技术领域 本实用新型涉及的是一种分体式搾油料理一体机, 该种一体机具 有搾油功能, 适用于家用。 背景技术 现有技术中的现有搾油机一般体积比较大, 结构比较复杂, 一般 适合搾油加工厂, 用于商用。 而一般的家庭用的又或者小作坊不适合 用这些搾油机。 现在, 随着食品安全问题的日益突出, 及人们追求高 品质健康生活的要求, 人们需要一种搾油料理一体机, 可以自己进行 搾油, 用于替代市场上油类产品, 而去除食品安全问题带来的隐患。 现有技术中的家用搾油机功能比较单一, 在搾油料理一体机中, 为了 满足消费者的需要, 如何使其具有多功能, 或具有多功能扩展性, 除 了搾油外还具有其它功能, 是产品开发者或制造者急待需要解决的问 题。 实用新型内容 本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是提供一种分体式搾油料理一 体机, 该种一体机具有较强的多功能扩展能力, 可以具有多功能, 还 能清洁方便。 本实用新型可以采取如下技术方案: 分体式搾油料理一体机, 包括搾油系统、 向搾油系统供料的炒料 系统, 以及向搾油系统提供动力的动力系统, 动力系统由传动机构及 向传动机构提供动力的电机构成,其特征是:炒料系统设于上外壳内, 动力系统设于下座壳内, 上外壳和下座壳各自独立成型; 上外壳位于 下座壳上面, 所述上外壳与下座壳易装拆式连接。 本实用新型解决问题还可以进一步采取以下改进措施: 所述上外壳与下座壳之间设有耦合器, 耦合器的一部分固定于上 外壳, 耦合器的另一部分固定于下座壳的相应位置。 动力系统的传动机构的输出端与搾油系统的动力输入端易装拆 式连接。 所述炒料系统的出料口与搾油系统的入料口易装拆式连接。 所述下座壳设有定位柱, 上外壳在定位柱相应处设有定位孔, 定 位柱插进定位孔内。 还包括独立的搾汁组件。 所述独立的搾汁组件由入料器、 搾汁腔、 搾轴构成, 入料器的出 口与搾汁腔的入料口连接, 搾轴位于搾汁腔内, 搾轴设有螺旋条, 搾 轴的大小与搾汁腔大小匹配。 上述技术方案具有这样的技术效果:
1、 本实用新型分体式搾油料理一体机, 炒料系统设于上外壳内, 动力系统设于下座壳内, 上外壳和下座壳各自独立成型; 上外壳位于 下座壳上面, 所述上外壳与下座壳易装拆式连接, 使上外壳与下座壳 之间可以分离, 装拆方便, 可以方便清洁。 拆除上外壳、 搾油系统后, 还可以安装搾汁组件, 使搾油料理一体机具有搾汁功能, 上外壳和下 座壳各自独立设置, 增强了一体机的多功能扩展能力。
2、 本实用新型分体式搾油料理一体机, 上外壳与下座壳之间设 有耦合器, 耦合器可以实现分立的上外壳内的装置与下座壳内的装置 间电连接。 使两部分内装置实现通电及控制, 控制面板可以设置于上 外壳, 也可以设置于下座壳。 该耦合器存在, 也有利于一体机实现多 功能扩展能力。 附图说明 图 1是本实用新型分体式搾油料理一体机示意图。
图 2是本实用新型的上外壳部分结构示意图。 图 3是本实用新型下座壳部分的示意图。 图 4是本实用新型分体式搾油料理一体机的结构示意图。 图 5是搾油系统中易装拆式装置的示意图。 图 6 是本实用新型分体式搾油料理一体机换上搾汁组件时的示 意图。 图 7是本实用新型中搾汁组件的示意图。 图 8是本实用新型中搾汁组件的结构示意图。 具体实施方式 下面结合具体实施例对本实用新型进行具体描述。 实施例: 如图 1至图 8所示, 分体式搾油料理一体机, 像现有技 术的家用搾油机一样, 包括搾油系统 1、 向搾油系统供料的炒料系统 2, 以及向搾油系统 1 提供动力的动力系统, 动力系统由传动机构 3 及向传动机构提供动力的电机 4构成。 炒料系统 2设于上外壳 5 内, 动力系统设于下座壳 6 内, 上外壳 5和下座壳 6各自独立成型; 上外 壳 5位于下座壳 6上面, 所述上外壳 5与下座壳 6易装拆式连接。 所述上外壳 5与下座壳 6之间设有耦合器 7, 耦合器 7的一部分 固定于上外壳, 耦合器 7的另一部分固定于下座壳 6的相应位置。 耦 合器 7可以实现分立的上外壳内的装置与下座壳内的装置间电连接。 使两部分内装置实现通电及控制。 动力系统的传动机构 3的输出端与搾油系统 1的动力输入端易装 拆式连接。 如图 4, 搾油系统的搾杆 8的动力输入端与传动机构 3的 输出端采用接插的易装拆方式连接, 如图 5所示, 搾油系统 1 的搾膛 9首端的易装拆式装置由三个 L形孔 12及可分离的连接座 10构成, 连接座 10上设有三个突块 1 1, 连接座 10 固定于下座壳 6或传动机 构, 连接时, 各突块 1 1伸进相应的 L形孔 12 内, 同时搾杆 8的动力 输入端接插入传动机构的输出端, 搾膛旋转, 即可以实现动力系统的 传动机构的输出端与搾油系统的动力输入端易装拆式连接。 方便快 捷。 所述炒料系统的出料口与搾油系统的入料口易装拆式连接。如图 4所示, 炒料系统的出料口 13与搾油系统的入料口 14采用接插式连 接。 装拆方便。
如图 2、 图 3所示, 所述下座壳设有定位柱 15, 上外壳在定位柱 相应处设有定位孔, 定位柱 15插进定位孔内。 如图 6、 图 7、 图 8所示, 还包括独立的搾汁组件 19。 所述独立的搾汁组件由入料器 16、 搾汁腔 17、 搾轴 18构成, 入 料器 16的出口与搾汁腔 1 7的入料口连接,搾轴 18位于搾汁腔 1 7内, 搾轴 18设有螺旋条, 搾轴 18 的大小与搾汁腔 17大小匹配。 当实施例的所述的易装拆式连接方式当然也可以是其它常规的 易装拆结构, 不局限于本实用新型所提及的连接结构。
如图 6所示, 当需要使用一体机进行搾汁时, 可以拆去上外壳 5、 搾油系统, 因为上外壳与下座壳易装拆式连接, 动力系统的传动机构 的输出端与搾油系统的动力输入端易装拆式连接, 炒料系统的出料口 与搾油系统的入料口易装拆式连接, 因而拆卸它们比较方便。 拆卸它 们后, 就可以换上搾汁组件, 搾汗组件中搾轴与动力系统的传动机构 的输出端也是采用接插式连接, 安装连接方便, 这样普通消费者也能 胜任安装工作。 就这样料理一体机就具有搾汁功能了。 当然也可以设 置实现其它功能的组件通过与传动机构的输出端连接, 实现其它功 能, 因此, 本实用新型功能扩展方面的性能强, 而且多个部件间采用 易装拆式连接, 也增强了多功能扩展能力的可应用性, 使非专业的家 庭用户也可以进行连接部件, 实现扩展功能。 一机可以具有多功能。 本实用新型分体式搾油料理一体机, 清洁方便。 可以根据需要设 计多种扩展组件, 使其具有多功能, 可以一机多用, 其多功能扩展能 力强。

4、 根据权利要求 1 所述的分体式搾油料理一体机, 其特征是: 所述炒料系统其出料口与搾油系统的入料口易装拆式连接。
5、 根据权利要求 1 至 4任一项所述的分体式搾油料理一体机, 其特征是: 所述下座壳设有定位柱, 上外壳在定位柱相应处设有定位 孔, 定位柱插进定位孔内。
6、 根据权利要求 1 所述的分体式搾油料理一体机, 其特征是: 还包括独立的搾汁组件。
