发明内容

在本发明所述的家具中,所述家具包括两块所述支柱板,两块所述支柱板开有相配合的交叉槽,两块所述支柱板呈十字交叉设置。
在本发明所述的家具中,所述家具包括两块所述支柱板,两块所述支柱板平行设置或呈一定夹角设置。
在本发明所述的家具中,所述家具还包括设置在所述支柱板下端的支脚板,所述支脚板与所述支柱板的下端通过以上所述的旋扣式榫接结构连接。
在本发明所述的家具中,所述家具还包括固定螺杆,所述固定螺杆由所述支柱板的下端向上贯穿所述支柱板并与所述面板螺纹连接,所述固定螺杆将所述支柱板和所述面板固定在一起。
在本发明所述的家具中,所述家具还包括脚踏板,所述支柱板上开有卡槽,所述脚踏板的两端卡在所述卡槽中,所述脚踏板与所述支柱板垂直。
实施本发明的旋扣式榫接结构以及具有该榫接结构的家具,具有以下有益效果:本发明的旋扣式榫接结构的榫头和榫槽的侧面为旋转曲面的一部分,榫头和榫槽只能通过相对旋转才能实现扣合脱开,而且榫头和榫槽接触面积比常规榫接结构大,使得榫接结构更为牢固,增大了连接的强度,使榫接结构不易发生松脱,可以在家具中减少依靠接触面积小的金属连接件来提供结构支撑力。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1和图2所示,为本发明的旋扣式榫接结构第一实施例,其为带有榫槽100的支柱板2与榫头200配合的示意图。现以支柱板2上端的榫槽100、以及与榫槽100配合的榫头200为例详细说明本发明的旋扣式榫接结构,参看图3至图5,榫槽100具有一底面103、以及两榫槽侧面101、102,榫槽100的宽度由开口104向底面103逐渐变大,榫槽100的截面大致呈燕尾形,榫槽侧面101、102为旋转曲面的一部分,旋转曲面的旋转轴105与底面103垂直,旋转轴105位于榫槽侧面101和102的中间,旋转曲面的母线为榫槽100的侧壁与支柱板的表面相交的交线,其母线可以是直线,也可以是曲线,榫槽侧面101、102即为母线绕旋转轴105旋转一周形成的旋转曲面旋切支柱板2形成的切面。
参看图6至图8,为本发明的旋扣式榫接结构的榫头200的示意图,榫头200与榫槽100相适配,榫头200具有两榫头侧面201、202,榫头侧面201、202的形状和榫槽侧面101、102的形状相同,都是旋转曲面的一部分。由于榫头200和榫槽100的侧面都是旋转曲面的一部分,榫头200不能直接卡入到榫槽100中,参看图1,需要先将榫头200与榫槽100相互错开一定角度插入到榫槽100中,然后旋转榫头200使榫头200卡入到榫槽100中,参看图2,使榫槽侧面101、102分别与榫头侧面201、202相贴合。由于榫头200和榫槽100只能以旋转的方式扣合和松脱,当所述榫头200和榫槽100受到其他方向的力时不会导致榫头200与榫槽100松脱。这种榫接结构相对与传统的燕尾式榫接结构连接更为可靠,连接强度也较原来榫接结构大,因为榫头200与榫槽100作用面更大,也即榫槽侧面101、102,榫头侧面201、202的面积更大。
如图9和图10所示,为本发明的旋扣式榫接结构第二实施例,其为带有榫头200的支柱板2与榫槽部件3形成的榫槽100相配合的示意图。与旋扣式榫接结构第一实施例不同的是,在本实施例中,支柱板2的两端具有榫头200,而榫槽100则由榫槽部件3形成,在本实施例中,榫槽部件3有两个独立的固定块构成,两个独立的固定块相对设置,中间形成榫槽100,榫槽侧面101、102分别位于两个独立的固定块上,榫槽侧面101、102为旋转曲面的一部分,榫头200的形状则与第一实施例中的榫头的形状相同,其榫头侧面201、202的形状和榫槽侧面201、202的形状相同,本实施例的榫槽100和榫头200的配合方式和第一实施例相同,不再赘述。需要理解的是,榫槽部件3可以是单个部件,在其上形成榫槽100即可。
以上介绍了本发明的旋扣式榫接结构是如何实现的,现在进一步介绍具有上述榫接结构的家具是如何实施的。
如图11和图12所示,为本发明的具有旋扣式榫接结构的家具的第一实施例,该实施例的家具为茶几,包括面板1、两块支柱板2、以及支脚板4,其中面板1与支柱板2之间、以及支柱板2与支脚板4之间都采用如上述实施例中的旋扣式榫接结构连接,支柱板2主要起到支撑面板1的作用。具体的,面板1的下表面固定有两个呈十字交叉的榫头200,两块支柱板2的形状相同,每块支柱板2的上下两端分别设有榫槽100,每块支柱板2的中部还开有交叉槽21,两块支柱板2通过交叉槽21呈十字交叉状设置,两块支柱板2的榫槽100也呈十字交叉状,与呈十字交叉状的两榫头200相对应。支脚板4上设置有两呈十字交叉状的榫头200,其与两支柱板2的下端的榫槽100相配合,配合结构与面板1和支柱板2的配合结构相同,不再赘述。茶几还包括固定螺杆5,固定螺杆5由下向上依次穿过支脚板4、支柱板2并与面板1螺纹连接,面板1的下表面上设有螺纹孔11,支柱板2上则开有供固定螺杆5穿过的通孔22,每块支柱板2可以配备两根固定螺杆5,固定螺杆5可以使支柱板2与面板1和支脚板4的连接更为可靠,可以防止支柱板2转动,防止旋扣式榫接结构脱开。
图11和图12中的茶几组装时,先将榫头200固定在面板1的下表面上,然后将两块支柱板2十字交叉,将支柱板2的榫槽100与榫头200相互错开一定角度,然后旋转支柱板2,使榫头200和榫槽100扣合在一起,组装支脚板4,然后将支脚板4上的榫头200和支柱板2下端的榫槽100旋转扣合在一起,接着将固定螺杆5穿过支脚板4、支柱板2紧固在面板1上,即可完成茶几的组装,拆卸时,按照和组装相反的工序操作即可。
如图13所示,为本发明的具有旋扣式榫接结构的家具的第二实施例,与第一实施例不同的是,本实施例的家具的面板1为圆形,并且省去了支脚板。在本实施例中,同样采用了两块呈十字交叉设置的支柱板2,支柱板2的结构与第一实施例中的支柱板的结构相同,支柱板2与面板1通过旋扣式榫接结构连接,螺杆5穿过支柱板2将支柱板2和面板1连接起来,支柱板2的下端代替支脚板直接与地面接触或者在支柱板2的下端面增加活动的塑胶支脚。
如图14所示,为本发明的具有旋扣式榫接结构的家具的第三实施例,该实施例的家具为凳子,包括面板1和两块支柱板2,支柱板2的形状与以上实施例中的支柱板的形状相同。在本实施例中,两块支柱板2分别通过旋扣式榫接结构与面板1连接,两块支柱板2平行设置,在面板1的两端支撑起面板1,面板1的下表面设置有两个平行的榫接头200,分别与两块支柱板2上的榫接槽100配合。支柱板2和面板1之间还通过固定螺杆做进一步的固定。
如图15所示,为本发明的具有旋扣式榫接结构的家具的第四实施例,该实施例的家具为电视柜,包括面板1、两块支柱板2、底板7以及其他部件,其中支柱板2与面板1之间、以及支柱板2与底板7之间都是通过旋扣式榫接结构连接。图15中的电视柜组装时,先将两块支柱板2与面板1和底板7旋转扣接,然后再组装内部的隔板、抽屉等部件,内部的这些部件并不影响面板1和底板7与支柱板2之间的旋扣式榫接。
如图16和图17所示,为本发明的具有旋扣式榫接结构的家具的第五实施例,该实施例的家具为高身台,包括面板1,以及双层支柱板,上层支柱板包括两块呈十字交叉的支柱板2,支柱板2的两端分别设有榫头200,下层支柱板包括两块呈十字交叉的支柱板2a,支柱板2a的两端则分别设有榫槽100,两层支柱板之间通过旋扣式榫接结构连接,上层的支柱板2与面板1通过旋扣式榫接结构相连。在本实施例中,面板1的下表面则设有榫槽部件3,榫槽部件3包括两个相对的固定块,两个固定块之间形成榫槽100。其他结构与第一实施例类似,不再赘述。
如图18所示,为本发明的具有旋扣式榫接结构的家具的第六实施例,该实施例的家具为吧台椅,其结构与本发明的家具的第二实施例的茶几类似,包括台面1和两块呈十字交叉的支柱板2,支柱板2和面板1通过旋扣式榫接结构连接,第二实施例不同之处在于,为了放脚方便,增加了脚踏板6,在支柱板2上开有卡槽,脚踏板6的两端卡在卡槽中,脚踏板6与支柱板2垂直。
上述实施例中的面板1、支柱板2、支脚板4、以及脚踏板6等,可以是各种板材,例如可以是合成木板,例如纤维板、夹板、刨花板等,也可以是实心木板,还可以是其他材料制成板材。
由以上众多实施例可以看出,本发明的旋扣式榫接结构适用于各种拆卸板式家具。需要理解的是,本发明的旋扣式榫接结构并不局限用在家具中,也可以用在地板等中,还可以用在各种家具类的产品中,以及各种需要榫接的连接结构中,不管是固定连接结构还是可拆卸的连接结构。
本发明的旋扣式榫接结构的榫头和榫槽的侧面为旋转曲面的一部分,榫头和榫槽只能通过相对旋转才能实现扣合脱开,而且榫头和榫槽接触面积比常规榫接结构大,使得榫接结构更为牢固,增大了连接的强度,使榫接结构不易发生松脱,可以在家具中减少依靠接触面积小的金属连接件。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种旋扣式榫接结构,包括榫槽(100)、以及与所述榫槽(100)配合的榫头(200),其特征在于,所述榫槽(100)具有一底面(103)和两榫槽侧面(101、102),所述榫槽(100)的宽度由开口(104)向底面(103)逐渐变大,所述两榫槽侧面(101、102)为旋转曲面的一部分,所述旋转轴位于所述两榫槽侧面(101、102)的中间,所述榫头(200)具有与所述两榫槽侧面(101、102)配合的两榫头侧面(201、202),所述两榫头侧面(201、202)的形状与所述榫槽侧面(101、102)的形状相同,榫接时,所述榫头(200)相对所述榫槽(100)旋转卡入所述榫槽(100)内使所述两榫头侧面(201、202)与所述两榫槽侧面(101、102)相贴合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的旋扣式榫接结构,其特征在于,所述旋转曲面的母线为直线或曲线。
  3. 一种家具,包括面板(1),以及用于支撑面板(1)的支柱板(2),其特征在于,所述面板(1)和所述支柱板(2)通过如权利要求1或2所述旋扣式榫接结构连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的家具,其特征在于,所述面板(1)的下表面设置有所述榫头(200),所述支柱板(2)与所述面板(1)相连的一端开有所述榫槽(100)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的家具,其特征在于,所述面板(1)的下表面设置有榫槽部件(3),所述榫槽部件(3)具有所述榫槽(100),所述支柱板(2)与所述面板(1)相连的一端具有所述榫头(200)。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的家具,其特征在于,所述家具包括两块所述支柱板(2),两块所述支柱板(2)开有相配合的交叉槽(21),两块所述支柱板(2)呈十字交叉设置。
  7. 根据权利要求4或5所述的家具,其特征在于,所述家具包括两块所述支柱板(2),两块所述支柱板(2)平行设置或呈一定夹角设置。
  8. 根据权利要求4或5所述的家具,其特征在于,所述家具还包括设置在所述支柱板(2)下端的支脚板(4),所述支脚板(4)与所述支柱板(2)的下端通过如权利要求1或2所述的旋扣式榫接结构连接。
  9. 根据权利要求4或5所述的家具,其特征在于,所述家具还包括固定螺杆(5),所述固定螺杆(5)由所述支柱板(2)的下端向上贯穿所述支柱板(2)并与所述面板(1)螺纹连接,所述固定螺杆(5)将所述支柱板(2)和所述面板(1)固定在一起。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的家具,其特征在于,所述家具还包括脚踏板(6),所述支柱板(2)上开有卡槽,所述脚踏板(6)的两端卡在所述卡槽中,所述脚踏板(6)与所述支柱板(2)垂直。
