An aeration system is arranged in the excrement collecting barrel and comprises an aeration fan 18 and an aeration pipe 11 which are connected, and an exhaust pipe 10 is arranged at the upper part of the excrement collecting barrel.
The wheel type electric washing-free dry-wet mixed dry toilet is used in the following process:
when entering the toilet, the excrement falls into the groove type excrement collector 2 from the opening of the excrement device. Starting a motor 6, driving a groove type fecaluria collector 2 to rotate 90 degrees anticlockwise under the driving of the motor 6 and a fecaluria collector sheave mechanism, pouring excrement to a discharge port of a groove 3 in the rotating process, rotating the groove type fecaluria collector 2 for 90 degrees again, pouring the fecaluria into a fecaluria collecting barrel downwards, after the fecaluria falls into the fecaluria collecting barrel, under the action of gravity, enabling liquid fecaluria to flow out from a hole on a solid-liquid separation baffle 17, and falling into a lower urine collecting barrel (provided with a urine discharge port 13), and intercepting solid excrement at the upper part. In the rotation process of the groove type excrement collector 2, the feeding screw 15 in the straw/ash powder box 16 synchronously rotates and pushes the straw or ash powder to the excrement collecting barrel to be mixed with excrement. In the rotation process of the groove type excrement collector 2, the spiral mixer 9 in the excrement collecting barrel synchronously works to uniformly mix excrement and straw (ash) and convey the mixture to the right side, so that the mixing of new excrement and old excrement is realized. The aeration system is controlled by a timer to ventilate the excrement collecting barrel at regular time, so that the aerobic fermentation of excrement is realized, and waste gas is discharged out of the excrement collecting barrel at regular time through the exhaust pipe 10; the fermented and decomposed materials are discharged through a discharge hole 12 at the bottom of the excrement collecting barrel and returned to the field for utilization.
In the using process, after the first groove 3 is used up, the first groove 3 rotates 90 degrees clockwise under the driving of the groove type excrement collector sheave transmission mechanism 7, the fourth groove 3 rotates to a position right opposite to the ground, the first groove 3 and the second groove 3 perform excrement and urine discharging action, and the rotary brush 19 cleans the third groove 3 for later use under the driving of the rotary brush sheave transmission mechanism 4.
