  • a high pressure (lkg/cm 2 ) gas of C0 2 was provided from a C0 2 gas high pressure tank into a pressure bottle including demineralized water at 25°C under agitation to dissolve the C0 2 gas into the water.
  • concentration of C0 2 in the water was about 2540 ppm.
  • the same process as above was repeated except that the C0 2 gas pressure was 2kg/cm 2 .
  • the concentration of C0 2 in the water was 3310 ppm.
  • Example 1 The results of Example 1, Example 2 and Comparative Example 1 are shown in Figure 1.
  • the concentration of C0 2 gas in the oils according to Examples 1 and 2 was much higher than that in water according to Comparative Example 1. This trend is found to be enhanced when the pressure of C0 2 gas when dissolved into the oils or water is increased. Thus, the oils according to Examples 1 and 2 including a relatively large amount of C0 2 gas can exert more cosmetic effects based on the C0 2 .
