技术领域
本实用新型涉及的是一种带加热装置的搾油料理机, 该种带加热 装置的搾油料理机为家用的搾油料理机。 背景技术
现有技术中的搾油机都具有搾膛、 搾杆, 当搾膛、 搾杆的形状各 样, 在搾油机工作的过程中, 搾膛或搾杆处需要被加热, 才利于顺利 出油。 为有效的防止搾杆的堵转, 提早让物料的油脂压搾出来, 提高 出油率, 现有技术中的搾油机在搾膛上设有电加热装置, 该加热装置 固定于搾膛上, 它们与搾膛连成一体, 或直接与连接于一起, 装拆麻 烦。 家用的搾油料理机的搾膛需要经常清洗, 如果用传统搾油机的加 热结构, 因为其中带有电子元件, 在清洗过程中, 清洗不慎水会进入 电子元件, 对于家用的一般消费者会容易造成安全隐患, 另外传统搾 油机的加热结构装拆麻烦, 也明显不能适用现代家庭消费者的清洗操 作、 使用, 而且, 在传统技术中, 加热装置固定于搾膛上, 便造成搾 膛比较烫手, 使消费者不能及时清洗搾膛, 现代生活节奏快速, 也不 利于消费者清洗搾膛的工作。 实用新型内容 本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是提供一种带加热装置的搾油 料理机, 该种搾油料理机清洗搾膛方便、 容易, 而且无安全隐患。 本实用新型可以采取如下技术方案: 一种带加热装置的搾油料理机, 其特征是: 包括搾膛、 搾杆、 电 热式加热装置, 以及用于支承固定加热装置的支承部件, 所述的搾杆 位于搾膛内, 所述的加热装置固定于所述的支承部件, 加热装置其传 热部件与搾膛其外表面接触。 本实用新型解决问题还可以进一步采取以下改进措施: 所述支承部件为搾油料理机其机架或其外壳。
所述加热装置由电发热元件、 导热块构成, 导热块为前述的传热 部件, 导热块与电发热元件接触。 所述加热装置由金属罩、 电发热元件、 导热块、 温控器构成, 电 发热元件位于导热块内, 导热块为前述的传热部件, 导热块与电发热 元件接触, 金属罩盖于导热块其开口; 温控器与金属罩接触。 所述支承部件为搾油料理机其外壳, 导热块用螺钉固定于外壳 上。 所述加热装置位于搾膛上方或下方或前方或后方。 上述技术方案具有这样的技术效果:
1、 本实用新型带加热装置的搾油料理机, 加热装置其传热部件 与搾膛其外表面接触, 与现有技术相比, 搾膛与加热装置没有连接, 相互独立, 清洗搾膛、 搾杆时, 搾膛与加热装置独立分开, 只要单独 清洗搾膛即可, 水不会跑进加热装置的电子元件, 避免了安全隐患, 而且装拆搾膛与加热装置之间无连接关系, 操作过程方便、 容易、 快 速。 适合一般家用消费者的使用要求。
2、 本实用新型带加热装置的搾油料理机, 加热装置其传热部件 与搾膛其外表面接触, 与现有技术相比, 清洗搾膛不用拆加热装置, 不会烫到手, 也不用等加热装置凉下来, 才能拆下加热装置后再清洗 搾膛, 为消费者节约了时间, 更加方便了消费者。 附图说明

下面结合具体实施例对本实用新型进行具体描述。 实施例 1 : 如图 1、 图 2所示, 带加热装置的搾油料理机, 包括 搾膛 1、 搾杆 2、 电热式加热装置 3, 以及用于支承固定加热装置 3 的支承部件, 所述的搾杆 2位于搾膛 1 内, 所述的加热装置 3固定于 所述的支承部件, 加热装置 3其传热部件与搾膛 1其外表面接触。 所述加热装置 3位于搾膛上方。
所述加热装置由金属罩 5、 电发热元件 6、 导热块 7、 温控器 8 构成, 电发热元件 6位于导热块 7 内, 导热块 7为前述的传热部件, 导热块 7与电发热元件 6接触, 金属罩 5盖于导热块 7其开口; 温控 器 8与金属罩接触。 所述支承部件为搾油料理机其外壳 4。 导热块 7用螺钉固定于外 壳 4上。 工作原理: 当发热元件通电后就发热, 热量通过导热块将热量传 递到搾膛, 使搾膛的温度升高到设定的温度, 当发热元件的温度低于 或高于设定的温度时, 通过温控器的连接或断开来控制, 这样有效保 证搾膛所需设定温度, 实现设定的功能和功效。 本实用新型带加热装置的搾油料理机,加热装置其传热部件与搾 膛其外表面接触, 与现有技术相比, 搾膛与加热装置没有连接, 相互 独立, 清洗搾膛、 搾杆时, 搾膛与加热装置独立分开, 只要单独清洗 搾膛即可, 水不会跑进加热装置的电子元件, 避免了安全隐患, 而且 装拆搾膛与加热装置之间无连接关系, 操作过程方便、 容易、 快速。 适合一般家用消费者的使用要求。 与现有技术相比, 清洗搾膛不用拆 加热装置, 不会烫到手, 也不用等加热装置凉下来, 才能拆下加热装 置后再清洗搾膛, 为消费者节约了时间, 更加方便了消费者。 实施例 2 : 本实施例的特点为: 所述加热装置由电发热元件、 导 热块构成, 导热块为前述的传热部件, 导热块与电发热元件接触。 另外, 加热装置可以设置位于搾膛下方或前方或后方。 另外, 可以根据设计需要支承部件可以为搾油料理机其机架或其 外壳。 本实用新型搾油料理机, 清洗搾膛方便、容易, 而且无安全隐患。 以上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例而已, 并不用以限制本实 用新型, 凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、 等同替 换和改进等, 均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1、 一种带加热装置的搾油料理机, 其特征是: 包括搾膛、 搾杆、 电热式加热装置, 以及用于支承固定加热装置的支承部件, 所述的搾 杆位于搾膛内, 所述的加热装置固定于所述的支承部件, 加热装置其 传热部件与搾膛其外表面接触。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的带加热装置的搾油料理机, 其特征是: 所述支承部件为搾油料理机其机架或其外壳。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的带加热装置的搾油料理机, 其特征是: 所述加热装置由电发热元件、导热块构成,导热块为前述的传热部件, 导热块与电发热元件接触。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的带加热装置的搾油料理机, 其特征是: 所述加热装置由金属罩、 电发热元件、 导热块、 温控器构成, 电发热 元件位于导热块内, 导热块为前述的传热部件, 导热块与电发热元件 接触, 金属罩盖于导热块其开口; 温控器与金属罩接触。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的带加热装置的搾油料理机, 其特征是: 所述支承部件为搾油料理机其外壳, 导热块用螺钉固定于外壳上。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的带加热装置的搾油料理机, 其特征是: 所述加热装置位于搾膛上方或下方或前方或后方。
