"PALO DE GOLF PARA LA ENSEÑANZA O APRENDIZAJE DEL GOLF"
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN La invención consiste, según el título de la misma, en un palo de golf específico para el juego del golf en sitios reducidos, así como para la enseñanza o aprendizaje del golf a niños, cadetes, adolescentes (júnior) y similares, especialmente diseñado para: 1.- evitar problemas o daños al propio jugador, participantes o acompañantes como consecuencia de un mal uso o desconocimiento del uso del mismo, dada la dureza y peso de los materiales (acero o grafito) actualmente utilizados para los palos de golf cuyas varillas son generalmente de acero o grafito y cuyas cabezas son de madera o de metal, reforzadas con peso periférico para el golpeo de la bola".
2. - Facilitar la práctica del deporte del golf en espacios reducidos.
3. - Facilitar el aprendizaje adecuado del golf gracias a sus características técnicas y diseño adecuado.
El invento propone un palo de golf de unas características técnicas y/o funcionales apropiadas para el desarrollo formal del juego (golf) con la particularidad de que los materiales empleados son de poco peso y de poca dureza, para evitar que golpes accidentales produzcan daños o lesiones en el jugador, participantes o acompañantes y al mismo tiempo le permita desarrollar el juego del golf en las condiciones equivalentes a la de los adultos.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Actualmente la práctica totalidad de palos de golf (golf clubs) para niños, son equivalentes o los mismos que para los adultos - pero con otras medidas - con la varilla (shaft) tubular en material de grafito o madera que en definitiva son menos duros y peligrosos que los de acero. Del mismo modo, la cabeza (clubhead) es
de hierro fundido (cast ¡ron) o hierro forjado (forged ¡ron), lo que hace del palo (golf club) un hierro pesado y peligroso caso de golpearse con él, golpear a otro participante o a acompañantes. Hay otros palos de composición muy ligera a base de materiales plásticos cuya varilla (shaft) tubular es un cuerpo de material plástico y su cabeza (club head) también, sin recarga o contrapeso creando una escasa fuerza durante el golpeo. Otros palos presentan una cabeza de cuerpo esponjoso de poliuretano de piel compacta con algún contrapeso metálico inyectado o moldeado en el interior de la cabeza, sin el adecuado diseño ni características técnicas.
La enseñanza o aprendizaje en los casos anteriores se realiza de manera alto imprecisa, defectuosa y con muy pocas garantías de alcanzar un nivel suficiente para pasar al siguiente nivel y utilizar los palos (golf clubs) de golf de adultos. En realidad, se trata de un material para que los niños jueguen, en el amplio sentido de la definición, como entretenimiento, pero sin ninguna finalidad técnica.

DESCRIPCIÓN DEL INVENTO
El invento está constituido por un palo de golf en el que destacan una varilla tubular, rígida, muy poco maleable y de un material ligero y de muy poco peso tal que fibra de vidrio (fiberglass) o plástico y en cuyo extremo inferior va alojada la cabeza de dicho palo mediante un cuello o garganta prevista en dicha cabeza. Asimismo, en el extremo inferior de la varilla tubular va alojada a presión una barra maciza de un metal pesado que sirve de recarga de peso al palo de golf y a su vez de refuerzo de esa zona, dándole mayor consistencia al palo de golf, especialmente para la realización del golpeo, pero bien recubierta por la condición tubular de la varilla de fibra de vidrio, plástico u otro material ligero para evitar daños o lesiones al usuario y/o sus acompañantes.
El montaje a presión de la barra maciza de metal pesado se asegura mediante la incorporación de un pegamento o sustancia adherente extrafuerte, con preferencia cianoacrilato de metilo o similares, que se aplica o unta tanto en la barra maciza de metal pesado como en el interior de la varilla (shaft) justo en la zona de contacto de ambas, y antes de alojar la barra maciza de metal pesado definitivamente en el interior de la varilla (shaft) tubular para que hagan un sólo cuerpo inseparable.
La barra maciza de metal pesado alojada en el extremo inferior de la varilla (shaft) tubular, tiene una extensión aproximada de ¼ o 1/3 de la longitud total de la varilla (shaft) tubular. Dicha barra maciza de metal pesado llega, en un caso, al extremo inferior de la varilla (shaft) tubular, a ras con éste; en otro caso, rebasando dicho extremo en una pequeña porción; y en otro caso, es el cuerpo tubular de la varilla (shaft) tubular el que rebasa la barra maciza de metal pesado de su interior en una pequeña porción, quedando esta porción de varilla (shaft) tubular hueca en su interior. La porción del extremo de la varilla (shaft) tubular que supera a la barra maciza de metal pesado, no precisa de pegamento en su interior.
La varilla (shaft) tubular de material ligero tal que fibra de vidrio (fiberglass) o plástico (plástic), podría, a su vez, ir recubierta o forrada con una funda, vaina o
macarrón de material blando tal que goma o látex, de manera muy ajustada o ceñida al cuerpo de dicha varilla (shaft) tubular, con el fin de hacer más eficaz el efecto de protección al usuario o acompañantes, en el caso de que accidentalmente fueran golpeados por el palo de golf (golf club) durante el uso.
Cada cabeza de golf (golf head), montada en su respectivo extremo inferior de su varilla (shaft) tubular, según el invento, estaría integrada, respectivamente, por:
1. - Una cabeza formada por una pala rígida de material ligero, tal que plástico, reforzada por un diseño especial de figura ovoidea irregular tradicional con estrías longitudinales en la zona dulce (sweetspot); un nervio grueso de refuerzo en la parte posterior (back side) y sobre el borde inferior (leading edge) ocupando preferentemente un poco más de 1/3 de su altura y en proyección decreciente hacia dicho borde inferior.
La cabeza en su extremo de menor radio (heel) que el otro extremo (toe) proyecta hacia arriba y hacia dicho extremo un cuello tubular (hosel) para alojamiento y fijación del extremo tubular inferior de la varilla (shaft) tubular. El cuello interiormente tiene nervios verticales, tangentes a dicho cuello, como medios machos de montaje a bayoneta con la varilla (shaft) tubular, la cual tiene en su extremo inferior respectivas ranuras laterales y tangenciales que encajan en dichos nervios. La cabeza en su conjunto tiene un ángulo alto (loft angle) proyectado preferentemente a 46° sobre el eje vertical y el cuello un falso ángulo (lie angle) proyectado preferentemente a 63° sobre el eje horizontal.
2. - Una cabeza formada por una pala de material semi compacto tal que una masa de poliuretano recubierto de una capa uniforme y compacta. La cabeza queda reforzada por un diseño especial ovoideo tradicional con borde superior (top edge) recto e inferior (leading edge) arqueado hacia dentro, con la base (solé) más gruesa que el borde superior (top edge) y con el dorso (back side) formando un plano entrante concéntrico definido por un reborde de perfil desigual, presentando en su cara frontal estrías longitudinales en la zona dulce
(sweet spot) y un ángulo alto (loft angle) preferentemente de 46° respecto al eje vertical.
Del extremo del vértice de menor radio (heel) que el otro extremo ( toe) se proyecta hacia arriba un cuello (hosel) saliente de forma tubular, con un falso ángulo (lie angle) proyectado preferentemente a 63° sobre el eje horizontal, en el que se aloja y fija a presión en su masa el extremo de la varilla (shaft) tubular con su barra maciza de metal pesado en su interior, a ras del extremo de la varilla (shaft) tubular o con una porción de dicha barra maciza de metal pesado ligeramente saliente de dicho extremo, penetrando por el cuello hasta el entronque de la porción saliente de barra maciza de metal pesado o bien de la propia varilla (shaft) tubular con el cuerpo de la cabeza haciendo el cuerpo de dicha cabeza más consistente durante el golpeo de la bola. Asimismo, la parte de la varilla que se introduce en el interior de dicha cabeza va untada de pegamento para hacer más consistente aún la fijación final de la cabeza.
3.- Una cabeza (club head) formada por una pala rígida de material semi compacto tal que una masa de poliuretano recubierto de una capa uniforme y asimismo reforzado por un diseño especial en forma oblonga compuesto por un extremo de menor radio (heel) que el otro (toe) y por un cuello (hosel) saliente, excéntrico, ascendente de forma prismática con un refuerzo axial para alojamiento y fijación a presión de dicho extremo inferior de la varilla (shaft) tubular junto a su barra maciza de metal pesado, encontrándose ésta última fijada a ras del extremo inferior de la varilla (shaft) tubular o con una porción de dicha barra maciza sobrepasando el extremo inferior de la varilla (shaft) tubular, en ambos casos incrustadas hasta el entronque con el cuerpo o masa de la cabeza ( clubhead), haciendo más consistente el cuerpo de ésta para el golpe con la bola.
La cabeza (club head) tiene un ángulo alto (loft angle) proyectado preferentemente a 0o respecto al eje vertical y un falso ángulo (lie angle) proyectado preferentemente a 71° respecto a su eje horizontal. Asimismo, la parte de la varilla que se introduce en el interior de dicha cabeza va untada de pegamento para hacer más consistente aún la fijación final de la cabeza.
4.- Una cabeza formada por una pala rígida de material ligero, tal que plástico (plástic), reforzada por un diseño especial de figura oblonga y cuerpo hueco en forma tal que, dividido en dos partes casi simétricas, una hace de tapa y otra de caja, ambas unidas entre sí por medios machihembrados. La caja proyecta en uno de sus extremos (heel) un cuello tubular (hosel) ascendente para alojamiento y fijación del extremo de la varilla (shaft) tubular. Dicho cuello, podría llevar interiormente nervios verticales, tangentes a dicho cuello, como medios machos de montaje a bayoneta con la varilla (shaft) tubular, la cual tiene respectivas ranuras laterales y tangenciales en el extremo inferior que encajarían en dichos nervios. Asimismo, dicho cuello se extiende en un alojamiento dentro de la caja compuesto por sólo dos paredes paralelas con diferentes alturas y donde entra la varilla (shaft) tubular con su barra maciza de material pesado fijada en su interior.
La porción de varilla (shaft) tubular que entra en el alojamiento del cuello (hosel) tiene taladros enfrentados entre los que se monta un pasador que encaja en una porción hembra que se encuentra en el fondo de la extensión del cuello dentro de la caja, impidiéndose de éste modo que pueda sacarse la varilla (shaft) tubular tirando de ella. Asimismo, la varilla (shaft) tubular puede ir recubierta de pegamento para aumentar el nivel de fijación entre los dos elementos y en ambos casos, alojamiento y pegado, se impide que cabecee. En la extensión del cuello de dentro de la caja o alojamiento, por su lado externo y en confluencia con los vértices del cuello con la caja, existen unos refuerzos con una misma altura, diferente largo y en ángulo con ésta. La caja tiene al menos dos miembros hembras para encaje machihembrado de la tapa que tiene otros dos miembros machos complementarios, una pestaña periférica para encaje interior y un escote semicircular para salvar el cuello (hosel) en el montaje con la varilla (shaft) tubular.
Opcionalmente el interior de dicho conjunto (caja / tapa) puede rellenarse de una espuma de poliuretano u otro material con el fin de reforzar y recargar el peso de dicho conjunto (caja / tapa) obteniendo una mayor compactación.
Dicha cabeza tiene un ángulo alto (loft angle) proyectado preferentemente a 0o sobre el eje vertical y un falso ángulo (lie angle) proyectado preferentemente a 71° sobre el eje horizontal.

DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS:
En los dibujos, se define un conjunto palo de golf (1) con su empuñadura (grip), su varilla (shaft) y su cabeza (club head). El invento está integrado por una varilla (shaft) tubular (2), rígida, muy poco maleable y de un material ligero y de muy poco peso tal que fibra de vidrio ( fiber glass) o plástico (plástic) y en cuyo extremo inferior va alojada a presión una barra maciza (3) de metal pesado que sirve de recarga de peso al palo de golf y de refuerzo de dicha varilla (shaft) tubular (2) en esa zona, dándole mayor consistencia al palo de golf, especialmente para la realización del golpeo.
El montaje a presión de la barra maciza (3) de metal pesado se asegura mediante la incorporación de un pegamento o sustancia adherente extrafuerte (8), con preferencia cianoacrilato de metilo o similares, que se aplica o unta tanto en la barra maciza (3) de metal pesado como en el interior de la varilla (shaft) tubular (2) justo en la zona de contacto de ambas, y antes de alojar la barra
maciza (3) de metal pesado definitivamente en el interior de la varilla ( shaft) tubular (2) para que hagan un sólo cuerpo inseparable.
La barra maciza (3) de metal pesado alojada en el extremo inferior de la varilla (shaft) tubular (2), tiene una extensión aproximada de un ¼ o 1/3 de la longitud total de la varilla (shaft) tubular (2). Dicha barra maciza (3) de metal pesado llega, en un caso, al extremo inferior de la varilla (shaft) tubular (2), a ras con ésta (Fig.2); en otro caso, rebasando dicho extremo en una pequeña porción (Fig.17); y en otro caso, quedando la barra maciza (3) de metal pesado en su interior más corta sin llegar al extremo del cuerpo tubular de la varilla (shaft) tubular (2) en una pequeña porción (20a)(Fig.4), y quedando esta porción de varilla (shaft) tubular (2) hueca en su interior. La porción (20a) del extremo de la varilla (shaft) tubular (2) que supera a la barra maciza (3) de metal pesado, no precisa de pegamento en su interior.
La varilla (shaft) tubular (2) de material ligero tal que fibra de vidrio (fiberglass) o plástico (plástic), podría, a su vez, ir recubierta o forrada con una funda, vaina o macarrón (4) ( Fig.1 ) de material blando tal que goma o látex, de manera muy ajustada o ceñida al cuerpo de la varilla (shaft) tubular (2), con el fin de hacer más eficaz el efecto de protección al usuario o acompañantes, en el caso de que accidentalmente fueran golpeados por el palo de golf (1) (golf club) durante el uso.
Cada cabeza de golf (golf head), montada en su respectivo extremo inferior de su varilla (shaft) tubular (2), según el invento, estaría integrada, respectivamente, por:
1).- Una cabeza (club head)(9) (figuras 6-9 inclusive) formada por una pala rígida de material ligero (Fig. 6), tal que plástico, reforzada por un diseño especial de figura ovoidea irregular tradicional, con estrías longitudinales (10) en la zona dulce (sweet spot); un nervio grueso de refuerzo (1 1) (Fig.8) en la parte posterior (back side) y sobre el borde inferior (leading edge) ocupando preferentemente un poco más de 1/3 de su altura y en proyección decreciente hacia dicho borde inferior.
La cabeza (9) en su extremo de menor radio (heel) que el otro extremo (toe) proyecta hacia arriba y hacia dicho extremo un cuello tubular (hosel) (90) para alojamiento y fijación del extremo inferior de la varilla (shaft) tubular (2). El cuello (hosel) (90) interiormente tiene nervios verticales (30), tangentes a dicho cuello
(hosel) como medios machos de montaje a bayoneta con la varilla (shaft) tubular (2), la cual tiene en su extremo inferior respectivas ranuras laterales y tangenciales (5) (Fig.2) que encajan en dichos nervios (30). La cabeza (9) en su conjunto tiene un ángulo alto (loft angle) proyectado preferentemente a 46° respecto al eje vertical y el cuello (hosel) (90) un falso ángulo (lie angle) proyectado preferentemente a 63° respecto al eje horizontal.
2).- Una cabeza (club head) (12) (Figs.10-14 inclusive) formada por una pala rígida de material semi compacto tal que una masa de poliuretano recubierto de una capa uniforme y compacta. La cabeza (12) queda reforzada por un diseño especial ovoideo tradicional con borde superior (top edge) (12a) recto, e inferior (leading edge) (12b), arqueado hacia dentro, con la base (solé) (15) más gruesa que el borde superior (top edge) (12a) y con el dorso (back side) (14) formando un plano entrante concéntrico (14a) definido por un reborde de perfil desigual, presentando su cara frontal estrías longitudinales en la zona dulce (sweet spot) (10a) y un ángulo alto (loft angle) preferentemente a 46° respecto al eje vertical.
Del extremo del vértice de menor radio (heel) que el otro (toe) se proyecta hacia arriba un cuello (hosel)(13) saliente de forma tubular, con un falso ángulo (lie angle) proyectado preferentemente a 63° respecto al eje horizontal, en el que se aloja y fija a presión en su masa el extremo inferior de la varilla (shaft) tubular (2) con su barra maciza (3) de metal pesado en su interior, a ras del extremo inferior de la varilla (shaft) tubular (2)(Fig. 17) o con una porción de dicha barra maciza (3) de metal pesado sobresaliendo ligeramente (31) (Fig. 17.1) de dicho extremo inferior de la varilla (shaft) tubular (2), penetrando por el cuello (13) hasta el entronque con el cuerpo de la cabeza (club head) (12) haciendo dicho cuerpo de la cabeza más consistente durante el golpeo de la bola.
3) .- Una cabeza (club head)(16) (Figs.18-21.2 inclusive) formada por una pala rígida de material semi compacto tal que una masa de poliuretano recubierto de una capa uniforme y asimismo reforzado por un diseño especial en forma oblonga compuesto por un extremo de menor radio (heel) (19) que el otro (toe) (19a) y por un cuello (hosel) (16a) saliente, excéntrico, ascendente de forma prismática con un refuerzo axial (17) para alojamiento y fijación a presión de dicho extremo inferior de la varilla ( shaft) tubular (2) junto a su barra maciza (3) de metal pesado, encontrándose ésta última fijada a ras del extremo inferior de la varilla (shaft) tubular (2) (Fig. 21.2) o con una porción de dicha barra maciza (32) sobrepasando el extremo inferior de la varilla (shaft) tubular (2) (Fig. 21.1), en ambos casos incrustadas hasta el entronque con el cuerpo o masa de la cabeza (club head) (16), haciendo más consistente el cuerpo de ésta para el golpe con la bola.
La cabeza (club head) (14) tiene un ángulo alto (loft angle) proyectado preferentemente a 0o respecto al eje vertical y un falso ángulo (lie angle) proyectado preferentemente a 71° sobre el eje horizontal.
4) .- Una cabeza (club head) (20) (Figs. 22-30) formada por una pala rígida de material ligero, tal que plástico (plástic), reforzada por un diseño especial de figura oblonga y cuerpo hueco en forma tal que, dividido en dos partes casi simétricas, una hace de tapa (22) y otra de caja (21) (Fig. 26), ambas unidas entre sí por medios machihembrados, hembras (23) y machos (24), teniendo la caja (21) un cuello (hosel) (25) donde monta la varilla (shaft) tubular (2) que se fija por medio de un pasador (7); Los medios para fijarse a la varilla (shaft) tubular (2) de la cabeza (20) consisten en un cuello tubular (hosel) (25) ascendente y en posición excéntrica hacia un extremo que se proyecta con una inclinación en un falso ángulo (lie angle) preferentemente a 71° respecto al eje horizontal.
Dicho cuello (hosel) (25), lleva interiormente nervios verticales (30), tangentes a dicho cuello (hosel) (25), como medios machos de montaje a bayoneta de la varilla (shaft) tubular (2), la cual tiene respectivos medios hembras laterales y tangenciales (5) en el extremo inferior que encajarían en dichos nervios (30).
La porción (20a) (Fig. 4) de varilla (shaft) tubular (2) que entra en el alojamiento (26) del cuello (25) tiene dos taladros (6) enfrentados entre los que se monta un pasador (7) que encaja en una porción hembra (23a) que se encuentra en la extensión (26) del cuello (hosel)(25) dentro de la caja o alojamiento (26), impidiéndose de éste modo que pueda sacarse la varilla (shaft) tubular (2) tirando de ella. Del mismo modo, el nivel de fijación en el alojamiento (26) y pegado, impide que cabecee, especialmente en el caso de incorporarse o montase a bayoneta.
En la extensión (26) del cuello (25) dentro de la caja o alojamiento (21), por su lado externo y en confluencia con los vértices del cuello (hosel) (25) con la caja (21), existen unos refuerzos (28 y 28a) con una misma altura, diferente largo y en ángulo con ésta. La caja (21) tiene al menos dos miembros hembras (23) para encaje machihembrado de la tapa (22) que tiene otros dos miembros machos (24) complementarios, una pestaña periférica (29) para encaje interior y un escote (29a) semicircular para salvar el cuello (hosel) (25) en el montaje con la varilla (shaft) tubular (2). Dicho cuello (hosel) (25) se extiende en un alojamiento (26) de dentro de la caja
(21) compuesto por sólo dos paredes paralelas con diferentes alturas y donde entra la varilla (shaft) tubular (2) con su barra maciza (3) de metal pesado fijada en su interior, a ras del extremo de dicha varilla (shaft) tubular (2) (Fig. 28) o bien llegando dicha barra maciza (3) de metal pesado hasta el límite del pasador (7) (Fig. 30) o sobrepasando dicha barra maciza (3) de metal pesado el extremo inferior de la varilla (shaft) tubular (2) (Fig. 29), para alojamiento y fijación del extremo de la varilla (shaft) tubular (2).
Opcionalmente el interior de dicho conjunto (20) (caja (21)/ tapa (22) puede rellenarse de una espuma de poliuretano u otro material con el fin de reforzar y recargar el peso de dicho conjunto (caja / tapa) obteniendo una mayor compactación.
Dicha cabeza (20) tiene un ángulo alto (loft angle) proyectado preferentemente a 0o respecto al eje vertical.
