Description

组装式纸板衣架 技术领域
本发明有关于衣架,尤指一种制造时产生废料少,也产生的废料还可有效利用的组装式纸板衣架。
背景技术
传统硬纸板衣架均采用模切机一次性冲压而出。衣架的钩部与衣架的主体是相连的,这样子就会使衣架在排版时产生很多废料而无法利用,造成极不必要的浪费。直接的结果就是衣架的生产成本无法降低,而且这种传统的纸板衣架本体也不能转动,不能更好的适配空间,也不能适情况转动展示衣物。
技术问题
为解决现有技术中纸板衣架废料较多及衣架本体不灵活的技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种制造时产生废料少,也产生的废料还可有效利用的组装式纸板衣架。
技术解决方案
一种组装式纸板衣架,包括纸质衣架主体及钩部,衣架主体上设有组合座,而钩部上设有组合部,钩部的组合部能与主体的组合座组装为一体。
所述衣架主体上的组合座为一个位于中部的嵌槽,而钩部上的组合部为对应该嵌槽形状的前端有凸出的卡头,并且,在组合座及组合部的两个外侧还分别设有两个紧固片,该紧固片分别结合于组合座及组合部。
所述衣架主体分为左、右两个部分,所述嵌槽由左、右两个部分共同围成。
所述紧固片通过粘接、铆合或螺合结合于组合座及组合部。
所述紧固片为椭圆形片。
所述紧固片为塑胶、金属材质。
所述衣架主体上的组合座为一个位于中部的嵌孔,且该钩部的组合部为U形结构,跨设结合于衣架主体的中部,而钩部上的组合部为对应该嵌孔的啮合部,啮合部设置于U形结构的一侧。
所述钩部为塑料或金属材质。
所述衣架主体底侧一体成型有横梁。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的钩部与衣架主体为可分离式设计,所以产品在排版时仅仅产生极少的、必要的废料,从而提高材料的利用率,以达到节约产品的生产成本目的,并且利用钩部或衣架主体二部分排版生产时所产生的极少废料搭配生产出用于固定衣架钩与主体的任意形状的紧固片,以节约材料降低成本。

本发明的最佳实施方式
为便于说明本案于上述发明内容一栏中所表示的中心思想,兹以具体实施例表达。实施例中各种不同物件按适于说明的比例、尺寸、变形量或位移量而描绘,而不是按实际元件的比例给以绘制,合先叙明。且以下的说明中,类似的元件是以相同的编号来表示
本发明是一种组装式纸板衣架10,包括纸质衣架主体1及钩部2,衣架主体1为具有左右肩的板式衣架样式,而钩部2则是可挂于其它物件上的结构,衣架主体1上设有组合座11,而钩部2上设有组合部21,钩部2的组合部21能与主体1的组合座11组装为一体。本发明是把衣架的钩部分与主体部分完全分离开来,如图1-4则是把衣架主体1分离开来,这样做的优点在于产品在排版时仅仅产生很少的废料,从而提高材料的利用率,以达到节约产品的生产成本目的。
如图1、3所示,本发明的第一实施例,所述衣架主体1上的组合座11为一个位于中部的嵌槽,而钩部2上的组合部21为对应该嵌槽形状的前端有凸出的卡头,这样,钩部2可牢固结合于衣架主体1,不易被直向拔出,而且这个组合座11嵌槽是设置于衣架主体1的一个给合突出部上,这样,嵌槽并不会破坏衣架主体1承力结构,而且嵌槽与卡头是圆弧形配合,这样利用拱形承力原理,也会尽量不破坏衣架10整体的力学结构。当然这个嵌槽与卡头的配合方式在考虑同样的承力条件下,也并不限于图中所示的圆弧形配合,还可以是三角形、方形、多边形、或其它平面卡合形状。并且,在组合座11及组合部21的两个外侧还分别由两个紧固片3夹持固定,该紧固片3分别结合于组合座11及组合部21, 紧固片3结合二者后便可以防卡钩部2从主体1两侧脱出,组装完成合,钩部2通过组合座11及衣架主体1通过组合部21共同构成一个整版的纸板衣架。
如图1所示,钩部2与衣架主体1在生产时完全直接分离为二个单独的部分,同时两个部分可以一并排版生产或单独排版生产。利用此钩部2或衣架主体1二部分排版生产时所产生的极少废料搭配生产出用于固定衣架钩与主体的任意形状的紧固片5(小椭圆形片或其它任意形状的配件)以节约材料降低成本;此紧固片5采用粘贴、铆合或是紧固等任意组合固定的方式再将钩部2与衣架主体1的正反两面分离处位置处紧固连接起来,从而形成一个完整的衣架产品。
如图2、3所示,为本发明的第二实施例,其与第一实施例的不同点在于:所述衣架主体1可分为左13、右12两个部分,所述嵌槽由左13、右12两个部分共同围成。这样做的优点在于产品在排版时仅仅产生极少的、必要的废料,从而提高材料的利用率,以达到节约产品的生产成本目的。
如图4所示,为本发明的第三实施例,其与前述两个实施例的不同点在于:所述衣架主体1上的组合座11为一个位于中部的嵌孔,且该钩部2的组合部设置于一个U形结构22上,U形结构22跨设结合于衣架主体1的中部,而钩部2上的组合部21为对应该嵌孔的啮合部,啮合部设置于U形结构22的前出的一个侧边上(如图5的所示),而U形结构22另一侧边上,对应啮合部设有一个手孔,以便于伸入手指来压啮合部使其解除与嵌孔的啮合,从而使钩部2与衣架主体1分离。
如图5的所示,本实施例中钩部2部分同时还可以采用塑料、五金等其它材料单独制成,预先在衣架主体1上模切、冲压或采用其它方式预留出与衣架钩可以互相啮合的嵌孔,然后钩部2部分同时采用可以与之相啮合且容易将两种不同材料相分离的设计,将钩部2部分与衣架主体1啮合连接,以改善纸衣架钩易磨损的问题。此设计在回收时可以轻压钩部2与纸板衣架主体1的啮合部就可以很容易分离二种不同材料,这非常利于产品在回收时将其它材料的钩部2与衣架主体1分离。在纸衣架主体损坏或磨损后只需要更换衣架主体从而而达到循环使用、分类回收,降低成本的目的。
同时,要重点加强关于塑料或是其它材料做成的衣架钩部分在设计时充分考虑到实用性的情况下,在其下端插口处采取了开口式设计,以便于纸衣架主体部分与钩部相连接时更容易推入;同时还可将图5所示钩部2拆分为二个组接单元,即:挂钩23和U形结构22,详细见图6、7所示,为本发明第四实施例,其中,挂钩23底部具有可挂持于U形结构22挂孔211的凸缘231,凸缘231是外径大于挂孔211的圆片、方片、椭圆片或其它可形的形状,凸缘231内侧还通过一个内径小于挂孔211的圆住连接于挂钩23。
而具体组装结构,可选用图7所示的结构,先在侧边开设一个大的入孔213,然后在入孔213侧连接一个斜道212,以使凸缘231内侧挂钩23的部分顺斜道212滑入挂孔211完成组装,此图示所表明此设计可以有效克服了衣钩部分按传统设计所不能转动的功能,从而使整个衣架在挂晾时均可以根据展示架的要求而从不同角度挂晾、展示,以达到充分展示产品的效果。
前述第一、三实施例中,如图4所示,所述衣架主体1底侧也可以一体成型有横梁14,如此,可提高承重能力,和结构强度,具体生产中,这可以视实际结构需求选择应用。
惟以上所述者,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,当不能以此限定本发明实施范围;故,凡依本发明申请专利范围及创作说明书内容所作的简单的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明专利涵盖之范围内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种组装式纸板衣架,包括纸质衣架主体及钩部,其特征在于:衣架主体上设有组合座,而钩部上设有组合部,钩部的组合部能与主体的组合座组装为一体。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的组装式纸板衣架,其特征在于:所述衣架主体上的组合座为一个位于中部给合突出部上的嵌槽,而钩部上的组合部为对应该嵌槽形状的向前凸设的卡头,并且,在组合座及组合部的两个外侧还分别由两个紧固片夹持固定,该紧固片分别结合于组合座及组合部。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的组装式纸板衣架,其特征在于:所述衣架主体分为左、右两个部分,所述嵌槽由左、右两个部分共同围成。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的组装式纸板衣架,其特征在于:所述紧固片通过粘接、铆合或螺合结合于组合座及组合部。
  5. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的组装式纸板衣架,其特征在于:所述紧固片为椭圆形片。
  6. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的组装式纸板衣架,其特征在于:所述紧固片为塑胶或金属材质。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的组装式纸板衣架,其特征在于:所述衣架主体上的组合座为一个位于中部的嵌孔,且该钩部的组合部设置于一个U形结构上,该U形结构能跨设结合于衣架主体的中部,而钩部上的组合部为对应该嵌孔的啮合部,啮合部设置于U形结构的一侧边。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的组装式纸板衣架,其特征在于:所述U形结构一侧边上,对应啮合部设有一个供手指伸入以解除啮合的手孔。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的组装式纸板衣架,其特征在于:所述钩部由挂钩和U形结构两个组装单元组成,钩部通过一个凸缘枢接于U形结构顶面。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的组装式纸板衣架,其特征在于:所述U形结构顶面设挂孔以枢接凸缘,且挂孔侧边开设一个外径大于凸缘的入孔,又在入孔侧连接一个以使凸缘顺斜道滑入挂孔的斜道。
  11. 如权利要求7-10任一项所述的组装式纸板衣架,其特征在于:所述钩部为塑料或金属材质。
  12. 如权利要求1-11任一项所述的组装式纸板衣架,其特征在于:所述衣架主体底侧一体成型有横梁。
