该抵靠臂 40是借由另一轴杆 41设于该固定部,使该抵靠臂 40可以绕 一个位于固定部 20的抵靠轴心摆动, 由轴杆 41界定的抵靠轴心与轴杆 31 所界定的悬臂轴心平行且彼此分离, 使该抵靠臂 40与悬臂 30相似而可上 下摆动, 在较佳的实施例中, 该抵靠轴心的位置高于悬臂轴心的位置, 更 进一步, 抵靠轴心可设置远离于悬臂轴心而与悬臂轴心相互远离。 抵靠臂 40具有一个抵顶于悬臂 30 的抵顶部, 更明确地说, 该抵靠臂具有两支臂 42, 该悬臂 30位于该二支臂 42之间, 该抵顶部包括连接穿设于该二支臂 之间的杆体 43, 且该抵顶部具有一个滚柱 44, 该滚柱 44 套设于杆体 43 而可滚动, 该抵顶部是以该滚柱 44, 自悬臂 30下方向上抵顶于该悬臂 30, 使该抵靠臂 40可向上抵顶、 支撑于悬臂 30, 另外, 该二支臂 42分别具有 一凸肋 45, 该二凸肋 45分别抵靠于悬臂 30, 避免悬臂 30在该二支臂 42 之间任意晃动。 该抵靠臂 40另外还具有一个支撑部 46, 具体而言, 该抵 靠臂的支撑部 46是由连接在该二支臂 42之间的板体所形成, 且位于抵顶 部之下而位在抵靠臂 40的自由端, 与固定部的支撑部 21相对。 在本发明 较佳的实施例中, 抵靠臂 40 的抵顶部是位在抵靠轴心与抵靠臂的支撑部 46 之间, 抵靠臂 40 自抵靠轴心向抵靠部延伸是呈斜下延伸态样且倾斜于 抵靠臂的支撑部 46, 换言之, 抵靠臂的两支臂 42是朝向抵靠部斜下延伸, 且倾斜于抵靠臂的支撑部 46。
该第一气囊 50是横向地推抵与设置于该二支撑部 21、 46之间, 所述 的横向是指第一气囊 50大致呈现水平延伸态样, 然而, 第一气囊 50受到 二支撑部 21、 46的压抵, 无法保持于水平而会有略微倾斜的情形, 为减少 第一气囊 50倾斜的情形, 可将轴杆 41所界定的抵靠轴心的位置设置位于 第一气囊 50的正上方。
该第二气囊 60—端抵靠于该悬臂 30, 另一端则抵靠于该车体 11, 更 详细地说, 该第二气囊 60是纵向地抵靠于悬臂 30的自由端, 而使轮轴 12 位于固定部 20与第二气囊 60之间。
该承杆 70是供连接于轮轴 12 与固定部 20 之间, 具体而言, 该承杆 70可设置为气压杆或油压杆, 而于轮轴 12随悬臂 30移动时提供缓冲与阻 尼的使用功能。
利用上述装置, 本发明可供使用者将轮轴 12升起或降下, 同时并提供 避震的使用功能。
请参考图 3, 使用者可在第一气囊 50充气, 第一气囊 50 即推挤抵靠 臂 40, 进一步使抵靠臂 40推挤悬臂 30, 使悬臂 30 向上摆动, 位于悬臂 30 自由端的第二气囊 60则泄气收缩, 使轮轴 12被升起。
请参考图 4, 使用者欲使用轮轴 12 时, 则可略将第一气囊 50泄气, 并将第二气囊 60对应充气, 此时, 悬臂 30相反于图 3所示之动作而向下 摆动, 进一步带动轮轴 12降下, 使轮轴 12所装设的轮胎 1 3接触地面 14。 请参考图 5, 当车辆装载重物而受到重物挤压时, 将使车体 11下沉而 使轮轴 12相对地向上移动, 促使悬臂 30向上摆动而挤压第二气囊 60, 可 于轮轴 12与悬臂 30移动与摆动时由第一气囊 50与第二气囊 60提供缓冲、 阻尼的避震效果。
其中, 请参考图 5, 当悬臂 30 向下摆动时, 止挡部 22 可抵靠于抵靠 臂的支撑部 46, 且止挡部 22更可供调整, 使该二支撑部 21、 46之间可以 维持具有一个可调整的最小压缩距离,而不会让两支撑部 21、46过于接近, 造成第一气囊 50被压缩损坏, 同时可也避免悬臂 30过度向下摆动, 而使 第二气囊 60过度扩张变形, 使本发明可适当地保护第一气囊 50与第二气 囊 60, 维持第一气囊 50与第二气囊 60的使用寿命。 在本发明其他可能的 实施例中, 将该止挡部 22 改设于抵靠臂的支撑部 46上, 亦可提供同样的 使用功能无碍。
承上述, 本发明中的抵靠臂 40是绕抵靠轴心摆动, 抵靠轴心与悬臂轴 心分离, 而可利用第一气囊 50提供的力量推抵悬臂 30摆动, 较佳者, 抵 靠臂 40更向上抵靠于悬臂 30靠近轮轴 12处,使车辆轮轴升降装置具有较 佳的整体结构, 可利用较小的力量将悬臂 30与轮轴 12举升, 而具有良好 的操作使用效果。
其次, 本发明是将第一气囊 50设置为横向, 使第一气囊 50较易于供 使用者进行组装或拆卸, 而使本发明具有容易维修的特点。
再者, 本发明利用抵靠臂 40推抵第一气囊 50, 使第一气囊 50在受到 挤压的过程中可较平稳地受到挤压,而不易发生倾斜甚至扭曲变形的情形, 更进一步, 抵靠臂具有斜下延伸的结构外形, 使抵靠臂能适当且平稳地夹 压第一气囊 50, 减少第一气囊 50 受压倾斜扭曲的情形, 可大幅提高第一 气囊的使用寿命。
另外, 本发明中的抵靠臂 40可利用凸肋 45抵靠于悬臂 30, 可避免悬 臂 30与轮轴 12在车辆转弯时受到扭力作用而任意摆动, 提高本发明的结 构刚性, 进一步提高本发明的使用寿命。
总结以上实施例, 本发明车辆轮轴升降装置具有特殊的结构与零件连 结关系, 而可大幅提高车辆轮轴升降装置的结构稳定度与整体使用寿命, 更兼具易于拆装维修的使用特点, 实为具有进步的功效。

Claims

杈利要求书
1. 一种车辆轮轴升降装置, 供设置于一车辆, 该车辆具有一车体与一 轮轴, 该车辆轮轴升降装置包含:
一固定部, 供固定地设置于该车体下, 该固定部具有一支撑部; 一悬臂,设于该固定部并可绕一个位于该固定部的悬臂轴心上下摆动, 该悬臂供设置该轮轴;
一抵靠臂, 设于该固定部并可绕一个位于该固定部的抵靠轴心摆动, 该抵靠轴心与该悬臂轴心平行且彼此分离, 该抵靠臂具有一个抵顶于该悬 臂的抵顶部以及另一支撑部, 该抵顶部向上抵顶于该悬臂;
一第一气囊, 横向地推抵与设置于该二支撑部之间;
一第二气囊, 一端抵靠于该悬臂, 另一端供抵靠于该车体。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的车辆轮轴升降装置, 其中该抵靠轴心的位置高 于该悬臂轴心的位置。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的车辆轮轴升降装置, 其中该抵靠轴心的位置位 于该第一气囊的正上方。
4. 如权利要求 2所述的车辆轮轴升降装置, 其中该抵靠轴心与该悬臂 轴心相互远离。
5. 如权利要求 1所述的车辆轮轴升降装置, 其中该抵靠臂的抵顶部位 在抵靠轴心与抵靠臂的支撑部之间, 该抵靠臂自抵靠轴心向抵靠部延伸呈 斜下延伸态样且倾斜于抵靠臂的支撑部。
6. 如权利要求 1所述的车辆轮轴升降装置, 其中该固定部的支撑部略 朝上倾斜。
7. 如权利要求 1至 6 中任一项所述的车辆轮轴升降装置, 其中该抵靠 臂具有二支臂, 该抵顶部连接于该二支臂之间, 该悬臂位于该二支臂之间, 各该支臂具有一凸肋, 该二凸肋分别抵靠于该悬臂。
8. 如权利要求 1至 6 中任一项所述的车辆轮轴升降装置, 其中该二支 撑部其中一者具有一止挡部, 该二支撑部其中另一者选择性地抵靠于该止 挡部, 使该二支撑部之间具有一个最小压缩距离。
9. 如权利要求 8所述的车辆轮轴升降装置, 其中该止挡部为可调整, 使该最小压缩距离的大小可供调整。
1 0. 如权利要求 1 至 6 中任一项所述的车辆轮轴升降装置, 其中该抵 顶部自该悬臂下方向上抵顶于该悬臂, 该抵顶部具有一个可滚动的滚柱, 该滚柱抵顶于该悬臂。
