Abstract

L'invention concerne le domaine de traitement de produits pétroliers. Elle porte sur un procédé de déshydratation d'une émulsion d'eau dans le pétrole utilisant l'énergie de très haute fréquence (THF) acheminée par des guides d'ondes se présentant comme des tuyaux métalliques et un système de dispositifs à coalescence se distinguant en ce que l'on alimente les guides d'ondes en une énergie THF dans la gamme de 100 à 3000 MHz possédant une densité de flux de puissance de 50 à 200 Wt/cm 2 ainsi qu'en une énergie ultrasonore (US) possédant une intensité de 1 à 10 Wt/cm 2 et une fréquence de 300 à 2000 kHz, et l'on utilise dans les dispositifs à coalescence une énergie US possédant une intensité de 0,8 à 1,2 Wt/cm 2 et une fréquence de 18 à 40 kHz.
