Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施の形態である放送システム1を示している。この放送システム1は、放送装置11、受信装置12、ACRサーバ13、コマンドサーバ14、及び配信サーバ15から構成される。放送システム1は、情報処理システムの一例である。また、受信装置12、ACRサーバ13、コマンドサーバ14、及び配信サーバ15は、インターネット16を介して、相互に接続されている。
図2は、図1の受信装置12の構成例を示す図である。
次に、図3乃至図5を参照して、図1の放送システム1を構成する各装置間の連携について説明する。図3は、コンテンツの切り替え時における各装置間の連携を示すシーケンス図である。
次に、図6乃至図10を参照して、5種類のビデオスイッチコマンドについて説明する。ビデオスイッチコマンドは、スイッチコマンド、プリロードコマンド、プリセレクトコマンド、イネーブルスイッチコマンド、又はディセーブルスイッチコマンドのいずれかに分類される。
次に、前述したパススルーモードとリテンションモードの詳細について説明する。図11は、放送コンテンツと配信コンテンツとの切り替え時におけるモードの例を示す図である。
次に、前述したビデオスイッチコマンドの3種類の利用例について説明する。
次に、図15乃至図20を参照して、受信装置12が、ACR識別処理により得られる識別結果に応じたビデオスイッチコマンドを受信したときのコマンド対応処理(以下、ACR識別結果に応じたコマンド対応処理という)について説明する。
図16は、図15のステップS18に対応する、受信したビデオスイッチコマンドがプリセレクトコマンドである場合の処理(以下、プリセレクトコマンド対応処理という)を示すフローチャートである。
図17は、図15のステップS18に対応する、受信したビデオスイッチコマンドがプリロードコマンドである場合の処理(以下、プリロードコマンド対応処理という)を示すフローチャートである。
図18は、図15のステップS18に対応する、受信したビデオスイッチコマンドがスイッチコマンドである場合の処理(以下、スイッチコマンド対応処理という)を示すフローチャートである。
図19は、図15のステップS18に対応する、受信したビデオスイッチコマンドがイネーブルスイッチコマンドである場合の処理(以下、イネーブルスイッチコマンド対応処理という)を示すフローチャートである。
図20は、図15のステップS18に対応する、受信したビデオスイッチコマンドがディセーブルスイッチコマンドである場合の処理(以下、ディセーブルスイッチコマンド対応処理という)を示すフローチャートである。
前述した一連の処理は、ハードウェアにより実行することもできるし、ソフトウェアにより実行することもできる。一連の処理をソフトウェアにより実行する場合には、そのソフトウェアを構成するプログラムが、コンピュータにインストールされる。ここで、コンピュータには、専用のハードウェアに組み込まれているコンピュータや、各種のプログラムをインストールすることで、各種の機能を実行することが可能な、例えば汎用のパーソナルコンピュータなどが含まれる。

受信した前記第1のコンテンツのデータから特徴量を抽出する特徴量抽出部と、
抽出した前記特徴量を用いて識別された前記第1のコンテンツの識別結果を取得する識別結果取得部と、

取得した前記コマンドに応じて、前記第1のコンテンツから前記第2のコンテンツに切り替える動作を制御する
ステップを含む受信方法。

第1のコンテンツを受信する受信部と、

取得した前記コマンドに応じて、前記第1のコンテンツから前記第2のコンテンツに切り替える動作を制御する制御部と

前記受信装置は、
第1のコンテンツを受信する受信部と、
受信した前記第1のコンテンツのデータから特徴量を抽出する特徴量抽出部と、
抽出した前記特徴量を前記第1の情報処理装置に送信して、前記第1の情報処理装置にて前記特徴量を用いて識別された前記第1のコンテンツの識別結果を取得する識別結果取得部と、
前記第1の情報処理装置から取得した前記識別結果を前記第2の情報処理装置に送信して、前記第2の情報処理装置から、前記第1のコンテンツと、前記第3の情報処理装置から配信される第2のコンテンツとを切り替える動作を制御するためのコマンドを取得するコマンド取得部と、
前記第2の情報処理装置から取得した前記コマンドに応じて、前記第1のコンテンツから、前記第3の情報処理装置から配信される前記第2のコンテンツに切り替える動作を制御する制御部と
を備え、
前記第1の情報処理装置は、
前記受信装置からの問い合わせに応じて、前記特徴量を用いて前記第1のコンテンツを識別することで得られる前記識別結果を提供する第1の提供部を備え、
前記第2の情報処理装置は、
前記受信装置からの問い合わせに応じて、前記識別結果に応じた前記コマンドを提供する第2の提供部を備え、
前記第3の情報処理装置は、
前記受信装置からの問い合わせに応じて、前記第2のコンテンツを配信する配信部を備える
情報処理システム。

- 第1のコンテンツを受信する受信部と、
受信した前記第1のコンテンツのデータから特徴量を抽出する特徴量抽出部と、
抽出した前記特徴量を用いて識別された前記第1のコンテンツの識別結果を取得する識別結果取得部と、
取得した前記識別結果に応じて、前記第1のコンテンツと、前記第1のコンテンツと異なる第2のコンテンツとを切り替える動作を制御するためのコマンドを取得するコマンド取得部と、
取得した前記コマンドに応じて、前記第1のコンテンツから前記第2のコンテンツに切り替える動作を制御する制御部と
を備える受信装置。 - 前記コマンドは、前記第1のコンテンツから前記第2のコンテンツへの切り替えのタイミングに先行して、切り替えの実行の可否をユーザに確認させる第1のコマンド、又は前記第1のコンテンツから前記第2のコンテンツに切り替えさせる第2のコマンドであり、
前記制御部は、
前記第1のコマンドに応じて、切り替えの実行の可否をユーザに確認させて、
前記ユーザが切り替えの実行を許可した場合、前記第2のコマンドに応じて、前記第1のコンテンツから前記第2のコンテンツに切り替える
