L'invention porte sur l'usinage des soudures. Elle a pour objet une machine à fraiser (10) destinée à usiner un joint soudé présent sur la surface interne d'un tube, la machine (10) ayant une forme tubulaire et étant équipée de supports à galets (3) aux extrémités longitudinales de la machine (10), l'un des supports à galets (3) étant alimenté en énergie par un entraînement à moteur (2) positionné près de ce support à galets (3) et des moyens de fraisage (5a) positionnés entre les supports à galets (3).
