Abstract

【課題】熱交換器挿通管の掴持体の製造方法を提供する。 【解決手段】掴持体3の軸芯方向へと膨出する膨出部位3zを形成する工程と、スリット状隙間3aを所定の長さ寸法で複数形成し、複数の管当接部材3fを形成する工程と、該スリット状隙間3aを拡げることにより、各管当接部材3fの外面に設けられ、しかも対向する管の管口部側に向かって拡がる方向に傾斜した傾斜面3bの傾斜度合いをスリット状隙間3a形成時の傾斜面3bの傾斜度合より大きく形成する工程とから、掴持体3の軸芯方向へと突出した突起体3eを備えた複数の管当接部材3fを有した掴持体3を製造する。
