根据图 1〜4详细说明本发明的具体结构。该砧板式梳状剪刃碎料装置取消了现有齿辊 破碎机的由单板支撑的固定在导料板上的通长设置的带导向切割立板的原切割筛板, 它包 括固定在第一齿辊转子 1 下方的替代原支撑单板的支承座 3、 利用紧固件组装在支撑稳定 的支承座 3上的筋板组件 5、 固定在筋板组件 5上表面的梳齿刃砧板 8和以全新设计均匀 排列固定在梳齿刃砧板 8上的替换原导向切割立板的剪刃梳齿 2、 位于第二齿辊转子 9下 方的导料弧板 7和剪刃端齿 6等件。 其中顶部为弧形导料面的支承座 3、 组装在支承座 3 上的筋板组件 5、 梳齿刃砧板 8和导料弧板 Ί均应根据实际使用要求和可能, 先按第一齿 辊转子 1和第二齿辊转子 9的规格, 采用分段制造, 然后拼装在一起, 再组合成整体式结 构, 这样既便于整机的制造、 安装和维护, 又延长了设备的使用寿命。
利用紧固件组装在支承座 3上的筋板组件 5由分段组装式连接板 4和与连接板 4垂直 固定的相互平行排列均匀的多个筋板构成。 筋板组件 5每个相互平行的筋板前端都固定有 剪刃端齿 6, 筋板和剪刃端齿 6按一定间距排布, 间距由物料的种类决定。 筋板组件 5的 上表面固定有梳齿刃砧板 8, 梳齿刃砧板 8的表面与支承座 3的弧形导料面的切面位于同 一平面,梳齿刃砧板 8前部相邻两梳齿之间形成的豁口位于筋板组件 5的两相邻筋板之间, 豁口按一定间距排布, 间距由物料的种类决定。 各豁口分别与第二齿辊转子上的各列刀齿 相对应, 并使第二齿辊转子的刀齿顺利通过各自对应的梳齿刃砧板的豁口。 梳齿刃砧板 8 各豁口的边缘均设置带耐磨合金层的砧板刃口 11, 以提高梳齿刃砧板 8对物料的切割质量 和使用寿命。 当上部破碎区的物料未被完全破碎时, 第二齿辊转子 9的刀齿从梳齿刃砧板 8的豁口的间隙 (间隙可根据不同的物料确定) 处通过, 对物料进行二次切割。
在梳齿刃砧板 8表面正对着筋板组件 5的筋板正上方固定有均匀排列相互平行的剪刃 梳齿 2, 剪刃梳齿 2按一定间距排布, 间距由物料的种类决定。 相邻两剪刃梳齿 2之间形 成的豁口分别与第一齿辊转子 1的刀齿相对应, 并使第一齿辊转子 1的刀齿顺利通过剪刃 梳齿 2的豁口。 各剪刃梳齿 2的边缘设置带耐磨合金层的梳齿刃口 10, 以提高梳齿刃砧板 8 对物料的切割质量和使用寿命。 当上部破碎区的物料未被完全破碎时, 第一齿辊转子 1 的刀齿从剪刃梳齿 2之间形成的豁口的间隙 (间隙可根据不同的物料确定) 处通过, 对物 料进行二次切割。 由于梳齿刃砧板 8的豁口与相邻两剪刃梳齿 2之间形成的各豁口交叉设 置, 所以使第一齿辊转子 1的刀齿通过相邻两剪刃梳齿 2之间形成的豁口时, 可以对物料 进行再次剪切; 与此同时, 第二齿辊转子 9的刀齿通过梳齿刃砧板 8的豁口时, 不仅像刀 对砧板上的物料那样进行切割, 而且还会起清理作用, 带走刚被切割暂存留在剪刃梳齿刃 口前面的物料, 故不会发生现有齿辊破碎机的导向切割立板等存在的易堵料等问题。
位于第二齿辊转子 9下方的导料弧板 7插接在筋板 5之间, 并使导料弧板 7顶部的弧 形表面与梳齿刃砧板 8的豁口底部的表面对齐。 导料弧板 7底部利用分别固定在筋板组件 5相互平行的筋板前端的剪刃端齿 6支撑, 相邻两剪刃端齿 6之间形成的豁口分别与第二 齿辊转子 9的刀齿相对应, 并使第二齿辊转子 9的刀齿顶部顺利通过导料弧板 Ί的弧形表 面和相邻两剪刃端齿 6之间形成的豁口, 以便于导出被破碎的物料。 为了对二次未被破碎 的物料再次进行破碎, 形成第三次破碎, 可以在剪刃端齿 6的端齿边缘设置带耐磨合金层 的端齿刃口 (图中未示出)。
对于设置在前述梳齿刃砧板豁口边缘的砧板刃口、 剪刃梳齿边缘的梳齿刃口和剪刃端齿边 缘的端齿刃口来说, 因其采用的均是耐磨合金层, 故这些刃口可以根据需要随时进行修补, 从而确保对物料的切割质量。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种适用于双齿辊式破碎机的砧板式梳状剪刃碎料装置, 固定在第一齿辊转子下 方的支承座、 利用紧固件组装在支承座上的筋板组件和位于第二齿辊转子下方的导料弧 板, 其特征在于: 筋板组件上表面固定有梳齿刃砧板, 支承座的顶部为弧形导料面, 梳齿 刃砧板的表面与支承座的弧形导料面的切面位于同一平面,梳齿刃砧板前部相邻两梳齿之 间形成的豁口位于筋板组件的两相邻筋板之间,各豁口分别与第二齿辊转子上的刀齿相对 应,并使第二齿辊转子的刀齿顺利通过梳齿刃砧板的豁口;在梳齿刃砧板表面正对着筋板 组件的筋板正上方固定有均匀排列的剪刃梳齿,相邻两剪刃梳齿之间形成的豁口分别与第 一齿辊转子的刀齿相对应,并使第一齿辊转子的刀齿顺利通过剪刃梳齿的豁口; 导料弧板 插接在筋板组件之间,导料弧板顶部的弧形表面与梳齿刃砧板的豁口底部的表面对齐,导 料弧板底部利用分别固定在筋板组件前端的剪刃端齿支撑,并使第二齿辊转子的刀齿顶部 顺利通过导料弧板的弧形表面和相邻两剪刃端齿之间形成的豁口;前述顶部为弧形导料面 的支承座、 组装在支承座上的筋板组件、 梳齿刃砧板和导料弧板均采用拼装组合式结构。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的砧板式梳状剪刃碎料装置, 其特征在于: 所述筋板组件由 分段组装式连接板和与连接板垂直固定的相互平行排列均匀的筋板构成。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的砧板式梳状剪刃碎料装置, 其特征在于: 所述梳齿刃砧板 豁口的边缘均设置带耐磨合金层的砧板刃口。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的砧板式梳状剪刃碎料装置, 其特征在于: 所述剪刃梳齿的 边缘均设置带耐磨合金层的梳齿刃口。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的砧板式梳状剪刃碎料装置, 其特征在于: 所述剪刃端齿的 边缘均设置带耐磨合金层的端齿刃口。
