Abstract

본 발명은 본 발명은 헤미셀룰로오즈[HEMICELLULOSE]를 이용하여 프라스틱[PLASTIC] 대체용품을 제조하는 방법과 실생활에 필요한 다양한 제품을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 섬유소 분자간의 수소결합[HYDROGEN BOND]력을 이용하여, 식물의 뿌리, 줄기, 종자, 잎이나 과일에서 헤미셀룰로오즈[HEMICELLULOSE]를 분리하여 분쇄, 분말가루로 제조한 후 제조된 분말가루를 펄프, 물과 혼합하여 성형 하고자 하는 모양의 성형틀을 이용하여 성형, 압축, 건조하여 제조하는 방법으로, 헤미셀룰로오즈[HEMICELLULOSE] 입자의 크기가 작을수록[단 헤미셀룰로오즈 입자의 크기는 물성이 변질되지 않는 분자의 크기까지로 한정한다], 입자간의 밀도가 높을수록, 수소 결합력[HYDROGEN BOND]이 증대되어 성형물의 방수 시간과 강도가 증진되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프라스틱[PLASTIC] 대체용품 제조방법 및 헤미셀룰로오즈 이용방법을 제시하는 것이다.
