如图 3所示, 优选地, 框架 4中安装有并行排列的多个过滤组件 (在 本发明的优选实施例中框架 4中安装有并行排列的四个过滤组件)。 这样将 该过滤组件放入需要净化的污水区后, 污水可以进入框架 4, 进而通过并行 排列的多个过滤组件, 而得到净化。
此外, 如图 2所示, 优选地, 管件 2的同侧一端均封闭, 另一端均与 抽水管路 22相通。 而抽水管路 22可以与水泵 6等泵送设备相通, 以将进 入管件 2 的净化水抽出并送到预定位置。 当然, 本领域技术人员可以对抽 水管路 22和管件 2的连接方式进行改变和替换, 但这种改变或替换也应落 在本发明的保护范围内。
另外, 为了增加污水处理的效果, 本发明提供的过滤组件还设置有气 爆装置, 其通过对污水中输送气体, 能够起到使污水不停地爆动, 减小水 中污染物颗粒在膜面上附着力。 如图 2所示, 优选地, 过滤装置 9的下方 设置有送气管路 5, 该送气管路 5的管壁上设置有多个气孔 51, 将送气管 路 5与空气压缩机 61等泵气设备相连, 以充分对污水进行气爆。
另外, 为了方便清洗过滤装置中的过滤组件, 如图 2和图 3所示, 优 选地, 过滤装置 9的上方设置有清洗管路 8, 该清洗管路 8上设置有指向过 滤组件的喷头 81。 其中, 清洗管路可以纵横交错地布置在过滤装置 9的上 方, 以通过对清洗管路 8供水, 清洗过滤装置 9中的过滤组件。 此功能尤 其适用于需要将过滤装置 9长时间放置在某个场所, 而又清洗不便的区域, 如下述的洗扫车中。
根据本发明的再一方面, 提供一种车辆, 该车辆包括水处理区, 该水 处理区内设置有本发明提供的过滤装置 9。
作为一种优选实施例, 如图 4所示, 优选地, 本发明提供的车辆为洗 扫车, 该洗扫车包括水泵 6和清洗喷嘴 7, 管件 2的一端通过水泵 6与清洗 喷嘴 7相通, 以将洗扫车收集的污水通过过滤组件过滤, 并使用过滤后的 净化水对路面进行有效清洁, 提高该洗扫车的实用性。
另外,洗扫车还包括空气压缩机,过滤装置 9的下方设置有送气管路 5, 该送气管路 5的管壁上设置有多个气孔 51, 以对水处理区进行气爆, 其中, 送气管路 5与空气压缩机 (图 4中未示出) 相通。 其中更加优选地是, 该 空气压缩机为洗扫车本身自带 (例如发动机所自带的空气压缩机), 从而提 高本发明提供的例如洗扫车的车辆的实用性。 再如图 4所示, 洗扫车还包括底盘 13、 安装在底盘 13上的垃圾箱 14、 铰接在垃圾箱 14上的箱门 15、清扫组件 17以及吸嘴组件。垃圾箱 14大体 呈矩形箱体状, 其后侧设有开口 140, 用于将垃圾从垃圾箱排出, 箱门 15 用于密封该开口。
垃圾箱 14中具有一隔板 145, 该隔板 145由车头到车尾方向逐渐向下 倾斜设置, 并一直延伸至所述开口 140, 将垃圾箱 14内部分隔出位于上方 的第一腔室 141及位于下方的第二腔室 143,相应地,垃圾箱 14的开口 140 被分隔成两个部分, 分别作为第一腔室 141与第二腔室 143的开口, 箱门 15的内壁面相应地设与该第一腔室 141与第二腔室 143的开口的边缘配合 的密封组件, 以在该第一腔室 141与第二腔室 143的开口边缘将两者密封。
吸嘴组件包括吸嘴 171以及与吸嘴 171相连的进水进风管 173,进水进 风管 173的出口端伸入到垃圾箱 14的第一腔室 141中,用于将清扫组件 17 扫起的垃圾以及清洗喷嘴 7冲洗地面产生的污水抽吸到第一腔室 141中。 箱门 15中具有导流通道 151 (如图 1中箭头所示), 该导流通道 151将第一 腔室 141与第二腔室 143连通, 使第一腔室 141中的污水能够经由该导流 通道 151流入到第二腔室 143中,从而实现垃圾箱 14中的垃圾与污水分离, 以便于污水的回收利用。 另外, 在到流通道 151 的入水端还设有一过滤器 16 (可以为过滤网), 以过滤掉污水中的泥沙等杂质。 在一些实施例中, 过 滤装置 9是设置在该第二腔室 143中, 该第二腔室 143作为水处理区。
本发明提供的车辆除了洗扫车外, 对于其他能够进行污水处理的多种 车辆, 本发明同样适用。 因此, 本发明具有较强的实用性和推广价值。
以上结合附图详细描述了本发明的优选实施方式, 但是, 本发明并不 限于上述实施方式中的具体细节, 在本发明的技术构思范围内, 可以对本 发明的技术方案进行多种简单变型, 这些简单变型均属于本发明的保护范 围。
另外需要说明的是, 在上述具体实施方式中所描述的各个具体技术特 征, 在不矛盾的情况下, 可以通过任何合适的方式进行组合, 为了避免不 必要的重复, 本发明对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。
此外, 本发明的各种不同的实施方式之间也可以进行任意组合, 只要 其不违背本发明的思想, 其同样应当视为本发明所公开的内容。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种过滤组件, 其特征在于, 该过滤组件包括过滤单元、 管件 (2), 其中, 所述过滤单元包括透水过滤膜组件 (11 ), 所述管件 (2 ) 设于所述过 滤单元中, 并且管壁上形成有位于所述过滤单元内的孔路, 污水经过所述透 水过滤膜组件(11 )过滤后形成净化水, 该净化水经过所述孔路进入到所述 管件 (2 ) 中。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的过滤组件, 其特征在于, 所述过滤单元包括 沿一个方向间隔排列的多个具有穿孔的透水过滤膜组件(11 )和密封连接在 该多个透水过滤膜组件 (11 ) 之间的隔水套 (12), 该隔水套 (12) 包括轴 向通孔, 所述透水过滤膜组件 (11 ) 的穿孔与所述隔水套 (12) 的轴向通孔 形成管道, 所述管件穿设于所述管道中。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的过滤组件, 其特征在于, 所述过滤单元 包括两个端板 (3 ), 所述两个端板 (3 ) 分别位于所述过滤单元的两端, 并 密封安装在所述管件 (2) 上。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的过滤组件, 其特征在于, 所述两个端板 (3 ) 分别螺合于所述管件 (2) 上, 并为所述过滤单元提供压紧力。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的过滤组件, 其特征在于, 所述透水过滤膜组 件 ( 11 ) 的滤膜孔径为 0.01 μ m~0.03 μ m。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的过滤组件, 其特征在于, 所述透水过滤膜组 件 (11 ) 为平板膜。
7、 根据权利要求 2所述的过滤组件, 其特征在于, 所述管件 (2) 的管 壁上形成有多个孔路,所述多个孔路分别位于所述多个透水过滤膜组件(11 ) 和 /或所述隔水套 (12) 内。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的过滤组件, 其特征在于, 所述管件 (2) 的一 端封闭, 另一端开放。
9、 一种过滤装置, 其特征在于, 所述过滤装置 (9) 包括框架 (4) 和 安装在该框架 (4) 内的过滤组件, 该过滤组件是根据权利要求 1-8 中任意 一项所述的过滤组件。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的过滤装置, 其特征在于, 所述框架 (4) 中 安装有并行排列的多个所述过滤组件。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的过滤装置, 其特征在于, 所述管件 (2) 的 同侧一端均封闭, 另一端均与抽水管路 (22) 相通。
12、 根据权利要求 9所述的过滤装置, 其特征在于, 所述过滤装置 (9) 的下方设置有送气管路(5 ),该送气管路(5 )的管壁上设置有多个气孔(51 )。
13、 根据权利要求 9所述的过滤装置, 其特征在于, 所述过滤装置 (9) 的上方设置有清洗管路 (8 ), 该清洗管路 (8 ) 上设置有指向所述过滤组件 的喷头 (81 )。
14、 一种车辆, 该车辆包括水处理区, 其特征在于, 所述水处理区内设 置有根据权利要求 9~13中任意一项所述的过滤装置 (9)。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述车辆, 其特征在于, 所述车辆包括水泵 (6) 和清洗喷嘴 (7), 所述管件 (2) 收集的净化水通过所述水泵 (6) 输送给所 述清洗喷嘴 (7)。
16、 根据权利要求 14所述的车辆, 其特征在于, 所述车辆包括空气压 缩机, 所述过滤装置 (9) 的下方设置有送气管路 (5), 该送气管路 (5) 的 管壁上设置有多个气孔 (51), 所述送气管路 (5) 与所述空气压缩机相通。
17、根据权利要求 15所述的车辆,其特征在于,该车辆包括垃圾箱(14) 以及铰接在该垃圾箱 (14) 上的箱门 (15), 该垃圾箱 (14) 内分隔出位于 上方的第一腔室( 141 )以及位于下方的第二腔室( 143 ),所述第一腔室( 141 ) 用于收容污水和垃圾, 所述箱门 (15) 将所述第一、 第二腔室的开口封闭, 且所述箱门 (15) 中包括将所述第一、 第二腔室连通的导流通道 (151); 该 导流通道 (151) 上设有过滤器, 以对由所述第一腔室 (141)进入所述第二 腔室(143)的污水进行过滤; 所述过滤装置(9)设置在所述第二腔室(143) 中。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的车辆, 其特征在于, 该车辆包括吸嘴组件, 用于将地面的污水抽吸至所述第一腔室 (141) 中。
