Abstract
본 발명은 탈황설비용 내식강의 부식수명 예측방법에 관한 것으로서, 챔버 내부에 시편을 장착하는 준비단계; 상기 챔버 내부로 열풍을 통과시키는 열풍주입단계; 상기 챔버내로 황산용액을 분무하는 황산분무단계; 상기 챔버내로 물을 분무하는 물분무단계; 및 상기 시편의 중량감소를 측정하여, 부식수명을 예측하는 부식수명 예측단계;를 포함하며, 상기 황산분무단계에서, 상기 황산용액은, 5 내지 20부피%의 황산과 80 내지 95부피%의 물을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 종래의 단순 침지시험과 달리, 탈황설비의 운행 및 휴지상태, 탈황설비내 강재의 위치, 황산풍의 유속, 온도 등의 다양한 부식요소를 충분히 반영함으로써, 탈황설비에서의 내식강의 부식수명을 정량적으로 측정할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
