Description

Toilet equipment equipped with solid-liquid separator and solid-liquid separator
The present invention relates to a solid-liquid separator and a toilet facility equipped with the solid-liquid separator.
FIG. 19 of Patent Document 1 discloses a toilet facility equipped with a conventional solid-liquid separator. This toilet facility is a non-flush toilet, and a solid-liquid separator that is disposed below the toilet outlet of the non-flush toilet and separates and discharges stool that is solid and urine that is liquid, A stool tank into which stool discharged from the solid-liquid separator is introduced, and a urine tank provided separately from the stool tank and into which urine discharged from the solid-liquid separator is introduced. The solid-liquid separator includes a separation plate that separates stool, which is a solid component, and urine, which is a liquid component, and a transport device that pushes stool remaining on the upper surface of the separation plate from one end of the separation plate.
In this toilet facility, since stool is put into the stool tank and urine is put into the stool tank, urine does not flow into the stool tank. For this reason, in this toilet facility, the water of the stool stored in the stool tank does not become excessive, and the stool stored in the stool tank can be favorably fermented by aerobic microorganisms.
However, in the toilet facility equipped with the conventional solid-liquid separation device, stool is pushed out only from one end portion of the separation plate, so that stool accumulates at an early stage below one end portion of the separation plate in the stool tank. As described above, in this solid-liquid separator, stool is biased and stored in one place in the stool tank. In addition, since an aerobic atmosphere is difficult to be formed in a portion where stool is accumulated at an early stage, there is a possibility that the stool fermentation process using an aerobic microorganism may be insufficient. Thus, in this toilet facility, there is a possibility that the stool fermentation process separated by the solid-liquid separator may not be performed well.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional situation, and solves the problem of providing a solid-liquid separation apparatus and a toilet facility including the solid-liquid separation apparatus that can favorably store separated solids. It is an issue that should be done.
The solid-liquid separation device of the present invention is a solid-liquid separation device that separates a solid-liquid mixture of human excrement, livestock manure, household garbage, etc. into a solid component and a liquid component,
A separator plate that receives the solid-liquid mixture on its upper surface and that has an opening through which the liquid component passes; and
And a conveying device that pushes the solid content remaining on the separation plate in a plurality of directions from the separation plate.
In this solid-liquid separation device, the solid content remaining on the separation plate can be pushed out from the separation plate in a plurality of directions by the transport device, so that the solid content extruded from the shape of the separation plate accumulates in one place at an early stage. Can be prevented. For this reason, the solid content can be favorably stored.
Therefore, the solid-liquid separation device of the present invention can store the separated solids satisfactorily.
The toilet facility according to the present invention is a solid-liquid separation device that is arranged below an inlet into which human excrement is introduced and separates human excrement into stool and urine,
A stool tank into which stool provided below the position where stool is pushed out from above the separation plate;
The stool tank is isolated from the stool tank and is provided with a urine tank into which urine provided below the separation plate is inserted.
Since this toilet equipment can push out stool from the separator plate in multiple directions and drop it into multiple places in the stool tank, it can be stored at one place in the stool tank at an early stage. This can be prevented. Moreover, since the urine is thrown into the urine tank, the urine stored in the stool tank does not have excessive moisture due to the urine. For this reason, this toilet facility can ferment the stool well with aerobic microorganisms.
Therefore, the toilet facility of the present invention can satisfactorily treat the stool separated by the solid-liquid separator.

A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described.
In the solid-liquid separation device of the present invention, the transport device reciprocates between one end portion of the separation plate and the other end portion located on the opposite side of the one end portion, and removes the solid content on the separation plate. An extrusion member may be extruded from the one end and the other end. In this case, the conveying device can push out the solid content from two places, one end and the other end of the separation plate, with a simple structure and movement.
In the solid-liquid separation device of the present invention, the pushing member extends in a direction facing the reciprocating direction, a first pushing plate inclined downward toward the one end, and the reciprocating direction. And a second extruded plate extending downward and inclined toward the other end. In this case, by reciprocating the extruding member, the first extruding plate can extrude the solid component from one end of the separation plate, and the second extruding plate can extrude the solid component from the other end of the separation plate.
The solid-liquid separation device of the present invention may include a rotating device that holds the transport device rotatably on a horizontal plane. In this case, the conveying device can be rotated on the horizontal plane by the rotating device. For this reason, the solid content remaining on the separation plate can be pushed out from the separation plate in an arbitrary direction by the transport device.
The toilet facility of the present invention includes a plurality of stool tanks provided separately for each position where stool is pushed out from the separation plate,
The transport device changes the direction in which stool is pushed out from the separation plate every set period, and the stool tank other than the stool tank into which the stool is put is fermented for the stool stored during the set period Can be used.
In this case, for a set period, for example, half a year, stool separated into only one stool tank is introduced into a plurality of stool tanks, and stool is not put into other stool tanks. Thereby, in other stool tanks, the stored stool can be fermented with aerobic microorganisms for at least a set period (half year). For this reason, since all the stools stored in other stool tanks can be sufficiently fermented, they can be effectively used as they are as compost.
Next, Examples 1 to 3 embodying toilet facilities equipped with the solid-liquid separation device of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
<実施例1>
<Example 1>
The toilet facility of Example 1 is provided with the non-flush toilet 1, the solid-liquid separator 10, the stool tank 60, and the urine tank 70 as shown in FIG. The non-flush toilet 1 includes a toilet body 2 and a toilet seat 3 and a toilet lid 4 attached to the upper surface of the toilet body 2. The toilet body 2 has a toilet bowl 5 that is open at the top and bottom, and the lower opening forms a toilet outlet 6. The toilet discharge port 6 is connected to an opening provided in the floor member 7 and forms an input port into which human excrement is input.
As shown in FIGS. 2 to 6, the solid-liquid separation device 10 includes a separation plate 20, a transport device 30, a scraper member 40, and removal members 51, 52A, and 52B. The separation plate 20 is a flat plate having a rectangular shape in plan view, and is disposed in a horizontal state below the toilet outlet 6. The separation plate 20 is provided with a plurality of slit- shaped openings 21A and 21B in parallel to the long sides. Each opening 21A, 21B extends between one end 20A on the short side of the separation plate 20 and the other end 20B located on the opposite side of the one end 20A. The separation plate 20 is continuously provided with a side plate 22 extending vertically upward from both ends forming a long side, and an upper plate 23 extending from the upper end of the side plate 22 in the outer horizontal direction. The upper plate 23 has locking plates 25 fixed to both ends in the long side direction of the separation plate 20 via spacers 24.
A pair of rail members 26 extending in parallel with the toilet outlet 6 interposed therebetween are attached to the lower surface of the floor member 7. The solid-liquid separation device 10 is slidably suspended from the lower surface of the floor member 7 by fixing both outer ends of the locking plate 25 to the rail member 26, and is fixed. For this reason, the solid-liquid separator 10 can be easily removed for installation and maintenance.
Since the separation plate 20 is disposed below the toilet discharge port 6, when a user uses the non-flush toilet 1, the excrement (solid-liquid mixture) falls on the upper surface of the separation plate 20. . Of the excrement received on the upper surface of the separation plate 20, the urine that is a liquid component passes through the openings 21 </ b> A and 21 </ b> B downward, and the stool that is a solid component remains on the separation plate 20. Thus, the solid-liquid separator 10 can separate the excrement into urine and stool by the separation plate 20.
The conveying device 30 includes a pushing member 31 and a driving device 36 that reciprocates the pushing member 31 between the one end 20A and the other end 20B of the separation plate 20. The push member 31 includes a first push plate 32 and a second push plate 33. The first extruding plate 32 is a horizontally long rectangular flat plate extending perpendicular to the reciprocating direction of the extruding member 31, and is inclined downward toward the one end portion 20 </ b> A of the separating plate 20.
The first extrusion plate 32 has a pair of support plates 34 formed continuously at both ends. Each support plate 34 is a flat plate orthogonal to the first extrusion plate 32. Each support plate 34 forms a first inclined side 34 </ b> A in which a portion bent continuously from the first extrusion plate 32 is inclined downward from the upper end toward one end 20 </ b> A of the separation plate 20. Each support plate 34 has a second inclined side 34B inclined downward from the upper end of the first inclined side 34A toward the opposite side (the other end 20B of the separation plate 20). Each support plate 34 includes a bottom 34C extending in the horizontal direction from the lower ends of the first inclined side 34A and the second inclined side 34B, and a horizontally-long rectangular convex portion 34D protruding downward from the bottom 34C at the center. is doing. Each support plate 34 is provided with a through hole 34E at the upper end. A shaft member 35 (described later) that pivotally supports the second push-out plate 33 is inserted into the through hole 34E.
The first extrusion plate 32 extends between the openings (both side openings 21B) closest to the side plates 22 on both sides of the separation plate 20. For this reason, each support plate 34 can move along the both side openings 21 </ b> B by inserting the protrusions 34 </ b> D into the both sides openings 21 </ b> B. The first extrusion plate 32 is disposed on the separation plate 20 along the first inclined side 34 </ b> A of the support plate 34. For this reason, the first extrusion plate 32 is inclined downward toward the one end portion 20 </ b> A of the separation plate 20. Further, the first extrusion plate 32 can reciprocate between the one end portion 20 </ b> A and the other end portion 20 </ b> B of the separation plate 20 together with the support plate 34.
The second extrusion plate 33 is a horizontally elongated substantially flat plate extending perpendicularly to the reciprocating direction of the extrusion member 31. The second extruded plate 33 is formed so that the lateral direction is slightly longer than the first extruded plate 32. As for the 2nd extrusion board 33, the upper part and the upper part of the left-right side are bend | folded in the same right angle direction. The second extruded plate 33 is provided with through holes 33A in the bent portions of the left and right sides. The second extruded plate 33 is supported by the support plate 34 by inserting the shaft member 35 into the through hole 33A, and the back surface is in contact with the second inclined side 34B of the support plate 34. Accordingly, the second extrusion plate 33 is disposed so as to be inclined downward toward the other end portion 20 </ b> B of the separation plate 20. Further, the second extrusion plate 33 can rotate in the direction from the one end portion 20A to the other end portion 20B of the separation plate 20.
As described above, the pushing member 31 is formed in a substantially mountain shape having the highest central portion with respect to the reciprocating direction by the first pushing plate 32 and the second pushing plate 33 above the separation plate 20. For this reason, when the user using the non-washing toilet 1 uses the toilet, even if the pushing member 31 is located below the toilet discharge port 6, the excrement does not stay on the pushing member 31. Then, it falls onto the separation plate 20 along the first extrusion plate 32 and the second extrusion plate 33.
The scraper member 40 is a flat plate extending in the short side direction of the separation plate 20 and is placed on the separation plate 20. In the scraper member 40, a side portion 41 parallel to the short side of the separation plate 20 is formed in a saw blade shape. In addition, when the scraper member 40 is placed on the separation plate 20, slit-like openings 42 are provided at positions corresponding to the openings 21 </ b> A and 21 </ b> B of the separation plate 20.
The convex portion 34 </ b> D of the support plate 34 constitutes a removing member 51. The other removing members 52A and 52B are formed of a rectangular flat plate having a flange portion 53 whose left and right upper portions extend in the lateral direction. Each removal member 51, 52A, 52B is provided with a through hole 54 through which a connecting member 56 described later is inserted. The bottom 34C of the support plate 34 is engaged with the edge of the opening 42 of the scraper member 40, and the convex portion 34D, which is the removal member 51, connects the opening 42 of the scraper member 40 and both side openings 21B of the separation plate 20. It is inserted and protrudes below the separation plate 20. Further, the other removing members 52A and 52B have the flange portion 53 locked to the edge portion of the opening 42 of the scraper member 40, and are inserted through the opening 42 of the scraper member 40 and the opening 21A of the separation plate 20. Projecting below the separation plate 20. Of the other removing members 52A and 52B, the pair of removing members 52B arranged at positions apart from each other are provided with two bolt holes 55 for connecting to both end portions 38A of a connecting member 38 to be described later of the driving device 36. . The flanges 53 of the other removing members 52A and 52B are formed such that both upper end corners are in contact with the back surface of the first extrusion plate 32 or the back surface of the second extrusion plate 33.
Each removal member 51, 52A, 52B is connected by a bar-like connection member 56 inserted through the through hole 54 below the separation plate 20. The connecting member 56 is attached with a stopper member 56A at both ends so as not to come out of the through hole 54. The connecting member 56 may be prevented from coming out of the through hole 54 by deforming the both ends of the connecting member 56 without attaching the retaining member 56A to the both ends of the connecting member 56.
Each removal member 51, 52A, 52B can reciprocate along each opening 21A, 21B while being inserted into each opening 21A, 21B of the separation plate 20. Further, the removal members 51, 52 </ b> A, 52 </ b> B are integrated with the first extrusion plate 32 and the second extrusion plate 33 via the connecting member 56 and the support plate 34. For this reason, the 1st extrusion board 32, the 2nd extrusion board 33, each removal member 51, 52A, 52B, and the scraper member 40 reciprocate between the one end part 20A and the other end part 20B of the separation board 20 together. be able to.
The drive device 36 includes a push-pull cable 37, a connection member 38, and a lever member 39. The push-pull cable 37 includes a cylindrical outer casing 37A provided at both ends, a rod-shaped rod member 37B that is slidably accommodated in each outer casing 37A, and that enters and exits from the tip of the outer casing 37A, and each rod member. And an inner cable 37C for connecting the rear end of 37B.
The connecting member 38 is a horizontally long flat plate, and both end portions 38A are bent at a right angle in the same direction, and a through hole 38B through which a bolt for connecting the pair of removing members 52B is inserted is provided. The connecting member 38 connects the tip of one rod member 37B of the push-pull cable 37 to the center, and connects a pair of removal members 52B to both ends.
As shown in FIG. 1, the lever member 39 includes a rod-shaped lever body 39A and an operation box 39B. The tip end of the other rod member 37B of the push-pull cable 37 is connected to the lever main body 39A. The operation box 39B has a straight guide hole 39C through which the lever body 39A is inserted. The lever main body 39A reciprocates along the guide hole 39C. The operation box 39B is fixed to the wall surface of the toilet room in which the non-flush toilet 1 is installed so that the lever body 39A can be operated in the horizontal direction along the guide hole 39C.
The whole floor under the toilet room is used as a stool tank 60. That is, the stool tank 60 is formed by being surrounded by the floor foundation 63, the side wall 64 rising from the periphery of the floor foundation 63, and the floor member 7, and the stool is pushed out from the separation plate 20 of the solid-liquid separation device 10. It is provided below the position. The side wall 64 is provided with an inspection port 65. The inspection port 65 is used when carrying out the fermented stool in the stool tank 60 or inspecting the solid-liquid separator 10 or the like. A door member 66 that can be freely opened and closed is attached to the inspection port 65. This door member 66 is provided with an input cylinder 66A for charging ash for mixing in stool and promoting fermentation treatment into the stool tank 60. The input cylinder 66A is always closed by a lid member 66B.
The stool tank 60 communicates with the outside through an exhaust pipe 67 that rises through the floor member 7. The exhaust pipe 67 has a fan (not shown) and can forcibly exhaust the air in the stool tank 60.
The urine tank 70 is continuously suspended below the solid-liquid separator 10 and is provided below the separation plate 20. The urine tank 70 includes a bottom plate 71 that is slightly larger than the separation plate 20 and a side plate 72 that rises from the periphery of the bottom plate 71, and the solid-liquid separation device 10 with the upper end opening surrounding the separation plate 20. It is fixed to the lower end of. Thus, the urine tank 70 is formed separately from the stool tank 60.
The urinal tank 70 has a discharge pipe 73 communicating with the lower end of the side plate 72. The discharge pipe 73 is inclined downward and communicates with a urine storage tank 80 that is disposed outside through the side wall 64 of the stool tank 60.
The toilet equipment of Example 1 having such a configuration is used as follows.
The user of the non-washing toilet 1 moves the lever main body 39A from the side closer to the non-washing toilet 1 after the stool (from right to left in FIG. 1). Thus, the other rod member 37B of the push-pull cable 37 is pulled out from the outer casing 37A. Also, one rod member 37B is drawn into the outer casing 37A as shown in FIGS. For this reason, the pushing member 31 of the transport device 30 moves from the one end portion 20A of the separation plate 20 to the other end portion 20B.
At this time, the saw-toothed side portion 41 located on the front side in the moving direction of the scraper member 40 scavenges the stool on the separation plate 20, and the removal members 51, 52A, 52B are further opened in the openings 21A, 21B. The second extrusion plate 33 pushes out the stool remaining on the separation plate 20 from the other end portion 20B of the separation plate 20 while removing the stool that adheres to or closes the openings 21A and 21B. In this way, the stool is put into the stool tank 60.
Thereafter, the user who uses the non-washing toilet 1 moves the lever body 39A from the far side to the near side (from left to right in FIG. 1) with respect to the non-washing toilet 1. As a result, the other rod member 37B of the push-pull cable 37 is pushed into the outer casing 37A. One rod member 37B is pushed out from the outer casing 37A as shown in FIGS. For this reason, the pushing member 31 of the transport device 30 moves from the other end 20B of the separation plate 20 to the one end 20A.
At this time, the saw-toothed side portion 41 located on the front side in the moving direction of the scraper member 40 scavenges the stool on the separation plate 20, and the removal members 51, 52A, 52B are further opened in the openings 21A, 21B. The first extruded plate 32 pushes out the stool remaining on the separation plate 20 from the one end portion 20A of the separation plate 20 while removing the stool that adheres to or closes the openings 21A and 21B. In this way, the stool is put into the stool tank 60.
On the other hand, the urine excreted using the non-flush toilet 1 passes through the openings 21A and 21B of the separation plate 20 downward and is put into the urine tank 70 as shown in FIG. The urine put into the urine tank 70 is stored in the urine storage tank 80 via the discharge pipe 73.
As described above, this toilet facility can put the stool into the stool tank 60 from two places, the one end 20A and the other end 20B of the separation plate 20. For this reason, since the stool can be dropped and stored in two places of the stool tank 60, it is possible to prevent the stool from being quickly accumulated in one place of the stool tank 60. Further, since the urine is put into the urine tank 70 and stored in the urine storage tank 80 through the discharge pipe 73, the urine stored in the urine tank 60 does not have excessive water due to the urine, and is aerobic. It can be fermented well by microorganisms.
Therefore, the toilet facility of Example 1 can satisfactorily treat the stool separated by the solid-liquid separator 10.
Further, the conveying device 30 reciprocates between the one end 20A and the other end 20B of the separation plate 20, the first push plate 32 pushes out the stool from the one end 20A of the separation plate 20, and the second push plate 33 A stool is pushed out from the other end 20B of the separation plate 20. In this way, the transport device 30 can push out the stool from the two positions of the one end portion 20A and the other end portion 20B of the separation plate 20 with a simple structure and movement.
Also, in this toilet facility, the stool can be put into the stool tank 60 by moving the lever main body 39A in one direction after the user performs the stool. Thus, stool can be put into the stool tank 60 by a simple operation.
<実施例2>
<Example 2>
As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the toilet facility according to the second embodiment includes two stool tanks 61 and 62 provided separately. In addition, this toilet facility accommodates a phosphorus adsorbent 91 and a moisture holder 92 in a urinal tank 75. Further, in this toilet facility, a lever member 39 is fixed on a circular rotating disk 8 provided on the wall surface of the toilet room. Other configurations are the same as those in the first embodiment, and the same configurations are denoted by the same reference numerals and detailed description thereof is omitted.
In this toilet facility, a urinal tank 75 is formed on the inner side of a standing wall 68 raised from the floor foundation 63 below the solid-liquid separator 10. In the toilet facility, a container 90 having an upper opening and having a discharge port 90 </ b> A on the bottom surface is disposed above the urine tank 75. The container 90 stores a phosphorus adsorbent 91. The phosphorus adsorbent 91 is formed from a waste medium that carries charcoal or a degrading bacterium that decomposes urine, a sphere formed from red sardine or the like, and a phosphorus molded body that covers the sphere. The phosphorus adsorbent 91 can adsorb phosphorus contained in urine.
The toilet facility is in the urinal tank 75 and stores a plurality of moisture holding bodies 92 below the container 90. The moisture holding body 92 has a flat plate shape, and a plurality of the moisture holding bodies 92 are suspended below the container 90 with a space in the vertical direction while being expanded in the horizontal direction. Thus, the moisture holding body 92 is disposed so that air flows above and below it. The moisture holder 92 can sufficiently hold the urine dropped from the discharge port 90 </ b> A of the container 90. Moreover, since the moisture holding body 92 can satisfactorily make contact with air, the held urine can be vaporized well.
The two stool tanks 61 and 62 are separately provided on the one end 20A side and the other end 20B side of the separation plate 20 with the urine tank 75 interposed therebetween. Therefore, the stool pushed out from the one end 20A side of the separation plate 20 is put into one (right side in FIGS. 7 and 8) stool tank 61 and pushed out from the other end 20B side of the separation plate 20. The stool is put into the stool tank 62 on the other side (left side in FIGS. 7 and 8). Each of the two stool tanks 61 and 62 has an inspection port 65 and a door member 66 attached to the inspection port 65 so as to be freely opened and closed.
The toilet equipment of Example 2 having such a configuration is used as follows.
During a set period, for example, six months from January to June every year, as shown in FIG. 7, the stool is pushed out only from one end 20A of the separation plate 20, and the stool is put into only one stool tank 61. To do. For this purpose, the user of the non-flush toilet 1 reciprocates the lever main body 39A from the far side to the near side with respect to the non-flush toilet 1 after the toilet. That is, the lever main body 39A waits farther than the non-washing toilet 1 and reciprocates after the toilet.
On the other hand, the stool tank 62 on the other side does not introduce new stool, and ferments the stool stored during the six months from July to December of the previous year with aerobic microorganisms. Since the stool stored in the other stool tank 62 can be fermented in half a year from January to June, all can be sufficiently fermented. For this reason, after half a year, the fermented stool in the other stool tank 62 can be carried out from the inspection port 65 and effectively used as compost as it is.
After carrying out the fermented stool in the other stool tank 62, the next set period of 6 months from July to December is the other end of the separation plate 20, as shown in FIG. The stool is pushed out only from the part 20B, and the stool is put into only the other stool tank 62. At this time, the turntable 8 provided on the wall surface of the toilet room is rotated 180 degrees. As a result, the lever main body 39A is operated in the same manner as in the previous setting period by waiting far away from the non-flush toilet 1 and reciprocating after the stool, thereby allowing the stool to move to the other end of the separation plate 20. It can be extruded from 20B and put into the other stool tank 62.
During this period, one stool tank 61 does not throw in a new stool, and ferments the stool stored for 6 months from January to June with aerobic microorganisms. Since the stool stored in one stool tank 61 can be fermented in half a year from July to December, all can be sufficiently fermented. For this reason, after half a year, the fermented stool in one stool tank 61 can be carried out from the inspection port 65 and effectively used as compost as it is.
Therefore, the toilet facilities of Example 2 can also handle the stool separated by the solid-liquid separator 10 satisfactorily.
<実施例3>
<Example 3>
As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the toilet facility of the third embodiment has a solid-liquid separation device 10 attached thereto via a rotating device 100 attached to the lower surface of the floor member 7. Other configurations are the same as those in the first or second embodiment, and the same configurations are denoted by the same reference numerals and detailed description thereof is omitted.
The rotating device 100 is concentric with the annular inner ring member 101 and the inner ring member 101 fixed to the lower surface of the floor member 7, and rotates with the outer ring member 102, the inner ring member 101 and the outer ring member rotating in a state of being fitted to the inner ring member 101. A plurality of spherical rolling elements 103 sandwiched between them, a holding member 104 that determines the position of the rolling elements 103, and a drive unit 110 that rotationally drives the outer ring member 102. The rotating device 100 is attached to the lower surface of the floor member 7 so that the center of the inner ring member 101 and the outer ring member 102 is the same as the center of the toilet bowl outlet 6.
The drive unit 110 is in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the outer ring member 102 and rotates on the disc-shaped rotating body 111 that rotates the outer ring member 102, the central axis of the rotating body 111, and penetrates the floor member 7 in the vertical direction. A shaft 112, a handle 113 extending horizontally on the floor member 7 from the upper end of the rotating shaft 112, and a handle 114 extending vertically upward at the tip of the handle 113 are provided. The outer peripheral surface of the rotating body 111 is formed of an elastic member such as rubber in order to increase the frictional force with the outer peripheral surface of the outer ring member 102. The handle portion 113 has a rod-like stopper 115 penetrating in the vertical direction in the center portion, and a spring 116 for applying a downward elastic force to the stopper 115.
The floor member 7 is provided with a recess 9 into which the lower end of the stopper 115 can be inserted at one place on the circumference where the stopper 115 rotates about the rotation shaft 112 of the drive unit 110. When the stopper 115 is positioned in the concave portion 9, the lower end portion is inserted into the concave portion 9 of the floor member 7 by the elastic force of the spring 116. In a state where the lower end portion of the stopper 115 is inserted into the concave portion 9 of the floor member 7, the drive unit 110 cannot be rotated. On the other hand, the drive unit 110 can be rotated in a state where the stopper 115 is pulled up against the elastic force of the spring 116 and the lower end of the stopper 115 is pulled up from the recess 9. When the handle 114 is rotated once, the rotating device 100 rotates by a set angle.
The solid-liquid separator 10 is fixed to the outer ring member 102 of the rotating device 100. That is, both end portions of the locking plate 25 of the solid-liquid separator 10 are fixed to the outer ring member 102. For this reason, the separation plate 20, the transport device 30, the scraper member 40, and the like constituting the solid-liquid separation device 10 are rotatably held on a horizontal plane.
The toilet equipment of Example 3 having such a configuration is used as follows.
The user of the non-flush toilet operates the lever main body 39A after the stool to throw the stool into the stool tank, and then rotates the handle 114 once. Then, the rotating device 100 rotates by a set angle. As a result, after the next user of the non-flush toilet uses the stool, when the stool is put into the stool tank by operating the lever main body 39A, the direction in which the conveying device 30 pushes the filth from the separation plate 20 is It will shift by the set angle.
Since this toilet equipment can rotate the solid-liquid separation device 10 on a horizontal plane by approximately 360 degrees, stool can be put into the stool tank within a range of approximately 360 degrees from the end of the separation plate 20. For this reason, since stool can be prevented from prematurely accumulating in one place of the stool tank, it can be fermented favorably with aerobic microorganisms.
Therefore, the toilet facility of Example 3 can satisfactorily treat the stool separated by the solid-liquid separator 10.
