Description
具体的には、形式の異なるコンテンツファイルの間で、ヘッダの構造は共通である。このヘッダに、そのコンテンツを作成するのに利用したコンテンツファイルを示す情報や、アンサーコンテンツであることなどの、クリエータの作成意図に関わる他のコンテンツへの関係などが示される情報を格納する。1つのコンテンツと関連するコンテンツを検索する場合には、上記の情報を利用する。これにより、コンテンツの世代を軸とした検索を行ったり、クリエータの作成意図を軸としてコンテンツの検索を行ったりする。
この後、例えば、コンテンツ共有システムは、その登録した場所を基準として、その場所から所定の一定範囲内で近くに存在する他のユーザに所定の利用期間内での閲覧やダウンロードを許可する。
(機能1)
機能1は、登録に関する。この機能は、共有するコンテンツに対する利用可能期間の制限を設ける。コンテンツデータの共有サーバ装置1への登録時に、共有サーバ装置1により、コンテンツデータの利用可能期間が、所定の期間に初期設定される。
機能2は、コンテンツデータの利用可能期間の延長に関する。この機能は、コンテンツデータが閲覧される回数に応じて、コンテンツデータを利用可能な期間を延長する。コンテンツデータには、図2に示すように、その利用可能期間が初期設定されている。利用可能期間を過ぎるとそのコンテンツデータは利用できなくなる。しかしながら、利用可能な期間内に、他のユーザによってコンテンツデータが閲覧されたり、ダウンロードして保存された場合に、共有サーバ装置1は、それぞれの実施回数に応じて、所定の一定期間だけ、そのコンテンツデータの利用可能な期間を延長する。コンテンツデータが保存された場合は、コンテンツデータが閲覧された場合よりも延長期間が長くなるように設定することも可能である。閲覧された回数はカウントせず、ユーザの機器へコンテンツデータが保存された回数だけをカウントするように限定しても良い。
機能3も、コンテンツデータの利用可能期間の延長に関する。この機能は、利用可能期間の延長の処理を、1ユーザ当たり、1ユーザによる閲覧又は保存が行われた最初の1回に対してのみ実施する。ユーザ端末装置2からの要求により、コンテンツデータの閲覧又は保存が行われた場合、共有サーバ装置1は、その要求を示す指令により通知されたユーザ情報から、閲覧又は保存したユーザのユーザIDを抽出する。抽出したユーザIDを既閲覧ユーザID又は既保存ユーザIDとしてコンテンツデータ情報(図2)に登録する。
機能4は、コンテンツデータを登録したユーザの操作により、コンテンツデータの利用可能期間を変更できるようにする。ユーザ端末装置2は、この機能4に対応する要求を、指令として共有サーバ装置1に送信し、共有サーバ装置1は、その指令を、第4処理部P4で実行することで機能4を実現する。
機能5は、同一の位置又は近傍のエリアにおける、コンテンツデータの登録状況により、初期設定される利用可能期間を変化させる。共有サーバ装置1は、コンテンツデータが登録された時点で、同一場所から登録された既登録のコンテンツデータ数が所定の一定数よりも多い場合は、利用可能期間が短くなるように初期設定する。一方、共有サーバ装置1は、同一場所から登録された既登録のコンテンツデータ数が所定の一定数よりも少ない場合には、利用可能期間が長くなるように初期設定する。
機能6は、コンテンツデータが、最新の状況に基づいて初期設定される際に、既登録のコンテンツデータの利用可能期間を、最新の状況に合わせて再設定する。共有サーバ装置1は、最新の状況に基づき初期設定される利用可能期間よりも登録済みのコンテンツデータの初期設定されている利用可能期間が長い場合、登録済みのコンテンツデータの利用可能期間を、最新状況に基づき初期設定される利用可能期間よりも短く再設定する。但し、登録済みのコンテンツデータの利用可能期間に関して、コンテンツデータの閲覧により、延長されている期間の分は、再設定の対象外とする。
機能7は、コンテンツデータを登録した時刻を基準として、他のユーザへの閲覧を可能にするタイミングを、所定の幅を持つ公開希望時間帯に設定する。公開希望時間帯は、自動で設定してもよく、ユーザ端末装置2を介したユーザ設定によって、そのユーザが希望する任意の時間帯に設定してもよい。また、登録した時刻とは異なる時刻を基準として、公開希望時間帯を指定してもよい。
機能8は、利用可能期間を指定して登録するコンテンツデータについて、同一の位置又は近傍のエリアにおける登録状況により、初期設定する利用可能期間を変化させる。登録状況が更新されると、登録済みのコンテンツデータの利用可能期間も、最新の状況に合わせて再設定する。同一の位置又は近傍のエリアにおける登録状況に基づいて初期設定される利用可能期間よりも、登録済みのコンテンツデータの初期設定されている利用可能期間が長い場合、登録済みのコンテンツデータの利用可能期間を、登録状況に基づき初期設定される利用期間よりも短く再設定する。但し、登録済みのコンテンツデータの利用可能期間に関して、コンテンツデータの閲覧により、延長されている期間の分は、再設定の対象外とする。
機能9は、閲覧希望時間帯を設定する機能である。コンテンツデータの閲覧を希望するユーザは、ユーザ端末装置2を介して、共有サーバ装置1に、この閲覧希望時間帯を設定する要求に対応する指令を送信する。共有サーバ装置1は、この指令を受けて、コンテンツ通知希望・設定データ(図3)の、時間帯設定(閲覧を希望する時間帯設定)を設定する。この指令は、ユーザ端末装置2から共有サーバ装置1への位置情報通知時に同時に送信する。共有サーバ装置1は、閲覧可能なコンテンツデータのリストを作成する際に、要求された閲覧希望時間帯に一致する公開希望時間帯が設定されたコンテンツデータを抽出し、リストを作成する。そして、共有サーバ装置1は、現在時刻と閲覧希望時間帯とが一致する場合に、閲覧希望ユーザ(ユーザ端末装置2)に閲覧可能なコンテンツデータのリストを送信する。
機能10は、共有するコンテンツに公開範囲の制限を設ける。ユーザが、ユーザ端末装置2を介してコンテンツデータを共有サーバ装置1へ登録した際に、共有サーバ装置1では、コンテンツデータを閲覧可能とする位置の範囲を、コンテンツデータを登録した場所から、所定の公開範囲に渡る範囲として初期設定する。この初期設定時には、全てのコンテンツデータに対して同一の公開範囲を設定する。該当する公開範囲内に存在するユーザ端末装置2に対しては、共有サーバ装置1から閲覧可能なコンテンツデータのリストが送信される。
機能11は、コンテンツデータの登録時に、コンテンツデータの登録ユーザが、コンテンツデータの公開範囲(図2参照)を任意に設定できるようにする。コンテンツデータの公開範囲は、ユーザ端末装置2からのコンテンツデータの登録時に設定することができる。コンテンツデータの登録後に、コンテンツデータの登録ユーザによるユーザ端末装置2の操作で作成された該当指令を、共有サーバ装置1に送信することにより、コンテンツデータの公開範囲を変更することもできる。
機能12は、コンテンツデータの登録時に、コンテンツデータを登録する位置の近傍における、コンテンツデータの既登録数に応じて、コンテンツデータの公開範囲を自動的に初期設定する。また、機能12は、ユーザによるユーザ端末装置2の操作で作成された該当指令(公開範囲の設定を含む)が、共有サーバ装置1に送信された時に、公開範囲の上限を制限する設定を行う。コンテンツデータが採取された登録場所において、閲覧可能な他の既登録コンテンツデータの密度が高い場合には公開範囲を狭く設定する。一方で、コンテンツデータが採取された登録場所において、閲覧可能な他の既登録コンテンツデータの密度が低い場合には公開範囲を広く設定する。
機能13は、コンテンツデータの登録数の変化により、公開範囲を再設定する際に、再設定の契機となったコンテンツデータが登録された場所又はその近傍において閲覧可能であった他のコンテンツデータの初期設定された公開範囲、又は公開範囲設定の上限をも再設定する。共有サーバ装置1では、この機能13の提供に必要な処理を、第13処理部P13で実行する。このように構成したことにより、コンテンツデータの公開範囲の設定条件に、コンテンツデータの登録順によって、公平さを欠いた不均衡が発生することを防止することができる。
機能14は、コンテンツデータを登録する際に、登録ユーザが公開範囲を任意に設定した場合、その設定された公開範囲に応じて、利用可能期間の初期設定の期間を変化させるか、若しくは利用可能期間の上限設定を変化させる。公開範囲が狭い場合には利用可能期間は長く設定する。公開範囲が広い場合には利用可能期間は短く設定する。共有サーバ装置1では、この機能14の提供に必要な処理を、第14処理部P14で実行する。このように構成したことにより、公開範囲の広さや狭さにより生じる、コンテンツデータが閲覧又は保存される割合の不均衡を低減される。その結果、有用性の指標でコンテンツデータが評価されるようにすることができる。また、公開範囲(広いか、それとも狭いか)に応じて、利用可能期間を延長又は終了できるようにする。
機能15は、共有サーバ装置1が受信した、閲覧ユーザの位置情報に対応するコンテンツデータが、複数存在する時には、公開範囲が狭く設定されているコンテンツデータを、他よりも優先させてユーザへ提供する。共有サーバ装置1では、この機能15の提供に必要な処理を、第15処理部P15で実行する。このように構成したことにより、閲覧ユーザの位置的な状況に、よりマッチしたコンテンツデータを提供することができる。その結果、コンテンツの共有を可能にする本システムの有用性を高めることができる。
機能16は、閲覧又は保存によって利用可能期間が延長されることにより、長期間に渡って存続しているコンテンツは、共有サーバ装置1により公開範囲を再設定する。共有サーバ装置1の基本動作としては、上記に該当するコンテンツの公開範囲は広く再設定する。しかしながら、コンテンツの公開範囲は、コンテンツの種別により、又は登録ユーザの設定により、広くすることも狭くすることも可能である。
機能17は、登録ユーザの設定により、コンテンツデータの閲覧又は保存が可能な回数に制約を設けることを可能する。さらに、機能17は、閲覧可能又は保存可能な残りの回数に応じて、共有サーバ装置1がコンテンツデータの公開範囲を再設定する。コンテンツの種別によって、又は登録ユーザの設定により、コンテンツデータの公開範囲は、広くも狭くも再設定できる。
コンテンツデータの閲覧を希望するユーザは、コンテンツ通知希望・設定データ(図3参照)に閲覧希望場所を設定した指令を作成すると共に、ユーザ端末装置2を介した共有サーバ装置1への位置情報通知時にその指令を送信する。共有サーバ装置1は、閲覧可能なコンテンツデータのリストを作成する際に、閲覧希望場所に一致する公開範囲が設定されたコンテンツデータを抽出して、そのリストを作成する。このリストを作成した後、共有サーバ装置1は、ユーザ端末装置2の現在の場所と閲覧希望場所とが一致する場合に、その閲覧希望ユーザに、閲覧可能なコンテンツデータを掲載した上記リストを送信する。
コンテンツデータの閲覧を希望するユーザは、コンテンツ通知希望・設定データ(図3参照)に閲覧希望件数を設定し、そのデータを共有サーバ装置1への位置情報通知時に同時に通知する。共有サーバ装置1は、閲覧可能なコンテンツデータのリストを作成する際に、設定された閲覧希望件数の件数でコンテンツデータを抽出し、リストを作成する。
共有サーバ装置1は、抽出した閲覧可能なコンテンツデータの数が、設定された閲覧希望件数に満たない場合は、対象とする場所の設定範囲を広げてコンテンツデータの抽出を行う。
機能20は、コンテンツデータの登録ユーザが、コンテンツデータの種別を任意に設定できるようにする。ユーザは、コンテンツデータの登録時に種別を任意に設定することもできる。コンテンツデータの登録後に、コンテンツデータの登録ユーザがユーザ端末装置2を操作して指令を作成し、その指令を共有サーバ装置1に送信することでも、既設定の種別を更新することができる。共有サーバ装置1では、この機能20の提供に必要な処理を、第20処理部P20で実行する。このように構成したことにより、コンテンツデータの検索時において、検索のヒット率を高めることができる。
コンテンツデータの閲覧を希望するユーザは、コンテンツ通知希望・設定データ(図3参照)に閲覧希望の種別を設定した指令を作成すると共に、ユーザ端末装置2を介した共有サーバ装置1への位置情報通知時にその指令を送信する。共有サーバ装置1は、閲覧可能なコンテンツデータのリストを作成する際に、送信された閲覧希望の種別と一致する種別が設定されたコンテンツデータを抽出して、そのリストを作成する。その後、共有サーバ装置1は、閲覧希望ユーザに作成した閲覧可能なコンテンツデータのリストを送信する。
機能22は、コンテンツデータの閲覧を希望するユーザが、コンテンツ通知希望・設定データ(図3参照)に登録できる項目として、機能21に示す閲覧希望の種別の他に、ユーザ情報に設定する項目のいずれか、又は複数の項目も登録できるようにする。
機能23は、ユーザ端末装置2にて、共有サーバ装置1から受信した閲覧可能なコンテンツデータのリストを、コンテンツデータの登録場所(位置)を基準にして、地図上で一覧表示をする。コンテンツデータと地図データとの重ね合わせ処理は、閲覧ユーザのユーザ端末装置2で実行してもよい。共有サーバ装置1がこの重ね合わせ処理を実行し、共有サーバ装置1が、ユーザ端末装置2に、重ね合わせ後の地図データを送信してもよい。
機能24は、前述の地図上の一覧表示を、閲覧可能なコンテンツデータのリストだけを基にするのではなく、現在位置を基準にして、そこから任意の範囲で登録されているコンテンツデータを表示するようにする。現在位置ではなく、閲覧ユーザの指定した任意の場所を基準にして表示してもよい。上記の基準となる任意の範囲は、ユーザ操作により設定の変更ができるようにする。さらに、上記の基準となる任意の場所の指定は、地図表示位置を変更することによっても指定できる。東京タワーなどランドマークを基準にして指定することもできる。
機能25は、表示されるコンテンツデータを、閲覧ユーザにより現在選択されているコンテンツとの関連性に基づいて選別できるようにする。このコンテンツとの関連性は、場所、種別、時間帯、作成者など、登録されているコンテンツデータ情報(図2)のいずれか1つの項目、又は複数の項目が一致しているか否かにより判定する。共有サーバ装置1では、この機能25の提供に必要な処理を、第25処理部P25で実行する。このように構成したことにより、コンテンツデータの閲覧を希望するユーザは、選択したコンテンツデータに関連するコンテンツデータの表示も閲覧することができる。
機能26は、閲覧ユーザがコンテンツデータを指定した際に、指定したコンテンツデータと関連した、コンテンツデータ以外の関連情報を表示する。例えば、指定したコンテンツデータが登録された場所(採取された場所)に近い店舗の情報などを表示する。共有サーバ装置1では、この機能26の提供に必要な処理を、第26処理部P26で実行する。このように構成したことにより、コンテンツデータの閲覧を希望するユーザは、指定したコンテンツデータと関連した地域情報情や、店舗、施設等の情報もコンテンツデータの表示後に閲覧することができる。
機能27は、閲覧希望ユーザがコンテンツデータを指定した指令を、共有サーバ装置1に送信すると、そのユーザの現在位置を出発地とし、また、コンテンツデータが登録されている場所を目的地として、その出発地と目的地との間の移動経路を探索し、そのユーザに提示する。
機能27は、閲覧希望ユーザがコンテンツデータを複数指定した場合には、各々の登録場所が経由される、異なった特徴を持つ経路を複数作成し、そのユーザに提示する。
上記の異なった特徴とは、例えば移動時間の長短、移動費用の高安などである。
機能27は、閲覧希望ユーザがコンテンツデータを追加指定すると、その追加指定したコンテンツデータの場所を目的地に追加するか、若しくはその場所を途中経路に設定して経路を作成する。共有サーバ装置1では、この機能27の提供に必要な処理を、第27処理部P27で実行する。このように構成したことにより、コンテンツデータの閲覧を希望するユーザは、コンテンツデータが登録されている場所に到達するために必要な経路情報を取得することができる。
機能28は、共有サーバ装置1の第27処理部P27による移動経路の探索の際に、出発の日時を、閲覧希望ユーザがユーザ端末装置2を介して任意に設定することができるようにする。また、機能28は、出発地も閲覧希望ユーザがユーザ端末装置2を介して任意に設定することができるようにする。共有サーバ装置1は、この設定された出発の日時と出発地とを、内部記憶領域(図示は省略)に記憶する。共有サーバ装置1では、この機能28の提供に必要な処理を、第28処理部P28で実行する。このように構成したことにより、ユーザは、自己の出発の日時と出発地とを共有サーバ装置1に通知することができる。
機能29は、共有サーバ装置1が第27処理部P27を実行して作成した移動経路を、経路探索時に設定した上記日時の情報を基にして、ユーザ端末装置2のスケジュール管理ソフトに登録する。共有サーバ装置1では、この機能29の提供に必要な処理を、第29処理部P29で実行する。
機能30は、共有サーバ装置1が第27処理部P27を実行して作成した移動経路の情報を基に、共有サーバ装置1がユーザの移動案内を実施する。共有サーバ装置1では、この機能30の提供に必要な処理を、第30処理部P30で実行する。
機能31は、ユーザ端末装置2からの、定期的又は指令送信時に通知されるユーザ端末装置2の存在場所(位置情報)を共有サーバ装置1が受信して内部記憶領域(図示は省略)に記憶する。共有サーバ装置1では、この機能31の提供に必要な処理を、第31処理部P31で実行する。
この指令は、前述の機能(機能1~31)に対応させることが好ましい。ステップS3では、端末制御部20が、上記指令を、送受信部21を介して、共有サーバ装置1に送信する。
ステップS26では、ユーザ端末装置2が、現在、本ユーザ端末装置の独自判断で特定の処理要求を発信すべき条件が生じているか否かを検証する。特定の処理要求を発信すべき条件が生じている場合は処理がステップS22に移る。特定の処理要求を発信すべき条件が生じていない場合は処理がステップS21に戻る。ここで、このコンテンツデータに関する一連の処理動作を終了して、他のジョブステップに制御を引き渡しても良い。
以上、実施形態を参照して本願発明を説明したが、本願発明は上記実施形態に限定されない。本願発明の構成や詳細には、本願発明のスコープ内で当業者が理解し得る様々な変更をすることができる。
前記複数の従属処理部は、第15処理部をさらに備える。
前記第15処理部は、前記共有サーバが受信した、閲覧ユーザの位置情報に対応するコンテンツデータが、複数存在する時には、前記公開範囲が狭く設定されているコンテンツデータを、他よりも優先させてユーザへ提供する。
前記複数の従属処理部は、第16処理部をさらに備える。
前記第16処理部は、閲覧又は保存によって利用可能期間が延長されることにより、長期間に渡って存続しているコンテンツについては、前記公開範囲を再設定する。
前記複数の従属処理部は、第17処理部をさらに備える。
前記第17処理部は、登録ユーザの設定により、コンテンツデータの閲覧又は保存が可能な回数に制約を設けることを可能とし、閲覧可能又は保存可能な残りの回数に応じて前記コンテンツデータの公開範囲を再設定する。
前記複数の従属処理部は、第18処理部をさらに備える。
前記第18処理部は、ユーザ端末装置から、閲覧希望場所が設定されたコンテンツデータの閲覧要求が受信されていると共に、前記ユーザ端末装置が存在する位置情報が受信されている場合は、閲覧可能なコンテンツデータのリストを作成する際に、前記閲覧希望場所に一致する前記公開範囲が設定されているコンテンツデータを抽出すると共に、前記コンテンツデータのリストを作成する。
前記複数の従属処理部は、第19処理部をさらに備える。
前記第19処理部は、ユーザ端末装置から、閲覧希望件数が設定されたコンテンツデータの閲覧要求が受信されていると共に、前記ユーザ端末装置が存在する位置情報が受信されている場合は、閲覧可能なコンテンツデータのリストを作成する際に、前記設定された閲覧希望件数の件数でコンテンツデータを抽出すると共に、前記コンテンツデータのリストを作成する。
前記複数の従属処理部は、第20処理部をさらに備える。
前記第20処理部は、コンテンツデータを登録する時に、コンテンツデータの種別を初期設定すると共に、前記ユーザ端末装置からの要求に応じて、前記初期設定された前記種別を再設定する。
前記複数の従属処理部は、第21処理部をさらに備える。
前記第21処理部は、コンテンツデータの閲覧要求に閲覧希望の種別が指定されている場合に、閲覧可能なコンテンツデータのリストとして、前記閲覧希望の種別と一致するコンテンツデータを抽出する。
前記複数の従属処理部は、第22処理部をさらに備える。
前記第22処理部は、コンテンツデータを登録する時に、コンテンツデータ情報として、付記7記載の閲覧希望の種別の他に、ユーザ情報も登録する。
前記複数の従属処理部は、第23処理部をさらに備える。
前記第23処理部は、地図とコンテンツデータの重ね合わせ処理を行って、前記ユーザ端末装置に送信した閲覧可能なコンテンツデータのリストを、前記ユーザ端末装置の端末表示部から、各々のコンテンツデータが登録された位置を基準にした地図も併せて一覧表示できるようにする。
前記複数の従属処理部は、第24処理部をさらに備える。
前記第24処理部は、前記地図も併せた一覧表示を、前記リストに含まれる閲覧可能なコンテンツデータに加えて、前記ユーザ端末装置の現在位置を基準にして任意に指定された範囲で登録されているコンテンツデータをも対象として作成する。
前記複数の従属処理部は、第25処理部をさらに備える。
前記第25処理部は、表示されるコンテンツデータの選別を、閲覧ユーザにより現在選択されているコンテンツと関連したコンテンツデータも含めて行う。
前記複数の従属処理部は、第26処理部をさらに備える。
前記第26処理部は、表示されるコンテンツデータの選別を、閲覧ユーザにより現在選択されているコンテンツと関連した情報も含めて行う。
前記複数の従属処理部は、第27処理部をさらに備える。
前記第27処理部は、前記ユーザ端末装置から、コンテンツデータを指定した指令が受信されている場合には、前記ユーザ端末装置の現在位置を出発地とし、また、前記指定されたコンテンツデータの登録位置を目的地とする間の移動経路を探索し、前記ユーザ端末装置に送信する。
前記複数の従属処理部は、第28処理部をさらに備える。
前記第28処理部は、前記移動経路の探索の際に、前記指令に含まれる出発の日時と、出発地とを、内部記憶領域に記憶しておく。
前記複数の従属処理部は、第29処理部をさらに備える。
前記第29処理部は、前記探索した移動経路を、経路探索時に記憶した前記日時の情報を基にして、前記ユーザ端末装置のスケジュール管理ソフトに登録できるような形式で送信する。
前記複数の従属処理部は、第30処理部をさらに備える。
前記第30処理部は、前記作成した移動経路の情報を基に、前記ユーザ端末装置を介して、前記ユーザ端末装置を携帯するユーザの移動案内を行う。
前記複数の従属処理部は、第31処理部をさらに備える。
前記第31処理部は、ユーザ端末装置2からの、定期的又は指令送信時に通知される前記ユーザ端末装置2が存在する位置の情報を受信して内部記憶領域に記憶する。

Claims (15)
- 共有サーバ装置とユーザ端末装置とを備えるコンテンツ共有システムであって、
前記共有サーバ装置は、
通信回線網を介して前記ユーザ端末装置と情報を送受信する通信部と、
共有コンテンツとなるコンテンツデータと、前記コンテンツデータの付帯情報と、ユーザの個人情報とを記憶するデータベース部と、
前記データベース部が記憶する前記コンテンツデータを含む情報の処理に関して、処理要求が存在するか否かを判断する制御部と、
前記処理要求が存在した場合に、前記処理要求を前記制御部から受け取って処理する処理部と、
前記処理部に従属して、前記処理要求に対応する処理を実行する複数の従属処理部と、を備え、
前記ユーザ端末装置は、
前記通信回線網を介して前記共有サーバ装置と情報を送受信する送受信部と、
前記コンテンツデータに関する処理要求の入力を受け付ける端末入力部と、
前記コンテンツデータに関する処理要求が存在する場合に、前記処理要求に対応する指令を作成して前記送受信部を介して前記共有サーバ装置に前記指令を送信するとともに、前記コンテンツデータ及び前記コンテンツデータの関連データを含む表示データを作成する端末制御部と、
前記端末制御部が作成した前記表示データを表示する端末表示部と、を備えるコンテンツ共有システム。 - 前記複数の従属処理部は、第1処理部を備え、
前記第1処理部は、コンテンツデータを登録し、前記コンテンツデータを登録する時に、前記コンテンツデータの利用可能期間を設定する請求項1記載のコンテンツ共有システム。 - 前記複数の従属処理部は、第2処理部をさらに備え、
前記第2処理部は、コンテンツデータが閲覧される回数に応じて、前記利用可能期間を延長する請求項2記載のコンテンツ共有システム。 - 前記複数の従属処理部は、第3処理部をさらに備え、
前記第3処理部は、前記第2処理部による前記利用可能期間の延長を、1ユーザ当たり、前記コンテンツデータが閲覧又は保存された最初の1回に限定する請求項2記載のコンテンツ共有システム。 - 前記複数の従属処理部は、第4処理部をさらに備え、
前記第4処理部は、コンテンツデータの前記利用可能期間を変更する請求項2記載のコンテンツ共有システム。 - 前記複数の従属処理部は、第5処理部をさらに備え、
前記第5処理部は、コンテンツデータが採取されて登録された位置、又は前記位置の近傍と同じ場所から既登録されている他のコンテンツデータの登録状況に応じて、初期設定する利用可能期間を変化させる請求項2記載のコンテンツ共有システム。 - 前記複数の従属処理部は、第6処理部をさらに備え、
前記第6処理部は、最新の状況に基づいてコンテンツデータの1つの登録状況が更新された時に、既登録のコンテンツデータの利用可能期間も、前記最新の状況に基づいて再設定する請求項2記載のコンテンツ共有システム。 - 前記複数の従属処理部は、第7処理部をさらに備え、
前記第7処理部は、コンテンツデータを登録した時刻に基づいて、前記コンテンツデータの登録ユーザが他ユーザに前記コンテンツデータを閲覧させることを希望する公開時間帯を設定する請求項2記載のコンテンツ共有システム。 - 前記複数の従属処理部は、第8処理部をさらに備え、
前記第8処理部は、前記公開時間帯を設定したコンテンツデータが採取されて登録された位置、又は前記位置の近傍と同じ場所から既登録されている他のコンテンツデータの登録状況に応じて、前記利用可能期間を再設定する請求項8記載のコンテンツ共有システム。 - 前記複数の従属処理部は、第9処理部をさらに備え、
前記第9処理部は、コンテンツデータの閲覧要求に閲覧希望時間帯が指定されている場合に、閲覧可能なコンテンツデータのリストとして、前記閲覧希望時間帯と一致する公開時間帯が設定されているコンテンツデータを抽出する請求項2記載のコンテンツ共有システム。 - 前記複数の従属処理部は、第10処理部をさらに備え、
前記第10処理部は、コンテンツデータを登録する時に、前記コンテンツデータの公開範囲を前記ユーザ端末装置が前記登録を行った位置を基準とした所定の公開範囲に限定する請求項2記載のコンテンツ共有システム。 - 前記複数の従属処理部は、第11処理部をさらに備え、
前記第11処理部は、コンテンツデータの公開範囲を、前記ユーザ端末装置からの、前記コンテンツデータの登録処理要求又は前記コンテンツデータの前記公開範囲の設定要求により設定する請求項2記載のコンテンツ共有システム。 - 前記複数の従属処理部は、第12処理部をさらに備え、
前記第12処理部は、コンテンツデータを登録する時に、コンテンツデータの公開範囲を、コンテンツデータが採取されて登録された位置、又は前記位置の近傍と同じ場所から既登録されている他のコンテンツデータの登録状況に応じて初期設定すると共に、前記ユーザ端末装置からの要求に応じて、前記初期設定された前記公開範囲の上限を再設定する請求項2記載のコンテンツ共有システム。 - 前記複数の従属処理部は、第13処理部をさらに備え、
前記第13処理部は、前記公開範囲の再設定に際し、前期公開範囲が再設定されるコンテンツデータが採取されて登録された位置、又は前記位置の近傍において閲覧可能な他のコンテンツデータについても、初期設定された公開範囲、若しくは公開範囲の上限を再設定する請求項13記載のコンテンツ共有システム。 - 前記複数の従属処理部は、第14処理部をさらに備え、
前記第14処理部は、前記設定された公開範囲に応じて、初期設定されていた前記利用可能期間を変化させるか、若しくは前記利用可能期間の上限設定を変化させる請求項13記載のコンテンツ共有システム。
