Description
Claims (8)
- 皮膚にマイクロニードルを適用させるためのアプリケータであって、
弾性部材の付勢力を前記マイクロニードルに伝える伝達部材と、
前記伝達部材の少なくとも一部を収容し、該伝達部材の往復動を案内するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングを覆うように設けられ、前記伝達部材に向かって押されることで前記弾性部材に付勢力を付与するキャップと
を備え、
前記伝達部材には、該伝達部材の軸方向と直交する方向に延びるストッパが設けられており、
前記ストッパが載せられる前記ハウジングの一端には、一の周方向に沿って該ストッパを摺動させるための凸部が形成されており、
前記キャップの内側には、該キャップが押されたときに前記ストッパに接する誘導部が形成されており、
前記キャップが前記伝達部材に向かって押されると、前記ストッパが前記誘導部により前記凸部の端部まで摺動し、その後該キャップがさらに該伝達部材に向かって押されると、前記ストッパが該凸部から外れることで、該伝達部材が該マイクロニードルに前記付勢力を伝える、
ことを特徴とするアプリケータ。 - 前記キャップが前記伝達部材に向かって押されると、前記ストッパが前記誘導部により前記凸部の端部まで摺動し、該伝達部材が前記付勢力に抗して前記マイクロニードルから離れる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアプリケータ。 - 前記キャップに覆われた前記ハウジングの側面には突起が設けられ、
前記キャップには、前記突起を収めるための開口又は凹部が形成されており、
前記キャップが前記伝達部材に向かって押されている時に前記突起に接する前記開口又は前記凹部の一辺が、前記ストッパの摺動方向とは反対の方向に傾斜している、
請求項1又は2に記載のアプリケータ。 - 前記開口又は前記凹部の別の一辺が、押された前記キャップを初期状態に戻すように形成されている、
請求項3に記載のアプリケータ。 - 前記キャップが、前記開口又は前記凹部が形成されたキャップ本体と、使用者により把持されるグリップ部とを備え、
前記キャップ本体が前記グリップ部に対して回転可能に設けられた、
請求項3又は4に記載のアプリケータ。 - 前記伝達部材には、該伝達部材の軸方向と直交する一つの軸上において互いに180度隔てて存在する二つのストッパが設けられており、
前記ハウジングの一端が二つの前記凸部を有しており、各凸部の傾斜部が該一端の半周にわたって形成されている、
請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のアプリケータ。 - 前記誘導部の勾配が前記凸部の勾配よりも大きい、
請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のアプリケータ。 - 前記伝達部材が、前記ストッパが設けられた棒状部材と、該棒状部材の軸方向の遊びを持たせて該棒状部材の一端に設けられている伝達板とを備える、
