Abstract

본 발명은 한번의 시료주입으로 반응 조건의 변화가 가능한 멤브레인 센서 및 이를 이용한 반응의 측정 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 반응물질 저장부와 반응 멤브레인 사이에 비대칭막을 형성시켜 두 가지 이상의 반응 조건을 갖는 생체 반응을 한 번의 시료 주입으로 순차적으로 일어나도록 설계한 멤브레인 센서에 관한 것이다.
