模块化 LED路灯
技术领域
本实用新型属于半导体照明系统技术领域, 具体涉及一种模块化 LED路灯。 背景技术
发光二极管 (LED )是一种利用半导体发光器件, 其发光机理是利 用电子与空穴的复合作用产生光子。 LED具有发光效率高, 显色性好, 耗电疗少, 节能环保, 安全可靠性高, 使用寿命长的优势。 LED作为一 种新型、 低功耗的光源已经取代了目前道路照明主要采用的高压钠灯, 并在不远的将来 LED路灯将取代高压钠灯称为道路照明的主力灯源。
现有技术的 LED路灯, 包括灯具模块与灯架, 灯架环绕灯具模块的 四周, 模块内嵌在整个灯架内, 灯架一般由四个固定架构成, 其在浪费 材料的同时由于固定架遮蔽严实影响到灯具的散热功能。 实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构筒单、 更换和维护方便、 重量 轻、 节能环保、 成本低的模块化 LED路灯。
为解决上述技术问题, 本实用新型提供一种模块化 LED路灯, 包括 灯架和灯具模块, 所述灯架包括电源盒、 连接件和端盖, 连接件的两端 分别固定电源盒与端盖, 所述灯具模块包括相互固定的散热器、 LED模 组和透镜, 所述 LED模组设置在散热器与透镜之间, 所述灯具模块固定 在所述连接件上。
为提高灯具的散热, 本实用新型改进有, 所述连接件为平板, 所述 平板的两端分别固定在电源盒与端盖的一端。
为实现灯架的牢固固定, 本实用新型改进有, 所述平板与电源盒及 端盖的固定方式为螺纹连接。
其中, 本实用新型改进有, 所述灯具模块为多个, 沿着连接件并排 设置, 并通过螺纹连接固定在所述连接件上。

本实用新型的有益效果是: 本实用新型取消了左右两侧的固定架, 依靠在电源盒与端盖之间设置有连接件, 之后灯具模块固定在连接件 上, 可以极大程度的节省材料, 同时, 加快了灯具两侧的空气对流散热, 提高灯具的散热效率及提高生产效率、 结构紧凑、 重量轻、 成本低。 附图说明

为详细说明本实用新型的技术内容、构造特征、所实现目的及效果, 以下结合实施方式并配合附图详予说明。
参照附图 1 , 附图所示本实用新型提供一种模块化 LED路灯的实施 例, 包括灯架和灯具模块, 所述灯架包括电源盒 6、 连接件 5和端盖 4 , 连接件 5的两端分别固定电源盒 6与端盖 4 , 所述灯具模块包括相互固 定的散热器 3、 LED模组 2和透镜 1 , 所述 LED模组 2设置在散热器 3与 透镜 1之间, 所述灯具模块固定在所述连接件 5上。
其中, 所述透镜 1的材质为塑料或玻璃, 便于所述 LED模组 2的透 光。
取消了左右两侧的固定架, 减少灯具成本, 使灯具模块固定在连接 件 5上, 其中散热器 3的顶端固定在连接件 5上, 其他部分暴露在空气 中,散热器 3的外形设置成中间凸起的形状,便于雨水或者灰尘的排除。 散热器 3在散热时, 可以直接与周围空气产生对流, 快速的将热量散发 出去。
本实施例中, 参照附图 1 , 附图所示所述连接件 5为平板, 所述平 板的两端分别固定在电源盒 6与端盖 4的一端。
平板固定的方式为多种, 根据使用情况及周围环境来定, 一实施例 中, 所述平板与电源盒 6及端盖 4的固定方式为螺纹连接, 其他实施例 中, 可以采用卡扣连接、 铆接、 焊接等。
本实施例中, 参照附图 1 , 附图所示所述灯具模块为多个, 沿着连 接件 5并排设置, 并通过螺纹连接固定在所述连接件 5上。
在连接件 5上并列设置多个螺孔, 散热器 3上设置定位孔, 螺栓或 者螺釘穿过散热器 3上的定位孔和连接件 5上的螺孔固定散热器 3在定 位件上, 其中其固定方式可以采用其他可拆连接, 例如卡扣连接等, 使 得灯具模块可单独可拆的设置在定位块上使模块化 LED路灯具有可换 性, 方便更换及维护; 定位块的长度根据安装的灯具模块具体限制, 根 据实际需要进行扩展, 而且在一个灯具模块的 LED发生问题时, 可以直 接更换损坏的灯具模块, 拆装更换方便。
本实施例中, 所述灯具模块与灯具模块之间设有便于空气流通的间 隙。
在每个灯具模块之间设置有间隙, 气流可以穿过该间隙进行冷热空 气的交换, 形成更好的空气对流, 增加散热的效率。
本实施例中, 参照附图 1 , 附图所示所述散热器 3包括中空的散热 架及设在所述散热架内散热板, 所述散热板并列排设在散热架内。
设置在外侧的散热架, 可以有效的遮蔽雨水等外界环境对模块化 LED路灯的影响。 其中的散热板并列设置在散热架内, 其形成多个散热 通道, 空气穿过该散热通道, 形成跟好的空气对流, 增加散热的效率。
其中, 参照附图 1 , 附图所示所述散热架上设置有适配 LED模组 2 及透镜 1的凹槽, LED模组 2与透镜 1固定在所述凹槽内。 固定在散热架的凹槽可以防止雨水等外界环境的影响, 进一步的, 可以增加接触面积, 提高散热。
所述散热器 3的材质为铝, 可以进一步的增加整个模块化 LED路灯 的散热效果,另一实施例中,所述散热器 3采用重量较轻的镁合金材料, 降低 LED路灯的整体重量, 使安装更加方便。

1、 一种模块化 LED路灯, 包括灯架和灯具模块, 其特征在于, 所 述灯架包括电源盒、 连接件和端盖, 连接件的两端分别固定电源盒与端 盖, 所述灯具模块包括相互固定的散热器、 LED模组和透镜, 所述 LED 模组设置在散热器与透镜之间, 所述灯具模块固定在所述连接件上。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的模块化 LED路灯, 其特征在于, 所述连 接件为平板, 所述平板的两端分别固定在电源盒与端盖的一端。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的模块化 LED路灯, 其特征在于, 所述平 板与电源盒及端盖的固定方式为螺纹连接。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的模块化 LED路灯, 其特征在于, 所述灯 具模块为多个, 沿着连接件并排设置, 并通过螺纹连接固定在所述连接 件上。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的模块化 LED路灯, 其特征在于, 所述灯 具模块与灯具模块之间设有便于空气流通的间隙。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的模块化 LED路灯, 其特征在于, 所述透 镜的材质为塑料或玻璃。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的模块化 LED路灯, 其特征在于, 所述散 热器包括中空的散热架及设在所述散热架内散热板, 所述散热板并列排 设在散热架内。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的模块化 LED路灯, 其特征在于, 所述散 热架上设置有适配 LED模组及透镜的凹槽, LED模组与透镜固定在所述 凹槽内。
