Abstract

L'élément chauffant (3) a, disposé sur celui-ci, un composant de serrage et d'étanchéité. Le composant de serrage et d'étanchéité comprend une bague en silicone (1) et un bloc en silicone compact (2). L'élément chauffant (3) est en liaison étanche avec le grand corps de bouilloire par l'intermédiaire du composant de serrage et d'étanchéité. Ceci améliore les performances d'étanchéité d'une bouilloire électrique et empêche efficacement les problèmes d'étanchéité lâche et de fuite sur un produit. La bague en silicone (1) est agencée par manchonnage sur l'élément chauffant (3) de façon à assurer que les centres de ceux-ci sont sur une même ligne centrale, de façon à résoudre ainsi efficacement une excentricité pendant l'assemblage.
