Abstract
Description
前出し時間決定部76において決定された前出し時間Tmが経過したか否かが判断される。このS4の判断が否定されるうちは、上記S3の係合指示圧信号の出力が繰り返し実行される。しかし、t1時点から前出し時間Tmが経過してS4の判断が肯定されると、着火始動制御部78に対応するS5において、図4のt2時点に示すように着火始動の出力が行なわれる。これにより、回転停止中においてエンジン12に設けられた複数の気筒のうち膨張行程の気筒がたとえばクランクアングルCAに基づいて検出され、その気筒内に燃料が噴射され且つそれに点火して爆発させることでトルクを発生させることが繰り返されることで、電気エネルギを用いた電動機MGのアシストトルクを用いないで、エンジン12の回転速度が立ち上げられる。既にS3においてクラッチK0の係合出力が出されており、このエンジン12の回転速度の立ち上がりと並行してクラッチK0の係合トルク容量が増加させられてアシストトルクがエンジン12に付与されることから、電動機MGの回転の伝達によりエンジン回転速度の立ち上がりがアシスト(助勢)されるので、エンジン12の回転が持続的に上昇させられ、エンジン12の始動が行なわれる。
Claims (10)
- 駆動源として用いるエンジンおよび電動機と、前記エンジンと前記電動機との間の遮断を行うクラッチ機構と、前記クラッチ機構を切り離したまま前記エンジンを始動させるエンジン始動装置とを備えるハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記エンジン始動装置による前記エンジンの始動に際し、前記クラッチ機構を係合させ前記電動機と前記エンジン始動装置とを併用して前記エンジンの始動を開始させること
を特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記エンジン始動装置によって立ち上げられた前記エンジンの回転速度が低下する前に、前記クラッチ機構を係合させ前記電動機によって前記エンジンを始動させること
を特徴とする請求項1のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記エンジンの始動指令に先立って、前記クラッチ機構の係合指令を行うことを特徴とする請求項1または2のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記クラッチ機構に対する係合指令の前記エンジンの始動指令に対する前出し時間は、前記エンジンの始動指令から前記エンジンの回転速度の立ち上がり開始までの始動応答時間と前記クラッチ機構の係合指令から前記クラッチ機構の伝達トルクの立ち上がりまでのクラッチ応答時間との差分以上の時間であることを特徴とする請求項3のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記前出し時間または前記始動応答時間は、予め記憶された関係から、実際のエンジンの冷却水温度、エンジンの停止位相位置、エンジンの停止時排気逆流の有無との少なくとも1つに基づいて決定されることを特徴とする請求項4のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記前出し時間または前記クラッチ応答時間は、予め記憶された関係から、実際のクラッチ周辺温度と、クラッチの差回転数との少なくとも1つに基づいて決定されることを特徴とする請求項4のハイブリッド車両の制御装置
- 前記エンジンの始動は、前記エンジンに備えられた複数の気筒のうち、膨張行程にある気筒に燃料噴射および点火を行ない、その気筒内での爆発によりトルクを発生させ、その繰り返しによりエンジンの回転速度の立ち上がりを行なう着火始動により実行されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記クラッチ機構は、摩擦板が潤滑油で潤滑された摩擦板と、油圧が作用されることで発生する推力に基づいてそれら摩擦板を押圧するピストンとを有する所謂フルディップ型の湿式クラッチであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記エンジンの始動完了後に、前記クラッチ機構の回転速度を同期させ、前記同期完了後の前記クラッチ機構を係合させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記電動機を駆動源とする電動機走行から前記エンジンを駆動源とするエンジン走行への移行に際して行なわれるエンジン始動に際して、前記電動機は、前記エンジンの回転速度の立ち上がりを助勢するために前記クラッチ機構の係合により前記エンジンへ伝達されるアシストトルクに対応するトルク分だけ一時的に増量したトルクを出力することを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
