牵引机构 20, 包括绕线部 23以及可移动地绕过绕线部 23的牵引绳 24, 牵引机构 20 还包括拉杆部 22, 拉杆部 22的一端与引进横梁 11相连接, 另一端与起重机的下支座 40相连接; 引进横梁 11与下支座 40可拆卸地连接; 引进系统还包括: 支撑机构, 包 括支撑部 62, 支撑部 62设置在引进横梁 11的一个水平端面的下端。 塔式起重机在增加塔身高度时需要顶升和引进, 引进标准节过程需要一套引进系 统完成。参见图 14和图 15, 引进系统包括固定在下支座 40—侧的牵引机构 20, 牵引 机构 20包括绕线部 23, 绕线部 23上绕有牵引绳 24, 在本实施例中, 绕线部 23为卷 筒, 牵引绳 24 为钢丝绳。 卷筒转动时一端放绳, 一端收绳, 钢丝绳一端连接引进部 12前端, 另一端连接引进部 12尾端, 形成封闭绕绳。 引进部 12位于引进横梁 11上, 可通过引进部 12上的滚轮的滚动完成引进。 参见图 6和图 7, 引进时, 由起重臂臂尖 的起升吊钩 14吊起提升梁 13, 将提升梁 13下面的标准节 50吊置于引进机构 10的引 进部 12上, 在本实施例中, 引进部 12为引进小车。 然后使用起升吊钩 14将提升梁 13移走, 通过牵引机构 20的驱动, 由牵引绳 24带动引进小车及标准节 50沿着引进 横梁 11轨道向起重机的回转中心位置移动,直到将标准节 50的中心移动到回转中心, 完成引进。 引进完成并固定标准节 50后, 标准节 50与引进小车分离, 此时反方向转 动牵引机构 20的摇柄,卷筒转动方向与引进时相反,钢丝绳将引进小车拖动到引进横 梁 11的伸出端的末端, 其末端上设置有挡板将引进小车挡死, 不能再移动。 为了使得引进横梁 11能够沿水平方向伸缩,引进横梁 11与下支座 40可拆卸地连 接。 参见图 12和图 13, 在完成标准节 50的引进并固定标准节 50后, 将引进横梁 11 与下支座 40之间的连接件去除,引进横梁 11与支撑部 62的上表面相接触并完全靠支 撑部 62支撑。 随后, 加大力度继续转动牵引机构 20的摇柄, 由于受钢丝绳的拉力, 引进横梁 11整体往回转中心方向移动缩回, 从而有效缩短了引进横梁的伸出长度, 减 小了引进横梁端部与回转中心距离。在下次需要引进时, 反方向转动牵引机构 20的摇 柄, 钢丝绳带动引进横梁 11伸出后, 再正方形转动牵引机构 20的摇柄, 将引进小车 牵引到引进横梁 11端部, 连接引进横梁 11与下支座 40, 即可进行再次引进。 通过支撑机构的支撑, 使引进横梁 11可以伸出去和缩进来, 使引进完成后的引进 机构 10端部与回转中心的距离大大减小,从而解决了塔机大仰角时起升钢丝绳与引进 系统干涉的问题, 增大了起重时起重臂的最大仰角, 减小了动臂塔机工作时的最小回 转半径, 增大了动臂变幅的范围, 达到起吊操作使用方便的目的, 提高了起重机的性 能。 本实施例中, 如图 10和图 11所示, 优选地, 引进横梁 11的上表面上设置有第一 耳板 25, 下支座 40的下端设置有第二耳板 41, 第一耳板 25与第二耳板 41通过第三 销轴 42相连接。 下支座 40上的第二耳板 41为单耳板, 引进横梁 11上的第一耳板 25为双耳板。 当需要引进时, 引进系统伸出, 通过第三销轴 42将引进横梁 11和下支座 40连接在一 起。这样的结构共有四组。在缩回引进横梁 11之前, 取掉用来固定并支撑引进系统的 四个第二销轴 42, 引进系统即完全靠支撑滚轮来进行支撑, 并且可以沿着滚轮的滚动 方向移动。 在要进行引进操作之前, 将第二耳板 41与第一耳板 25通过四个第二销轴 42连接固定起来, 再进行引进操作。 如图 10和图 11所示, 支撑部 62可拆卸地与下支座 40的下端相连接。 将支撑部 62设置在下支座 40的下端, 并设置成可拆卸式连接。 参见图 6和图 7, 在对标准节 50进行引进时, 拆下支撑部 62, 以防止对带动标准节 50运动的引进小车 的运动产生干涉, 使得引进小车能够顺畅的运动到塔式起重机的回转中心, 并完成标 准节 50的引进。因此,在引进过程完成后, 引进横梁 11需要缩进时再安装支撑部 62。 参见图 8和图 9, 优选地, 支撑部 62为支撑滚轮, 引进横梁 11可纵向移动地设 置在支撑滚轮上。 支撑部 62为支撑滚轮,并且可滚动地设置在引进横梁 11的一个水平端面的下端, 通过支持滚轮的设置, 不但可以对引进横梁 11起到支撑作用, 而且能够减小引进横梁 11 与支撑滚轮之间相对运动产生的摩擦力, 使得引进横梁 11 的缩进和伸出运动变的 更为顺畅。 如图 10和图 11所示, 支撑机构包括第一撑杆 63和第二撑杆 64, 第二撑杆 64与 支撑滚轮固定连接, 第一撑杆 63的一端与下支座 40相连接, 其另一端与第二撑杆 64 的一端通过第一销轴 43相连接, 第二撑杆 64的另一端通过第二销轴 44与下支座 40 相连接。 支撑机构安装完成后, 第一撑杆 63、 第二撑杆 64以及下支座 40的底面上的结构 一起形成稳固的三角形结构,将支撑滚轮牢固的固定在下支座 40的下端, 使得支撑滚 轮能够稳定的对引进横梁 11进行支撑。 三者之间通过第一销轴 43、 和第二销轴 44连 接, 即能起到稳定的连接作用, 又构成可拆卸式连接, 而且拆卸起来快捷方便。 参见图 8和图 9, 根据本发明的一个实施例, 支撑滚轮共有四组, 并安装于下支 座 40下面的用于与引进横梁相连接的耳板附近。 参见图 11, 四组支撑滚轮两两对称 的设置于引进横梁 11的内侧, 从而能够对引进横梁 11进行水平方向上的限位, 防止 引进横梁 11与下支座 40之间的连接件去除后引进横梁 11相对下支座 40发生左右移 动(以引进横梁 11的延伸方向为前后, 以图 11中的引进横梁 11的左右方向为左右)。 由此可知, 支撑滚轮能同时起到支撑作用和导向作用。 如图 10和图 11所示, 引进横梁 11为包括顶壁、底壁和竖直壁的横截面为工字型 的结构, 支撑部 62设置在引进横梁 11的一侧的凹槽中。 在本实施例中, 引进横梁 11为工字钢结构, 包括顶壁和底壁两个水平部以及连接 两个水平部的竖直壁。 将支撑部 62设置在上顶壁的下端并位于引进横梁 11的一侧的 凹槽中, 既能对引进横梁 11起到支撑作用, 又能对其起到限位作用。 如图 12和图 13所示, 拉杆部 22包括可伸缩的柔性部分。优选地, 柔性部分为链 条结构。 拉杆部 22由拉板部分和柔性部分组成, 其柔性部分位于拉杆部 22的下部。 拉杆 部 22的一端连接下支座 40—侧的耳板, 另一端连接引进横梁 11上端的耳板。 当引进 横梁 11缩进时, 拉杆部 22的柔性部分也缩回, 当引进横梁 11伸出时, 拉杆部 22的 柔性部分也拉直。 由此可知, 拉杆部 22的结构能够充分配合引进横梁 11在下支座 40 下面的缩进与伸出。 本实施例中, 柔性部分为链条结构, 在保证能够配合引进横梁 11 伸缩的前提下, 有足够的强度能够在引进横梁 11伸出时对其起到拉伸作用, 以增强引 进横梁 11的稳定性。 如图 8、 图 9以及图 10和图 11所示, 支撑机构还包括竖直限位部 61, 竖直限位 部 61与下支座 40的下端相连接, 并设置于引进横梁 11的上方。 竖直限位部 61 固定安装在下支座 40 的下端, 在引进前后一直位于引进横梁 11 的上方, 并在支撑滚轮对引进横梁 11进行左右方向的限位的基础上, 设置在引进横梁 11 的上方, 防止引进横梁在伸出和缩回时发生向上的窜动。 因此, 竖直限位部 61和 支撑滚轮的设置,使得引进横梁 11在伸出和缩回时只能沿引进横梁的延伸方向进行运 动, 保证了引进横梁 11运动的稳定性, 从而引进横梁 11不会由于受力过大或其它原 因而偏离伸缩轨道。 如图 10和图 11所示, 优选地, 竖直限位部 61的下端具有滚轮部。 为了保证引进横梁 11运动的精确性, 可以使竖直限位部 61的下端与引进横梁 11 相接触或仅留很小的缝隙。此种情形下, 在竖直限位部 61下端设置滚轮部, 以减小可 能与引进横梁 11之间的摩擦。 根据本发明的另一个方面, 提供了一种起重机, 包括前述的可伸缩引进系统。 由于本发明的起重机的其他部分均为现有技术, 在此将不再赘述。 从以上的描述中, 可以看出, 本发明上述的实施例实现了如下技术效果: 支撑机构的设置使得引进横梁可以伸出和缩进, 使引进完成后的引进机构端部与 回转中心的距离大大减小, 从而解决了塔机大仰角时起升钢丝绳与引进系统干涉的问 题, 增大了在起重时起重臂的最大仰角, 减小了动臂塔机工作时的最小回转半径, 增 大了动臂变幅的范围, 达到起吊操作使用方便的目的, 提高了起重机的性能。 另外, 本发明安全性和稳定性好, 并且易于进行操作。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种可伸缩引进系统, 包括:
引进机构( 10),包括引进横梁( 11 )以及可移动地设置在所述引进横梁( 11 ) 上的引进部 (12);
牵引机构 (20), 包括绕线部(23 ) 以及可移动地绕过所述绕线部(23 ) 的 牵引绳 (24), 所述牵引机构 (20) 还包括拉杆部 (22), 所述拉杆部 (22) 的 一端与所述引进横梁 (11 ) 相连接, 另一端与起重机的下支座 (40) 相连接; 其特征在于:
所述引进横梁 (11 ) 与所述下支座 (40) 可拆卸地连接;
所述引进系统还包括:
支撑机构, 包括支撑部(62), 所述支撑部(62)设置在所述引进横梁(11 ) 的一个水平端面的下端。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的可伸缩引进系统, 其特征在于, 所述支撑部 (62) 可拆 卸地与所述下支座 (40) 的下端相连接。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的可伸缩引进系统, 其特征在于, 所述支撑部 (62) 为支 撑滚轮, 所述引进横梁 (11 ) 可纵向移动地设置在所述支撑滚轮上。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的可伸缩引进系统, 其特征在于, 所述支撑机构包括第一 撑杆 (63 ) 和第二撑杆 (64), 所述第二撑杆 (64) 与所述支撑滚轮固定连接, 所述第一撑杆 (63 ) 的一端与所述下支座 (40) 相连接, 其另一端与所述第二 撑杆 (64) 的一端通过第一销轴 (43 ) 相连接, 所述第二撑杆 (64) 的另一端 通过第二销轴 (44) 与所述下支座 (40) 相连接。
5. 根据权利要求 3所述的可伸缩引进系统, 其特征在于, 所述引进横梁 (11 ) 为 包括顶壁、 底壁和竖直壁的横截面为工字型的结构, 所述支撑部 (62) 设置在 所述引进横梁 (11 ) 的一侧的凹槽中。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的可伸缩引进系统, 其特征在于, 所述拉杆部 (22) 包括 可伸缩的柔性部分。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的可伸缩引进系统, 其特征在于, 所述柔性部分为链条结 构。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的可伸缩引进系统, 其特征在于, 所述引进横梁 (11 ) 的 上表面上设置有第一耳板(25 ),所述下支座(40)的下端设置有第二耳板(41 ), 所述第一耳板 (25 ) 与所述第二耳板 (41 ) 通过第三销轴 (42) 相连接。
9. 根据权利要求 1至 8中任一项所述的可伸缩引进系统, 其特征在于, 所述支撑 机构还包括竖直限位部(61 ), 所述竖直限位部(61 )与所述下支座(40) 的下 端相连接, 并设置于所述引进横梁 (11 ) 的上方。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的可伸缩引进系统, 其特征在于, 所述竖直限位部 (61 ) 的下端具有滚轮部。
11. 一种起重机,其特征在于,包括权利要求 1至 10中任一项所述的可伸缩引进系 统。
