상기와 같은 보관실(110)의 내벽은 횡단면이 타원형으로 제작되는 것이 바람직한데, 보관실(110)의 횡단면이 타원형으로 제작됨에 따라 피스톤(200)이 회전되는 것을 방지하여 제1회전부재(300)와 제2회전부재(400)가 순차적으로 상승될 수 있도록 한다.
또한, 상기 토출부(120)에는 보관실과 연통되는 이동통로(121)가 형성되어 피스톤(200)의 상향 이동시 내용물이 이동되며, 상기 이동통로(121)의 상단에는 토출구(122)가 형성되어 이동통로(121)를 통해 이동되는 내용물이 토출되도록 한다.
상기와 같은 토출부(120)의 상면은 경사지게 제작되는 것이 바람직한데, 토출부(120)의 상면이 경사지게 형성되면, 사용시 편의성을 제공할 수 있다.
또한, 미사용시 내용물이 토출구(122)의 외부로 유출되는 것이 방지되도록 용기본체(100)의 상부에 결합되는 캡(700)이 구비되는 것이 바람직한데, 이러한 캡(700)에는 도 3 내지 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 토출구(122)로 삽입되는 밀폐돌기(701)가 형성되는 것이 좋을 것이다.
한편, 상기 토출부(120)와 용기본체(100) 사이에는 연결구(10)가 구비되는 것이 바람직한데, 이러한 연결구(10)는 토출부(120)와 용기본체(100) 사이의 공간을 밀폐시켜 누액이 발생되지 않도록 하며, 다양한 색상으로 제작되어 제품의 미감을 증진시키는 역할을 한다.
또한, 상기 용기본체(100)의 외주면에는 표시창(130)이 형성되되, 이 표시창(130)은 후술할 제1회전부재(300)의 평면(302)에 인쇄된 광고를 사용자에게 보여지게 하는 전용 광고창의 역할을 할 수 있을 것이다.
상기와 같은 표시창(130)은 예컨대, 용기본체(100)를 투명한 재질로 제작한 후, 표시창(130) 부분을 제외한 모든 외주면에 필름을 부착시켜 형성시킬 수도 있다.
한편, 상기 용기본체(100)의 하부에는 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 결합브라켓(140)과 역행방지돌기(141)가 구비되는 것이 바람직한데. 상기 결합브라켓(140)은 용기본체(100)와 손잡이(600)가 결합되도록 하는 매개체이며, 역행방지돌기(141)는 손잡이(600) 또는 용기본체(100)의 일측 방향으로의 회전만 허락하게 하는 역할을 한다.
상기 피스톤(200)은 상술한 용기본체(100)의 내부, 즉, 보관실에서 상방향으로 작동되는 부재로서, 이러한 피스톤(200)은 도 11에 도시된 바와 같이, 상면(횡단면)이 타원으로 제작되어 후술할 손잡이(600)의 회전에 의한 피스톤(200)의 회전이 방지되어 제1회전부재(300)와 제2회전부재(400)가 상승하게 한다.
상기 제1회전부재(300)는 피스톤(200)의 하면에 결합되는 부재로서, 이러한 제1회전부재(300)는 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 일측 외주면에는 제1나사산(301)이, 타측 외주면에는 평면(302)이 형성되는데, 이러한 평면(302)은 마치 절단된 절단면과 같이 평평하게 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기와 같은 평면에는 잔량표시눈금 또는 광고가 인쇄되는데, 이러한 잔량표시눈금 또는 광고는 피스톤(200)의 상승시 슬롯(130)으로 사용자가 잔량표시눈금을 감지하여 내용물의 잔량을 파악할 수 있을 것이며, 광고를 통해 광고주가 사용자에게 광고효과를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.
한편, 상기 제1회전부재(300)의 하측 단부에는 걸림턱(310)이 형성되는데, 이러한 걸림턱(310)은 후술할 제2회전부재(400)의 상측 단부에 형성된 걸림돌기(410)에 의해 상측 방향의 움직임을 제어하여 제1회전부재(300)가 제2회전부재(400)로부터 이탈되는 것을 방지한다.
또한, 상기 제1걸림턱(310)은 제1회전부재(300)가 상사점에 도달한 후, 제2회전부재(400)가 상승하도록 이를 견인하는 역할을 한다.
상기 제2회전부재(400)는 내부에 제1회전부재(300)가 끼워져 나사결합되어 후술할 손잡이(600)의 조작에 의해 상기 제1회전부재(300)를 상승시키는 역할을 하는 매개체이다.
상기와 같은 제2회전부재(400)는 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 외주면에 제2나사산(401)이 형성되며, 상술한 걸림턱(310)의 상방향으로 움직임을 제어하는 걸림돌기(410)가 상측에 형성되어 있다.
이에 따라, 제1회전부재(300)가 상사점에 도달한 후, 손잡이(600)로 전달되는 사용자의 회전조작이 연속적으로 전달되면 걸림턱(310)이 걸림돌기(410)를 상측으로 견인하여 제2회전부재(400)가 상승하게 되는 것이다.
한편, 상기 제2회전부재(400)의 하단에는 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 제2회전부재(400)의 상승시 제3회전부재(500)로부터 이탈이 방지되도록 이탈방지부재(420)가 구비되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 제3회전부재(500)는 제2회전부재(400)의 외주면에 형성된 제2나사산(401)과 나사결합되며, 이러한 제3회전부재(500)는 후술할 손잡이(600)의 내측에 고정되는데, 이에 따라, 상기 제3회전부재(500)가 손잡이(600)와 함께 회전되도록 제3회전부재(500)의 하단은 손잡이(600)와 최소한 2곳 이상에서 결합되는 것이 바람직할 것이다.
이에 따라, 제3회전부재(500)의 하면에는 결합슬롯(510)이 2곳 이상 형성되고, 이러한 결합슬롯(510)과 결합되는 결합부재(620)가 손잡이의 내부에 구비되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 손잡이(600)는 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 제3회전부재(500)의 외주면을 감싼채로 용기본체(100)의 하부에 결합되는 부재로서, 이러한 손잡이(600)는 사용자의 조작에 의해 제3회전부재(500)와 동시에 회전되면서 제1회전부재(300)와 제2회전부재(400)를 상승시키는 역할을 한다.
또한, 상기 손잡이(600)는 도 10에 도시된 바와 같이, 역행방지부재(610)가 내주면에 설치되는 것이 바람직한데, 이러한 역행방지부재(610)는 상술한 역행방지돌기(141)를 가이드하여 손잡이의 역회전시 피스톤(200)이 하향이동되는 것을 방지하는 역할을 한다.
이에 따라, 상기 역행방지돌기(141)는 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이, 일측 방향으로 경사면(611)이 형성되는 것이 특징인데, 이러한 경사면(611)을 따라 역행방지돌기(141)가 이동되며, 역행방지돌기가 경사면을 지나가는 과정에서는 경사면(611)은 하부로 휘어진다.
상기와 같이 하부로 경사면(611)이 휘어진 상태에서 손잡이(600)를 잡고 계속 회전시키면, 도 9의 (c)에 도시된 바와 같이, 역행방지돌기(141)의 경사면(611)의 끝까지 이동되며, 이에 따라, 상기 경사면(611)은 다시 상부로 올라오면서 원상태로 복원된다.
이에 따라, 상기 경사면(611)은 탄성을 갖는 합성수지 재질로 제작되는 것이 바람직하며, 일반적으로 합성수지 재질이 갖고 있는 탄성을 이용할 수도 있을 것이다.
또한, 상기 손잡이(600) 내부의 바닥면에는 상술한 결합슬롯(510)과 결합되는 결합부재(620)가 구비되어 손잡이의 회전시 상기 제3회전부재(500)가 함께 회전되도록 한다.
이하, 상기와 같은 구성을 갖는 펜슬형 화장품 용기의 사용상태에 대해 도 3내지 도 5와 도 6 내지 도 8을 참조하여 설명하기로 한다.
도 3과 도 6, 도 4와 도 7, 도 5와 도 8은 서로 동일한 상태의 단면도와 정면도이다.
*먼저, 도 3과 도 6은 초기상태의 단면도와 정면도로서, 이러한 초기상태에서 사용자가 손잡이(600)를 돌리는 외력은 제3회전부재(500)에 전달되며, 제3회전부재(500)에 전달된 외력은 제2회전부재(400)와 제1회전부재(300)에 작용된다.
여기서, 상기 피스톤(200)과 보관실(110) 내벽의 횡단면이 타원으로 제작되므로 인하여 회전이 피스톤(200)은 보관실의 내부에서 회전되지 아니한다.
이에 따라, 피스톤(200)에 의해 상측의 회전이 제한된 제1회전부재(300)가 먼저 상승하기 시작되며, 제1회전부재(300)가 상사점까지 상승한다.
상기와 같이 제1회전부재(300)가 상사점까지 상승한 후, 손잡이(600)를 계속 회전시키면, 걸림턱(310)과 걸림돌기(410)의 결합에 의해 제2회전부재(400)가 상측으로 견인되며, 제2회전부재(400)가 상사점까지 상승하며, 제2회전부재(400)는 이탈방지부재(420)에 의해 제3회전부재(500)로부터 이탈이 방지된 상태이다.
이때, 피스톤(200)도 함께 상승되면서 보관실(110)에 보관된 내용물은 이동통로(121)와 토출구(122)를 통해 외부로 완전히 토출된 상태이며, 잔량표시눈금 또는 광고가 사용자에게 슬롯(130)을 통해 완전히 노출된다. 이러한 상태는 도 5와 도 8에 도시된 바와 같다.
한편, 상기와 같은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 펜슬형 화장품 용기는 피스톤을 상향이동시키는 3개의 회전부재(300, 400, 500)의 결합이 제3회전부재(500)의 내측에 제2회전부재(400)가, 제2회전부재(400)의 내측에 제1회전부재(300)가, 각각 나사결합됨으로 인하여, 불필요한 공간이 전혀 없으므로 컴팩트하게 제작이 가능하다.
또한, 상술한 바와 같이 불필요한 공간이 없으므로 같은 크기의 규격화된 용기에 내용물을 보관할 경우, 더 많은 양의 내용물을 보관할 수 있을 것이다.
도면과 명세서에서 최적의 실시예들이 개시되었다. 여기서, 특정한 용어들이 사용되었으나, 이는 단지 본 발명을 설명하기 위한 목적에서 사용된 것이지 의미한정이나 특허청구범위에 기재된 본 발명의 범위를 제한하기 위하여 사용된 것은 아니다. 그러므로, 본 기술 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진자라면, 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 타 실시예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호범위는 첨부된 특허청구범위의 기술적 사상에 의해 정해져야 할 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 내부에는 내용물이 보관되는 보관실(110)이 구비되며, 상부에는 상기 보관실(110)에 보관된 내용물이 이동되는 이동통로(121)와, 이 이동통로(121)로 이동되는 내용물이 외부로 토출되는 토출구(122)가 형성되는 토출부(120)가 구비되는 용기본체(100);와
    상기 보관실(110)의 내부에서 승하강되면서 내용물을 토출구(122)로 토출하는 피스톤(200);과
    상기 피스톤(200)의 하면에 결합되되, 일측 외주면에는 제1나사산(301)이 형성되며, 타측 외주면은 평평하게 상하로 절단된 평면(302)이 형성되고, 하측 단부에는 걸림턱(310)이 구비되는 제1회전부재(300);와
    상기 제1회전부재(300)가 끼워져 나사결합되되, 외주면에는 제2나사산(401)이 형성되며, 상기 걸림턱(310)과 맞닿아 제1회전부재(300)의 상방향 움직임을 제어하는 걸림돌기(410)가 구비되는 제2회전부재(400);와
    상기 제2회전부재(400)가 끼워져 나사결합되되, 상기 제2나사산(401)과 나사결합되는 제3나사산(501)이 구비되는 제3회전부재(500);와
    상기 제3회전부재(500)의 외주면을 감싼채로 결합되되, 회전시 상기 제3회전부재(500)와 함께 회전되면서 상기 제1회전부재(300)와 제2회전부재(400)를 상승시키는 손잡이(600);가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 펜슬형 화장품 용기.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 용기본체(100)는 보관실(110)에 수용된 내용물의 잔량이 육안으로 확인되도록 상하방향으로 표시창(130)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 펜슬형 화장품 용기.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 용기본체(100)의 하부에 구비되는 결합브라켓(140);과
    상기 결합브라켓(140)의 하단에 구비되는 역행방지돌기(141);와
    상기 손잡이(600)의 역회전이 방지되도록 상기 손잡이(600)의 내주면에 형성되되, 상기 손잡이(600)의 회전시 상기 역행방지돌기(141)의 일측 방향의 회전만 허락되도록 일측으로 경사면(611)이 형성되는 역행방지부재(610);가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 펜슬형 화장품 용기.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 토출부(120)는 상면이 경사지게 형성되며,
    상기 토출부(120)를 덮은 채로 상기 용기본체(100)의 상부에 결합되되, 상기 토출구(122)의 상부를 밀폐하는 밀폐돌기(701)가 구비된 캡(700);이 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 펜슬형 화장품 용기.
  5. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 보관실(110)의 내벽과 피스톤(200)의 횡단면은 타원으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 펜슬형 화장품 용기.
  6. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 평면(302)에는 잔량표시눈금 또는 광고가 인쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 펜스형 화장품 용기.
  7. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 제2회전부재(400)의 하단에는 제2회전부재(400)가 제3회전부재(500)로부터 이탈되는 것이 방지되도록 구비되는 이탈방지부재(420);가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 펜슬형 화장품 용기.
