Description

车用读码卡 技术领域
本发明涉及一种车用读码卡, 尤其涉及一种小型化及低成本化的 车用读码卡。 背景技术
随着中国汽车产业的高速发展, 家庭用车的不断普及, 汽车后生 活的巨大的市场潜力已经引起各方的广泛关注。 经过多年的市场发展 与普及, 汽车故障诊断系统得到有效发展。
但由于传统市场因素, 多系统多功能的专业诊断设备具有傻大笨 粗、 价格昂贵的特点, 客户群体为传统汽车维修厂, 而面向个人客户 的 DIY设备以其小巧, 价格低, 易操作以及基于 OBDII、 EOBD系统 诊断的通用性等优势,逐渐走入了家庭用车的个人用户市场。但同时, 该传统的 DIY设备由于其基于 OBDII、 EOBD, 只能诊断和排放相关 的动力系统, 功能筒单, 无法对车辆做出较全面的诊断。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种车用读码卡,其能够单芯片运行完整 的诊断功能, 为汽车诊断装置的小型化及低成本化提供支持。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供一种车用读码卡, 其包括: 显示器、 诊断芯片及电性连接于该诊断芯片的模拟开关阵列芯片, 该诊断芯片 集成有处理器芯片、 USB接口、 显示器驱动接口及 Nor Flash芯片, 该 显示器通过该显示器驱动接口连接于该诊断芯片, 该模拟开关阵列芯 片通过 SAE J1962诊断接头连接于汽车诊断接口, 该诊断芯片运行诊 断程序, 并根据运行结果控制模拟开关阵列芯片实现与汽车诊断接口 的逻辑选通, 通过相应诊断协议实现诊断功能, 该 USB接口用于外接
PC, 通过 PC客户端程序实现对固件的版本升级。
所述诊断芯片设有蓝牙通信接口、 WIFI通信接口、 3G通信接口、 GPRS通信接口, 该些通信接口用于与外界设备进行数据通信。
所述诊断程序的运行模式包括实时诊断模式及状态监控模式。 所述外界设备通过客户端软件控制诊断及监控模式、 提取监控数 据。

本发明的有益效果: 本发明所提供的车用读码卡,其采用诊断芯 片集成高性能处理器芯片及 Nor Flash芯片,能够单芯片运行完整的诊 断功能;模拟开关阵列芯片则集成了大量继电器电路、以及数据传输 电路,低成本实现了数字信号和模拟信号的转换,诊断引脚的选通等 功能, 为汽车诊断装置的小型化及低成本化提供了支持, 且可通过 USB接口升级固件版本,及时更新最新诊断程序,刷写其它车型诊断 程序。

请参阅图 1及图 2, 本发明提供一种车用读码卡, 其包括显示器、 诊断芯片及通过 CANBUS诊断总线电性连接于该诊断芯片的模拟开 关阵列芯片, 该诊断芯片集成高性能处理器芯片、 USB接口、 显示器 驱动接口及高速 Nor Flash芯片, 诊断芯片通过 USB接口连接 PC , 可 通过 PC客户端程序完成对固件版本的升级, 处理器芯片内部 Flash空 间存储并运行基于相应诊断协议的诊断程序, Nor Flash芯片存储诊断 程序的配置文件及数据库,并可分配部分空间用于存储汽车状态监控 数据。 诊断程序由外部控制信号及 Nor Flash配置文件控制其运行方 式, 以实现不同的程序监控功能,该模拟开关阵列芯片集成大量开关 电路及 CANBUS信号收发器, 电源管理电路, 通过内部开关阵列实 现诊断信号与 SAE J1962诊断接口诊断引脚的信号的连接、 传递, 并 实现诊断信号物理层的逻辑控制, 通过 CANBUS收发器控制 CANBUS通信, 该模拟开关阵列芯片的使用节省了大量继电器开关 器件, 极大减小产品体积, 降低了产品成本。
诊断芯片发送诊断指令,处理器芯片运行与该诊断指令相对应的 诊断程序,并将运行结果反馈给该诊断芯片,该诊断芯片根据该反馈 结果控制模拟开关阵列芯片完成引脚的选通、信号的波形调制,从而 完成与汽车控制系统的通信。
所述诊断芯片设有蓝牙、 WIFI、 3G、 GPRS通信接口中的一个或 多个, 该诊断芯片通过 UART接口连接该些通信接口, 手持设备通过 该些通信接口连接于诊断芯片, 从而实现分离式手持诊断设备, 手持 设备与该诊断芯片建立连接后, 通过控制命令控制诊断芯片中诊断程 序的运行流程, 选择相应系统及功能, 通过模拟开关阵列芯片连接相 应诊断引脚, 通过诊断总线读取 ECU ( Electronic Control Unit )的各诊 断信息并在用户界面显示。
本发明车用读码卡,还可以作为汽车状态监控设备,该状态监控 设备独立运行, 按照设定的要求, 实时监控并记录车辆状态, 并将该 些数据记录文件存储于 Nor Flash芯片中,在数据提取设备与该状态监 控设备建立连接后,可以将监控的数据发送至数据提取设备,用于分 析显示。
综上所述,本发明所提供的车用读码卡,其采用诊断芯片集成高 性能处理器芯片及 Nor Flash芯片, 能够单芯片运行完整的诊断功能; 模拟开关阵列芯片则集成了大量继电器电路、以及数据传输电路,低 成本实现了数字信号和模拟信号的转换,诊断引脚的选通等功能, 为 汽车诊断装置的小型化及低成本化提供了支持,且可通过 USB接口升 级固件版本, 及时更新最新诊断程序, 刷写其它车型诊断程序。
以上所述, 对于本领域的普通技术人员来说, 可以根据本发明的 技术方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形, 而所有这些改 变和变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

1. 一种车用读码卡, 其特征在于, 包括: 显示器、 诊断芯片及电 性连接于该诊断芯片的模拟开关阵列芯片, 该诊断芯片集成有处理器 芯片、 USB接口、 显示器驱动接口及 Nor Flash芯片, 该显示器通过 该显示器驱动接口连接于该诊断芯片, 该模拟开关阵列芯片通过 SAE J1962诊断接头连接于汽车诊断接口, 该诊断芯片运行诊断程序, 并 根据运行结果控制模拟开关阵列芯片实现与汽车诊断接口的逻辑选 通, 通过相应诊断协议实现诊断功能, 该 USB接口用于外接 PC, 通 过 PC客户端程序实现对固件的版本升級。
