Description

 <構成>
 データ入出力部16は、外部の機器とデータをやり取りするための、USB(Universal Serial Bus)ポート等のいわゆる外部インタフェースであり、データ記憶部17は、その用途に応じて、例えば、RAM(Random Access Memory)等の揮発性の記憶素子、ROM(Read Only Memory)や書換え可能なEEPROM(Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory)等の不揮発性の記憶素子、ハードディスク等により構成され、演算制御部15が動作するのに必要なプログラムや、データを記憶している。
例えばCRT(Cathode Ray Tube)ディスプレイ、LCD(Liquid Crystal Display)、有機EL(Electro-Luminescence)ディスプレイ、及び、プラズマディスプレイ等の表示装置やプリンタ等の印刷装置等である。
(Iij, St(Iijj)) (i=0,1,2,・・・,N (j=0,1,2,・・・,M))
 短絡電流I02、I12、I22のときのそれぞれの分光感度は、St(I022)、St(I122)、St(I222)となる。
fj(I,λj)=αij・I2 +βij・I +γij (Iは、Ii j, Ii+1 j, Ii+2 jの近傍のIである。)
      (i=0,1,2,・・・,N (j=0,1,2,・・・,M))
fj(I,λj)のIにIiが代入され
S(Iij)=fj(Iij) (i=0,1,2,・・・,N (j=0,1,2,・・・,M))
ΔIij=Iij -Ii
(i=0,1,2,・・・,N (j=0,1,2,・・・,M))
S(Iij)=St(Iijj)-ΔIij・{∂S(Iijj)/∂I}
において、
∂S(Iijj)/∂Iを{S(Iijj)-S(Ii+1 jj)}/(Iij-Ii+1 j)で近似することによりS(Iij)を推定してもよい。
 <動作>
St(Iijj)=ΔI(λj)/ΔE(λj) (i=0,j=0)を算出する(ステップS17)。
