PE管焊接主要包括为,材料准备:用于焊制管件的管材的圆度应高于标准值,下料时要留出10-20mm的切削余量。用于管道连接时应将两待焊管材置于平坦的地面夹紧管材根据所焊制的管件更换基本夹具,选择合适的卡瓦,切削前必须将所焊管段夹紧。切削:切削所焊管段端面的杂质和氧化层,保证两对接端面平整、光洁。对中:两对焊管段的错边应越小越好,如果错边大,会导致应力集中,错边不应超过壁厚的10%。加热:保证有足够的熔融料,以备熔融对接时分子相互扩散。切换:从加热结束到熔融对接开始这段时间为切换周期,为保证熔融对接质量,切换周期越短越好。熔融对接:是焊接的关键,熔融对接过程应始终处于熔融压力之下进行。冷却:由于塑料材料导热性差,冷却速度相应缓慢。焊缝材料的收缩、结构的形成过程在长时间内以缓慢的速度进行。因此,焊缝的冷却必须在一定的压力下进行。
现有技术中没有一体化的焊接结构,此类焊接均采用焊盘、刨刀分体设置,夹管等装置在焊管前均要调整角度和位置,此种焊接装置焊接效率低,焊接质量不能保证。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种复合材料管焊接机构,此种焊接机构可将焊接、刨刀、角度调整机构集成一体,焊接前不需要另外调整对接,同时方便实现智能化操作。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:

在管偏移一定角度后,管端面不能对接,为解决上述问题,本实施例提供的复合材料管焊接机构20还包括刨刀装置,该刨刀装置包括刨刀支架26和端面为刀面的刨刀盘27,刨刀支架26第一端套装在导柱25上,刨刀盘27安装在刨刀支架26上,刨刀支架26第一端可沿导柱25轴向平移,且刨刀支架26可围绕导柱25转动并带动刨刀盘27移动到两个抱箍组件之间。
如图9所示,刨刀装置和焊接机构20中焊盘支架21类似,均可通过刨刀支架26带动刨刀沿着管轴向方向移动并转动,在管端部切削后,管端可以对准,并在移走刨刀盘27后,移入焊盘主体22,使得管端焊接。本实施例通过刨刀把手29可手持操作刨刀支架26在导柱25上滑动。
刨刀装置包括用于将动力传递到刨刀盘27的传动结构28,传动结构28安装在刨刀支架26上,该传动结构28具有用于插入动力装置转动端的动力连接孔2801。本实施例中,可通过电机等装置作为动力装置,将动力装置的转动端插入到动力连接孔2801,通过传动结构28带动刨刀盘27转动,实现对管端切削,不用另外增加传动装置即可实现。
管角定位机构10相对导柱25的另一侧安装有安全柱40;刨刀装置还具有安全插销2901,该安全插销2901可通过刨刀支架26带动转动,并卡在安全柱40上。当安全插销2901脱离安全柱40后,刨刀盘27停止转动,避免因误操作操作人员误伤。
在本实施例中,焊盘主体22的焊接面与导柱25的轴向方向垂直;刨刀盘27的刨刀面与导柱25的轴向方向垂直,可方便调整管切削焊接角度。
如图10所示,本装置提供一种检查机构50,本检查机构50通过抱柱体51套装在导柱25上,通过第一支撑杆52、第二支撑杆53、第三支撑杆54组成连接件,在该连接件上,铰接第一半环结构55和第二半环结构58,第一半环结构55和第二半环结构58可沿着铰接处转动形成环形结构。在不需要检查机构50时,可通过转动第一半环结构55和第二半环结构58,使得两者从管焊接端移开。
第一半环结构55和第二半环结构58组成环形结构后,形成探伤装置57行走的滑道56,探伤装置57可沿着滑动滑动,在本实施例中,第一半环结构55和第二半环结构58分别具有滑道56,每个滑道56上均设有一个探伤装置57,使得两个探伤装置57可沿着滑动滑动,在其他实施例中,第一半环结构55和第二半环结构58可组成一个环形的滑道56,只需要一个探伤装置57接口在此环形滑道56中行走。本实施例中,控制箱30用于对本装置提供电控和电动力。
如图1-图7所示,本实施例提供一种管角定位机构10,包括底板100、动力装置210和分别装卡需焊接管的两个抱箍组件430,抱箍组件430可由动力装置210的动力端驱动沿着第一方向对向移动,并使得管的端面接触;抱箍组件430包括使管相对底板100转动的转动组件。
具体的,底板100上安装的抱箍组件430可以相对滑动,在本实施例中,底板100上安装第一滑轨组230,抱箍组件430可沿着第一滑轨组230滑动,在其他实施例中,抱箍组件430还可以通过传动链、传动带等多种形式实现。抱箍组件430有两个,其中第一抱箍组件430抱紧一跟管,第二抱箍组件430抱紧另一根管,在两跟管相对的端部加热后,抱箍组件430相对移动使得两根管的端部接触、压紧,两根管即可完成焊接。
其中抱箍组件430中的转动组件可使得管相对底板100转动一定的角度,从而实现管端的焊接,例如,两个抱箍结构向同一侧转动相同的角度后,两根管的轴心在同一直线上,然后再切削管对应端部,使得管端相互平行,即可进行后续工艺,使得两根管焊接在一起。当抱箍组件430通过下部的转动组件向同侧转动一个角度后,形成如图2和图3所示的结构。
抱箍组件430包括安装板410、底部通过转轴与安装板410连接的转板420;转板420上安装有下抱箍431和以及和下抱箍431侧向铰接的上抱箍432,下抱箍431和上抱箍432转动成闭合锁止状态时内部形成抱紧管壁的环形结构。
如图1所示,安装板410为基准板,安装板410的中心位置设有一个转轴,转轴的转动端向上伸出,转板420安装在转轴的转动端,并可围绕转轴相对安装板410水平转动。转板420上具有安装下抱箍431的架体,架体包括支脚,其中支脚为三角形,支脚在架体远离焊接端面的一侧。支脚的作用是避免在两个管端部抵接在一起时,抱箍结构整体侧向偏转,可提高焊接质量和焊接精度。本实施中的下抱箍431安装在支架上,上抱箍432通过侧面的铰接部433与下抱箍431铰接,上抱箍432和下抱箍431在与铰接部433相对的侧面可锁紧,本实施例中的锁紧结构为机械式的,即通过定位手柄435转动卡合上抱箍432和下抱箍431,当上抱箍432和下抱箍431抱紧后,即可抱紧管外圆周壁。每个转板420上分别安装至少一个抱箍,本实施例中,每个转板420上安装两个抱箍,使得在管端面压紧时,抱箍不会上下偏移或左右偏移。
本实施例中的抱箍结构在锁紧后,内部均会形成抱紧管外壁的环形结构,多个抱箍的环形结构的中心均在通一个水平面内,不论管怎么转动,管的轴芯均在同一直线内,可初步保证管焊接后端部对齐。
与上抱箍432和下抱箍431相对,下抱箍431和上抱箍432的内部环形壁具有弹性材料制成的垫片434,在上抱箍432和下抱箍431闭合锁死状态时,下抱箍431和上抱箍432内壁的垫片434围合成挤压管壁的弹性圈。弹性圈的作用是可避免抱箍结构的坚硬部位挤压管壁产生缺陷,另外对管提供额外的抱紧力,防止管在端部接触时打滑。在本实施例中的垫片434为橡胶材料制成,也可以是其他有机弹性材料,例如硅胶等。
作为优选的,垫片434设有环向间隔镂空。本实施例中,垫片434中的间隔镂空可在垫片434挤压管壁时,产生一个较小的变形,通过自身弹性对管壁提供抱紧力,同时间隔镂空具有使得垫片434重量低的优点。
如图1所示,底板100具有动力装置210和第一滑轨组230,一个抱箍组件430安装在滑轨上,动力装置210的动力端连接该抱箍组件430并可推动该抱箍组件430沿着第一滑轨组230向另一抱箍组件430滑动。
第一滑轨组230包括沿着第一方向上延伸的两根滑轨,滑轨上安装第一滑块组240,抱箍组件430安装在第一滑块组240上,使得抱箍组件430可跟随第一滑块组240沿着第一方向动作。此组抱箍结构为第一抱箍结构,动力装置210的动力端通过连接块220连接在第一抱箍结构的下部,动力装置210可通过动力端的伸出或收回带动第一抱箍组件430滑动。
另一抱箍组件430为第二抱箍组件430,底板100上安装有纵向调节机构,该对准调节机构可使得一个抱箍组件430沿着垂直第一方向的第二方向平移。当抱箍组件430旋转后,管的端部在切削后,端部可能会出现不能对准的情况,可通过纵向调节机构调节管端位置,使得两个管的端部对准。
本实施例中,底板100上安装有第二滑轨组350,以及安装在第二滑轨组350上的第二滑块组360,第二滑轨组350的延伸方向与第一滑轨组230的延伸方向垂直。
结合图1和图7所示,具体的,对准调节机构包括轴心与第一方向垂直的丝杆330、与丝杆330配合的丝杆座320和手轮310,一个抱箍组件430的底部安装丝杆座320,该抱箍组件430通过丝杆330转动驱动向第二方向平移。第二抱箍组件430和第一抱箍组件430镜像设置,第二抱箍组件430中的底板100安装在第二滑块组360上,当转动丝杆330时,第二抱箍组件430沿着第二滑轨组350平移,通过调节丝杆330,可微调整第二抱箍组件430的纵向位置,使得两个管的端部相对。本实施中的丝杆330可手动调整,通过旋转手轮310带动丝杆330转动。
对准调节机构包括用于锁止抱箍组件430在沿丝杠平移锁止机构。在两根管的端部对准后,通过下压锁紧手柄340使得第二抱箍组件430不会在第二方向上平移,避免误操作或管端挤压造成的误差。在其他实施例中,丝杆330可通过电控装置驱动控制。
对准调节机构包括距离标识指针510,底板100上安装有与抱箍组件430沿第二方向位移长度相匹配的长度标尺520,距离标识指针510与长度标尺520位置匹配。本实施例中的底板100的侧面具有一个长度标尺520,第二抱箍组件430上安装有一个距离标识指针510,第二抱箍组件430平移后,通过长度标尺520上提示的坐标差,即可得出第二抱箍组件430平移的距离。
如图6所示,角度调节装置440包括转板420上具有弧形的镂空,安装板410上具有柱状的角度指针442,该角度指针442插入到镂空处,当转板420相对安装板410转动时,角度指针442沿着镂空处转动;镂空处具有与转板420和安装板410相对转动角度相匹配的角度标尺443。例如,一段管的延长线和另一段管之间的夹角三十度,第一抱箍组件430旋转15度,第二抱箍组件430旋转15度,即可实现。本实施中的第一抱箍组件430和第二抱箍组件430旋转的角度相同,才能使得管端面在切削后保持对齐。本实施例中,抱箍组件430转动即为转板420相对安装板410转动,操作人员可通过角度调节把手441手动转动抱箍组件430,并通过角度标尺443直观的观察抱箍组件430转动的角度。

Claims (9)

1.一种复合材料管焊接机构,其安装在管角定位机构侧面,该管角定位机构包括用于夹持两个待焊接管的抱箍组件,其特征在于:所述复合材料管焊接机构包括水平设置在导向结构,所述导向结构上安装有焊盘支架,该焊盘支架的第一端安装在导向结构,焊盘支架主体上安装有端面为焊接面的焊盘主体;所述焊盘支架的第一端可沿导向结构平移,且焊盘支架可围绕导向结构转动并带动焊盘主体转动到两个抱箍组件之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合材料管焊接机构,其特征在于:所述导向结构为横截面为圆形的导柱。
3.根据权利要求2所述的复合材料管焊接机构,其特征在于:所述焊盘支架的第一端为环状,且焊盘支架的第一端套装在导柱上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合材料管焊接机构,其特征在于:所述焊盘主体上安装有用于手持的焊盘把手,所述焊盘把手安装在焊盘主体靠近管角定位机构的侧面。
5.根据权利要求2所述的复合材料管焊接机构,其特征在于:所述复合材料管焊接机构还包括刨刀装置,该刨刀装置包括刨刀支架和端面为刀面的刨刀盘,所述刨刀支架第一端套装在导柱上,刨刀盘安装在刨刀支架上,所述刨刀支架第一端可沿导柱轴向平移,且刨刀支架可围绕导柱转动并带动刨刀盘移动到两个抱箍组件之间。
6.根据权利要求5所述的复合材料管焊接机构,其特征在于:所述刨刀装置包括用于将动力传递到刨刀盘的传动结构,所述传动结构安装在刨刀支架上,该传动结构具有用于插入动力装置转动端的动力连接孔。
7.根据权利要求5所述的复合材料管焊接机构,其特征在于:所述管角定位机构相对导柱的另一侧安装有安全柱;所述刨刀装置还具有安全插销,该安全插销可通过刨刀支架带动转动,并卡在安全柱上。
8.根据权利要求5所述的复合材料管焊接机构,其特征在于:所述刨刀装置包括用于手持移动刨刀装置的刨刀把手。
9.根据权利要求5所述的复合材料管焊接机构,其特征在于:所述焊盘主体的焊接面与所述导柱的轴向方向垂直;所述刨刀盘的刨刀面与所述导柱的轴向方向垂直。
