Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种咖啡机进水结构,该咖啡机具有冲泡单元,包括一水箱、一加热装置、一泵浦,水箱设有温度传感器,并连设注水管路;加热装置具有与水箱连通的加热管;泵浦与注水管路连接,该注水管路连接咖啡机的冲泡单元。本实用新型咖啡机进水结构的加热装置具有与水箱连通的加热管,加热管二端部分别设于水箱内,可将水箱内的水导入加热管一端部并由加热管加热后再由另一端部导出至水箱内,对水箱内的冷水循环加热,因而不须另外设置加热槽,可减小咖啡机的体积及缩小占用空间,且本实用新型仅须使用一泵浦,可降低组件成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种咖啡机进水结构,特别是指一种咖啡机的进水结构。
背景技术
咖啡为人们日常生活喜好饮品之一,为便于饮用咖啡,具有可加热快速冲泡的咖啡机随即产生 。现有咖啡机主要具有一进水单元、一加热单元、一冲泡单元。进水单元具有一水箱,该水箱连接一泵浦,该泵浦可将冷水导入水箱内,加热单元具有一热水槽、一加热装置、另一泵浦,热水槽与水箱及冲泡单元连通,藉由加热装置对导入热水槽内的冷水加热,再藉由泵浦对热水槽加压使热水可导入冲泡单元内冲泡咖啡。
然而前述结构因咖啡机须同时设置水箱及热水槽,造成咖啡机的体积增加,占用较大的空间,且该咖啡机须采用二个泵浦,使组件成本增加。
有鉴于此,本设计人针对上述咖啡机结构设计上未臻完善所导致的诸多缺失及不便,而深入构思,且积极研究改良试做而开发设计出本实用新型。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可减小体积,缩小占用空间且能降低组件成本的咖啡机进水结构。
本实用新型的另一目的在于提供一种可于冲泡后自动将冲泡单元吹干的咖啡机进水结构。
为了达成上述目的,本实用新型的解决方案是:
一种咖啡机进水结构,该咖啡机具有冲泡单元,包括一水箱、一加热装置、一泵浦,水箱设有温度传感器,并连设注水管路;加热装置具有与水箱连通的加热管;泵浦与注水管路连接,该注水管路连接咖啡机的冲泡单元。
所述水箱具有一盖体。
所述所述加热管具有两端部,并且二端部分别设于水箱内。
还包括一控制器,所述温度传感器、加热装置、泵浦与该控制器连接。
所述泵浦将水箱内的热水完全导入冲泡单元后,所述控制器控制泵浦进行打气动作。
所述冲泡单元设置胶囊座并容置咖啡胶囊,该胶囊座连设注水管路。
采用上述结构后,本实用新型咖啡机进水结构的加热装置具有与水箱连通的加热管,加热管二端部分别设于水箱内,可将水箱内的水导入加热管一端部并由加热管加热后再由另一端部导出至水箱内,对水箱内的冷水循环加热,因而不须另外设置加热槽,可减小咖啡机的体积及缩小占用空间,且本实用新型仅须使用一泵浦,可降低组件成本。
当泵浦已将水箱内的热水完全导入冲泡单元后控制器可控制泵浦持续动作一段时间(约3~5秒)停止,使泵浦可进行打气将高压气体导入冲泡单元,将冲泡单元残余水滴吹干,可具有较佳使用便利性。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本实用新型的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本实用新型进行详细阐述。
请参阅图1、图2,本实用新型咖啡机进水结构包括一水箱1、一加热装置2、一泵浦3。水箱1具有盖体11,打开盖体11可导入冷水6,水箱1设有温度传感器12,该水箱连设注水管路13。
加热装置2具有与水箱1连通的加热管20,加热管20的二端部21、22分别设于水箱1内,将水箱1内的水6导入加热管20一端部21并由加热管20加热后再由另一端部22导出至水箱1内,水箱1内的冷水6藉由加热管20循环加热。
泵浦3与注水管路13连接,该注水管路13连接咖啡机冲泡单元4。
本实施例咖啡机的冲泡单元4设置胶囊座41并容置咖啡胶囊5,胶囊座41上方连设注水管路13。温度传感器12、加热装置2、泵浦3由控制器(图中未标示)控制动作,当使用时使用者可打开水箱1盖体11注入适当水量的冷水6,并再盖合盖体11,控制器控制加热装置2加热动作,使水箱1内的冷水6经由加热装置2的加热管20一端部21导入由加热管20加热再由另一端部22导出至水箱1内,如此可对水箱1的水6循环加热。
请参阅图3,当温度传感器12感测水箱1内的热水6达设定温度时令泵浦3动作,将热水6经由注水管路13注入冲泡单元4的胶囊座41内对咖啡胶囊5冲泡。本实用新型咖啡机因进水结构仅具有一水箱1,不须另外设置加热槽,可减小咖啡机的体积,缩小占用空间,且本实用新型仅须使用一泵浦3,可降低组件成本。
请参阅图4,当泵浦3已将水箱1内的热水6完全导入冲泡单元4后,控制器(图中未标示)可控制泵浦3持续动作一段时间(约3~5秒)停止,使泵浦3可进行打气将高压气体导入冲泡单元4的胶囊座41,并可将胶囊座41的残余水滴吹干,具有较佳使用便利性。
上述实施例和图式并非限定本实用新型的产品形态和式样,本实用新型的冲泡单元亦可采用咖啡粉或其他形式,不一定须为本实施例的胶囊型态,任何所属技术领域的普通技术人员对其所做的适当变化或修饰,皆应视为不脱离本实用新型的专利范畴。
Claims (6)
1.一种咖啡机进水结构,该咖啡机具有冲泡单元,其特征在于:包括一水箱、一加热装置、一泵浦,水箱设有温度传感器,并连设注水管路;加热装置具有与水箱连通的加热管;泵浦与注水管路连接,该注水管路连接咖啡机的冲泡单元。
2.如权利要求1所述的咖啡机进水结构,其特征在于:所述水箱具有一盖体。
3.如权利要求2所述的咖啡机进水结构,其特征在于:所述所述加热管具有两端部,并且二端部分别设于水箱内。
4.如权利要求3所述的咖啡机进水结构,其特征在于:还包括一控制器,所述温度传感器、加热装置、泵浦与该控制器连接。
5.如权利要求4所述的咖啡机进水结构,其特征在于:所述泵浦将水箱内的热水完全导入冲泡单元后,所述控制器控制泵浦进行打气动作。
6.如权利要求1、2、3、4或5中任意一项所述的咖啡机进水结构,其特征在于:所述冲泡单元设置胶囊座并容置咖啡胶囊,该胶囊座连设注水管路。
