上述的结构示意图如图5所示,固定于上盖支架12上,包括有单向阀体8、弹簧9、单向阀盖10、密封圈11,其中弹簧9装设在单向阀体8内,单向阀盖10装设在单向阀体8的下端,且弹簧9的下端顶置在单向阀盖10的上端,且当关上上盖7时,花洒顶杆结构2.1顶置在单向阀盖10的下端,打开单向阀盖10与密封圈11的出水口通道,密封圈11装设在单向阀盖10的外侧,当上盖7打开时,单向阀盖10利用弹簧9的反作用力与密封圈11的出水口相密封,水路堵塞,不能流出。当上盖7组合打开时,单向阀盖10利用弹簧9的反作用力与密封圈11出水口相密封,水路堵塞,不能流出,当关上上盖7组合时,花洒顶杆结构2.1顶开单向阀盖10,打开单向阀盖10与密封圈11的通道,让水通过花洒2均匀地渗透于咖啡漏斗组件内的咖啡粉4.3内,后经咖啡滤纸4.2,从咖啡漏斗片的中间出水口4.1流出,进入漏斗主体内。
本实施例中,上述漏斗主体16顶沿设置有凸缘16.2,漏斗主体16通过凸缘16.2装于主体21内部的支撑位21.1上。
另外,上述漏斗主体16内还设置有单向阀装置,包括有单向阀19、密封圈17、弹簧18,其中单向阀19装设在漏斗主体16内,弹簧18套装在单向阀19上,密封圈17装设在弹簧18的端部。
此外,上述漏斗主体16的下端设有杯垫20,通过杯垫20或玻璃杯6顶置单向阀19能进行小杯与大杯容器的互换;下主体22下部设置有限制杯垫20或玻璃杯6的位置的限位凹位22.1,主体21上部还设置有旋转上盖组件;上述上盖支架12上设有在旋转关盖时将咖啡滤纸4.2多余沿边遮蔽于主体内的咖啡滤纸隐藏结构,咖啡滤纸隐藏结构为的围骨12.1;即热装置设置在主体21内部,固定于下主体22上,即热装置包括水泵23及带有水管道的发热煲24;上述咖啡漏斗主体5呈圆柱状。
本发明的工作原理是:需要制作咖啡时,先将上盖7旋开,取出咖啡漏斗组件,将装有咖啡粉的滤纸放入咖啡漏斗组件内,再将其放入漏斗主体内,关上上盖7,并确定已与主体锁好,放入玻璃杯6或杯垫20于接咖啡处,开启电源,此时冲泡指示灯闪烁,发热煲24开始迅速预热,当发热管达到预热温度时,指示灯停止闪烁,按冲泡咖啡键,此时水泵23启动,水从水箱内抽出流经发热煲管道,水被迅速加热,经过上盖出水口单向阀后通过花洒均匀的渗透于咖啡粉表面,此时咖啡粉因为下部升降头受弹簧的弹力,使咖啡粉受微压,咖啡被迅速的淬取,经过升降头中间的管道(聚热),流出到漏斗主体内,通过玻璃杯6或杯垫20作用漏斗主体单向阀,打开出咖啡口,让咖啡进入咖啡容器内。完成冲泡咖啡程序后,旋开上盖7,将漏斗主体从主体内拿出,再将咖啡漏斗主体取出,可以将咖啡滤纸连同咖啡粉一起取出,升降头与咖啡漏斗片也可旋出进行自由彻底清洗的了。
在冲泡咖啡过程中,若不慎打开上盖,上盖设置有与主体接触开关,则水泵马上停止工作,出水口单向阀密封,无水从出水口流出,安全可靠。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种咖啡机,包括有主体(21)、下主体(22)、设置在主体(21)上部型腔内的冲泡室,设置在主体(21)内部并固定于下主体(22)上的即热装置,其特征在于冲泡室内设置有微压系统装置,微压系统装置包括依次装配的漏斗主体(16)、弹簧(14)、升降头(13)及咖啡漏斗主体组件,其中升降头(13)置于弹簧(14)上,且升降头(13)能在漏斗主体(16)内利用弹簧(14)的弹性上下运动,漏斗主体(16)装设在主体(21)上,咖啡漏斗主体组件包括有花洒(2)、密封圈(3)、咖啡滤纸(42)、咖啡粉(43)、咖啡漏斗片(4)、咖啡漏斗主体(5),咖啡漏斗片(4)旋扣于咖啡漏斗主体(5)内,且能自由上下活动,咖啡滤纸(42)置于咖啡漏斗片(4)上,咖啡粉(43)置于花洒(2)与咖啡漏斗片(4)中间,花洒(2)紧配套装在咖啡漏斗主体(5)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡机,其特征在于上述漏斗主体(16)内设置有滑槽(16.1),滑槽(16.1)上设有卡槽结构,升降头(13)旋扣于漏斗主体(16)内所设的卡槽结构内,将咖啡粉(43)进行微压作用的弹簧(14)的一端与升降头(13)固定连接,且升降头(13)中间设置有让咖啡经过、并流入漏斗主体(16)内的出水口(13.1)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡机,其特征在于上述花洒(2)与咖啡漏斗主体(5)之间套装有密封圈(3),花洒(2)通过密封圈(3)的张力与咖啡漏斗主体(5)紧配。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡机,其特征在于上述咖啡漏斗片(4)旋扣于咖啡漏斗主体(5)内所设的滑槽(51)内,且咖啡漏斗片(4)能自由上下活动。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡机,其特征在于上述咖啡漏斗主体(5)内所设的滑槽(51)的上部及下部均设置有用于控制咖啡漏斗片(4)活动的位置挡片结构。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的咖啡机,其特征在于上述花洒(2)上部设置有顶杆结构(2.1),顶杆结构(2.1)与设置在上盖支架(12)上的出水口单向阀装置相接,且当上盖(7)关盖时,顶杆结构(2.1)作用在出水口单向阀装置上打开出水通道。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的咖啡机,其特征在于上述出水单向阀装置包括有单向阀体(8)、弹簧(9)、单向阀盖(10)、密封圈(11),其中弹簧(9)装设在单向阀体(8)内,单向阀盖(10)装设在单向阀体(8)的下端,且弹簧(9)的下端顶置在单向阀盖(10)的上端,且当关上上盖(7)时,花洒顶杆结构(2.1)顶置在单向阀盖(10)的下端,打开单向阀盖(10)与密封圈(11)的出水口通道,密封圈(11)装设在单向阀盖(10)的外侧,当上盖(7)打开时,单向阀盖(10)利用弹簧(9)的反作用力与密封圈(11)的出水口相密封,水路堵塞,不能流出。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的咖啡机,其特征在于上述漏斗主体(16)顶沿设置有凸缘(16.2),漏斗主体(16)通过凸缘(16.2)装于主体(21)内部的支撑位(21.1)上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的咖啡机,其特征在于上述漏斗主体(16)内设置有单向阀装置,包括有单向阀(19)、密封圈(17)、弹簧(18),其中单向阀(19)装设在漏斗主体(16)内,弹簧(18)套装在单向阀(19)上,密封圈(17)装设在弹簧(18)的端部。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的咖啡机,其特征在于上述漏斗主体(16)的下端设有杯垫(20),通过杯垫(20)或玻璃杯(6)顶置单向阀(19)能进行小杯与大杯容器的互换;下主体(22)下部设置有限制杯垫(20)或玻璃杯(6)的位置的限位凹位(22.1),主体(21)上部设置有旋转上盖组件;上述上盖支架(12)上设有在旋转关盖时将咖啡滤纸(4.2)多余沿边遮蔽于主体内的咖啡滤纸隐藏结构,咖啡滤纸隐藏结构为的围骨(12.1);即热装置设置在主体(21)内部,固定于下主体(22)上,包括水泵(23)及带有水管道的发热煲(24);上述咖啡漏斗主体(5)呈圆柱状。
