- the heat exchanger 202 performs heat exchange between high-temperature water (heat storage material) supplied from the heat pump 201 and water supplied from the hot water storage tank 203. Then, the heated hot water is caused to flow into the upper part of the hot water storage tank 203.
- the hot water storage tank 203 has a capacity of 400 L (unit: liter).
- the heat pump control unit 211 controls the entire heat pump hot water supply apparatus 200 based on a power consumption command value (described later) acquired from the HP control apparatus 209 and the state of the hot water storage tank 203.
- the power consumption command value is a value indicating the power to be consumed by the heat pump, and is calculated by the HP control device 209.
- the operation method of the heat pump 201 based on the current charge zone and the current hot water storage tank 203 state. To decide. That is, the heat pump 201 is operated until the hot water storage tank 203 is filled with hot water at an inexpensive late-night charge zone, and the heat pump is used so that the hot water does not run out when the hot water storage amount of the hot water storage tank 203 is reduced to a certain amount in other time zones. 201 is operated. Further, the boiling temperature, which is the temperature discharged from the heat exchanger 202, is determined so that an amount of hot water that can cover the daily hot water supply load can be stored.
- the heat pump control unit 211 operates the heat pump 201 at a rated power (for example, 1000 W) so that a constant amount of heat is supplied from the heat pump 201 to the hot water storage tank 203.
- the heat pump control unit 211 stores a first control table that is set to supply a certain amount of heat in accordance with the hardware characteristics of the heat pump 201 as shown in FIG.
- FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating an example of the first control table.
- the compressor frequency, the expansion valve opening degree, and the pump flow rate of the water pump are changed. It can be acquired as output information.
- These pieces of output information are control parameters of the heat pump 201 necessary for heating the water at the incoming water temperature to the boiling temperature under the outside air temperature.
- the heat pump control unit 211 When the heat pump control unit 211 operates the heat pump 201 normally, the temperature of the water flowing into the heat exchanger 202 from the hot water storage tank 203 (incoming water temperature) is acquired from the incoming water temperature measuring unit 213, and the outside air temperature near the heat pump 201 is obtained. Obtained from the outside air temperature measurement unit 212.
- the outside air temperature measurement unit 212 is a thermistor that measures the outside air temperature near the heat pump 201.
- the incoming water temperature measurement unit 213 is a thermistor that measures the temperature of water flowing from the hot water storage tank 203 into the heat exchanger 202.
- the heat pump control unit 211 refers to the first table using the acquired incoming water temperature, outside air temperature, and the boiling temperature determined by the heat pump control unit 211 itself as input information, and a plurality of columns close to the value of the input information To obtain the compressor frequency, expansion valve opening, and pump flow rate of the water pump corresponding to the input information. Then, the heat pump control unit 211 operates the heat pump 201 according to the compressor frequency, the expansion valve opening degree, and the pump flow rate of the water pump, thereby causing the heat pump 201 to consume the rated power and regenerate a predetermined amount of heat. That is, water having an incoming water temperature is heated to a boiling temperature.
- the heat pump control unit 211 when the heat pump control unit 211 acquires the “power consumption command value” from the HP control device 209 (following operation), the heat pump control unit 211 operates the heat pump 201 so that the heat pump load power becomes equal to the “power consumption command value”. Control.
- the heat pump control unit 211 stores a second control table that is set to have a constant heat pump load power according to the hardware characteristics of the heat pump 201 as shown in FIG.
- the heat pump control unit 211 When the heat pump control unit 211 performs the follow-up operation of the heat pump 201, the incoming water temperature is acquired from the incoming water temperature measuring unit 213 and the outdoor air temperature is acquired from the outside air temperature measuring unit 212, as in the case of normal operation. Next, with reference to the second table using the acquired incoming water temperature and outside air temperature, power consumption command value, and boiling temperature as input information, a plurality of columns close to the input information are linearly complemented to obtain input information. Acquire the corresponding compressor frequency, expansion valve opening, and pump flow rate of the water pump. Then, the heat pump control unit 211 operates the heat pump 201 in accordance with the compressor frequency, the expansion valve opening degree, and the pump flow rate of the water pump (shown in FIG. 3), thereby causing the heat pump 201 to perform desired power (power consumption command value). ) To generate a predetermined amount of heat, that is, water at the incoming water temperature is heated to the boiling temperature.
- the second control table shown in FIG. 5 is common to the first control table shown in FIG. 4 except that a “power consumption command value (unit: W)” is added. Further, the power consumption command value in the example of FIG. 5 is set in increments of 50 W, such as 550 W and 600 W, with the minimum value being 500 W. The control parameters are set so that the heat pump 201 consumes power corresponding to the power consumption command value.
- the heat pump 201 operates at the rated power regardless of which control parameter is selected, whereas in the second control table, the power to be consumed by the heat pump 201 (power consumption command value). Can be selected to select the control parameter.
- the HP control device 209 includes a load power and a PV generated power acquired from the power distribution device 204, a surplus power that is a difference between the PV generated power and the load power, and a heat pump control unit.
- this is a device that calculates a power consumption command value that is the power that the heat pump 201 wants to consume.
- FIG. 7 is a configuration diagram illustrating details of the HP control device 209.
- the HP control device 209 includes an information acquisition unit 209a, a power information storage unit 209b, and an operation control unit 209c.
- the information acquisition unit 209a includes the amount of heat stored in the hot water storage tank 203 (the amount of heat in the tank), the generated power generated by the solar power generation device 210 (PV generated power), and the load power consumed by the first power load 205. , And surplus power that is the difference between the PV generated power and the load power is acquired every unit time (for example, 1 minute). Note that the information acquisition unit 209a according to the present embodiment acquires the amount of heat in the tank from the heat pump control unit 211, acquires PV generation power and load power from the power distribution device 204, and calculates surplus power itself.
- the power information storage unit 209b includes information on PV power generation and load power for the past 30 minutes acquired every minute by the information acquisition unit 209a, and surplus for the past 30 minutes calculated by the information acquisition unit 209a every minute. Power information (surplus power history) is accumulated. An example of the accumulated information on each power is shown in FIG. The surplus power is calculated as zero when the load power is subtracted from the PV generated power and when the value is negative, and when the value is positive.
- the surplus power history shown in FIG. 8 holds load power (unit: W), PV generation power (unit: W), and surplus power (unit: W) in increments of 1 minute from 30 minutes ago.
- the surplus power is calculated in units of 10 W by subtracting the load power from the PV generated power.
- the surplus power when the load power exceeds the PV generation power is zero.
- the power distribution device 204 supplements the shortage with the power purchased from the energy supplier 207.
- FIG. 8 shows an example of the power consumption command value calculated by the operation control unit 209c at each time.
- the power consumption command value is set in units of 50 W, and is calculated by rounding down the surplus power so as to be in units of 50 W. For example, 10 minutes ago, surplus power (1010 W) is rounded down to set the power consumption command value to 1000 W.
- the minimum power consumption command value is 500W. That is, when the rounded result is less than 500 W as in one minute ago, the power consumption command value is 0 W. This is because the operation efficiency is low even when the heat pump 201 is operated with a low power consumption command value.
- the power consumption command value is calculated only when the state where the surplus power exceeds the threshold (minimum power consumption: for example, 500 W) continues for a predetermined period (minimum surplus time: for example, 15 minutes). That is, the surplus power 18 minutes ago is above the threshold value, but has been below the threshold value for 15 minutes until that time (not shown), so the power consumption command value 18 minutes ago is 0.
- the power consumption command value continues for one minute after the value is determined. For example, the power consumption command value 12 minutes ago was 650 W, but this value continues at 650 W for 1 minute from 12 minutes before the next 11 minutes. The next 11 minutes before is 850 W, and this value continues for 1 minute up to 10 minutes before.
- the power information storage unit 209b may be any means capable of recording data such as DRAM (Dynamic random access memory), SDRAM (Synchronous dynamic random access memory), flash memory, or ferroelectric memory. You can use it.
- DRAM Dynamic random access memory
- SDRAM Synchronous dynamic random access memory
- flash memory or ferroelectric memory. You can use it.
- the operation control unit 209c controls the operation of the heat pump 201 so that the power consumed by the heat pump 201 to generate heat increases and decreases following the increase and decrease of surplus power per unit time. Specifically, the operation control unit 209 c calculates a power consumption command value that is power to be consumed by the heat pump 201 in consideration of the surplus power history and the amount of heat in the tank, and transmits the power consumption command value to the heat pump control unit 211. A specific method for calculating the power consumption command value will be described later.
- the operation control unit 209c calculates a power consumption command value and transmits it to the heat pump control unit 211 when the surplus power history and the amount of heat in the tank satisfy predetermined conditions. Specifically, the operation control unit 209c continues a state in which the surplus power exceeds a predetermined threshold (minimum power consumption: 500 W) for a predetermined time (minimum surplus time: 15 minutes) until the present (first The current amount of heat in the tank is equal to or less than a predetermined upper limit value (sufficient heat amount) (second condition), and the current amount of heat in the tank exceeds a predetermined lower limit value (insufficient heat amount) (third ), The power consumption command value is calculated and transmitted to the heat pump control unit 211.
- a predetermined threshold minimum power consumption: 500 W
- a predetermined time minimum surplus time: 15 minutes
- the minimum power consumption is the minimum power consumption that can make the efficiency of the heat pump 201 a certain level or more from the heat pump cycle characteristics that depend on the refrigerant of the heat pump 201.
- the minimum surplus time is a preset time that can be expected when surplus power is stably supplied.
- the sufficient amount of heat is the maximum amount of heat that can be stored in the hot water storage tank 203 (for example, 25000 kcal), and the insufficient amount of heat is the minimum amount of heat stored in order to prevent running out of hot water, as in the case of normal operation.
- the amount of heat to be kept (for example, 5000 kcal). That is, when the amount of heat in the hot water storage tank 203 falls below the amount of insufficient heat, the heat pump 201 starts normal operation instead of following operation and stores heat to avoid running out of hot water.
- the operation control unit 209c is a case where the heat pump 201 consumes only surplus power and can be continuously operated (first condition) until the efficiency stabilizes after the start-up and the efficiency exceeds a certain level.
- the hot water storage tank 203 is still capable of storing heat (second condition) and the heat storage is not short enough to run out (third condition)
- the power consumption command value is calculated and transmitted to the heat pump control unit 211. .
- the power consumption command value is transmitted only when the first to third conditions are satisfied, that is, when the heat efficiency of the heat pump 201 can be maintained, the amount of heat can be stored in the hot water storage tank 203, and the hot water does not run out. Then, as described above, the heat pump 201 is operated so as to consume power that follows the surplus power.
- the heat pump hot water supply system 2000 As a premise, it is assumed that the current time is 12:00:00 and the heat pump hot water supply system 2000 has already been operating for 30 minutes or longer. Further, it is assumed that the heating temperature of the heat pump 201 is determined to be 70 ° C. by the heat pump control unit 211.
- FIG. 9 is a flowchart of an operation process performed by the HP control device 209 and the heat pump control unit 211 every other minute.
- FIG. 10 is a flowchart of power consumption command value calculation processing (S1101) executed by the HP control device 209.
- the information acquisition unit 209a compares the previous processing time with the current time, and determines whether one minute has passed since the previous processing (S1201). As described above, since the current time is 12:00:00, it is determined that the minute value has changed compared to the previous processing time (YES in S1201).
- the information acquisition unit 209a updates the surplus power history stored in the power information storage unit 209b (S1202).
- the information acquisition unit 209a acquires the average load power for the past one minute and the average PV power generation for the past one minute from the power distribution apparatus 204. Also, the information acquisition unit 209a subtracts the load power from the acquired PV generation power, and if the value is negative, the surplus power is zero, and if the value is positive, the surplus power is the value. Then, the information acquisition unit 209a discards the oldest 30 minutes before the surplus power history stored in the power information storage unit 209b, and the latest PV generation power, load power, and surplus power are one minute before. New accumulation as a value.
- the information acquisition unit 209a acquires other information used for calculating the power consumption command value (S1203). Specifically, the information acquisition unit 209a acquires the surplus power history and the immediately preceding surplus power from the power information storage unit 209b, and acquires the amount of heat in the tank from the heat pump control unit 211. Then, the information acquisition unit 209a notifies the operation control unit 209c of the acquired information.
- the operation control unit 209c determines whether or not the surplus power history satisfies the first condition (S1204).
- the first condition in the present embodiment is that the state where the surplus power exceeds the minimum power consumption continues continuously for the minimum surplus time.
- the minimum power consumption is 500 W
- the minimum surplus time is 15 minutes. For example, when all surplus power values from 1 minute to 15 minutes before the current surplus power history exceed 500 W, it is determined that the surplus power history satisfies the first condition (YES in S1204).
- the operation control unit 209c determines whether the amount of heat in the tank satisfies the second and third conditions (S1205).
- the second condition according to the present embodiment is that the immediately preceding heat amount in the tank is less than or equal to the heat amount
- the third condition is that the immediately preceding heat amount in the tank exceeds the insufficient heat amount.
- the sufficient amount of heat is 25,000 kcal and the insufficient amount of heat is 5,000 kcal. For example, if the immediately preceding tank heat quantity is 10,000 kcal, it is determined that the tank heat quantity satisfies the second and third conditions (YES in S1205).
- step S1205 If YES in step S1205 described above, that is, if all of the first to third conditions are satisfied, the operation control unit 209c sets a predetermined threshold value for the amount of change in surplus power acquired in a predetermined period until now. It is determined whether it exceeds (S1206).
- the “predetermined period” in step S1206 is a period that is sufficiently shorter than the “minimum surplus time” in the first condition, and is, for example, about 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
- the “threshold value” in step S1206 is a value determined according to the amount of change in power per unit time that can be followed by the heat pump 201, and is, for example, about 500 W to 1500 W.
- the aforementioned “predetermined period” and “threshold value” are related to each other. Generally, the shorter the “predetermined period”, the smaller the “threshold value”. For example, the threshold when the predetermined period is 1 minute can be set to 1000 W.
- the “predetermined period” and the “threshold value” are not fixed values, and may be updated based on past surplus power transition or the like.
- the operation control unit 209c calculates a power consumption command value based on the surplus power and transmits it to the heat pump control unit 211 (S1208). Specifically, the operation control unit 209c uses the immediately previous (latest) surplus power as the power consumption command value.
- the immediately preceding surplus power is a numerical value of the surplus power (W) at one minute before the time sequence of FIG. Therefore, it can be said that the immediately preceding surplus power is the latest surplus power in the table of FIG.
- the power consumption command value based on the immediately preceding (latest) surplus power continues for one minute after being acquired.
- the power consumption command value may be set to a value slightly smaller than the surplus power. This means that, for example, if the immediately preceding surplus power is 650 W, the power consumption command value may be 630 W. However, it is not appropriate to set the power consumption command value to a value larger than the surplus power.
- the operation control unit 209c transmits the previously calculated power consumption command value to the heat pump control unit 211 instead of using the immediately preceding surplus power as the power consumption command value (S1209).
- the power consumption command value in this case temporarily stops following the increase / decrease in the surplus power as the power consumption of the heat pump 201 (the degree of following decreases).
- the calculation of the power consumption command value calculated last time will be described more specifically. As a premise, it is assumed that the fluctuation amount of the surplus power is within the threshold until two minutes before the time string, and the surplus power one minute before the time string exceeds the fluctuation threshold.
- the calculation of the power consumption command value in this case does not change the surplus power of 1 minute before to the power consumption command value, but instead of the power consumption command value of 2 minutes before the fluctuation amount was within the threshold, The power consumption command value is continued. That is, instead of using the latest surplus power as the power consumption command value, the power consumption command value obtained in the past when the fluctuation amount is within the threshold value so that the power consumption command value does not follow the surplus power. Is adopted.
- FIG. 11 is a flowchart of control parameter calculation processing (S1102) of the heat pump 201, which is executed by the heat pump control unit 211.
- the heat pump control unit 211 determines whether a new power consumption command value has been acquired from the HP control device 209 (S1301).
- the heat pump control unit 211 acquires input information necessary for calculating the control parameter (S1302).
- the heat pump control unit 211 acquires the incoming temperature of the water supplied from the hot water storage tank 203 to the heat exchanger 202 from the incoming water temperature measuring unit 213, and acquires the outside air temperature near the heat pump 201 from the outside air temperature measuring unit 212. Note that the boiling temperature is held in advance by the heat pump control unit 211, and the power consumption command value has already been acquired from the HP control device 209.
- the heat pump control unit 211 refers to the second control table, and acquires output information corresponding to the incoming water temperature, the outside air temperature, the boiling temperature, and the power consumption command value acquired as input information (S1303).
- An example of the input information is shown in FIG. 12A
- an example of the second control table is shown in FIG. 12B.
- a power consumption command value of 1000 W, an incoming water temperature of 13 ° C., an outside air temperature of 11 ° C., and a boiling temperature of 70 ° C. are acquired as input information.
- there are values that match the input information for the power consumption command value and the boiling temperature there are no values that match for the incoming water temperature and the outside air temperature.
- the heat pump control unit 211 since the value set in the second control table is a discrete value, if there is no value in the second control table that completely matches the combination of input information, the heat pump control unit 211 is linear.
- a control parameter is calculated by complementation (S1304).
- the heat pump control unit 211 linearly complements the output information between the plurality of columns of the referenced second control table with the input information, and acquires the output information corresponding to the input information.
- FIG. 13A and FIG. 13B show examples of results obtained by linearly complementing the second control table shown in FIG. 12B with the input information shown in FIG. 12A.
- the outside air temperature is linearly complemented as the first linear compensation.
- the result in FIG. 13A is calculated. That is, the first column in FIG. 13A is the result of linear interpolation of the first column and the second column of FIG. 12B, and the second column of FIG. 13A is the linear complement of the third column and the fourth column of FIG. 12B. It is a result.
- the incoming water temperature is linearly supplemented as the second linear interpolation.
- linear interpolation is performed on the output information between the columns in which only the incoming water temperature in FIG. 13A is different at the incoming water temperature (13 ° C.)
- the result in FIG. As a result, output information corresponding to the input information shown in FIG. 12A can be obtained. That is, when the operation of the heat pump 201 is controlled using this output information (S1309), the heat pump 201 consumes power close to the power consumption command value.
- the heat pump control unit 211 determines whether or not to normally operate the heat pump 201 (S1305). That is, as described above, the heat pump control unit 211 determines whether or not to normally operate the heat pump 201 in consideration of the current charge zone and the current hot water storage amount of the hot water storage tank 203. Specifically, in the case of normal operation, the heat pump 201 is operated until the hot water storage tank 203 is filled with hot water during the midnight hours when the power rate is low, and the hot water storage amount of the hot water storage tank 203 is not used during other time periods. When it decreases to a certain amount, the heat pump 201 is operated so as not to run out of hot water.
- the heat pump control unit 211 acquires input information necessary for calculating the control parameter (S1306), refers to the first control table (S1307), and linearly changes as necessary.
- the control parameter is calculated by complementing (S1308). Note that the processing in steps S1306 to S1308 is common to steps S1302 to S1304 except that the power consumption command value is not included in the input information and the first control table is used. Description is omitted.
- step S1305 since the operation of the heat pump 201 is not performed, the heat pump control unit 211 ends the process without calculating the control parameters of the heat pump 201.
- the heat pump control unit 211 controls the operation of the heat pump 201 using the control parameters calculated by the above processing.
- the power consumed by the heat pump 201 operating according to the control parameters calculated in steps S1302 to S1304 is the same as or close to the power consumption command value calculated by the HP control device 209. Since the power consumption command value is updated every unit time, as a result, the power consumed by the heat pump 201 (heat pump load power) increases and decreases following the increase and decrease of the power consumption command value per unit time.
- the heat pump control unit 211 controls the operation of the heat pump 201 so that the heat pump load power approaches the power consumption command value (surplus power) acquired immediately before.
- the power consumption command value calculated in step S1208 in FIG. 10 is the same as or very close to the previous surplus power. . That is, the power consumption command value in the white background time zone in FIG. 14 faithfully follows the increase or decrease in surplus power (the degree of following is high). As a result, most of the surplus power is consumed by the heat pump 201, and the power flowing back in the system becomes extremely small.
- the power consumption command value calculated in step S1209 in FIG. 10 is not the power consumption command value calculated immediately before, It becomes the same value as the power consumption command value calculated earlier. That is, the power consumption command value in the shaded time zone of FIG. 14 becomes a value temporarily deviating from the surplus power, and the degree of follow-up to the surplus power is low.
- the surplus power exceeds the power consumption command value, reverse tide occurs, and when the power consumption command value exceeds the surplus power, power purchase occurs.
- a sudden change in surplus power occurs, for example, at the timing when the first power load 205 such as a hair dryer or a microwave oven is operated or stopped. Then, as shown in the example of FIG. 14, this rapid change converges in a relatively short time and returns to the original value, that is, a sudden increase and decrease in surplus power are set within a short period of time. Often occurs.
- the amount of change in power consumption that can be followed by a general heat pump 201 is about 200 to 300 W per minute. That is, when the amount of change in the power consumption command value exceeds this, the power actually consumed by the heat pump 201 cannot follow the power consumption command value, and the heat pump load power and the power consumption command value temporarily deviate.
- the heat pump load power cannot follow this, and a delay occurs. As a result, reverse tide occurs. And when the sudden increase in surplus power ends in a short period and the surplus power begins to decrease sharply as in the section (2) of FIG. 14, the heat pump load power is a process that gradually increases. Even if the power consumption command value is made to follow a rapid decrease, the heat pump load power cannot follow up. As a result, electricity purchase may occur.
- the HP control device 209 does not temporarily cause the power consumption command value to follow the surplus power during the period in which the surplus power is changing rapidly. That is, the power consumption command value before the surplus power immediately before is adopted, and the power consumption command value is maintained substantially constant. As a result, instead of allowing a slight reverse tide or power purchase, rapid fluctuations in the heat pump load power can be prevented and the heat pump 201 can be operated stably.
- the heat pump control unit 211 stores a first control table used in the case of normal operation and a second control table used when the heat pump load power is made to follow the power consumption command value (surplus power). .
- This second control table is created based on experiments in advance so that the heat pump load power becomes close to the input power consumption command value, and is stored in the heat pump control unit 211. Thereby, the driving
- the power consumption command value is not allowed to follow the surplus power temporarily. Rapid fluctuations in power can be prevented and the heat pump 201 can be operated stably.
- the HP control device 209 sets the power consumption command value to satisfy the condition (first condition) that the state where the surplus power up to the present time exceeds the minimum power consumption continues continuously for the minimum surplus time or longer. This is one of the conditions for output.
- This minimum power consumption is preferably set to the minimum power consumption that can make the efficiency of the heat pump 201 a certain level or higher, from the heat pump cycle characteristics that depend on the refrigerant of the heat pump 201. Thereby, by calculating a very small power consumption command value, the cycle characteristics are deteriorated and the heat pump 201 is not operated with low efficiency.
- satisfying the first condition is that surplus power is stably generated for a certain period (minimum surplus time) up to the present time. It means that there is a high possibility of occurrence.
- the heat pump 201 generally takes time from startup to rated operation, and there is a problem that the time until that time is operated with low efficiency. That is, if the surplus power is not stable, the heat pump 201 will stop immediately after startup, and will operate with low efficiency. Therefore, it is desirable that the minimum surplus time of the first condition is set to a time required from the start of the heat pump 201 to the rated operation. As a result, the heat pump 201 is not operated with low efficiency.
- the heat pump hot water supply system 2000 provided with the solar power generation device 210 can effectively reduce the amount of power that flows back to the grid and suppress the electricity rate. Can do.
- the heat pump hot water supply system 2000 As described above, the heat pump hot water supply system 2000 according to the first embodiment has been described, but the following form may be adopted.
- the solar power generation device 210 has been described as an example of the power generation device, other power generation devices such as wind power generation and a fuel cell may be used.
- the HP control device 209 is outside the heat pump type hot water supply device 200 and serves as a gateway, but may be installed inside the heat pump type hot water supply device 200 or inside the power distribution device 204. Further, the operation control function of the HP control device 209 may be provided to the heat pump hot water supply device 200 or the power distribution device 204.
- HP control device 209 and the heat pump control unit 211 perform operation control at a frequency of once per minute, processing may be performed at a frequency of 0.01 seconds or once per second.
- FIG. 10 shows an example in which the process proceeds to step S1206 only when all of the first to third conditions are satisfied
- the present invention is not limited to this. That is, some of the first to third conditions may be omitted, and it may be determined whether or not the power consumption command value is calculated only under other conditions. For example, in a house where the heat pump hot water supply apparatus 200 is installed, when the amount of heat in the hot water storage tank 203 is always included in the range of sufficient heat amount and insufficient heat amount, the second and third conditions are satisfied. By omitting the determination, the processing load on the operation control unit 209c can be reduced. In this case, the flow chart goes from step S1204 in FIG. 10 to step S1206 by skipping step S1205.
- Embodiment 2 Next, the operation of the heat pump hot water supply system according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. Note that detailed description of points common to the first embodiment will be omitted, and points unique to the second embodiment will be mainly described.
- FIG. 15 is a flowchart showing another embodiment of FIG.
- the flowchart shown in FIG. 15 is common to FIG. 10 except that step S1207 is added after step S1206. That is, in the case of YES in step S1206, the operation control unit 209c according to Embodiment 2 compares the amount of change in load power in a predetermined period up to the present with the amount of change in PV power generation in the corresponding period (S1207). ).
- the operation control unit 209c When the change amount of the load power exceeds the change amount of the PV power generation (YES in S1207), the operation control unit 209c does not set the immediately preceding surplus power as the power consumption command value, but the previous power consumption command value. Is transmitted to the heat pump control unit 211 (S1209). On the other hand, when the change amount of the load power is equal to or less than the change amount of the PV generation power (NO in S1207), the operation control unit 209c transmits a power consumption command value following the surplus power immediately before to the heat pump control unit 211 (S1208). ).
- FIGS. 16 and 17 are diagrams showing the relationship between surplus power, power consumption command value, PV generation power, and load power, and when YES is determined in step S1207 of FIG. 15 (FIG. 16), FIG. It is a figure for demonstrating the case where it determines with NO by FIG.15 S1207 (FIG. 17).
- surplus power is the difference between PV generation power and load power. That is, the sudden fluctuation of surplus power is caused by the sudden fluctuation of PV generation power or load power. More specifically, when the PV power generation is substantially constant and only the load power fluctuates rapidly, when the load power is substantially constant and only the PV power generation fluctuates rapidly, and when the PV power generation and the load power are opposite to each other, When the direction fluctuates, the surplus power suddenly fluctuates.
- the main cause of fluctuation of the load power is the start or stop of the first power load 205.
- the fluctuation of the load power is generally abrupt and ends in a short period as shown in FIG. 16, for example.
- the amount of change in load power is relatively large (YES in step S1207 in FIG. 15)
- the power consumption command value is made to follow fluctuations in surplus power as already described in the first embodiment.
- the heat pump load power will follow with a delay. Therefore, in such a case, it is desirable to transmit the previous power consumption command value to the heat pump control unit 211 instead of the power consumption command value calculated based on the latest surplus power (step S1209 in FIG. 15). (Do not follow).
- the main causes of fluctuations in PV generation are weather changes, sunrise / sunset, etc., and fluctuations in PV generation are likely to last for a relatively long time. Therefore, for example, as shown in FIG. 17, the fluctuation of the PV power generation is generally gentle and continues for a long time as compared with the load power. Therefore, in such a case, it is desirable to transmit (follow) the power consumption command value calculated based on the latest surplus power to the heat pump control unit 211.
- the heat pump 201 can be made to operate stably.
- FIG. 15 shows an example in which the process proceeds to step S1206 only when all of the first to third conditions are satisfied, but the present invention is not limited to this. In this case, from the YES in step S1204 in FIG. 15, step S1205 is skipped, and the process leads to step S1206.

Abstract
