饮料的预制装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种饮料的预制装置。
背景技术
专利文献号WO 2011 036215A2于2009年9月24日公开了一种咖啡机机械式预泡装置,其利用液压原理将刺破针顶起以刺破胶囊。该咖啡机机械式预泡装置虽然操作比较方便,但是,存在以下不足之处:1)水在利用完之后又回流到水箱内,且被反复加热以供下次使用,食用不卫生;2)结构十分复杂,制作成本偏高。
技术问题
本发明的目的旨在提供一种结构简单合理、操作灵活、制作成本低、安全程度高、性能可靠、饮料口感好的饮料的预制装置,以克服现有技术中的不足之处。
技术解决方案
按此目的设计的一种饮料的预制装置,包括固定架、用于盛装饮料颗粒、浓缩液或干粉的胶囊以及胶囊冲泡架,胶囊冲泡架内设置有容纳胶囊的空腔,其特征是还包括弹性结构和刺破结构,胶囊压接在弹性结构上,刺破结构位于弹性结构中,通过使胶囊在进水后变形推动弹性结构后移,露出刺破结构,使刺破结构延迟刺破胶囊,实现预泡。
所述固定架上设置有第一定位孔,胶囊顶杆和顶杆弹簧设置在第一定位孔内,胶囊顶杆的一端压接在顶杆弹簧上,带过滤片的密封圈压接在固定架上,胶囊顶杆的另一端穿过设置在过滤片上的第二定位孔后伸入空腔内,过滤片中设置有一个以上的顶部刺破针,顶部刺破针的针尖朝向胶囊的一侧。

所述滑块内设置有通孔,底部刺破针套设在通孔内,通孔与胶囊冲泡架的空腔相通。所述固定架与进水管相接。胶囊的外包装为软质层。饮料为咖啡、果汁或茶叶。
有益效果
本发明采用上述的技术方案,将整个预制装置设置在进水管的出水口处,当冲泡胶囊咖啡时,首先由顶部刺破针刺破胶囊的一侧,水进入胶囊,当水进入胶囊内达到一定程度的预泡效果后,水又使胶囊的另一侧朝后变形,且通过胶囊的另一侧将滑块向后推,露出套设在滑块内的底部刺破针,底部刺破针刺破胶囊的另一侧,使咖啡汁液从滑块中的通孔流出,整个过程相当简单且安全可靠;另外,由于无多余的水回流到咖啡机的水箱,在确保饮料口感好的基础上保证了饮用卫生。
本发明可以为咖啡、果汁或茶叶等饮料实现预泡,具有结构简单合理、操作灵活、制作成本低、安全程度高、性能可靠、饮料口感好的特点。

本发明的最佳实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
参见图1-图5,本饮料的预制装置,包括固定架1、用于盛装饮料颗粒、浓缩液或干粉的胶囊7以及胶囊冲泡架10,胶囊冲泡架10内设置有容纳胶囊7的空腔;饮料的预制装置还包括弹性结构和刺破结构,胶囊7压接在弹性结构上,刺破结构位于弹性结构中,通过使胶囊在进水后变形推动弹性结构后移,露出刺破结构,使刺破结构延迟刺破胶囊,实现预泡。
上述的固定架1上设置有第一定位孔1.1,胶囊顶杆3和顶杆弹簧2设置在第一定位孔1.1内,胶囊顶杆3的一端压接在顶杆弹簧2上,带过滤片5的密封圈6压接在固定架1上,胶囊顶杆3的另一端穿过设置在过滤片5上的第二定位孔5.1后伸入空腔内,过滤片5中设置有一个以上的顶部刺破针4,顶部刺破针4的针尖朝向胶囊7的一侧。
胶囊顶杆3的中部设置有限位凸台3.1,该限位凸台3.1压接在过滤片5上;或者,胶囊顶杆3的中部设置有限位凸台3.1,第一定位孔1.1内设置有定位台阶,该限位凸台3.1压接在定位台阶上。在本实施例中,仅给出了前一种方案的具体结构图。
胶囊冲泡架10的一侧压接在密封圈6或固定架1上。过滤片5套设在密封圈6内。
在本实施例中,所述刺破结构包括底部刺破针9,所述弹性结构包括滑块8和复位弹簧12,胶囊冲泡架10的另一侧与定位座13相接,定位座13上设置有底部刺破针9,该底部刺破针9套设在滑块8内,胶囊冲泡架10上设置有第三定位孔10.1,第三定位孔10.1内设置有限位台阶10.2,滑块8的头部穿过第三定位孔10.1后伸入胶囊冲泡架10的空腔内,滑块8的中部压接在限位台阶10.2上,滑块8的尾部压接在复位弹簧12的一端,复位弹簧12的另一端压接在定位座13上。
滑块8内设置有通孔8.1,底部刺破针9套设在通孔8.1内,通孔8.1与胶囊冲泡架10的空腔相通。滑块可在胶囊冲泡架内前后滑动。
固定架1与进水管14相接。进水管14的出水口设置在预制装置的前方,也就是设置在固定架的前方。
胶囊7的外包装为软质层,比如软且薄的铝层,或者软且薄安全塑料等等。
操作时,第一步:开启电源,咖啡机的发热煲加热到预热温度,将咖啡胶囊放入胶囊冲泡架10,并关闭胶囊冲泡架10,密封胶囊,此时顶部刺破针刺破胶囊的一侧;胶囊顶杆被压下。
第二步:当加热达到预热温度后,此时启动冲泡电源开关,高温高压的水通过水泵经过过滤片后,被注入到胶囊冲泡架10内的胶囊7中,当胶囊7内的压力达到一定程度后,位于胶囊的另一侧的底部开始变形,当该变形将滑块朝后推,直至露出底部刺破针,且刺破胶囊的另一侧,此时咖啡从滑块内的通孔流出。
第三步,酿造完所需份量的咖啡后,停止水泵工作,旋开冲泡架,此时胶囊前端,也就是胶囊的一侧,被胶囊顶杆顶出,且被两边弹性装置将胶囊凸台勾出,将胶囊从胶囊冲泡架内勾出,达到自动掉入胶囊盒内。
第四步,若想再次冲煮咖啡,可重复上述操作。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种饮料的预制装置,包括固定架(1)、用于盛装饮料颗粒、浓缩液或干粉的胶囊(7)以及胶囊冲泡架(10),胶囊冲泡架(10)内设置有容纳胶囊(7)的空腔,其特征是还包括弹性结构和刺破结构,胶囊(7)压接在弹性结构上,刺破结构位于弹性结构中,通过使胶囊在进水后变形推动弹性结构后移,露出刺破结构,使刺破结构延迟刺破胶囊,实现预泡。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的饮料的预制装置,其特征是所述固定架(1)上设置有第一定位孔(1.1),胶囊顶杆(3)和顶杆弹簧(2)设置在第一定位孔(1.1)内,胶囊顶杆(3)的一端压接在顶杆弹簧(2)上,带过滤片(5)的密封圈(6)压接在固定架(1)上,胶囊顶杆(3)的另一端穿过设置在过滤片(5)上的第二定位孔(5.1)后伸入空腔内,过滤片(5)中设置有一个以上的顶部刺破针(4),顶部刺破针(4)的针尖朝向胶囊(7)的一侧。
