【技术领域】
本发明属于电子产品的开关技术领域, 尤其涉及一种防水开关结构及具有 该结构的影像拍摄装置。
【背景技术】
随着人们生产和生活的发展, 水下摄像机近年发展迅速, 主要应用于各种 特殊行业的水下监视监控系统。 水下摄像机可用于维修水井, 水产养殖, 钓鱼, 水下勘探, 水下探险, 深海打捞, 桥梁勘探等。
为了达到摄像机的防水功能, 很多公司通过在机身主体外部加一个防水可 来实现, 这种方式成本较高, 适合非常非常专业的潜水用摄像机, 不适用于普 通的防水摄像机。 还有一种作法是通过对摄像机的触发开关与摄像机本体之间 设置一硅胶密封圏, 该结构在浅水区可起到一定的防水功能, 但是, 在水下 20 米左右, 硅胶受水压的影响, 比较容易变形, 从而使触发开关工作导致摄像机 开始工作, 使水下摄像机误操作, 同时, 水还可以从触发开关进入摄像机, 使 摄像机不能正常工作。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种防水性能比较好的防水开关结构, 旨在解决水 下摄像机的触发开关防水性较差的问题。
本发明是这样实现的, 一种防水开关结构, 用于影像拍摄装置中, 所述影 像拍摄装置设置一容纳腔, 所述防水开关结构设置在所述容纳腔内,
所述容纳腔包括第一容置腔, 第二容置腔及一通孔, 所述第一容置腔通过 所述通孔连接所述第二容置腔, 且所述第一容置腔、 第二容置腔及通孔的横截 面均呈圓形, 所述第一容置腔、 第二容置腔和所述通孔的中心轴线相同;
所述防水开关结构包括一贯穿于所述容纳腔的按钮轴体, 密封构件, 支撑
构件, 弹簧, 其中, 所述按钮轴体包括设置于第一容置腔内的凸部、 设置于通 孔内的贯穿部及设置于第二容置腔的固定部, 所述密封构件设置于第一容置腔 和所述凸部之间, 且所述密封构件的一端与所述第一容置腔的腔底相抵触, 另 一端向所述影像拍摄装置的壳体表面方向延伸且凸出于所述壳体表面, 所述弹 簧设置在凸部上, 支撑构件用于当弹簧产生变形时支撑所述弹簧产生的弹力, 其套接在所述凸部上, 支撑构件的位置与所弹簧的位置相适应, 所述凸部的自 由端延伸出所述壳体表面且被所述密封构件所围覆; 所述贯穿部设置第一卡槽, 所述通孔的远离壳体表面的方向设置一限位装置, 所述限位装置卡接在第一卡 槽中。
较优的, 所述固定部设置第二卡槽, 所述第二容置腔设置一弹性构件, 所 述弹性构件卡接在卡槽上, 且所述固定部通过所述弹性构件连接所述第二容置 腔的内壁。

由于本发明所公开的防水开关结构, 在按钮轴体上设置了一弹簧, 可以使 防水开关结构在水下 20米的地方都实现有效防水, 具有较强的实用性。 【附图说明】

请参见图 1 , 为本发明实施例所提供的防水开关结构示意图。 本发明所提供 的防水开关结构, 设置于影像拍摄装置本体中, 为了便于说明, 本实施例仅示 出了与本发明相关的部分。
如图 1所示, 本发明所提供的防水开关结构, 设置于影像拍摄装置本体 70 中, 影像拍摄装置本体 70设置一容纳腔, 防水开关结构设置在容纳腔 80内, 容纳腔 80包括第一容置腔 801 , 第二容置腔 802及一通孔 803 , 第一容置腔 801 通过通孔 803连接第二容置腔 802, 且第一容置腔 801、 第二容置腔 802及通孔 803的横截面均呈圓形, 第一容置腔 801、 第二容置腔 802和通孔 803的中心轴 线相同。
防水开关结构包括一贯穿于第一容置腔 801、第二容置腔 802和通孔 803的 按钮轴体 20, 密封构件 10, 支撑构件 30, 弹簧 40, 其中, 按钮轴体 20包括设 置于第一容置腔 801内的凸部 201、设置于通孔 803内的贯穿部 203及设置于第 二容置腔 802的固定部 202。 密封构件 10设置于第一容置腔 801和按钮轴体的 凸部 801之间,且密封构件 10的一个端面与第一容置腔 801的腔底内壁相抵触, 另一个端面向影像拍摄装置的本体 70表面方向延伸且凸出于本体 70的表面, 弹簧 40设置在按钮轴体凸部 201上, 支撑构件 30用于当弹簧 40产生变形时支 撑弹簧 40产生的变形力, 弹簧 40套接在按钮轴体的凸部 201上, 支撑构件 30 的位置与弹簧的位置相适应, 支撑构件 30的横截面呈圓环形。 按钮轴体的凸部 201的自由端延伸出本体 70的表面且被密封构件 10所围覆。 密封构件 10与第 一容置腔 201之间采用过盈配合。 在实际生产中, 可在第一容置腔 201 内壁设 置一凹槽, 密封构件 10上可以设置一圏凸起, 当密封构件置于第一容置腔 201
时, 密封构件 10上的凸起恰好卡接在第一容置腔内的凹槽内。
在本实施例中, 弹簧 40为压缩弹簧, 支撑构件 30为塑胶垫片, 按钮轴体 20为不锈钢轴外部包裹一层 ABS ( Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, 丙烯腈-苯乙 烯-丁二烯共聚物)树脂。
按钮轴体 20的贯穿部 203设置第一卡槽 90, 卡槽 90设置在贯穿部 203与 固定部 202相邻接位置,通孔 803的远离本体 70表面的方向且与第二容置腔 802 邻接位置设置一限位装置 50, 限位装置 50卡接在第一"" 曹中, 限位装置 50可 防止按钮轴体 20向本体表面运动。 在实际生产中, 限位装置 50—般为一介子 卡环。

下面, 描述一下本发明所公开的防水开关结构的工作原理。
当设置了防水开关结构的影像拍摄装置到达水面以下一定的深度时, 比如 说是 20米, 当使用者想要影像拍着装置开始工作时, 按下按钮轴体的凸部凸出 于本体表面的部分, 此时, 缠绕在凸部的弹簧受到压力产生变形, 压紧塑胶垫 片, 同时, 硅胶胶套也受压产生变形, 从而使水无法进入封闭的机身里面, 达 到防水的目的。 同时, 硅胶胶套与第一容置腔之间同时会产生干涉过载, 使整 个第一容置腔与硅胶胶套之间完全没有间隙, 水无法进入第一容置腔, 进一步 达到了防水的目的。
本发明同时还提供了一种具有上述防水开关结构的影像拍摄装置。
在实施例中, 影像拍摄装置可以为摄像机或照相机。

所述容纳腔包括第一容置腔, 第二容置腔及一通孔, 所述第一容置腔通过 所述通孔连接所述第二容置腔, 且所述第一容置腔、 第二容置腔及通孔的横截 面均呈圓形, 所述第一容置腔、 第二容置腔和所述通孔的中心轴线相同;
所述防水开关结构包括一贯穿于所述容纳腔的按钮轴体, 密封构件, 支撑 构件, 弹簧, 其中, 所述按钮轴体包括设置于第一容置腔内的凸部、 设置于通 孔内的贯穿部及设置于第二容置腔的固定部, 所述密封构件设置于第一容置腔 和所述凸部之间, 且所述密封构件的一端与所述第一容置腔的腔底相抵触, 另 一端向所述影像拍摄装置的壳体表面方向延伸且凸出于所述壳体表面, 所述弹 簧设置在凸部上, 支撑构件用于当弹簧产生变形时支撑所述弹簧产生的弹力, 其套接在所述凸部上, 支撑构件的位置与所弹簧的位置相适应, 所述凸部的自 由端延伸出所述壳体表面且被所述密封构件所围覆; 所述贯穿部设置第一卡槽, 所述通孔的远离壳体表面的方向设置一限位装置, 所述限位装置卡接在第一卡 槽中。
