Abstract

Esta invención trata de un sistema de captura de emisiones a la atmosfera que se compone de un tanque de licuación que cuenta con líquido, el cual captura el polvo, humo o gases, que le son introducidos a través de un ducto principal, en el cual se conecta el suministro de la emisión que se requiere capturar, en dicho ducto se encuentra un primer ventilador que funciona absorbiendo e impulsando el polvo, humo, gas, conduciéndolo así dentro del tanque de licuado, al final del ducto este se encuentra sellado, las paredes laterales del ducto cuentan con por lo menos diez orificios de salida, a su vez cuenta con un sistema de al menos dos paredes con el mismo efecto y perforaciones, provocando con ello la licuación del material capturado; así mismo cuenta con su sistema de enfriamiento, que conduce el líquido del tanque a una serpentina de ahí a una bomba que genera la recirculación del líquido; en la parte superior del tanque cuenta con un ducto de salida por el cual se conducen los gases resultantes de la licuación hacia un compresor, cuya función es comprimir los gases e introducirlos en un primer tanque de almacenamiento de gases.
