Description
本发明是一种咖啡机酿造系统,属于咖啡机的创新技术。
现有的咖啡机酿造系统,其驱动冲泡头运动实现酿造腔的封闭及打开的机构存在的缺点是结构复杂,操作麻烦,使用不便,且制作成本高,难于满足用户的使用要求。
本发明的目的在于考虑上述问题而提供一种结构简单,操作方便,且制作成本低的咖啡机酿造系统。本发明设计巧妙,结构独特,方便实用。
本发明的咖啡机酿造系统,包括有装设在支架下部的咖啡漏斗、装设在咖啡漏斗上方的冲泡头、驱动冲泡头运动使酿造腔达到打开与封闭状态转换的酿造驱动机构,酿造驱动机构包括有驱动冲泡头做向下运动、使酿造腔呈封闭状态的向下驱动机构及驱动冲泡头做向上运动、使酿造腔呈打开状态的向上驱动机构,其中向下驱动机构包括有装设在转轴上的驱动轮,驱动轮的工作轮廓作用在冲泡头上,向上驱动机构为弹簧驱动结构,其包括装设在支架上的弹簧,弹簧的驱动力作用在冲泡头上。
上述驱动轮包括左凸轮、右凸轮,
左凸轮与右凸轮成一整体锁附在转轴上,左凸轮及右凸轮的工作轮廓作用在冲泡头的顶面两侧,冲泡头上相应设有限定左凸轮及右凸轮的运动行程的肋骨。
上述左凸轮与右凸轮之间还设有与之成一整体,确保冲泡头不会向一边翘起、确保密封性的起到平衡作用的中间凸轮。
上述弹簧驱动结构还包括支架上设有的套筒、冲泡头上设有的柱子,
弹簧的下端置于支架上设有的套筒内,弹簧的上端套装在冲泡头上设有的柱子上。
上述支架的两侧分别设有套筒,冲泡头的两侧也相应分别设有柱子,两弹簧分别置于两侧的套筒及柱子上。
上述支架的上部还设有使冲泡头在其上运动的导向套筒,冲泡头上相应设有与之配合的导向孔。
上述导向套筒内还装设有弹簧。
上述转轴上还装设有手柄,驱动力通过手柄作用在转轴上。
上述驱动轮装设在转轴中间;上述支架上部分别设有穿过转轴的通孔;上述支架上还设有使冲泡头在其上运动的导向肋骨。
上述冲泡头在与咖啡漏斗的接触面上装设有密封圈;上述冲泡头上还装设有过滤片。
本发明由于采用通过手柄的旋转,联动转轴、驱动轮驱动冲泡头做向下做直线运动,
弹簧驱动冲泡头做向上做直线运动,从而使酿造腔达到打开与封闭状态转换的目的,其结构简单合理、操作灵活方便、安全程度高、性能可靠。本发明设计为可更换的咖啡漏斗,可依用户的需要更换成不同的咖啡漏斗。本发明是一种设计巧妙,结构独特,方便实用,且制作成本低的咖啡机酿造系统。

实施例1:
本发明的结构示意图如图1、2、3、4所示,本发明的咖啡机酿造系统,包括有装设在支架3下部的咖啡漏斗1、装设在咖啡漏斗1上方的冲泡头8、驱动冲泡头8运动使酿造腔达到打开与封闭状态转换的酿造驱动机构,其中酿造驱动机构包括有驱动冲泡头8做向下运动、使酿造腔呈封闭状态的向下驱动机构A及驱动冲泡头8做向上运动、使酿造腔呈打开状态的向上驱动机构B。冲泡头8上设有入水嘴8B,咖啡漏斗1上设有冲泡嘴1A。
本实施例中,其中向下驱动机构A包括有装设在转轴9上的驱动轮14,驱动轮14的工作轮廓作用在冲泡头8上,向上驱动机构B
为弹簧驱动结构,其包括装设在支架3上的弹簧4,弹簧4的驱动力作用在冲泡头8上。
为使作用在冲泡头8上的作用力更平均,达到更好的使用效果,上述驱动轮14包括左凸轮14A、右凸轮14C,
左凸轮14A与右凸轮14C成一整体锁附在转轴9上,左凸轮14A与右凸轮14C的工作轮廓作用在冲泡头8的顶面两侧,冲泡头8上相应设有限定左凸轮14A及右凸轮14C的运动行程的肋骨8C。
此外,为确保冲泡头不会向一边翘起、确保密封性,上述左凸轮14A与右凸轮14C之间还设有与之成一整体,起到平衡作用的中间凸轮14B。上述包括有左凸轮14A、中间凸轮14B、右凸轮14C的三凸轮为一整体通过四个机制螺钉11装设在转轴9的中间。上述支架3的上部分别设有穿过转轴9的通孔。
为确保弹簧4的驱动力沿纵向方向作用在冲泡头8上,上述弹簧驱动结构还包括支架3上设有的套筒3A、冲泡头8上设有的柱子8A,
弹簧4的下端置于支架3上设有的套筒3A内,弹簧4的上端套装在冲泡头8上设有的柱子8A上。为确保作用在冲泡头8上的弹簧力均衡,上述支架3的两侧分别设有套筒3A
,冲泡头8的两侧也相应分别设有柱子8A,两弹簧4的下端及上端分别置于支架3两侧的套筒3A及柱子8A上。
为确保冲泡头8的上下运动顺畅自如,上述支架3的上部还设有使冲泡头8在其上运动的导向套筒3B,冲泡头8上相应设有与之配合的导向孔。
为进一步增加作用在冲泡头8上的弹簧力,上述导向套筒3B内还装设有弹簧。本实施例中,上述支架3的上部两侧分别设有使冲泡头8在其上运动的导向套筒3B,两导向套筒3B的内都装设有弹簧。
为便于用户操作,上述转轴9上还装设有手柄12,驱动力通过手柄12作用在转轴9上。手柄12通过螺钉13、外齿锁紧垫圈15固定在转轴9上。
为进一步确保冲泡头8的上下运动顺畅自如,上述支架3上还设有导向肋骨3C,此种结构简单合理,保证冲泡头8不会偏转,使冲泡头均匀的和咖啡漏斗密封
。
上述冲泡头8在与咖啡漏斗1的接触面上装设有密封圈7;上述冲泡头8上还装设有过滤片6。通过手柄12旋转运动转换为其它元件做直线运动和旋转运动的驱动机构。过滤片6通过螺钉5固定在冲泡头8上。
本发明的结构上还设置咖啡嘴2,咖啡机制做出来后通过咖啡嘴流入咖啡杯中。另外,本发明的结构设计为可更换咖啡漏斗1,可依用户的需要更换成不同的咖啡漏斗。
本发明的工作原理如下:通过旋转手柄12,从而带动转轴9再驱动锁附在转轴上的驱动轮14旋转。手柄12逆时针旋转时,通过弹簧4伸张驱动冲泡头8向上做直线运动;手柄12顺时针旋转时,通过驱动轮14旋转驱动冲泡头8向下做直线运动,从而使酿造腔达到打开与封闭状态转换的目的。其具体动作如下:当转轴9顺时针旋转时,左凸轮14A、右凸轮14C驱动冲泡头8做向下直线运动,当左凸轮14A、右凸轮14C与冲泡头8的顶面成一定负角度,
中间凸轮14B也顶住冲泡头8的顶面时,左凸轮14A、右凸轮14C被冲泡头8上的肋骨8C挡死,冲泡器自锁,冲泡头8向下运动至咖啡漏斗1内,密封圈7将与咖啡漏斗1的内壁形成轴向密封,形成一个密封酿造腔体,即酿造腔呈封闭状态
。当转轴9逆时针旋转时,驱动轮14逆时针旋转,弹簧4伸张驱动冲泡头8向上做直线运动,当冲泡头8向上运动至密封圈7与咖啡漏斗1脱离时,密封酿造腔打开,达到酿造腔打开的目的,这时,驱动轮14随转轴9逆时针旋转处于水平状态,酿造腔呈打开状态,此时可放入或取出咖啡漏斗1。
本发明的使用过程如下:
第一步:清洗酿造器:将手柄12旋转至垂直状态,这时酿造器呈打开状态,如图5所示,然后将咖啡漏斗1稳妥推入支架3内,再将手柄12旋转至水平状态,这时酿造器呈关闭状态,如图4所示,开启电源按健,此时机器内的水泵将水箱内的水泵入发热煲,发热煲出水口通过水管将水注入酿造器冲泡头入水嘴8B,再通过咖啡漏斗1,水从咖啡漏斗1经冲泡嘴1A流入咖啡嘴2
流出,此时关闭电源按健,完成酿造器的清洗工作。
第二步:将手柄12旋转至垂直状态,这时酿造器呈打开状态,如图5所示,将咖啡漏斗1取出,然后将咖啡粉或咖啡包、咖啡胶囊装入咖啡漏斗1内,
再将咖啡漏斗1稳妥推入支架3内,最后将手柄12旋转至水平状态,这时,酿造器关闭状态,如图4所示。
第三步:酿造咖啡:开启电源按健,当机器预热完成后,按下煮咖啡控制按键,机器便能煮出香浓咖啡了。
第四步:酿造咖啡完成后再按下煮咖啡控制按键停止煮咖啡,将手柄(12)旋转至垂直状态,这时酿造器呈打开状态,如图5所示,再将咖啡漏斗1从支架3内取出,完成煮咖啡。
第五步:若想再次冲煮咖啡,可重复上述操作。

- 一种咖啡机酿造系统,包括有装设在支架(3)下部的咖啡漏斗(1)、装设在咖啡漏斗(1)上方的冲泡头(8)、驱动冲泡头(8)运动使酿造腔达到打开与封闭状态转换的酿造驱动机构,酿造驱动机构包括有驱动冲泡头(8)做向下运动、使酿造腔呈封闭状态的向下驱动机构(A)及驱动冲泡头(8)做向上运动、使酿造腔呈打开状态的向上驱动机构(B),其特征在于向下驱动机构(A)包括有装设在转轴(9)上的驱动轮(14),驱动轮(14)的工作轮廓作用在冲泡头(8)上,向上驱动机构(B) 为弹簧驱动结构,其包括装设在支架(3)上的弹簧(4),弹簧(4)的驱动力作用在冲泡头(8)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡机酿造系统,其特征在于上述驱动轮(14)包括左凸轮(14A)、右凸轮(14C), 左凸轮(14A)与右凸轮(14C)成一整体锁附在转轴(9)上,左凸轮(14A)与右凸轮(14C)的工作轮廓作用在冲泡头(8)的顶面两侧,冲泡头(8)上相应设有限定左凸轮(14A)及右凸轮(14C)的运动行程的肋骨(8C)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的咖啡机酿造系统,其特征在于上述左凸轮(14A)及右凸轮(14C)之间还设有与之成一整体,确保冲泡头不会向一边翘起、确保密封性的起到平衡作用的中间凸轮(14B)。
- 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的咖啡机酿造系统,其特征在于上述弹簧驱动结构还包括支架(3)上设有的套筒(3A) 、冲泡头(8)上设有的柱子(8A), 弹簧(4)的下端置于支架(3)上设有的套筒(3A) 内,弹簧(4)的上端套装在冲泡头(8)上设有的柱子(8A)上。
- 根据权利要求4所述的咖啡机酿造系统,其特征在于上述支架(3)的两侧分别设有套筒(3A) ,冲泡头(8)的两侧也相应分别设有柱子(8A),两弹簧(4)分别置于两侧的套筒(3A)及柱子(8A)上。
- 根据权利要求5所述的咖啡机酿造系统,其特征在于上述支架(3)的上部还设有使冲泡头(8)在其上运动的导向套筒(3B),冲泡头(8)上相应设有与之配合的导向孔。
- 根据权利要求6所述的咖啡机酿造系统,其特征在于上述支架(3)的上部两侧分别设有使冲泡头(8)在其上运动的导向套筒(3B),两导向套筒(3B)内还装设有弹簧。
- 根据权利要求7所述的咖啡机酿造系统,其特征在于上述转轴(9)上还装设有手柄(12),驱动力通过手柄(12)作用在转轴(9)上。
- 根据权利要求8所述的咖啡机酿造系统,其特征在于上述驱动轮(14)装设在转轴(9)中间;上述支架(3)上部分别设有穿过转轴(9)的通孔;上述支架(3)上还设有使冲泡头(8)在其上运动的导向肋骨(3C)。
- 根据权利要求9所述的咖啡机酿造系统,其特征在于上述冲泡头(8)在与咖啡漏斗(1)的接触面上装设有密封圈(7);上述冲泡头(8)上还装设有过滤片(6)。
