- the scanner device 1 first, the hardware is initialized (S101), and the placement detection unit 71 confirms whether the portable terminal 10 is placed on the placement unit 6 (S102). Until the placement of the mobile terminal 10 is detected, the process stands by in step S102, and when the placement of the mobile terminal 10 is detected, the process proceeds to step S103. Note that when the mobile terminal 10 is placed on the placement unit 6, the scanner device 1 is electrically connected to the mobile terminal 10 and becomes communicable.
- the identification information acquisition unit 72 acquires the unique ID (identification information) of the mobile terminal 10 placed on the placement unit 6 ( S103).

- the unique ID can be directly acquired by an IC chip of the mobile terminal 10 or infrared communication, or the unique ID can be acquired from the identification information storage unit 81 based on information such as the barcode of the mobile terminal 10 or the user's voice.
- the communication control unit 73 transmits a terminal connection request to the mobile terminal 10 having this unique ID (S104), and the process proceeds to step S105.
- the communication control unit 73 acquires the transmission destination information from the identification information storage unit 81 based on the unique ID, and transmits the transmission destination information after attaching the unique ID information to the terminal connection request.
- the hardware is initialized (S201), and the placement detection unit 91 confirms whether or not the mobile terminal 10 is placed on the placement unit 6 of the scanner device 1 (S202). ).
- the process waits in step S202, and when the placement on the placement unit 6 is detected, the process proceeds to step S203.
- the mobile terminal 10 When the mobile terminal 10 is placed on the placement unit 6 of the scanner device 1, it is electrically connected to the scanner device 1 and is communicable. Alternatively, the mobile terminal 10 may be in a communicable state from when the power is turned on.
- step S202 When the placement of the portable terminal 10 is detected in step S202, the dedicated application 93 is subsequently activated by the application control unit 92 (S203).
- the dedicated application 93 confirms whether a terminal connection request has been received from the scanner device 1 (S204). Until it is confirmed that the terminal connection request has been received, the process waits in step S204, and when it is received, the process proceeds to step S205.
- the dedicated application 93 continues to check whether or not the unique ID attached to the terminal connection request matches the unique ID of the own device (S205). If the unique IDs match, it is determined that this terminal connection request has been transmitted to the own device, and a link request for establishing communication is transmitted (S206). If the unique IDs do not match, the process returns to step S204 and waits until a new terminal connection request is received.
- the communication control unit 73 it is confirmed by the communication control unit 73 whether or not a link request from the dedicated application 93 of the mobile terminal 10 has been received (S105).
- a link request response is transmitted to the mobile terminal 10 by the communication control unit 73 (S106).
- Communication between the scanner device 1 and the portable terminal 10 is established in response to the link request response being received by the portable terminal 10.
- the communication control unit 73 checks whether image data not transmitted to the mobile terminal 10 is held in the image data storage unit 82. (S107). If there is untransmitted data, first a data transmission request is transmitted, and then untransmitted image data is transmitted (S108).
- the untransmitted data transmission process in step S108 can automatically transmit all the untransmitted image data to the mobile terminal 10, or the touch panel on the display screen 10a of the mobile terminal 10 and the scanner device 1 It can also be performed manually by a user confirmation / selection operation using the button 3b or the like.
- step S109 the image reading unit 2 newly executes image reading processing (S109), and newly generated image data is transmitted (S108). Note that the image reading process in step S109 is executed in response to a user operation input using the touch panel on the display screen 10a of the mobile terminal 10 or the button 3b of the scanner device 1.
- step S207 it is confirmed whether the data transmission request is received from the scanner device 1 by the dedicated application 93 (S207).
- the image data transmitted from the scanner device 1 is received by the dedicated application 93 (S208), and this image data is held in the storage area in the portable terminal 10. If a data transmission request has not been received, the process waits in step S207 until it is received.
- the dedicated application 93 After receiving the image data, the dedicated application 93 continues to confirm whether or not to delete the original data of the received image data held in the image data storage unit 82 of the scanner device 1 (S209). This determination is sequentially input by the operation of the user of the mobile terminal 10 or is set in advance. If the setting is to delete data, the dedicated application 93 sends a data deletion request to the scanner device 1 (S210). If it is set not to delete data, the process proceeds to step S211 without transmitting a data deletion request.
- the scanner device 1 it is confirmed by the communication control unit 73 whether or not a data deletion request has been received from the portable terminal 10 (S110).
- the data deletion request is received, the original data held in the image data storage unit 82 is deleted (S111). If the data deletion request has not been received, the process proceeds to step S112 while the image data is held in the image data storage unit 82 as it is.
- the communication control unit 73 confirms whether or not to continue this process (S112).
