实施本发明具有以下有益效果:在转动调节旋钮时,利用第一螺旋槽来推动第一驱动销在第一限位导槽内移动,从而将调节旋钮的旋转运动转变成第一驱动销的水平移动,进而带动第一连接部相对外壳组件移动,实现第一连接部相对第二连接部的距离调节,避免了现有技术的调节机构的调节困难、结构复杂的缺陷,具有结构简单可靠、操作方便、成本低、易于制造、调整省力、无级调节等优点。
进一步的,可以同时通过第二螺旋槽来推动第二驱动销在第二限位导槽内移动,从而将调节旋钮的旋转运动转变成第二驱动销的水平移动,进而带动第二连接部相对外壳组件移动,也就是带动第一连接部和第二连接部同时相对运动,具有更大的调节距离,以适合不同人群的需求。

具体实施方式
本发明的间距调节装置,用于头部按摩器的壳体间的间距的调节,主要是通过调节旋钮带动驱动销动作,来实现壳体间的间距的调节的。该头部按摩器通常包括第一连接部(第一壳体)和第二连接部(第二壳体),由调节旋钮带动驱动销动作,进而带动第一连接部和第二连接部相靠近或远离,实现大小调整,从而适合不同使用者的应用。下面结合具体的实施方式来详细介绍本发明的间距调节装置及具有该调节装置的头部按摩器。
如图1至图4所示,在本发明的头部按摩器的第一实施例中,第一连接部110和第二连接部120为分开的两部分,大致围成半球形,半球形的内部设置按摩装置(未示出)。该第一连接部110和第二连接部120为两个独立构件,在第一连接部110和第二连接部120的两端相接位置处分别通过间距调节装置130连接,从而使得第一连接部110和第二连接部120二者的距离可调。
可以理解的,第一连接部110和第二连接部120也可以为一个大致成“C”形的构件,在开口位置处通过间距调节装置130连接即可。
参看图1~图4,以其中一个间距调节装置130为例,详细介绍该间距调节装置130是如何实施的。该间距调节装置130包括外壳组件、安装在外壳组件上的驱动机构。该驱动机构与第一连接部110和/或第二连接部120连接,由驱动机构带动调节第一连接部110和第二连接部120之间的间距。
在本实施例中,该驱动机构可以同时带动第一连接部110和第二连接部120相对运动,包括调节旋钮131、第一调节销132、第二调节销133等。该调节旋钮131的内侧开设有第一螺旋槽134和第二螺旋槽135,对应的,在外壳组件上设有第一限位导槽136和第二限位导槽137,形成限位导向结构,来限定第一连接部110和第二连接部120的运动方向。在本实施例中,该第一限位导槽136与第一连接部110的运动方向平行,而第二限位导槽137与第二连接部120的运动方向平行。可以理解的,也可以仅仅设置第一调节销132、第一螺旋槽134和第一限位导槽136,此时只能带动第一连接部110移动。
如图4所示,该第一螺旋槽134的两极限位置与第一限位导槽136的极限位置重合;该第二螺旋槽135的两极限位置与第二限位导槽137的极限位置重合;从而在转动调节旋钮131时,带动第一调节销132和第二调节销133始终在第一限位导槽136和第二限位导槽137内移动。在本实施例中,该第一调节销132的直径与第一限位导槽136、第一螺旋槽134的宽度基本相等;该第二调节销133的直径与第二限位导槽137、第二螺旋槽135的宽度基本相等。
进一步的,该第一螺旋槽134与第二螺旋槽135为中心对称,并以调节旋钮131的转动中心为对称中心;该第一限位导槽136与第二限位导槽137为中心对称,并以调节旋钮131的转动中心为对称中心;从而可以使得第一连接部110和第二连接部120同步相对运动。可以理解的,第一螺旋槽134与第二螺旋槽135、第一限位导槽136与第二限位导槽137也可以根据需要设置成不对称或其他形式。
该外壳组件包括相互组合设在第一连接部110和第二连接部120连接端外围的外壳138和压盖139。在本实施例中,该外壳138和压盖139之间通过扣合的方式结合,在外壳138的边缘设有向内侧延伸的倒扣1381,对应的,在压盖139上设有与该倒扣1381相配合的缺槽1391。组装时,将压盖139和外壳138分别设置在第一连接部110和第二连接部120的调节缺口的位置处,然后将压盖139的倒扣1381卡入缺槽1391中即可将外壳138和压盖139扣合。可以理解的,外壳138和压盖139之间的连接可以通过其它方式,例如通过螺钉、铆钉、螺栓等将两者进行固定组装。
如图2、3所示,该驱动机构的第一限位导槽136和第二限位导槽137设置在外壳138的外壁,以便于第一调节销132和第二调节销133穿过,带动第一连接部110和第二连接部120在第一限位导槽136和第二限位导槽137限定的方向上移动。可以理解的,该第一限位导槽136和第二限位导槽137也可以设置单独的构件上,固定安装在外壳138上,并在外壳138上设置对应的开孔1382即可。
该压盖139的靠近外壳的一侧设有伸出外壳138的安装轴1392,以供驱动机构的调节旋钮131转动安装于其上。对应的,该外壳138上设有开孔1382,以便于安装轴1392穿出。该调节旋钮131以该安装轴1392作为转动中心。在该安装轴1392的外端还设有挡圈1393,以防止调节旋钮131脱出安装轴1392。可以理解的,安装轴1392还可以采用其他形式,例如从外侧插入调节旋钮131再固定于外壳组件上。
进一步的,在调节旋钮131的外侧还可以设有调节旋钮盖141,遮挡安装轴1392以及挡圈1393等。为了便于转动调节旋钮131,在调节旋钮131的外围还可以包裹防滑圈142。
为了便于第一连接部110和第二连接部120与驱动机构的连接、以及与外壳组件的配合,该第一连接部110设有第一滑动连接部111和第二连接部120设有第二滑动连接部121。对应的,该外壳138可以采用槽状外壳138,形成供第一滑动连接部111和第二滑动连接部121可移动收纳于其中的容纳空间1383。可以理解的,该容纳空间也可以采用其他结构形式在外壳和压盖之间形成,例如,采用槽状压盖、而外壳为平板状,或者,压盖和外壳同时采用相拼合的槽状结构。
在本实施例中,该第一滑动连接部111和第二滑动连接部121是分别在第一连接部110和第二连接部120的末端延伸形成的,第一调节销132和第二调节销133的一端分别固定连接在该第一滑动连接部111和第二滑动连接部121上,进而利用旋钮推动第一调节销132和第二调节销133,来带动第一连接部110和第二连接部120的相对移动。
可以理解的,该第一滑动连接部111和第二滑动连接部121也可以为固定设置在第一连接部110和第二连接部120末端的独立构件。第一滑动连接部111和第二滑动连接部121与第一连接部110和第二连接部120可以通过紧固件(如螺钉、螺栓、铆钉、等)或者焊接、卡扣、粘接等各种方式固定连接。
进一步的,为了保证第一滑动连接部111和第二滑动连接部121保持在容纳空间1383内移动,该外壳138的两端设有防止第一滑动连接部111和第二滑动连接部121脱出的阻挡片1384。
组装时,将第一连接部110的第一滑动连接部111和第二连接部120的第二连接部插入到外壳138的容纳空间1383内,并将第一调节销132和第二调节销133的一端分别固定连接在第一滑动连接部111和第二滑动连接部121上,第一调节销132和第二调节销133的另一端分别穿出第一限位导槽136和第二限位导槽137。
然后,将压盖139扣合在外壳138的内侧,而将第一滑动连接部111和第二滑动连接部121封闭在容纳空间1383内。此时,压盖139的安装轴1392穿出外壳138的开孔1382,伸出外壳138。然后将调节旋钮131可转动的安装在安装轴1392上,并且保证第一调节销132和第二调节销133的末端对应插入到第一螺旋槽134和第二螺旋槽135内。然后利用挡圈1393等限位调节旋钮131,装上调节旋钮盖141等,完成组装。
在需要调节第一连接部110和第二连接部120之间的距离时,转动调节旋钮131,利用第一螺旋槽134和第二螺旋槽135迫使第一调节销132和第二调节销133分别在第一限位导槽136和第二限位导槽137内移动,将调节旋钮131的旋转运动转变成第一调节销132、第二调节销133的水平移动,进而带动第一连接部110、第二连接部120相对外壳组件移动,实现第一连接部110相对第二连接部120的距离调节,具有结构简单可靠、操作方便、成本低、易于制造、调整省力、无级调节等优点。
如图5、6所示,是本发明的头部按摩器的第二实施例,其与上述实施例的区别在于间距调节装置的结构不同,本实施例的间距调节装置230还包括驱动件250,其他结构,如调节旋钮盖241、防滑圈242、挡圈2393等与第一实施例基本相同,故不赘述。该驱动件250设置在外壳组件的外壳238的容纳空间2383内,并连接在第一连接部210和第一驱动销232之间。转动调节旋钮231时,带动驱动件250转动,再由驱动件250带动第一连接部210和/或第二连接部220相对移动。
在本实施例中,该驱动件250靠近调节旋钮231的一侧设有第一曲线槽251和第二曲线槽252,分别与第一螺旋槽234和第二螺旋槽235对应。而驱动件250靠近压盖239的一侧设有第一驱动槽253和第二驱动槽254,分别与第一连接部210和第二连接部220相配合。对应的,该第一连接部210和第二连接部220分别设有第一调节销255和第二调节销256,该第一调节销255和第二调节销256分别可移动地插入对应的第一驱动槽253和第二驱动槽254内。该第一曲线槽251与第二曲线槽252为中心对称,并以调节旋钮231的转动中心为对称中心;该第一驱动槽253导槽与第二驱动槽254为中心对称,并以调节旋钮231的转动中心为对称中心,利用驱动件250的转动来同步带动第一连接部210和第二连接部220相对移动。
可以理解的,该驱动件250的第一曲线槽251和第二曲线槽252、第一驱动槽253和第二驱动槽254可以择一设置,来带动第一连接部210或第二连接部220移动。进一步的,也可以根据需要,调节旋钮231上还可以设置更多的螺旋槽,并配合对应数量的驱动销,螺旋槽可以均匀分布在调节旋钮231上,从而可以将受力分散,方便调节;对应的,驱动件250上设置与驱动销数量对应的曲线槽,从而可以利用多个驱动销同时带动驱动件250转动,使得调节更加方便、省力。
进一步的,在本实施例中,该第一连接部210和第二连接部220的第一滑动连接部211和第二滑动连接部221交错设置,从而可以增加第一连接部210和第二连接部220的移动距离,实现更大的调节,以适应不同的人群使用。
进一步的,在外壳238的阻挡片2384的内侧还可以设置导向凸条,对应的,在第一滑动连接部211和第二滑动连接部221的对应位置设置导向槽,通过导向凸条和导向槽的配合,进一步的保证了第一连接部210和第二连接部220保持在限定的方向上移动。
如图7、8、9所示,该驱动件250的第一曲线槽251的极限位置的最大夹角A1与驱动件250的最大转角A2相等,该第一螺旋槽234与第一曲线槽251满足:L2-L1=R-L1;第一驱动销232相对于驱动件250的移动线满足方程(圆柱坐标系):r=(R-L1)*A+L1;
其中:L2为第一螺旋槽234的最远极限位置到调节旋钮231的旋转中心的距离;
L1为第一螺旋槽234的最近极限位置到调节旋钮231的旋转中心的距离;
R为第一曲线槽251的最远极限位置到调节旋钮231的旋转中心的距离;
A为角度参数,并且0≤A≤A1,A1为调节旋钮231的最大转角。
可以理解的,该第二曲线槽252、第二驱动销233、第二螺旋槽235的同样具有以上的参数关系,在此不作赘述。
该驱动件250、第一限位导槽236、第二限位导槽237、第一驱动销232、第二驱动销233等构成了本实施例的限位导向结构,带动第一调节销255和第二调节销266以一定方向移动。具体的,在转动调节旋钮231时,第一螺旋槽234和第二螺旋推动第一驱动销232和第二驱动销233在第一限位导槽236和第二限位导槽237内相对移动,从而将调节旋钮231的旋转运动转变为第一驱动销232和第二驱动销233的水平移动;由于第一驱动销232和第二驱动销233分别插入在第一曲线槽251和第二曲线槽252内,因而在第一驱动销232和第二驱动销233移动时,可以迫使推动驱动件250转动,此时,第一驱动槽253和第二驱动槽254同时转动,迫使第一调节销255和第二调节销256分别在第一驱动槽253和第二驱动槽254内移动,进而带动第一连接部210和第二连接部220相对移动,实现第一连接部210和第二连接部220之间的距离调节。
在本实施例中,该第一限位导槽236与第一连接部210的运动方向平行,而第二限位导槽237与第二连接部220的运动方向平行;可以理解的,第一限位导槽236和第二限位导槽237也可以不与第一连接部210和第二连接部220的运动方向平行,可以通过驱动件250上的第一曲线槽251、第二曲线槽252、第一驱动槽253和第二驱动槽254的角度调整,来实现对第一连接部210和第二连接部220的运动方向的控制。
如图10、11所示,是本发明的头部按摩器的第三实施例,其与上述实施例的区别在于间距调节装置的第一连接部310和第二连接部320分别设有第一滑动连接部311和第二滑动连接部321,在本实施例中,该第一滑动连接部311和第二滑动连接部321为独立的构件,通过螺钉分别固定安装在第一连接部310和第二连接部320的末端,从而可以简化第一连接部310和第二连接部320的结构,其他结构与第二实施例基本相同,故不赘述。
如图12-15所示,是本发明的头部按摩器的第四实施例,其与上述实施例的区别在于间距调节装置的结构不同,本实施例的间距调节装置包括外壳组件、驱动机构、限位导向结构等。
该外壳组件与第一实施例基本相同,其不同在于在外壳组件的外壳438设有卡槽4381,以便于固定导向件435,详后述。
该驱动机构包括调节旋钮、第一调节销432、第二调节销433等。在本实施例中,该调节旋钮包括分开的旋钮431和螺旋轮434。该螺旋轮434可以嵌入到旋钮431中,形成一整体式构件,通过旋钮431带动螺旋轮434转动。在螺旋轮434的内侧设有如上述实施例所述的第一螺旋槽4341和第二螺旋槽4342。可以理解的,本实施例的调节旋钮也可以应用到上述实施例中,当然,该调节旋钮也可以为一整体式旋钮431。
限位导向结构包括驱动件436、导向件435、第一驱动销441、第二驱动销442等。该驱动件436和导向件435依次设置在第一连接部410和螺旋轮434之间,利用第一驱动销441、第二驱动销442、第一调节销432和第二调节销433进行传动,带动第一连接部410和第二连接部420移动调节距离。
如图所示,该驱动件436设有第一驱动插孔4361、第二驱动插孔4362、第一调节插孔4363和第二调节插孔4364;对应的,第一连接部410上设有第一驱动孔411,第二连接部420上设有第二驱动孔421;导向件435上设有第一限位导槽4351和第二限位导槽4352。
进一步的,该导向件435的外围还设有固定扣437,该固定扣437设有插槽4371;对应的,该导向件435的圆周上向外突设有凸片4353,该凸片4353可插入到插槽4371中,将固定扣437与导向件435限位连接。该固定扣437的边缘还设有卡勾4372,该卡勾4372卡设在外壳组件的卡槽4381中,从而限位导向件435,避免导向件435转动。在本实施中,该固定扣437、凸片4353、卡槽4381分别为两个,使得固定更加的平均;当然,也可以根据需要使用一个或更多个。
在本实施例中,该螺旋轮434、导向件435和驱动件436设有对应的轴孔,并通过中心轴439组合成一整体,从而方便组装;当然,也可以采用上述实施例的组装方式进行同轴组装。
该第一驱动销441包括穿过第一限位导槽4351插入第一螺旋槽4341的第一插销部4411、插入第一驱动插孔4361的第二插销部4412、以及连接第一插销部4411和第二插销部4412的第一连杆部4413;在本实施例中,该第一连杆部4413为弧形连杆部,当然,也可以为其他形式的连杆,如直线型、曲线型等。
第二驱动销442包括穿过第二限位导槽4352插入第二螺旋槽4342的第三插销部4421、插入第二驱动插孔4362的第四插销部4422、以及连接第三插销部4421和第四插销部4422的第二连杆部4423;在本实施例中,该第二连杆部4423为弧形连杆部,当然,也可以为其他形式的连杆,如直线型、曲线型等。
该第一调节销432包括插入第一调节插孔4363的第五插销部4321、插入第一驱动孔411的第六插销部4322、以及连接第五插销部4321和第六插销部4322的第三连杆部4323;
该第二调节销433包括插入第二调节插孔4364的第七插销部4331、插入第二驱动孔421的第八插销部4332、以及连接第七插销部4331和第八插销部4332的第四连杆部4333。
可以理解的,本实施例中的插孔与插销部形成转动副,插孔与插销部的位置可以互换,也就是说可以将插孔设置在第一、第二调节销、第一、第二驱动销上,而将插销部设置在第一连接部、第二连接部和驱动件上,同样可以实现转动传动的作用;例如,在驱动件上设置第一插销、第二插销,对应的第一驱动销的第二插销部设置与第一插销配合的第一插销孔、第二驱动销的第四插销部设置与第二插销配合的第二插销孔;在第一连接部和第二连接部上设置第三插销、第四插销,对应的,在第一调节销的第六插销部设置与第三插销配合的第三插销孔,在第二调节销的第八插销部设置与第四插销配合的第四插销孔;驱动件还设有第五插销、第六插销,对应的,在第一调节销的第五插销部设置与第五插销配合的第五插销孔,在第二调节销的第六插销部设置与第七插销配合的第六插销孔。
组装时,将第一驱动销441的第一插销部4411穿过第一限位导槽4351插入到第一螺旋槽4341,将第一驱动销441的第二插销部4412插入到驱动件436的第一驱动插孔4361;
将第二驱动销442的第三插销部4421穿过第二限位导槽4352插入到第二螺旋槽4342,将第二驱动销442的第四插销部4422插入到驱动件436的第二驱动插孔4362;
然后,将固定扣437的插槽4371对准导向件435的凸片4353,将固定扣437连接在导向件435的外围。然后利用中心轴439穿过螺旋轮434、导向件435和驱动件436的轴孔,再利用挡圈443固定中心轴439,从而将螺旋轮434、导向件435和驱动件436组装成一整体,再将整体从外壳组件的开孔中穿出,使得螺旋轮434嵌入到旋钮431中,并且固定扣437的卡勾4372卡设在外壳438的卡槽4381中,从而定位导向件435,避免导向件435的转动;而螺旋轮434则可以在旋钮431的带动下转动。
然后,将第一调节销432的第五插销部4321插入到驱动件436的第一调节插孔4363中,将第一调节销432的第六插销部4322插入到第一连接部410的第一驱动孔411中;
将第二调节销433的第七插销部4331插入到驱动件436的第二调节插孔4364中,将第二调节销433的第八插销部4332插入到第二连接部420的第二驱动孔421中;然后再将外壳组件的外壳438和压盖通过螺钉等固定连接,即可完成组装。
在需要调节第一连接部410和第二连接部420之间的距离时,转动旋钮431,由旋钮431带动螺旋轮434转动,利用第一螺旋槽4341和第二螺旋槽4342迫使第一驱动销441和第二驱动销442的第一插销部4411和第三插销部4421在第一限位导槽4351和第二限位导槽4352内移动,由于第一限位导槽4351和第二限位导槽4352的限位作用,使得第一驱动销441和第二驱动销442必然产生转动,从而推动驱动件436产生旋转运动,再通过第一调节销432和第二调节销433来分别带动第一连接部410和第二连接部420相对外壳组件移动,实现第一连接部410相对第二连接部420的距离调节,具有结构简单可靠、操作方便、成本低、易于制造、调整省力、无级调节等优点。
在上述所有实施例中,间距调节装置的数目机构可以根据第一连接部与第二连接部的结构而定,第一连接部与第二连接部可为上述实施例的分开的两部分,也可为一端未闭合的一体式结构,所以仅需设置一个间距调节装置以连接两壳体未闭合的一端,从而调整其尺寸,该间距调节装置可为上述任何一种间距调节装置。
进一步的,在两个外壳上还可以连接有第三连接部,从而方便使用者的佩戴。该第三连接部与外壳可以通过焊接、胶粘、螺钉、铆钉或螺栓等方式固定连接成一整体。
进一步的,还可以如图1所示在两个外壳138上的分别连接有第三连接部160和第四连接部170,在第三连接部160和第四连接部170未与外壳138连接的一端通过上一实施例的间距调节装置130连接,实现第三连接部160和第四连接部170之间的调节。
如图16-20所示,该头部按摩器还可以设置有手控器150,该手控器150内设置有气泵、气阀、控制电路等,通过导线以及气管151与头部按摩器主体连接。如图17所示,在该第一连接部110、第二连接部120、第三连接部160和/或第四连接部170的内侧还可以依次设置有内衬支架180、气囊190、衬垫140、防护套140A等;当然,在内衬支架180上还可以安装振动马达153(如图18),产生振动而进行按摩;可以理解的,振动马达153的安装位置可以根据按摩需要设置在任意位置,例如气囊190、衬垫140、防护套140A等位置上。
如图17所示,该内衬支架180包括在第一连接部110内侧设置的前内衬支架181、在第二连接部120内侧设置的后内衬支架182、在第三连接部160和第四连接部170内侧设置的顶部内衬支架183。
该气囊190包括在前内衬支架181内侧设置的前气囊191、在后内衬支架182内侧设置的后气囊192、在两侧设置的两个侧气囊193、以及在顶部内衬支架183内侧设置的顶部气囊194。如图15所示,该等气囊190通过气管151与手控器150的气泵连接,由手控器150控制进行气压按摩。在与气管151连接的位置处还可以安装有泄气阀152,起到排气作用。
该衬垫140设置在气囊190的内侧,与前气囊191和后气囊192对应的,可以包括前衬垫141和后衬垫142,可以选用海绵等柔软材料,起到保护头部、增加使用舒适感的作用。该防护套140A设置在衬垫140的内侧,与前衬垫141和后衬垫142对应的,可以包括前防护套141A和后防护套142A,可以采用布料等,起到防护作用。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种间距调节装置,用于头部按摩器的第一连接部和第二连接部的间距调节,所述间距调节装置包括外壳组件、以及安装在所述外壳组件上的驱动机构;其特征在于
    所述驱动机构包括设置在所述外壳组件外侧的调节旋钮、以及第一调节销;
    所述调节旋钮内侧设有第一螺旋槽,所述外壳组件上设有限位导向结构;所述第一调节销的一端带动所述第一连接部、另一端由所述第一螺旋槽带动,在所述调节旋钮转动时,所述第一螺旋槽推动所述第一调节销在所述限位导向结构的导向下移动,进而带动所述第一连接部相对所述外壳组件移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的间距调节装置,其特征在于,所述外壳组件包括相互组合设在所述第一连接部和第二连接部相接位置处的外壳和压盖;
    所述外壳与压盖之间形成接入所述第一连接部和第二连接部相邻接部位的容纳空间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的间距调节装置,其特征在于,所述限位导向结构包括设置在所述外壳上的第一限位导槽;所述第一调节销穿过所述第一限位导槽插入所述第一螺旋槽。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的间距调节装置,其特征在于,所述驱动机构还包括一端带动所述第二连接部的第二调节销;
    所述调节旋钮内侧设有第二螺旋槽,所述限位导向结构还包括设置在所述外壳组件上的第二限位导槽;
    所述第二调节销的另一端穿过所述第二限位导槽插入到所述第二螺旋槽中,在所述调节旋钮转动时,所述第二螺旋槽推动所述第二调节销在所述第二限位导槽内移动,进而带动所述第二连接部相对所述外壳组件移动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的间距调节装置,其特征在于,所述第一螺旋槽与所述第二螺旋槽为中心对称,并以所述调节旋钮的转动中心为对称中心;
    所述第一限位导槽与所述第二限位导槽为中心对称,并以所述调节旋钮的转动中心为对称中心。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的间距调节装置,其特征在于,所述限位导向结构包括设置在所述第一连接部和所述调节旋钮之间的驱动件、设置在所述外壳上的第一限位导槽、以及设置在所述驱动件和调节旋钮之间的第一驱动销;
    所述驱动件包括与所述第一螺旋槽配合的第一曲线槽、以及与所述第一连接部配合的第一驱动槽;
    所述第一驱动销一端插入所述第一螺旋槽、另一端穿过所述第一限位槽并插入所述第一曲线槽而带动所述驱动件转动;
    所述第一调节销一端插入所述第一驱动槽、另一端连接带动所述第一连接部。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的间距调节装置,其特征在于,所述驱动机构还包括一端带动所述第二连接部的第二调节销;
    所述调节旋钮内侧开设有第二螺旋槽,所述限位导向结构还包括设置在所述外壳组件上的第二限位导槽、以及第二驱动销;
    所述驱动件还包括与所述第二螺旋槽配合的第二曲线槽、以及与所述第二连接部配合的第二驱动槽;
    所述第二驱动销一端插入所述第二螺旋槽、另一端穿过所述第二限位槽并插入所述第二曲线槽而带动所述驱动件转动;
    所述第二调节销一端插入所述第二驱动槽、另一端连接带动所述第二连接部。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的间距调节装置,其特征在于,所述第一曲线槽与所述第二曲线槽为中心对称,并以所述调节旋钮的转动中心为对称中心;
    所述第一驱动槽导槽与所述第二驱动槽为中心对称,并以所述调节旋钮的转动中心为对称中心。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的间距调节装置,其特征在于,所述第一曲线槽的极限位置的最大夹角与所述驱动件的最大转角相等;
    所述第一螺旋槽与所述第一曲线槽满足:L2-L1=R-L1;所述第一驱动销相对于所述驱动件的移动线满足方程:r=(R-L1)*A+L1;
    其中:L2为所述第一螺旋槽的最远极限位置到所述调节旋钮的旋转中心的距离;
    L1为所述第一螺旋槽的最近极限位置到所述调节旋钮的旋转中心的距离;
    R为所述第一曲线槽的最远极限位置到所述调节旋钮的旋转中心的距离;
    A为角度参数,并且0≤A≤A1,A1为所述调节旋钮的最大转角。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的间距调节装置,其特征在于,所述限位导向结构包括设置在所述第一连接部和所述调节旋钮之间的驱动件、设置在所述外壳组件上的导向件、以及设置在所述驱动件和调节旋钮之间的第一驱动销;所述导向件上设有第一限位导槽;所述第一驱动销由所述第一螺旋槽的驱动并在所述第一限位导槽的导向下,驱动所述驱动件转动,带动所述第一调节销转动而带动所述第一连接部移动。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的间距调节装置,其特征在于,所述驱动件包括第一驱动插孔、以及第一调节插孔;所述第一连接部设有第一驱动孔;
    所述第一驱动销包括穿过所述第一限位导槽插入所述第一螺旋槽的第一插销部、插入所述第一驱动插孔的第二插销部、以及连接所述第一插销部和第二插销部的第一连杆部;
    所述第一调节销包括插入所述第一调节插孔的第五插销部、插入所述第一驱动孔的第六插销部、以及连接所述第五插销部和第六插销部的第三连杆部;或者,
    所述驱动件上设置第一插销、第五插销;所述第一连接部上设置第三插销;
    所述第一驱动销包括穿过所述第一限位导槽插入所述第一螺旋槽的第一插销部、设有供所述第一插销插入的第一插销孔的第二插销部、以及连接所述第一插销部和第二插销部的第一连杆部;
    所述第一调节销包括设有供所述第五插销插入的第五插销孔的第五插销部、设有供所述第三插销插入的第三插销孔的第六插销部、以及连接所述第五插销部和第六插销部的第三连杆部。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的间距调节装置,其特征在于,所述驱动机构还包括一端带动所述第二连接部的第二调节销;
    所述调节旋钮内侧设有第二螺旋槽,所述限位导向结构还包括设置在所述导向件上的第二限位导槽、以及第二驱动销;
    所述第二驱动销由所述第二螺旋槽的驱动并在所述第二限位导槽的导向下,驱动所述驱动件转动,带动所述第二调节销转动而带动所述第二连接部移动。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的间距调节装置,其特征在于,所述驱动件还包括第二驱动插孔、以及第二调节插孔;
    所述第二连接部设有第二驱动孔;
    所述第二驱动销包括穿过所述第二限位导槽插入所述第二螺旋槽的第三插销部、插入所述第二驱动插孔的第四插销部、以及连接所述第三插销部和第四插销部的第二连杆部;
    所述第二调节销包括插入所述第二调节插孔的第七插销部、插入所述第二驱动孔的第八插销部、以及连接所述第七插销部和第八插销部的第四连杆部,或者,
    所述驱动件上设置第二插销、第六插销;所述第二连接部上设置第四插销;
    所述第二驱动销包括穿过所述第二限位导槽插入所述第二螺旋槽的第三插销部、设有供所述第二插销插入的第二插销孔的第四插销部、以及连接所述第三插销部和第四插销部的第一连杆部;
    所述第二调节销包括设有供所述第六插销插入的第六插销孔的第七插销部、设有供所述第四插销插入的第四插销孔的第八插销部、以及连接所述第七插销部和第八插销部的第三连杆部。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的间距调节装置,其特征在于,所述导向件的外侧设有固定扣,所述外壳组件上设有与所述固定扣配合定位的卡槽;
    所述导向件的圆周上向外突设有凸片,所述固定扣设有与供所述凸片插入的插槽;并且,在所述固定扣的边缘设有卡设与所述卡槽中的卡勾。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的间距调节装置,其特征在于,所述调节旋钮包括旋钮、以及嵌入在所述旋钮内的螺旋轮;所述螺旋轮内侧设有所述第一螺旋槽和第二螺旋槽;
    所述螺旋轮、导向件和驱动件设有对应的轴孔,并通过中心轴同轴装配。
  16. 根据权利要求1-11任一项所述的间距调节装置,其特征在于,所述调节旋钮包括旋钮、以及嵌入在所述旋钮内的螺旋轮;所述螺旋轮内侧设有所述第一螺旋槽。
  17. 根据权利要求2-12任一项所述的间距调节装置,其特征在于,所述压盖设有伸出所述外壳的安装轴;所述外壳上设有供所述安装轴穿出的开孔;所述调节旋钮旋转安装在所述安装轴上。
  18. 根据权利要求2-12任一项所述的间距调节装置,其特征在于,所述第一连接部设有第一滑动连接部,所述第二连接部设有第二滑动连接部;
    所述第一滑动连接部和第二滑动连接部可移动的设置在所述外壳和压盖之间的所述容纳空间中。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的间距调节装置,其特征在于,所述第一滑动连接部和第二滑动连接部分别在所述第一连接部和第二连接部的末端延伸形成;或者,所述第一滑动连接部和第二滑动连接部为固定在所述第一连接部和第二连接部的末端的独立构件。
  20. 根据权利要求16所述的间距调节装置,其特征在于,所述第一滑动连接部和第二滑动连接部交错设置。
  21. 根据权利要求16所述的间距调节装置,其特征在于,所述外壳的两端设有防止所述第一滑动连接部和第二滑动连接部脱出的阻挡片。
  22. 一种头部按摩器,包括分开的第一连接部和第二连接部,其特征在于,所述第一连接部和第二连接部相接的位置处设有至少一个权利要求1~21任一项所述的间距调节装置。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的头部按摩器,其特征在于,所述头部按摩器还包括分别安装在间距调节装置上的第三连接部和第四连接部,并且所述第三连接部和第四连接部相接的位置处安装有所述间距调节装置。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的头部按摩器,其特征在于,所述头部按摩器还设有手控器,所述手控器内设有气泵、气阀以及控制电路;
    在所述第一连接部、第二连接部、第三连接部和/或第四连接部的内侧还可以依次设置有内衬支架、气囊、衬垫以及防护套;所述气泵与所述气囊通过气管连接。
