混凝土布 殳备 技术领域 本发明涉及一种折叠臂架系统和具有该折叠臂架系统的混凝土布料设备, 尤其 涉及设置有用于将处于非工作状态 (或称水平状态) 的多个臂架保持在折叠状态的 挂钩机构的折叠臂架系统。 背景技术 混凝土布料机是一种与混凝土输送泵配合使用的建筑设备, 其作用是将泵压来 的混凝土通过管道送到待浇注构件的模板内, 泵送作业完成后, 需要将布料机的多 个臂架折叠起来以便节省空间并避免臂架的损坏。 目前, 布料机的折叠臂架主要有 R型折叠式、 Z型折叠式以及 RZ型折叠式。 现有的 Z型折叠臂架系统在臂架收回的非工作情况下有可能因液压油缸泄压而 导致后节臂自然下垂, 危及施工地人员和财产安全。 虽然, 目前的现有技术可以通 过高可靠性的臂架液压系统和严格的售后维护来保证臂架在非工作状态下不会出现 油缸泄压, 但是, 对于布料机的使用者来说, 这样无疑会增加购置和维护成本, 而 且, 仅通过臂架的液压系统和后期维护仍无法从根本上消除危及施工地人员和财产 安全的风险。 普通的 R型折叠臂架系统的布料机则是通过安全挂钩来保证, 如图 1所示, 在 现有的 R型折叠臂架系统中, 第一臂架 1、 第二臂架 2以及第三臂架 3依次折叠, 现有安全吊钩 5—般设置在第一臂架 1与第三臂架 3之间, 若将这种吊钩形式应用 于 Z型臂架系统上, 则在每两节臂架之间就要装一个安全吊钩, 一套臂架系统需使 用多套安全挂钩, 不但浪费材料, 增加了太多重量, 而且脱钩过程繁瑣、 冗杂。 发明内容 本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有用于将处于非工作状态的折叠在一起 的多个臂架保持在折叠状态的挂钩机构的折叠臂架系统以及具有该系统的混凝土布 料设备, 此挂钩机构不会给臂架系统增加太多重量, 而且脱钩挂钩过程筒单、 易于 操作。 为解决上述技术问题, 本发明的折叠臂架系统包括: 可折叠地顺次连接的多个 臂架, 所述多个臂架至少包括位于起始端的一个第一臂架和位于末端的一个末端臂
架, 其特征在于, 所述折叠臂架系统包括挂钩机构, 所述挂钩机构具有: 钩组件, 可转动地连接至所述多个臂架中的一个的侧面, 且所述钩组件的重心低于所述钩组 件在所述侧面上的连接点, 所述钩组件具有挂钩部; 以及至少一个钩合件, 相应地 设置在所述多个臂架中的其余一个或多个上, 其中, 所述钩组件的挂钩部能够与相 应钩合件钩合以将处于水平状态且顺次折叠的多个臂架保持在折叠状态。 根据本发明进一步改进的技术方案, 所述钩组件可转动地连接至所述多个臂架 中的一个臂架的两个相对的侧面, 并具有分别连接至所述两个相对的侧面处的多个 挂钩部, 并且所述挂钩机构具有相应地设置在所述多个臂架中的其余一个或多个臂 架上、 与所述多个挂钩部钩合的多个钩合件。。 根据本发明进一步改进的技术方案, 所述钩组件可转动地连接至所述第一臂架 的侧面, 所述至少一个钩合件设置在所述末端臂架上; 或者, 所述至少一个钩合件 设置在所述第一臂架上, 所述钩组件可转动地连接至所述末端臂架的侧面。 根据本发明进一步改进的技术方案, 所述多个臂架还包括连接在所述第一臂架 与所述末端臂架之间的中间臂架。 根据本发明进一步改进的技术方案, 所述中间臂架至少包括连接在所述第一臂 架与所述末端臂架之间的一个第二臂架, 所述钩组件连接至所述第二臂架的侧面, 所述至少一个钩合件包括分别设置在所述第一臂架和所述末端臂架上的第一钩合件 和末端钩合件。 根据本发明进一步改进的技术方案, 所述钩组件可转动地连接至所述第二臂架 的两个相对的侧面, 所述钩组件的所述挂钩部包括横跨所述第二臂架的与所述第一 臂架相对的顶面且连接在所述钩组件在所述两个相对的侧面上的连接点之间的第一 挂钩部。 根据本发明进一步改进的技术方案, 所述中间臂架还包括连接在所述第二臂架 与所述末端臂架之间的一个第三臂架, 所述第三臂架上设置有第三钩合件, 并且其 中, 所述钩组件具有: 分别连接至所述第二臂架的两个相对的侧面的第一挂钩件和 第二挂钩件,以及连接在所述第一挂钩件的第一端与所述第二挂钩件的第一端之间、 且横跨所述第二臂架的所述顶面的第一横杆 , 所述第一挂钩件的第二端沿所述第一 挂钩件的纵向依次形成有第一钩部和第二钩部, 所述第二挂钩件的第二端形成有第 四钩部; 所述第一钩合件包括固定至所述第一臂架的与所述第二臂架相对的底面、 与所述第一横杆钩合的两个钩部; 所述第三钩合件包括贯穿所述第三臂架的两个相 对的侧面并从所述两个相对的侧面延伸出的第三杆部, 所述第三杆部的从所述两个 相对的侧面延伸出的两个部分分别与所述第一钩部和所述第四钩部钩合; 所述末端 钩合件包括固定至所述末端臂架、 与所述第二钩部钩合的钩环。
根据本发明进一步改进的技术方案, 所述挂钩部进一步包括横跨所述第二臂架 的与所述顶面相对的底面且连接在所述钩组件在所述两个相对的侧面上的连接点之 间的第二挂钩部。 根据本发明进一步改进的技术方案, 所述中间臂架还包括连接在所述第二臂架 与所述末端臂架之间的一个第三臂架, 所述第三臂架上设置有第三钩合件, 并且其 中, 所述钩组件具有: 分别连接至所述第二臂架的两个相对的侧面的第一挂钩件和 第二挂钩件, 连接在所述第一挂钩件的第一端与所述第二挂钩件的第一端之间、 且 横跨所述第二臂架的所述顶面的第一横杆 , 以及连接在所述第一挂钩件的第二端与 所述第二挂钩件的第二端之间、 且横跨所述第二臂架的所述底面的第二横杆; 所述 第一钩合件包括固定至所述第一臂架的与所述第二臂架相对的底面、 与所述第一横 杆钩合的两个钩部; 所述第三钩合件包括固定至所述第三臂架、 与所述第二横杆) 钩合的第三长钩; 所述末端钩合件包括固定至所述第四臂架、 与所述第二横杆钩合 的第四长钩, 并且所述第四长钩与所述第三长钩设置在相对的两个侧面上。 根据本发明进一步改进的技术方案, 所述中间臂架还包括连接在所述第二臂架 与所述末端臂架之间的一个第三臂架,所述第三臂架上设置有第三钩合件并且其中, 所述钩组件可转动地连接至所述第二臂架的两个相对的侧面, 并具有分别连接至所 述两个相对的侧面的第一挂钩件和第二挂钩件, 其中, 所述第一挂钩件的位于所述 第一挂钩件在所述第二臂架上的连接点上部的第一端形成有第三钩部, 与所述第一 端相对的第二端沿所述第一挂钩件的纵向依次形成有第一钩部和第二钩部; 所述第 二挂钩件的位于所述第一挂钩件在所述第二臂架上的连接点上部的第一端形成有第 五钩部, 与所述第一端相对的第二端形成有第四钩部; 所述第一钩合件包括固定至 所述第一臂架的与所述第二臂架相对的底面、 与所述第三钩部和第五钩部钩合的第 一横杆; 所述第三钩合件包括贯穿所述第三臂架的两个相对的侧面并从所述两个相 对的侧面延伸出的第三杆部, 所述第三杆部的从所述两个相对的侧面延伸出的两个 部分分别与所述第一钩部和所述第四钩部钩合; 所述末端钩合件包括固定至所述末 端臂架(4 )、 与所述第二钩部钩合的钩环。 根据本发明还提供了一种混凝土布料设备, 其包括具有如上所述特征的折叠臂 架系统。 根据本发明的折叠臂架系统及混凝土布料设备具有如下有益技术效果: 第一、 根据本发明的折叠臂架系统所设置的挂钩机构有效地控制了挂钩机构给 整个臂架总成增加的重量, 并且借助挂钩机构自身的重力作用进行脱钩和上钩, 很 好地促进了臂架收拢时上钩及展开时脱钩的筒捷、 一致, 使操作更为筒单。
第二、 使用根据本发明的折叠臂架系统, 臂架设计更为灵活, 并且不必因为 Z 型臂架无安全的挂钩机构的保护而产生顾虑。 应该理解, 以上的一般性描述和以下的详细描述都是列举和说明性盾的, 目的 是为了对要求保护的本发明提供进一步的说明。 附图说明 附图构成本说明书的一部分, 用于帮助进一步理解本发明。 这些附图图解了本 发明的一些实施例, 并与说明书一起用来说明本发明的原理。 其中, 为了清楚地示 出各个优选实施例中的挂钩机构的基本结构形式, 将挂钩机构的某些部件透视性地 示出, 附图中: 图 1是现有的 R型折叠臂架系统的结构示意图; 图 2是才 居本发明的第一个优选实施例的 Z型折叠臂架系统的示意图; 图 3是图 2中的折叠臂架系统的截面透视图, 其清楚地示出了本实施例中的挂 钩机构的具体结构; 图 4是才 居本发明的第二个优选实施例的 Z型折叠臂架系统的示意图; 图 5是才 居本发明的第三个优选实施例的 Z型折叠臂架系统的示意图; 图 6至图 9示出了才 居本发明的第一个优选实施例的 Z型折叠臂架系统的四个 臂架的折叠过程, 并清楚地示出了本发明的挂钩机构的上钩过程。 具体实施方式 需说明的是, 在以下的描述中, 以混凝土布料设备的折叠臂架系统为例对根据 本发明的折叠臂架系统进行描述, 但是, 其不以此为限, 通过适当变型, 本发明的 折叠臂架系统还可应用于其它装置中, 如, 应用于泵车上。 下面将以具有四个臂架的 Z型折叠臂架系统为例, 对才 居本发明优选实施例的 折叠臂架系统进行详细描述, 但是, 这种描述仅是示例性的, 并非用来限制本发明 应用的范围, 本领域技术人员能够理解的是, 通过适当的更改, 根据本发明的折叠 臂架系统所设置的挂钩机构还可应用于其它具有折叠臂架系统的装置或设备中, 而 且不以具有四个臂架的 Z型折叠臂架为限, 其还可应用于具有三个、 五个或更多个 臂架的臂架系统, 或者应用于 R型折叠臂架系统、 RZ型折叠臂架系统。
需提及的是, 本发明主要涉及设置于折叠臂架系统上的挂钩机构的设计, 为了 实现上钩和脱钩过程的筒单、 快捷, 该挂钩机构应当具有尽量少的构件。 具体地, 在本发明中, 所设计的挂钩机构总体上具有: 可转动地设置在多个臂架中的一个的 侧面上的钩组件, 且钩组件的重心低于其在所述侧面上的连接点, 并且钩组件具有 挂钩部; 以及至少一个钩合件, 相应地设置在其余的一个或多个臂架上, 并且钩组 件的挂钩部能够与所述钩合件钩合, 以将处于水平状态且顺次折叠的多个臂架保持 在折叠状态中。 具体地, 在本发明中, 以具有四个臂架的折叠臂架系统为例进行说明, 为此, 前述的至少一个钩合件包括设置在第一臂架上的第一钩合件、 设置在第三臂架上的 第三钩合件、 设置在第四臂架上的第四钩合件, 并且钩组件可转动地设置在第二臂 架的两个相对的侧面上, 其中, 该钩组件具有分别用来与第一钩合件、 第三钩合件 及第四钩合件挂钩配合的第一挂钩部、 第三挂钩部以及第四挂钩部, 以便当四个臂 架在液压作用下折叠起来之后, 该钩组件的第一挂钩部、 第三挂钩部以及第四挂钩 部能够相应地与第一臂架上的第一钩合件、 第三臂架上的第三钩合件、 第四臂架上 的第四钩合件挂钩配合, 从而, 将四个臂架保持在折叠状态, 而当需要展开臂架系 统进行作业时, 通过使钩组件的第一挂钩部、 第三挂钩部以及第四挂钩部与第一臂 架上的第一钩合件、 第三臂架上的第三钩合件、 第四臂架上的第四钩合件筒单地脱 钩, 便可进行后续的作业, 具体操作将在下面详细描述。 下面将对本发明的折叠臂架系统的几个优选的结构形式进行描述。 图 2和图 3示意性地示出了才 居本发明的一个优选实施例的折叠臂架系统, 该 臂架系统包括第一臂架 1、 第二臂架 2、 第三臂架 3以及第四臂架 4, 在折叠后, 这 四个臂架通过挂钩机构 5保持在折叠状态。 具体请参见图 3 , 在该优选实施例中, 挂钩机构 5包括第一钩合件 51 , 该第一 钩合件 51包括第一杆部 511和两个钩部 512、 513 , 其中, 该两个钩部 512、 513固 定(通过焊接或者螺栓固定)在第一杆部 511的一端, 而第一杆部 511的另一端自 第一臂架 1的底面穿过其内部直至第一臂架的顶面, 并固定(如, 螺栓固定)在该 顶面处,这两个钩部用于与下面将描述的钩组件的第一挂钩部进行挂钩配合。 当然, 该第一钩合件也可以釆用其它的结构形式, 例如, 在第一杆部的从第一臂架伸出的 一端形成一体的钩部。 第三钩合件 53包括第三杆部 531和两个止挡部 532、 533 , 该第三杆部 531贯 穿第三臂架 3的两个相对的侧面并伸出, 两个止挡部 532、 533分别固定在第三杆部 的两端, 为了能与下面将描述的钩组件的第三挂钩部钩合, 在每个止挡部与第三臂 架的每个侧面之间应间隔预定的距离,该距离主要取决于第三挂钩部的厚度。其中, 该第三杆部可以是两端具有螺紋的销轴, 两个止挡部可以是与第三杆部两端螺紋配
合的螺母, 从而能够适当地调节螺母与第三臂架侧面之间的间距。 当然, 也可以省 略该两个止挡部, 或者仅通过将第三杆部的两端弯折同样可以实现稳定的钩合。 第四钩合件 54包括第四杆部 541和钩环 542,该第四杆部 541贯穿第四臂架 4, 一端固定在第四臂架的一个侧面处, 另一端从第四臂架的另一侧伸出, 具体哪一端 伸出可根据实际情况而定, 此处以从图上看的正对着观看者的前侧伸出为例, 钩环 542 固定在第四杆部 541 的伸出端。 在本实例中, 该第四杆部为销轴, 其从第四臂 架一侧伸出的伸出端上固定的钩环类似于链条的一节, 该钩环向上伸出, 以便于与 下面将描述的钩组件的第四挂钩部钩合。 当然, 该第四钩合件也可以是具有位于第 四臂架的一侧的环状结构的一体的结构。 钩组件 52包括第一挂钩件 521、 第二挂钩件 522以及连接在该第一挂钩件 521 的第一端与第二挂钩件 522 的第一端之间、 且横跨第二臂架 2 的顶面的第一横杆 523 , 第一挂钩件 521的第二端沿第一挂钩件的纵向依次形成有第一钩部 5211和第 二钩部 5212, 第二挂钩件 522的第二端形成有第四钩部 5221。 第一挂钩件 521和第 二挂钩件 522通过一销轴 524可转动地连接至第二臂架 2的相对的两侧, 并使得: 当臂架系统处于折叠状态时, 第一横杆 523 能够钩合在第一钩合件 51 的两个钩部 512和 513上,第一挂钩件 521的第一钩部 5211和第二挂钩件 522的第四钩部 5221 能够钩合在第三钩合件的伸出于第三臂架两侧的两端, 并且第一挂钩件 521的第二 钩部 5212能够钩合在第四钩合件 54的钩环上。 即, 在本实例中, 该第一横杆 523 构成前述的用于与第一钩合件钩合的第一挂钩部, 第一挂钩件 521的第一钩部 5211 和第二挂钩件 522的第四钩部 5221构成前述的用于与第三钩合件钩合的第三挂钩 部,而第一挂钩件 521的第二钩部 5212构成前述的用于与第四钩合件钩合的第四挂 钩部。 同样地, 该钩组件 52的具体结构也不局限于此处所描述的结构。 图 4示意性地示出了本发明的第二优选实施例, 其与第一实施例的结构的不同 之处在于, 第一钩合件 51包括第一杆部 511和第一横杆 515 , 第一横杆 515与第一 杆部 511垂直地固定在第一杆部 511的一端, 第一杆部 511的另一端自第一臂架 1 的底面穿过其内部直至第一臂架的顶面, 并固定在该顶面处。 相应地, 钩组件 52 的第一挂钩件 521和第二挂钩件 522的第一端则分别形成为能够钩合在该第一横杆 515上的第三钩部 5213和第五钩部 5223 , 即, 在本实例中, 该第三钩部 5213和第 五钩部 5223构成前述的用于与第一钩合件钩合的第一挂钩部。 图 5示意性地示出了本发明的第三优选实施例。 为了清楚起见, 省去了部分构 件。 其中, 挂钩机构 5包括第一钩合件 51 , 该第一钩合件的结构及设置方式与结合 图 2和图 3描述的本发明的第一优选实施例中的结构相同, 不再重述。 第三钩合件 53包括第三杆部 531和第三长钩 532, 该第三杆部贯穿第三臂架 3 的两侧而固定, 第三长钩 532在第三臂架 3的一侧处固定于第三杆部的一端, 第四
钩合件 54包括第四杆部 541和第四长钩 542 , 该第四钩合件的固定方式与第三钩合 件的类似, 但需要保证第三长钩 532与第四长钩 542位于相对的两侧。 本领域技术 人员能够理解的是, 也可将第三长钩和第四长钩都设置在第四臂架上。 钩组件 52包括: 第一挂钩件 521和第二挂钩件 522, 连接在该第一挂钩件 521 的第一端与第二挂钩件 522的第一端之间、 且横跨第二臂架 2的顶面的的第一横杆 523 , 以及连接在该第一挂钩件 521的第二端与第二挂钩件 522的第二端之间、且横 跨第二臂架 2的底面的第二横杆 525 , 第一挂钩件 521和第二挂钩件 522通过一销 轴 524可转动地连接至第二臂架 2的相对的两侧, 并使得: 当臂架系统处于折叠状 态时, 第一横杆 523能够钩合在第一钩合件 51的两个钩部 512和 513上, 而第二横 杆 525能够与第三钩合件 53的第三长钩 532以及第四钩合件 54的第四钩合件 542 钩合。 即, 在本实例中, 该第二横杆 525充当上述的用于与第三钩合件钩合的第三 挂钩部和用于与第四钩合件钩合的第四挂钩部。 下面结合图 6-图 9筒述本发明第一优选实施例的臂架系统的折叠过程。 当作业 完成后, 通过操作油缸使臂架系统逐渐收拢, 即使四个臂架顺次地折叠, 如图 6和 图 7所示, 当臂架基本收拢处于水平位置时, 如图 8所示, 可转动地设置在第二臂 架上的钩组件 52在重力的作用下转到基本上竖直的位置, 此时, 钩组件 52的第一 横杆 523与第一钩合件 51的两个钩部、 第一挂钩件 521的第一钩部 5211和第二挂 钩件 522的第四钩部 5221与第三钩合件、 以及第一挂钩件 521的第二钩部 5212与 第四钩合件均处于待钩合的状态, 这时, 使油缸稍微泄压, 如图 9所示, 即可使得: 钩组件 52的第一横杆 523与第一钩合件 51的两个钩部 512、 513完全钩合, 而第一 挂钩件 521的第一钩部 5211和第二挂钩件 522的第四钩部 5221分别与第三钩合件 完全钩合, 第一挂钩件 521上的第二钩部 5212与第四钩合件完全钩合,从而将臂架 系统可靠地保持在折叠状态, 不会对现场的人员和财产造成威胁。 而当需要脱钩进 行工作时, 只需使臂架收紧(即使油缸稍微紧压), 使各个彼此钩合的部件间脱离完 全钩合的状态, 然后使臂架系统倾斜,从而使钩组件在重力作用下不再与臂架垂直, 即可实现脱钩。 需要说明的是, 虽然以上以具有四个臂架的臂架系统对本发明进行了描述, 但 是, 如前所述, 其并不以此为限。 例如, 当具有三个臂架时, 可对前述的挂钩机构 的多个结构形式进行变型, 参见图 2和图 3 ( 支设没有第四臂架 4 ), 那么该多个钩 合件即为设置在第一臂架 1上的第一钩合件 51 ,设置在第三臂架 3上的第三钩合件 53 , 钩组件 52仍设置在第二臂架上, 并且钩组件 52具有分别与所述第一钩合件 51 和第三钩合件 53配合的第一挂钩部和第三挂钩部。 具体地, 第一钩合件 51和第三 钩合件 53的具体结构不用改变, 唯一需要改动的是钩组件 52的结构, 只需筒单地 将钩组件 53的第一挂钩件 521的第二钩部 5212去掉即可, 即, 在应用三个臂架的 臂架系统的情况下, 该钩组件上的第一挂钩件 521和第二挂钩件 522可以是对称的
结构形式。 类似地, 对于图 4所示的实施例, 同样地, 只需去除第二钩部即可。 而 对于图 5所示的结构形式, 则将第三长钩和第四长钩通过销轴设置在第三臂架相对 的两侧即可。 当然, 对于多于四个臂架的臂架系统, 与前述情形相反, 则只需相应地增加钩 部或长钩即可。 此外, 还需说明的是, 根据本发明的折叠臂架系统, 该钩组件可以设置在顺次 连接的多个臂架中的任一臂架上, 以设置在末端臂架(即, 最后一个臂架)上为例, 由于该钩组件可转动地设置在臂架上, 为了实现将处于水平状态 (即前述的非工作 状态)且彼此折叠的多个臂架保持在折叠状态的目的, 可在钩组件的两个相对的端 部分别设置用于与其它的一个或多个臂架上的钩合件钩合的挂钩部和配重部, 该配 重部用于使钩组件能够在自身的重力作用下保持竖直状态, 即, 使钩组件的重心低 于钩组件在末端臂架上的连接点,从而使得其挂钩部能够始终处于竖直向上的方向, 从而实现与钩合件的钩合。 对于其它类似情况, 可以类似地设置钩组件以保证将多 个臂架保持在折叠状态。 另外, 还需说明书的是, 在前面描述的多个实施例中, 钩组件可转动地连接至 其中一个臂架的两个相对的侧面, 而其余的臂架上相应地设置有多个钩合件。但是, 还可行的是, 可以仅具有一个钩合件, 即, 仅在多个臂架中的第一臂架和末端臂架 上设置该钩组件和钩合件, 也就是说, 将钩组件可转动地设置在第一臂架上, 而该 一个钩合件设置在末端臂架上, 并且釣组件具有与该钩合件钩合的挂钩部。 或者, 如上所描述的, 将该一个钩合件设置在第一臂架上, 而将该钩组件设置在末端臂架 上, 并且在该钩组件上设置彼此相对设置的挂钩部和配重部以便实现在钩组件自身 的重力作用下与第一臂架上的钩合件钩合的目的。 此外, 据实际应用, 也可以将 钩组件仅设置在其中一个臂架的一个侧面上, 并在其余的一个或多个臂架的相同侧 设置相应的钩合件。 以上仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技术 人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任 何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims
1. 一种折叠臂架系统, 包括可折叠地顺次连接的多个臂架, 所述多个臂架至少包 括位于起始端的一个第一臂架和位于末端的一个末端臂架, 其特征在于, 所述 折叠臂架系统包括挂钩机构(5 ), 所述挂钩机构具有: 钩组件(52 ), 可转动地 连接至所述多个臂架中的一个的侧面, 且所述钩组件的重心低于所述钩组件在 所述侧面上的连接点, 所述钩组件具有挂钩部; 以及至少一个钩合件, 相应地 设置在所述多个臂架中的其余一个或多个上, 其中, 所述钩组件(52 ) 的挂钩 部能够与相应钩合件钩合以将处于水平状态且顺次折叠的多个臂架保持在折叠 状态。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的折叠臂架系统, 其特征在于, 所述钩组件(52 )可转动 地连接至所述多个臂架中的一个臂架的两个相对的侧面, 并具有分别连接至所 述两个相对的侧面处的多个挂钩部, 并且所述挂钩机构具有相应地设置在所述 多个臂架中的其余一个或多个臂架上、 与所述多个挂钩部钩合的多个钩合件。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的折叠臂架系统, 其特征在于, 所述钩组件(52 )可转动 地连接至所述第一臂架的侧面, 所述至少一个钩合件设置在所述末端臂架上; 或者, 所述至少一个钩合件设置在所述第一臂架上, 所述钩组件(52 )可转动 地连接至所述末端臂架的侧面。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的折叠臂架系统, 其特征在于, 所述多个臂架还包括连接 在所述第一臂架(1 ) 与所述末端臂架之间的中间臂架。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的折叠臂架系统, 其特征在于, 所述中间臂架至少包括连 接在所述第一臂架( 1 )与所述末端臂架之间的一个第二臂架(2 ), 所述钩组件
( 52 )连接至所述第二臂架(2 )的侧面, 所述至少一个钩合件包括分别设置在 所述第一臂架( 1 )和所述末端臂架上的第一钩合件(51 )和末端钩合件。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的折叠臂架系统, 其特征在于, 所述钩组件(52 )可转动 地连接至所述第二臂架( 2 )的两个相对的侧面, 所述钩组件的所述挂钩部包括 横跨所述第二臂架( 2 )的与所述第一臂架相对的顶面且连接在所述钩组件( 52 ) 在所述两个相对的侧面上的连接点之间的第一挂钩部。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的折叠臂架系统, 其特征在于, 所述中间臂架还包括连接 在所述第二臂架(2)与所述末端臂架之间的一个第三臂架(3 ), 所述第三臂架 上设置有第三钩合件( 53 ), 并且其中,
所述钩组件(52)具有: 分别连接至所述第二臂架(2)的两个相对的侧 面的第一挂钩件( 521 )和第二挂钩件( 522 ),以及连接在所述第一挂钩件( 521 ) 的第一端与所述第二挂钩件( 522)的第一端之间、 且横跨所述第二臂架(2) 的所述顶面的第一横杆 ( 523 ), 所述第一挂钩件( 521 )的第二端沿所述第一 挂钩件的纵向依次形成有第一钩部(5211 )和第二钩部(5212), 所述第二挂 钩件( 522) 的第二端形成有第四钩部 ( 5221 );
所述第一钩合件( 51 )包括固定至所述第一臂架( 1 )的与所述第二臂架 (2)相对的底面并与所述第一横杆 ( 523 )钩合的两个钩部 (512、 513); 所述第三钩合件( 53 )包括贯穿所述第三臂架( 3 )的两个相对的侧面并 从所述两个相对的侧面延伸出的第三杆部 (531 ), 所述第三杆部的从所述两 个相对的侧面延伸出的两个部分分别与所述第一钩部 (5211 )和所述第四钩 部 ( 5221 )钩合;
所述末端钩合件(54)包括固定至所述末端臂架(4)并与所述第二钩部 ( 5212 )钩合的钩环 ( 542 )。
8. 根据权利要求 6所述的折叠臂架系统, 其特征在于, 所述挂钩部进一步包括横 跨所述第二臂架(2)的与所述顶面相对的底面且连接在所述钩组件(52)在所 述两个相对的侧面上的连接点之间的第二挂钩部。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的折叠臂架系统, 其特征在于, 所述中间臂架还包括连接 在所述第二臂架(2)与所述末端臂架之间的一个第三臂架(3 ), 所述第三臂架 上设置有第三钩合件( 53 ), 并且其中,
所述钩组件(52)具有: 分别连接至所述第二臂架(2)的两个相对的侧 面的第一挂钩件( 521 )和第二挂钩件( 522 ); 连接在所述第一挂钩件( 521 ) 的第一端与所述第二挂钩件( 522) 的第一端之间且横跨所述第二臂架(2) 的所述顶面的第一横杆 ( 523 ); 以及连接在所述第一挂钩件( 521 )的第二端 与所述第二挂钩件( 522) 的第二端之间且横跨所述第二臂架(2) 的所述底 面的第二横杆( 525 );
所述第一钩合件( 51 )包括固定至所述第一臂架( 1 )的与所述第二臂架 (2)相对的底面并与所述第一横杆 ( 523 )钩合的两个钩部 (512、 513); 所述第三钩合件( 53 )包括固定至所述第三臂架( 3 )并与所述第二横杆 ( 525 )钩合的第三长钩 ( 532 ); 所述末端钩合件(54 )包括固定至所述第四臂架(4 )并与所述第二横杆 ( 525 )钩合的第四长钩 ( 542 ), 并且所述第四长钩 ( 542 ) 与所述第三长钩 ( 532 )设置在相对的两个侧面上。
10. 根据权利要求 5所述的折叠臂架系统, 其特征在于, 所述中间臂架还包括连接 在所述第二臂架(2 )与所述末端臂架之间的一个第三臂架(3 ), 所述第三臂架 上设置有第三钩合件( 53 ), 并且其中,
所述钩组件( 52 )可转动地连接至所述第二臂架( 2 )的两个相对的侧面, 并具有分别连接至所述两个相对的侧面的第一挂钩件 (521 )和第二挂钩件
( 522 ), 其中, 所述第一挂钩件(521 )的位于所述第一挂钩件在所述第二臂 架上的连接点上部的第一端形成有第三钩部( 5213 ),与所述第一端相对的第 二端沿所述第一挂钩件的纵向依次形成有第一钩部 (5211 ) 和第二钩部
( 5212 ); 所述第二挂钩件( 522 ) 的位于所述第一挂钩件在所述第二臂架上 的连接点上部的第一端形成有第五钩部( 5223 ),与所述第一端相对的第二端 形成有第四钩部 ( 5221 );
所述第一钩合件( 51 )包括固定至所述第一臂架( 1 )的与所述第二臂架 ( 2 )相对的底面并与所述第三钩部( 5213 )和第五钩部( 5223 )钩合的第一 横杆 ( 515 );
所述第三钩合件( 53 )包括贯穿所述第三臂架( 3 )的两个相对的侧面并 从所述两个相对的侧面延伸出的第三杆部 (531 ), 所述第三杆部的从所述两 个相对的侧面延伸出的两个部分分别与所述第一钩部 (5211 )和所述第四钩 部 ( 5221 )钩合;
所述末端钩合件(54 )包括固定至所述末端臂架(4 )并与所述第二钩部 ( 5212 )钩合的钩环 ( 542 )。
11. 一种混凝土布料设备, 其特征在于, 包括权利要求 1-9中任一项所述的折叠臂 架系统。
