设有卡体, 所述密码轮的内侧面 设有与卡体相配合的卡槽, 密码轮套于圆环柱的下端部; 所述底壳的左侧 的中部开有与密码轮相配合的通孔, 以及用于安装调码轮的调码孔, 底壳 的左上方开有用于第一直线段插入的下插孔; 所述锁具包括锁芯、 套筒和 锁钩套, 所述底壳的右下方开有用于安装锁芯的下锁孔, 底壳的锁孔的上 方设有用于安装套筒的套筒孔, 底壳的套筒孔的上方设有用于安装锁钩套 的下锁钩套孔, 锁芯设置于锁孔内, 所述套筒设置于套筒孔内且套筒的下 端与锁芯连接, 套筒的上端为开口端且设有内螺紋, 所述锁钩套的下端部 为与套筒相配合的螺紋杆, 锁钩套的上端部伸出底壳, 且锁钩套的上端部 设有用于安装第二直线段的下端部的安装孔, 所述第二直线段位于底壳的 上方。
更进一步地, 所述底壳设有凸起的连接柱, 所述面壳设有与连接柱相 配合插孔, 所述连接柱插入所述的插孔内并卡接。
进一步地, 所述套筒的下端设有连接体, 连接体的下端开有连接孔; 所述锁芯的上端设有偏离锁芯的轴线的传动块, 所述传动块与连接孔配合 并插入所述连接孔内。
更进一步地, 所述传动块、 连接孔均为两个, 且两个传动块关于所述 轴线对称设置。
作为优选, 所述底壳上还设有弹片, 弹片包括固定片和弹性片, 所述 弹性片的一端与固定片连接, 弹性片的另一端位于密码轮与底壳之间。
作为优选, 所述固定片的下方设有压片, 固定片、 压片均开有多个相 配合的圆孔, 所述面壳中部设有多个与所述圆孔相配合的固定柱, 固定柱 插入所述圆孔。
进一步地, 所述面壳的左侧的中部开有用于密码轮旋转的通孔, 面壳 的左侧的上方设有上插孔, 所述上插孔和下插孔配合形成用于第一直线段 插入的插孔; 面壳的右侧的下方设有上锁孔, 所述上锁孔和下锁孔配合形 成用于安装锁芯的锁孔, 面壳的右侧的上方设有上套锁钩孔, 所述上套锁 钩孔和下套锁钩孔相配合形成用于安装套锁钩的套锁钩孔。
进一步地, 所述第一直线段的侧面设有凸起的卡块, 且卡块位于所述 凸块的上方; 所述底壳设有限位孔 134, 限位孔 134内设有限位块, 当卡 块的下端面与限位块接触时, 第二直线段的下端面位于壳体的上方; 底壳 的下插孔的侧边开有用于卡块移动的限位槽 133, 当卡块移动限位槽 133 的上底端, 第一直线段的侧面的凸块均位于该凸块所对应的调码轮的圆环 柱之内, 且第二直线段的下端移出钩锁套。
作为优选, 所述底壳的左下方设有下调码孔, 下调码孔内设有调码弹 簧, 调码弹簧的一端与位于最下方的调码轮相抵, 调码弹簧的另一端与下 调码孔的下端面相抵, 所述调码弹簧与所述调码轮之间设有垫片。
进一步地, 所述弹簧与所述调码轮之间设有垫片。
垫片的开孔面积较调码轮小, 便于与弹簧接触。
进一步地, 底壳中部设有寻码装置, 所述寻码装置包括一个活动块和 多个寻码杆, 所述调码轮的侧面的上端部开有寻码孔, 当锁钩的侧面的凸 块与调码轮的内侧面的圆环的开口相配合时, 寻码孔朝向右侧; 所述活动 块的左侧的前端部开有多个安装孔, 所述安装孔内设有寻码弹簧, 寻码杆 的一端伸入安装孔内并与寻码弹簧相抵, 寻码杆的另一端与所述的寻码孔 相对应; 所述底壳中部设有与寻码装置相配合的寻码装置孔, 寻码装置孔 的左侧设有复位弹簧, 复位弹簧一端与寻码装置孔的左端面相抵, 复位弹 簧的另一端与活动块的左侧的后端部相抵; 所述套筒的侧面设有推杆, 当 套筒旋转至锁钩套进入壳体时, 推杆位于套筒的左侧。
进一步地, 所述活动块的左侧的前端部设有多个向左凸起的寻码块, 所述活动块的安装孔设置于所述寻码块的左端面, 该安装孔为锥形通孔, 所述寻码杆为锥形杆。
进一步地, 所述套筒由螺旋上盖和螺旋下盖组成, 螺旋上盖的下端面 设有卡柱, 螺旋下盖的上端面设有卡孔, 所述卡柱伸入卡孔。
进一步地, 所述活动块的右侧设有滑动块, 所述底壳的右侧的中部设 有与滑动块相配合的滑动槽, 滑动块的中部开有与推杆相配合的活动槽。 更进一步地, 所述活动块的左下侧设有与复位弹簧相配合的定位柱, 复位弹簧套于定位柱。

本发明可分别通过密码和钥匙解锁; 当本发明处于锁的状态时, 首先 通过密码解锁, 先将密码调制正确, 密码轮 06转动时会带动调码轮 02转 动, 密码调制正确时, 所有的调码轮 02的内侧面的圆环 022的开口 24呈 直线分布, 且与锁钩 01的第一直线段 012的凸块 014相配合, 即此时向上 提锁钩 01, 可以将锁钩 01 向上移动直到移出壳体, 便可以实现解锁的功 能; 其次通过钥匙解锁, 将正确的钥匙插入锁芯 12内并旋转, 锁芯 12带 动套筒 10旋转, 由于套筒 10与锁钩套 09为螺紋连接, 套筒 10旋转时可 以将锁钩套 09的下端部旋入套筒 10内部,进而实现锁钩套 09向壳体内部 移动,直到锁钩套 09完全进入到壳体内部,此时锁钩 01的第二直线段 013 位于壳体上方, 因而也实现的了解锁。
更进一步地, 所述底壳 13设有凸起的连接柱 131, 所述面壳 05设有 与连接柱 131相配合插孔 051, 所述连接柱 131插入所述的插孔 051内并 卡接。
通过连接柱 131与插孔 051卡接将底壳 13和面壳 05固定连接。
进一步地, 所述套筒 10的下端设有连接体 101, 连接体 101的下端开 有连接孔 102; 所述锁芯 12的上端设有偏离锁芯 12的轴线的传动块, 所 述传动块与连接孔 102配合并插入所述连接孔 102内。
采用插接的方式, 将套筒 10与锁芯 12连接起来, 结构简单; 锁芯 12 旋转时, 通过传动块带动便将套筒 10带动转动。
更进一步地, 所述传动块、 连接孔 102均为两个, 且两个传动块关于 所述轴线对称设置。
采用两个传动块, 传动块对称设置, 传动块在转动时形成力偶, 方便 传动块带动套筒 10转动。
作为优选, 所述底壳 13上还设有弹片 04, 弹片 04包括固定片 042和 弹性片 041, 所述弹性片 041的一端与固定片 042连接, 弹性片 041的另 一端位于密码轮 06与底壳 13之间。
增设弹片 04, 使得密码轮 06转动时受到弹片 04的阻碍, 密码轮 06 转动更有力感, 操作方便。
作为优选, 所述固定片 042的下方设有压片 03, 固定片 042、 压片 03 均开有多个相配合的圆孔 043, 所述面壳 05中部设有多个与所述圆孔 043 相配合的固定柱 052, 固定柱 052插入所述圆孔 043。
设置压片 03、 圆孔 043, 便于将弹片 04固定。
进一步地,所述面壳 05的左侧的中部开有用于密码轮 06旋转的通孔, 面壳 05的左侧的上方设有上插孔,所述上插孔和下插孔配合形成用于第一 直线段 012插入的插孔; 面壳 05的右侧的下方设有上锁孔,所述上锁孔和 下锁孔 132配合形成用于安装锁芯 12的锁孔, 面壳 05的右侧的上方设有 上套锁钩孔, 所述上套锁钩孔和下套锁钩孔相配合形成用于安装套锁钩 01 的套锁钩孔。

设置卡块 015、 限位块 11、 限位孔 134和限位槽 133, 用来限制锁钩 01在开锁时的移动距离, 将锁钩 01 限制在壳体内短距离的移动, 防止锁 钩 01脱离壳体。
实施例 2:
见附图 8至图 17, 一种钥匙密码锁, 其结构基本与实施例 1相同, 其 不同点在于:
所述底壳 13的左下方设有下调码孔 136, 下调码孔 136内设有调码弹 簧 08, 调码弹簧 08的一端与位于最下方的调码轮 02相抵, 调码弹簧 08 的另一端与下调码孔 136的下端面相抵, 所述调码弹簧 08与所述调码轮 02之间设有垫片 07。
通过设置下调码孔 136, 使得密码装置可以进行密码设置; 进行密码 设置时, 先将密码调制正确, 接着将锁钩 01向上移动, 直到锁钩 01的第 一直线段 012侧面的凸块 014位于对应的调码轮 02的内侧面的开口的圆环 022的上方, 第二直线段 013的下端移出钩锁套; 锁钩 01旋转一端角度, 再向下方压锁钩 01, 锁钩 01的侧面凸块 014向下移动接触到调码轮 02的 内侧面的圆环 022, 并带动调码轮 02向下移动, 使得调码轮 02的外侧面 的卡块 015脱离调码轮 02的卡槽 061, 即密码轮 06位于调码轮 02的上端 部, 此时便可以旋转密码轮 06进行密码调制, 调制好后, 松开锁钩 01, 调码轮 02便在调码弹簧 08的弹力下向上移复位,同时也带动锁钩 01向上 移动, 调码轮 02向上移动后, 调码轮 02的卡体 025便又与密码轮 06的卡 槽 061配合; 接着旋转锁钩 01至开锁位置, 再向下压锁钩 01, 使得锁钩 01的第一直线段 012侧面的凸块 014位于对应的调码轮 02的开口的圆环 022的下方, 同时锁钩 01的第二直线段 013的下端面进入锁钩套 09内, 再接着打乱密码, 密码轮 06带动调码轮 02旋转, 使得锁钩 01的第一直线 段 012侧面的至少一个凸块 014与对应的调码轮 02的开口的圆环 022的不 相对应; 锁钩 01便卡于调码轮 02内不能移动。
进一步地, 所述调码弹簧 08与所述调码轮 02之间设有垫片 07。
垫片 07的开孔面积较调码轮 02小, 便于与弹簧接触。
进一步地, 底壳 13中部设有寻码装置 20, 所述寻码装置 20包括一个 活动块 14和多个寻码杆 15, 所述调码轮 02 的侧面的上端部开有寻码孔 023 ,当锁钩 01的侧面的凸块 014与调码轮 02的内侧面的圆环 022的开口 24相配合时, 寻码孔 023朝向右侧; 所述活动块 14的左侧的前端部开有 多个安装孔, 所述安装孔内设有寻码弹簧 16, 寻码杆 15的一端伸入安装 孔内并与寻码弹簧 16相抵, 寻码杆 15的另一端与所述的寻码孔 023相对 应; 所述底壳 13 中部设有寻码装置孔, 寻码装置孔的左侧设有复位弹簧 17, 复位弹簧 17—端与寻码装置孔的左端面相抵, 复位弹簧 17的另一端 与活动块 14的左侧的后端部相抵; 所述套筒 10的侧面设有推杆 103, 当 套筒 10旋转至锁钩套 09进入壳体时, 推杆 103位于套筒 10的左侧。
当密码忘记后, 可以通过钥匙开锁来寻码。 操作时, 先将正确的钥匙 插入锁芯 12并旋转, 锁芯 12带动套筒 10旋转, 当套筒 10旋转至锁钩套 09进入壳体时, 推杆 103位于套筒 10的左侧; 此过程中, 套筒 10逐渐将 活动块 14推向左侧, 活动块 14向左侧移动后, 活动块 14的安装孔内寻码 杆 15便向左侧移动, 如果寻码杆 15插入了对应的寻码孔 023, 则该调码 杆所对应的调码轮 02处于开锁位置时, 即该调码轮 02对应的密码轮 06 正确, 如果没有插入, 调码轮 02是可以旋转的, 即密码轮 06也可以旋转, 密码轮 06在旋转时, 带动调码轮 02旋转直到寻码杆 15在寻码弹簧 16的 推力下插入相对应的寻码孔 023; 当寻码杆 15都插入寻码孔 023时, 此时 密码轮 06均转不动, 密码轮 06也同时都处于正确的密码状态, 这样便完 成寻码, 只要接触钥匙开锁状态, 即通过钥匙旋转, 使得推杆 103离开套 筒 10的左侧, 活动块 14在复位弹簧 17的作用下向右侧移动, 寻码杆 15 便离开寻码孔 023。 本发明结构简单, 将密码和实物钥匙巧妙的结合一起, 可避免因忘记密码或掌握密码的人不在而造成的麻烦; 便于管理; 同时通 过设置寻码装置 20还可以通过钥匙解锁时, 寻得密码。
进一步地,所述活动块 14的左侧的前端部设有多个向左凸起的寻码块 141, 所述安装孔设置于所述寻码块 141的左端面。
设置凸起的寻码块 141可以节省材料和空间。
进一步地,所述调码孔的右侧设有多个与寻码杆 15相配合的通孔。(参 见附图 8、 图 10、 图 11 )。
当调码孔的右侧在设计时使得其挡住寻码杆 15插入寻码孔 023时,可 以通过开设上述与寻码杆 15相配合的通孔, 辅助寻码杆 15的左侧插入寻 码孔 023内。

Claims

1.一种钥匙密码锁, 其特征在于: 其包括壳体、 密码装置、 锁钩和锁 具, 壳体包括相互配合的底壳和面壳, 所述密码装置设置于底壳的上端面 的左侧, 所述锁具设置于底壳的上端面的右侧, 所述密码装置包括由多个 密码轮组成的密码轮组和由多个与密码轮相配合的调码轮组成的调码轮 组, 所述锁钩包括第一直线段、 弯折段和第二直线段, 第一直线段与第二 直线段平行设置, 弯折段的两端分别与第一直线段的上端、 第二直线段的 上端连接, 所述第一直线段的侧面设有与调码轮相同个数的凸块, 所述凸 块呈直线分布; 所述调码轮包括一个圆环柱, 圆环柱内设有带有开口的圆 环, 圆环的开口与所述的凸块相配合, 圆环与第一直线段相配合, 第一直 线段的下端部套入所述圆环内, 所述圆环柱的外侧面的下端部设有卡体, 所述密码轮的内侧面设有与卡体相配合的卡槽, 密码轮套于圆环柱的下端 部; 所述底壳的左侧的中部开有与密码轮相配合的通孔, 以及用于安装调 码轮的调码孔, 底壳的左上方开有用于第一直线段插入的下插孔; 所述锁 具包括锁芯、 套筒和锁钩套, 所述底壳的右下方开有用于安装锁芯的下锁 孔, 底壳的锁孔的上方设有用于安装套筒的套筒孔, 底壳的套筒孔的上方 设有用于安装锁钩套的下锁钩套孔, 锁芯设置于锁孔内, 所述套筒设置于 套筒孔内且套筒的下端与锁芯连接, 套筒的上端为开口端且设有内螺紋, 所述锁钩套的下端部为与套筒相配合的螺紋杆,锁钩套的上端部伸出底壳, 且锁钩套的上端部设有用于安装第二直线段的下端部的安装孔, 所述第二 直线段位于底壳的上方。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的一种钥匙密码锁, 其特征在于: 所述套筒的 下端设有连接体, 连接体的下端开有连接孔; 所述锁芯的上端设有偏离锁 芯的轴线的传动块, 所述传动块与连接孔配合并插入所述连接孔内。
3.根据权利要求 2所述的一种钥匙密码锁, 其特征在于: 所述传动块、 连接孔均为两个, 且两个传动块关于锁芯的轴线对称设置。
4.根据权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的一种钥匙密码锁, 其特征在于: 底 壳上还设有弹片, 弹片包括固定片和弹性片, 所述弹性片的一端与固定片 连接, 弹性片的另一端位于密码轮与底壳之间, 所述固定片的下方设有压 片, 固定片、 压片均开有多个相配合的圆孔, 所述面壳中部设有多个与所 述圆孔相配合的固定柱, 固定柱插入所述圆孔。
5.根据权利要求 4所述的一种钥匙密码锁, 其特征在于: 面壳的左侧 的中部开有用于密码轮旋转的通孔, 面壳的左侧的上方设有上插孔, 所述 上插孔和下插孔配合形成用于第一直线段插入的插孔; 面壳的右侧的下方 设有上锁孔, 所述上锁孔和下锁孔配合形成用于安装锁芯的锁孔, 面壳的 右侧的上方设有上套锁钩孔, 所述上套锁钩孔和下套锁钩孔相配合形成用 于安装套锁钩的套锁钩孔。
6.根据权利要求 1所述的一种钥匙密码锁, 其特征在于: 第一直线段 的侧面设有凸起的卡块, 且卡块位于所述凸块的上方; 所述底壳设有限位 孔, 限位孔内设有限位块, 当卡块的下端面与限位块接触时, 第二直线段 的下端面位于壳体的上方; 底壳的下插孔的侧边开有用于卡块移动的限位 槽, 当卡块移动限位槽的上底端, 第一直线段的侧面的凸块均位于该凸块 所对应的调码轮的圆环柱之内, 且第二直线段的下端移出钩锁套。
7.根据权利要求 1所述的一种钥匙密码锁, 其特征在于: 底壳的左下 方设有下调码孔, 下调码孔内设有调码弹簧, 调码弹簧的一端与位于最下 方的调码轮相抵, 调码弹簧的另一端与下调码孔的下端面相抵, 所述调码 弹簧与所述调码轮之间设有垫片。
8.根据权利要求 1或 2或 3或 6或 7所述的一种钥匙密码锁, 其特征 在于: 底壳中部设有寻码装置, 所述寻码装置包括一个活动块和多个寻码 杆, 所述调码轮的侧面的上端部开有寻码孔, 当锁钩的侧面的凸块与调码 轮的内侧面的圆环的开口相配合时, 寻码孔朝向右侧; 所述活动块的左侧 的前端部开有多个安装孔, 所述安装孔内设有寻码弹簧, 寻码杆的一端伸 入安装孔内并与寻码弹簧相抵, 寻码杆的另一端与所述的寻码孔相对应; 所述底壳中部设有与寻码装置相配合的寻码装置孔, 寻码装置孔的左侧设 有复位弹簧, 复位弹簧一端与寻码装置孔的左端面相抵, 复位弹簧的另一 端与活动块的左侧的后端部相抵; 所述套筒的侧面设有推杆, 当套筒旋转 至锁钩套进入壳体时, 推杆位于套筒的左侧。
9.根据权利要求 8所述的一种钥匙密码锁, 其特征在于: 所述活动块 的左侧的前端部设有多个向左凸起的寻码块, 所述活动块的安装孔设置于 所述寻码块的左端面, 该安装孔为锥形通孔, 所述寻码杆为锥形杆。
10. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种钥匙密码锁, 其特征在于:所述套筒 由螺旋上盖和螺旋下盖组成, 螺旋上盖的下端面设有卡柱, 螺旋下盖的上 端面设有卡孔, 所述卡柱伸入卡孔。
