Abstract
Eine Gehäuseschale (11) für elektrische Mess-, Steuer- oder Kommunikationsgeräte, insbesondere das Gehäuseunterteil oder der Batteriedeckel eines Mobiltelefons, weist trotz extrem geringer Wandstärke bei vorzugsweise völlig ebener Außenfläche (12) eine große Biege- und Torsionssteifigkeit auf, weil der ebene Zuschnitt eines thermoplastisch laminierten Faser-Gewebes in einer Spritzgussform längs des Randes (13) mit einem thermoplastischen Rahmen (14) samt angeformten Funktionselementen hinterspritzt ist; wobei der Rahmen (14) vorzugsweise eine Antenne (15) radial und gegebenenfalls auch axial einfasst, die etwa als einlagige spiralförmige Spule (18) im Sandwich mit einer unrund-ring-flächenförmigen Magnetfläche (17.2) in einer längs des Randes (13) umlaufenden Absenkung (16.2) ausgelegt ist und über Durchstiege (20) kreuzungsfrei an einen Transceiver (21) innerhalb des Gehäuses angeschlossenen ist.
