Abstract

Sistema de implante para la restauración o regeneración de un ligamento cruzado que comprende: un implante (100, 200) de haces de fibras poliméricas que configuran ramas fasciculares (101, 102, 201, 202) con al menos un tramo intermedio retorcido helicoidalmente, los cuales, mediante nuevo retorcimiento helicoidal entre sí, configuran el tramo intermedio (120, 220) del implante (100, 200), siendo los retorcimientos en un mismo sentido específico según se trate de implantes (100, 200) destinados a la rodilla derecha o a la rodilla izquierda; plantilla de perforación (300) de túneles óseos para la inserción del implante (100,200) que consta de arco circular (310), brazo guía (340), cuerpo soporte (320) y guías tubulares (360); útil rota guías (800) para la configuración helicoidal del implante (100, 200) que comprende mango (510), varilla (520), alojamientos (531, 532, 533, 534) y elemento de cierre (540); dispositivo tensor (600,700) del implante (100, 200) que comprende un primer cuerpo tensor (601, 701), un segundo cuerpo tensor (602,702), elementos sensores (603,703) y tuerca tensora (604,704), y dispositivo de fijación del implante (100, 200) que comprende perno (800) y tornillo (810).
