Then, the wall surface/mounting surface (7) is pierced from the holes (4) located on the right and left of the product, and the monolithic structure (3) is mechanically mounted onto the surface (7) by means of wall plugs (6). Therefore the monolihic structure (3) consisting of insulation material and the surrounding wall is mounted onto the surface (7) both by adhering method and mechanically by using wall plugs. By repeating the said process, the unpacked monolithic (one-piece) structures are mounted onto the mounting surface.

  • the wall surface (7) is pierced from the hole (5) previously made in the center of the monolithic (one-piece) structure (3), and the female part (10) of the clamp is fitted onto the wall/mounting surface (7), wherein the inner surface of the said female part is serrated (indented) and the male part (9) of the clamp connection located on the rear surface of the tile gets into it (10).

As the tile (8) in the product is mounted from one point and from the center, until the polyurethane-based adhesive becomes effective, the circular movement of the tile (8) is possible and the joint adjustment can be made by means of the said circular movement of the tile (8). After the joint adjustment is made by means of this movement of the tile (8), the mounting process is completed.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un article pouvant être mis en œuvre sur les parements extérieurs de bâtiments de façon à assurer l'isolation thermique. Ledit article peut être posé sans profilés et il permet de former une façade de type carrelé du fait que sa surface avant apparente est en forme de carreau (8). L'article selon l'invention comprend essentiellement un matériau isolant (2), une paroi périphérique (1) et un carreau (8). Ledit matériau isolant (2) et la paroi périphérique (1) constituent une structure unique, tandis que le carreau est posé sur ladite structure par adhésion et de manière mécanique par mise en œuvre d'éléments de fixation auxiliaires. Selon l'invention, la structure composée du matériau isolant et de la paroi périphérique est posée sur la surface de pose (7) par des moyens mécaniques et par adhésion. Le carreau (8) disposé sur la surface avant extérieure de l'article peut être fait de céramique ou de tout autre matériau adapté au parement extérieur, tel que le plastique, le bois, le verre, le métal, l'aluminium, les composites d'aluminium, le granit, la pierre naturelle, le marbre, les stratifiés, le vinyle, les briques comprimées, les panneaux de flocons ou les matériaux composites.
