技术解决方案

其使用过程如下:
第一步:清洗酿造器:将冲泡手柄19旋转至垂直状态,这时酿造器呈打开状态,如图3所示,然后将咖啡漏斗14的凸边推入左滑块7与右滑块8的开口插槽内,再将冲泡手柄19旋转至水平状态,这时酿造器呈关闭状态,如图6所示,开启电源按健,此时机器内的水泵将水箱内的水泵入发热煲,发热煲出水口通过水管将水注入酿造器冲泡头入水接头1,再通过咖啡滤网13,水从咖啡出口14.2流出,此时关闭水泵工作按健,完成酿造器的清洗工作。
第二步:将冲泡手柄19旋转至垂直状态,这时酿造器呈打开状态,如图3-图5所示,将咖啡漏斗组件取出,然后将咖啡粉或咖啡包、咖啡胶囊B装入咖啡滤网13内, 再将咖啡漏斗的凸边推入左滑块7与右滑块8开口插槽内,最后将冲泡手柄旋转至水平状态,这时,酿造器关闭状态,如图6-图8所示。
第三步:酿造咖啡:当机器预热完成后,按下煮咖啡控制按键,机器便能煮出香浓咖啡了。
第四步:酿造咖啡完成后再按下煮咖啡控制按键停止煮咖啡,将冲泡手柄19旋转至垂直状态,这时酿造腔A呈打开状态,如图3-图5所示,再将咖啡漏斗件从左滑块7与右滑块8内取出,完成煮咖啡。
第五步:若想再次冲煮咖啡,可重复上述操作。
上述转动臂也可以通过齿轮齿条传动的方式与推块17传动连接,转动臂跟冲泡支架转动连接的一端与齿轮固定连接,齿轮位于冲泡支架内;推块侧部设置有齿条,与齿轮啮合。顺时针旋转冲泡手柄,通过转动臂带动齿轮转动,齿轮驱动齿条移动,带动推块做向前运动,左滑块与右滑块向上运动,机构自锁,酿造腔A呈封闭状态;同理,当逆时针旋转冲泡手柄,酿造腔呈打开状态,此时可放入或取出咖啡漏斗组件。

  4. 根据权利要求3所述的咖啡酿造器,其特征是所述左滑块(7)、右滑块(8)内侧均分别设置有开口插槽(8.2),开口插槽内还设置有凹坑(8.3),凹坑中设置有带突起部(9.1)的弹片(9);咖啡漏斗组件对应开口插槽设置有凸边(14.1),凸边对应弹片的突起部设置有定位凹槽(14.3)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡酿造器,其特征是所述冲泡支架(12)一侧设置有转动臂(20),转动臂通过曲轴(18)传动的方式与推块(17)传动连接;推块后部设置有滑套(17.1),与曲轴的曲部相接;曲轴一端与转动臂跟冲泡支架转动连接的一端固定连接,另一端与冲泡支架转动连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡酿造器,其特征是所述冲泡支架(12)一侧设置有转动臂(20),转动臂通过齿轮齿条传动的方式与推块(17)传动连接;转动臂跟冲泡支架转动连接的一端与齿轮固定连接,齿轮位于冲泡支架内;推块侧部设置有齿条,与齿轮啮合。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的咖啡酿造器,其特征是所述转动臂(20)呈L形,一端通过定位密封圈(21)与冲泡支架(12)转动连接,另一端设置有轴杆(20.1),与冲泡手柄(19)固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的咖啡酿造器,其特征是所述咖啡漏斗组件包括内设置有咖啡滤网(13)的咖啡漏斗(14),漏斗底部设置有咖啡出口(14.2),外侧连接有漏斗手柄(15);凸边(14.1)位于咖啡漏斗左右两侧的上边缘处。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡酿造器,其特征是所述冲泡头包括盖板(2)、冲泡内斗(3)、过滤片(6)和密封圈(5),盖板上设置有入水口(2.1),与入水接头(1)连接,冲泡内斗和过滤片通过螺钉依次固定连接在盖板底部,密封圈固定设置在盖板底部,并与咖啡漏斗组件顶部边缘对准。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡酿造器,其特征是所述冲泡支架(12)内底部与滑块底部之间还设置有缓冲垫(16)。
