Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant de réaliser, en cas de besoin, une protection contre la poussière et/ou l'humidité pour des moyens de connexion conducteurs d'électricité, contenant une fiche d'appareil normalisée pouvant être connectée à une prise d'appareil qui répond à la même norme et qui fait partie d'un câble de raccordement électrique ou d'un autre moyen de raccordement. Selon l'invention, la fiche d'appareil normalisée est entourée d'un boîtier qui est ouvert dans le sens de l'enfichage et qui présente une collerette de fixation destinée à recevoir un moyen d'étanchéité périphérique. Le boîtier possède des moyens destinés à la fixation à ou sur un système devant être alimenté en énergie électrique. En outre, la dimension que la paroi de boîtier présente dans le sens de l'enfichage ainsi que l'espace libre entre la face intérieure de la paroi et la fiche d'appareil normalisée sont conçus de manière à permettre d'insérer facilement la prise d'appareil répondant à la même norme. La prise normalisée est intégrée ou logée dans un boîtier d'étanchéité ouvert dans le sens de l'enfichage, le contour intérieur dudit boîtier d'étanchéité ayant une forme complémentaire au contour de la paroi de boîtier du boîtier de la fiche normalisée, pour faire en sorte que le processus d'enfichage permette à la fois d'établir la connexion électrique et de réaliser par complémentarité de formes un contact serré entre le boîtier d'étanchéité de ladite prise et le boîtier de la fiche normalisée, ladite paroi de boîtier étant alors tenue par sa face extérieure.
