Definitions
- the present invention relates to a conveying cart feeding device for feeding a conveying cart to a screw driving area provided with a cart propulsion screw that engages with a driven roller on the conveying cart side to start screw driving.
- Screw-driven transfer equipment that is, a screw for driving a cart that is driven to rotate in a screw drive area in the cart travel path is supported along the cart travel path, and the cart for propulsion of the cart is located on the cart travel path.
- a screw-driven conveyance facility in which a driven roller that engages with a screw is pivotally supported is known.
- the cart propulsion screws in the screw drive area are divided, and the cart propulsion screws adjacent to each other in front and rear are meshed only at one place during one rotation. It is known to interlock with each other via a single position electromagnetic clutch.
- the present invention proposes a conveying cart feeding device to a screw driving area that can solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and the conveying cart feeding to the screw driving area according to the present invention is proposed.
- the device is shown in parentheses with reference numerals used in the description of the embodiment.
- a driven truck (11a) is engaged with the cart propulsion screw (4), and the driven cart propulsion screw (4) is supported along the cart travel path, and the carriage (2) on the cart travel path is engaged with the cart propulsion screw (4).
- a carriage feeding screw (12) having the same feed pitch as that of the carriage propulsion screw (4) is supported at the entrance of the screw driving area.
- the screw for propulsion (12) and the screw for propulsion of the carriage (4) are interlocked with each other via a single position electromagnetic clutch (22) that meshes only at one place during one rotation, and the electromagnetic clutch (22)
- the cart propulsion screw (4) and the cart feeding screw (12) are configured to rotate in the same phase
- the transport cart (2) includes two driven rollers (11a, 11b) is pivotally supported at an interval engageable with both the cart propulsion screw (4) and the cart feed screw (12), and the carriage (2) in the disengaged state of the electromagnetic clutch (22).
- a carriage delivery means (24) for delivery is provided.
- the transport carriage sent by appropriate means including a hand pushing operation to the position where feeding is started by the transport carriage feeding means provided on the entrance side of the screw drive area,
- the conveyance carriage feeding means By operating the conveyance carriage feeding means, the carriage is fed while rotating the carriage feeding screw with the driven roller until the front driven roller of the conveyance carriage reaches a fixed position in the carriage feeding screw.
- this cart feeding operation can be performed regardless of the phase of the cart propulsion screw that is driven to rotate on the lower side of the cart feeding screw, the preceding transport cart is lower than the cart feeding screw. If the electromagnetic clutch is switched to the disengaged state and the carriage feeding screw is free to rotate, it can be started at an arbitrary timing.
- the driven roller of the transport carriage when the front driven roller of the transport carriage is fed into the cart feeding screw in a freely rotatable state, the driven roller must be able to smoothly enter the spiral groove of the cart feeding screw. This is the timing at which the electromagnetic clutch is disengaged and the carriage feeding screw is switched to the idle state.
- the position (phase angle) in the circumferential direction of the entrance of the spiral groove of the carriage feeding screw is the conveying position. This can be solved simply by setting the position so as to coincide with the position of the driven roller of the transport carriage fed by the carriage feeding means.
- the preceding transfer carriage reaches a predetermined position in the screw drive area, and the driven roller is engaged with the fixed position of the screw for transferring the carriage.
- the electromagnetic clutch is switched from the disengaged state to the engaged state shortly before the interval with the standby conveying cart waiting in a state of reaching the predetermined interval, and the cart feeding screw is adjacent to the lower side of the cart feeding screw.
- the standby transport cart can be moved forward at the same speed as the preceding transport cart by the cart feed screw.
- the conveyance carriage to be fed is provided at the entrance of the screw drive area.
- the single-position electromagnetic clutch is switched to the engaged state at the required timing. It is possible to smoothly feed the succeeding transport cart at a required interval with respect to the preceding transport cart driven to travel forward. In other words, there is no need to temporarily stop the cart propulsion screw in the screw drive area or to feed the transport cart with the timing to the cart propulsion screw being driven in rotation.
- the conveyance carriage can be easily and easily transferred without affecting the driving state of the preceding conveyance carriage in the screw drive area.
- the bogie feeding screw (12) has a screw body (15) formed by spirally winding a belt-like plate (14) supported concentrically on a drive shaft (16).
- the belt-like plate (14) at the entrance side end of the carriage feeding screw (12) is formed with an end (14a) parallel to the drive shaft (16), and the electromagnetic clutch (22 ),
- the carriage feeding screw (12) is configured such that the end side (14a) is stabilized at a phase deviated from the upper position of the drive shaft (16) in the circumferential direction due to weight balance.
- the driven rollers (11a, 11b) of the transport carriage (2) engage with the spiral groove (17) of the screw body (15) above the drive shaft (16) of the carriage feeding screw (12). It can be configured as follows.
- the entrance side end portion of the bogie feeding screw that has been switched to the idle state is not interfered with the end portion of the screw body that constitutes the screw, regardless of the timing at which the electromagnetic clutch is disengaged.
- a driven roller retracting portion that allows the driven roller on the transport carriage side to enter the spiral groove can be reliably ensured. Therefore, as described above, when the electromagnetic clutch is switched to the disengaged state at a certain timing, or when the conveying cart is fed to the cart feeding screw side by the conveying cart feeding means, the cart feeding screw becomes the conveying cart. Each time it is confirmed that it is in a phase state that does not interfere with the driven roller, and when there is a possibility of interference, the trouble of having to rotate the carriage feeding screw by the required angle becomes unnecessary. As long as is in a freely swingable state, the conveyance carriage can be reliably fed to the fixed position of the carriage carriage screw by the carriage carriage feeding means.
- the carriage feeding means used in the present invention may have any configuration, but the carriage feeding means (24) is connected to the sandwiched portion (35) provided in the transport carriage (2) and the carriage traveling route.
- a movable base (28) supported so as to be reciprocally movable along the movable base, a movable base drive device (30) for reciprocating the movable base (28), and the clamped by being pivotally supported on the movable base (28).
- a pair of clamping piece driving devices (34) can be used.
- the carriage feeding means (24) is configured such that the carriage (2) is transported while the electromagnetic clutch (22) is disengaged, and its front driven roller (11a) is fed to the carriage.
- the first-stage feeding action (S1) forcibly feeding until reaching the fixed position (P2) in the screw-in screw (12), and the transport carriage (2) fed by this first-stage feeding action (S1) Can be configured to perform a second-stage feeding operation (S2) that feeds further in conjunction with the engagement operation of the electromagnetic clutch (22).
- the carriage feeding due to the second stage feeding action of the carriage feeding means started by the electromagnetic clutch engagement operation, the carriage feeding in a freely rotatable state that has not yet received the rotational force from the carriage propelling screw.
- the screw for insertion is rotated by a driven roller on the side of the transport carriage.
- the cart feeding screw receives rotational force from the cart propulsion screw via the electromagnetic clutch and is rotationally driven. That is, when the bogie feeding screw is rotationally driven by receiving rotational force from the bogie propulsion screw via the electromagnetic clutch, the bogie feeding screw is already in the second stage feeding action of the bogie feeding means.
- the carriage is driven by the driven roller of the carriage that is traveling forward, so that the carriage speed difference between before and after the carriage receiving screw receives the rotational force from the carriage propulsion screw via the electromagnetic clutch It can be made smaller according to the setting of the forward speed of the transport carriage during the second stage feeding action of the feeding means. Therefore, a large impact force acts between the carriage feeding screw and the driven carriage-side driven roller when the carriage is fed into the screw driving area on the lower side by rotational driving of the carriage feeding screw. Even when the forward speed of the conveyance carriage in the screw drive area is high, the conveyance carriage can be started smoothly and smoothly.
