一种油田抽油机用减速器主动轴轴承润滑装置由接油板(1)、加强筋(2)、挡板(3)和连接孔(3.1)构成。接油板的一端焊接在挡板一侧开设的弧形凹槽上,接油板和挡板通过加强筋焊接在一起,利用螺栓通过开设在挡板上的连接孔将接油板的主体固定安装在减速器内壁(5)开设的螺栓孔上,使接油板位于主动轴(8)齿面的正下方。该润滑装置结构简单,可实现油田抽油机用减速器在低冲次下主动轴的润滑。

Description

一种油田抽油机用减速器主动轴轴承润滑装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种润滑装置,具体是一种油田抽油机用减速器主动轴轴承润滑装置,属于减速器主动轴的润滑技术应用领域。
背景技术
目前,常用的油田抽油机用减速器一般采用的都是两级传动分流式双圆弧齿轮减速器,主动轴和左右旋齿轮为高速级一对相互啮合的齿轮,主动轴为轴齿人字形齿轮,左右旋齿轮分为左旋齿轮和右旋齿轮两部分。油田抽油机用减速器一般都采用浸油润滑的方式,即在箱体里注入润滑油,油面浸没过从动齿轮和左右旋齿轮一定的高度,利用齿轮的旋转运动为减速器的轴承提供所需的润滑油。而对于油田抽油机用减速器主动轴轴承的润滑一般采用飞溅润滑的方式,当抽油机冲次高于每分钟 3 转时,主动轴的转速将达到每分钟 600 转左右,由于左右旋齿轮的部分齿面是浸没在润滑油里的,当其高速运转时,齿面上会黏附大量的润滑油,并且主动轴和左右旋齿轮都是斜齿轮,因此齿面上的润滑油在啮合产生的挤压力下顺着螺旋角的方向甩进主动轴轴承里,从而实现了对主动轴轴承的润滑。
然而,当前油田的多数油井为稠油型油井,按照油田抽油机用减速器的额定转速已经无法满足多数油田的需求,目前在油田运行的抽油机多数工作在每分钟 1 转到每分钟 3 转之间,抽油机冲次降低导致了主动轴和左右旋齿轮转速的降低,转速的降低使得主动轴和左右旋齿轮的挤压力变小,从而无法再把润滑油挤进主动轴轴承里,从而就无法满足对主动轴轴承润滑的需求。
技术问题
当前油田的多数油井为稠油型油井,按照油田抽油机用减速器的额定转速已经无法满足多数油田的需求,目前在油田运行的抽油机多数工作在每分钟 1 转到每分钟 3 转之间,抽油机冲次降低导致了主动轴和左右旋齿轮转速的降低,转速的降低使得主动轴和左右旋齿轮的挤压力变小,从而无法再把润滑油挤进主动轴轴承里,从而就无法满足对主动轴轴承润滑的需求。
技术解决方案
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本实用新型提供一种油田抽油机用减速器主动轴轴承润滑装置,解决了油田抽油机用减速器在冲次每分钟 1 转至每分钟 3 转时,主动轴轴承润滑的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现:一种油田抽油机用减速器主动轴轴承润滑装置,由接油板、加强筋、挡板和连接孔构成,接油板的一端焊接在挡板一侧开设的弧形凹槽上,接油板和挡板通过加强筋焊接在一起,利用螺栓通过开设在挡板上的连接孔将接油板的主体固定安装在减速器内壁开设的螺栓孔上,使接油板位于主动轴齿面的正下方。
接油板与挡板之间的焊接夹角范围为 94 °到 96 °。
接油板的横截面呈弧形。
有益效果
本实用新型的有益效果是:结构简单,成本低廉,易于实现,实现了油田抽油机用减速器在低冲次下主动轴轴承的润滑。

本发明的实施方式
下面将结合附图对本实用新型做进一步说明。
如图 1 、图 2 、图 3 和图 4 所示,一种油田抽油机用减速器主动轴轴承润滑装置,由接油板 1 、加强筋 2 、挡板 3 和连接孔 3.1 构成,接油板 1 的一端焊接在挡板 3 一侧开设的弧形凹槽上,接油板 1 和挡板 3 通过加强筋 2 焊接在一起,利用螺栓通过开设在挡板 3 上的连接孔 3.1 将接油板 1 的主体固定安装在减速器内壁 5 开设的螺栓孔上,使接油板 1 位于主动轴 8 齿面的正下方。
接油板 1 与挡板 3 之间的焊接夹角范围为 94 °到 96 °。
接油板 1 的横截面呈弧形。
如图 5 和图 6 所示,首先在位于主动轴 8 齿面的正下方的减速器内壁 5 上钻出螺纹孔,然后将接油板 1 通过挡板 3 上的连接孔 3.1 ,利用螺栓固定安装在减速器内壁 5 上开设的螺纹孔上,使接油板 1 处于主动轴 8 齿面的正下方。在挡板 3 和减速器内壁 5 之间涂抹了密封胶,防止润滑油从此处缝隙中溢出。
如图 7 和图 8 所示,在主动轴 8 和左右旋齿轮主体 9 啮合运转过程中,由于左右旋齿轮主体 9 有部分是浸没在润滑油里的,在抽油机冲次在每分钟 1 转至每分钟 3 转时,左右旋齿轮主体 9 上仍然会黏附有大量的润滑油,由于接油板 1 安装在主动轴 8 齿面的正下方,接油板 1 和挡板 3 的焊接夹角范围在 94 °到 96 °之间,因此便于接油板 1 接到由左右旋齿轮主体 9 流下的润滑油,并流进由挡板 3 、减速器内腔 10 和主动轴轴承 7 的外环形成的储油池 4 中,当储油池 4 的油位高过主动轴轴承 7 的外环后,润滑油便流经主动轴轴承 7 ,并从回油孔 6 流回到减速器箱体中,从而实现了对主动轴轴承 7 的润滑作用。

Claims (1)

  1. 1. 一种油田抽油机用减速器主动轴轴承润滑装置,其特征在于,由接油板( 1 )、加强筋( 2 )、挡板( 3 )和连接孔( 3.1 )构成,接油板( 1 )的一端焊接在挡板( 3 )一侧开设的弧形凹槽上,接油板( 1 )和挡板( 3 )通过加强筋( 2 )焊接在一起,利用螺栓通过开设在挡板( 3 )上的连接孔( 3.1 )将接油板( 1 )的主体固定安装在减速器内壁( 5 )开设的螺栓孔上,使接油板( 1 )位于主动轴( 8 )齿面的正下方。
    2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种油田抽油机用减速器主动轴轴承润滑装置,其特征在于,接油板( 1 )与挡板( 3 )之间的焊接夹角范围为 94 °到 96 °。
    3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种油田抽油机用减速器主动轴轴承润滑装置,其特征在于,所述的接油板( 1 )的横截面呈弧形。
