Abstract

La présente invention porte sur une vanne à trois voies qui réduit à un minimum la variation de pression entre les côtés avant et arrière d'un plongeur lorsqu'un trajet d'arrivée du fluide est commuté, permettant ainsi d'éviter le bruit et la vibration provoqués par les coups de bélier. A cet effet, la valve à trois voies comprend : un corps de valve (210) ayant une entrée (201), une première sortie (202) et une seconde sortie (203) ; un rotor (270) qui est couplé à un arbre d'entraînement (291) d'une partie motrice (290) et qui est mis en rotation à une hauteur fixe ; et un trou de mouvement vertical (260) à travers lequel passe une extrémité de l'arbre (240) couplée au plongeur (250), le trou de mouvement vertical recevant la force de rotation du rotor (270) qu'il s'agit de déplacer en mouvement alternatif vertical conjointement avec l'arbre (240) et avec le plongeur (250). Le plongeur (250) peut être déplacé en translation alternative verticale entre une première feuille de valve (211) formée dans la première sortie (202) et une seconde feuille de valve (231) montée horizontalement entre l'entrée (201) et la seconde sortie (203). Ici, lorsque le plongeur se déplace en direction de la première feuille de valve (211), la vitesse du mouvement du plongeur peut être progressivement diminuée et, lorsque le plongeur se déplace en direction de la seconde feuille de valve (231), la vitesse du mouvement du plongeur peut être progressivement augmentée.
