　そこで、見知らぬ者同士を複数集めて１グループとし、グループ単位での予約成立を支援するシステムが知られている。これは、ネット上で予約サイトによって予め用意された予約枠に対して、予約者がそれぞれ予約の申請を行い、予約者の合計人数が所定人数に達した場合に予約成立とするものである（特許文献１参照）。

　しかしながら、これら従来型のシステムにおいては、予約者は予約を成立させるための積極的なアクションを取ることが出来ないため、結果的に予約者が所定人数に達することなく予約不成立となることも多い。
　以上の課題を解決するために本発明が採用する手段を以下に説明する。
　本発明に係る管理装置は、複数の会員が共同で利用する利用対象の予約を募集する情報を通信網を介して提供し、複数の会員によってなされた前記利用対象の予約に関する複数の申請を受け付けて１つのグループ予約として予約を確定させるものであって、　前記利用対象を利用可能な人数分の複数の予約枠および当該複数の予約枠のそれぞれに設定された料金情報を含む予約枠情報を、前記通信網を介して提供する募集情報提供部と、前記利用対象の予約の募集を主催することを申し出る主催申請を示す主催申請情報を前記会員の通信装置から受信して当該主催申請を受理すると、前記主催申請情報にて指定された未予約状態の予約枠を主催予約枠として予約済状態に変更する主催申請受理部と、前記主催申請を受理された会員である主催会員の通信装置から予約枠に設定された料金を変更する変更申請を示す変更申請情報を受信して前記変更申請を受理すると、前記変更申請情報にて指定された料金情報によって未予約状態の予約枠に設定された料金情報を更新する料金変更部と、前記利用対象の予約を申し出る予約申請を示す予約申請情報を前記会員の通信装置から受信して前記予約申請を承認すると、当該予約申請情報にて指定された未予約状態の予約枠を予約済状態に変更する予約申請受理部と、全ての予約枠が予約済状態になった場合に、１つのグループ予約として予約を確定させる予約確定部と、を備える。
　なお、「予約申請の承認」の条件については、どのようなものであってもよく、例えば、予約申請情報を受信することを承認の条件としてもよいし、予約申請が募集条件を充足することを承認の条件としてもよい。これらの場合は、主催会員の承認は不要である。あるいは、主催会員が承認することを予約申請の承認の条件としてもよい。
　上述した管理装置において、前記料金変更部は、未予約状態の予約枠の料金を減少又は増加する前記主催会員の前記変更申請を受理すると、全ての予約枠の料金の総和を一定に保つように前記主催予約枠の料金情報を変更することが好ましい。
　上述した管理装置において、前記料金変更部は、前記変更申請が未予約状態の予約枠の料金を減少することを示す場合、前記主催会員が当該料金の減少額に相当する電子的なポイントを支払うことを前記変更申請の受理の条件としてもよい。
　なお、予約が確定しなかった場合には、管理装置が電子的なポイントを主催会員に払い戻せばよい。
　上述した管理装置において、前記料金変更部は、前記予約申請を承認された会員から未予約状態の予約枠の料金を所定金額だけ減少させる減額申請を示す減額申請情報を受信して前記減額申請を受理すると、前記減額申請情報にて指定された未予約状態の予約枠に設定された料金情報を前記所定金額だけ減少させ、当該予約申請を承認された会員の予約した予約枠に設定された料金情報を前記所定金額だけ増加させてもよい。
　この場合、前記料金変更部は、前記所定金額に相当する電子的なポイントを支払うことを前記減額申請の受理の条件としてもよい。
　上述した管理装置において、前記変更申請情報又は前記減額申請情報は、前記予約枠情報における未予約状態の個別の予約枠について料金情報を指定し、前記料金変更部は、当該個別に指定された予約枠について前記料金情報を変更することが好ましい。
　上述した管理装置において、前記主催申請情報又は前記変更申請情報には、前記未予約状態の予約枠の募集条件が含まれており、前記募集情報提供部は、前記主催申請情報又は前記変更申請情報の示す募集条件を前記通信網を介して提供することが好ましい。
　上述した管理装置において、前記主催申請情報には、前記利用対象の予約の募集を主催することを申し出る会員の識別情報が含まれており、前記予約申請情報には、前記利用対象の予約を申し出る会員の識別情報が含まれており、前記募集情報提供部は、会員を特定する識別情報と当該会員のプロフィールを示すプロフィール情報とを対応づけて記憶する会員データベースから、前記主催会員の識別情報に対応づけられたプロフィール情報を読み出して、前記主催予約枠と関連付けて当該プロフィール情報を前記通信網を介して会員に提供し、前記予約申請を承認された会員の識別情報と対応づけられたプロフィール情報を前記会員データベースから読み出して、前記予約申請情報にて指定された予約枠と関連付けて当該プロフィール情報を前記通信網を介して会員に提供することが好ましい。
　上述した管理装置において、前記予約申請受理部は、１の予約枠に対して複数の予約申請を受理することが可能であり、前記募集情報提供部は、前記予約枠と関連付けて前記予約申請を受理した会員のプロフィール情報を前記通信網を介して会員に提供し、前記予約申請受理部は、前記予約枠について前記予約申請の認否を示す認否情報を前記主催会員から前記通信網を介して受信すると、前記認否情報が前記予約申請を承認することを示す場合には、当該承認された予約申請のみに関連付けて前記予約枠を予約済状態に変更する、ことが好ましい。
　なお、一つの予約枠について、複数の予約申請があった場合、主催会員は予約申請を受理した会員のプロフィールを閲覧して誰を承認するか、あるいは全ての会員を承認しないかを決めることが可能となる。
　本発明に係る管理方法は、複数の会員が共同で利用する利用対象の予約を募集する情報を通信網を介して提供し、複数の会員によってなされた前記利用対象の予約に関する複数の申請を受け付けて１つのグループ予約として予約を確定させる管理方法であって、前記利用対象を利用可能な人数分の複数の予約枠および当該複数の予約枠のそれぞれに設定された料金情報を含む予約枠情報を、前記通信網を介して提供するステップと、前記利用対象の予約の募集を主催することを申し出る主催申請を示す主催申請情報を前記会員の通信装置から受信して当該主催申請を受理すると、前記主催申請情報にて指定された未予約状態の予約枠を主催予約枠として予約済状態に変更するステップと、前記主催申請を受理された会員である主催会員の通信装置から予約枠に設定された料金を変更する変更申請を示す変更申請情報を受信して前記変更申請を受理すると、前記変更申請情報にて指定された料金情報によって未予約状態の予約枠に設定された料金情報を更新するステップと、前記利用対象の予約を申し出る予約申請を示す予約申請情報を前記会員の通信装置から受信して前記予約申請を承認すると、当該予約申請情報にて指定された未予約状態の予約枠を予約済状態に変更するステップと、全ての予約枠が予約済状態になった場合に、１つのグループ予約として予約を確定させるステップと、を備える。

＜１．予約支援システムの構成＞
　図１は、本発明の実施形態に係る予約支援システム１００のブロック図である。この予約支援システム１００は、複数の会員が１つの利用対象を共同で予約することを支援するためのものである。ここでは、予約支援システムの一例として、ＳＮＳの会員を対象としたゴルフ場の予約支援システムを取り上げる。
　予約支援システム１００は、会員の通信装置２-1、２-2、２-3、…２-ｎ、利用対象の予約を管理する管理装置３、ゴルフ場サーバ４、及び通信網として機能するインターネット１を備える。会員の通信装置２-1～２-ｎは、インターネット１を介した通信が可能であり、ブラウザ機能や電子メール機能を備え、例えば、パーソナルコンピュータや携帯電話機が該当する。ゴルフ場サーバ４は、ゴルフ場の管理者が運営するサーバであって、管理装置３に対して、利用対象の予約の募集に関する情報を提供する。
　管理装置３は、ＳＮＳの会員を対象とした各種利用対象の予約の募集に関する情報をＳＮＳの会員に提供する。これらの利用対象には、複数の会員が共同で利用するゴルフ場や、複数の会員が共同で購入する商品などが含まれ、予約支援システムは、複数の会員が共同でプレーするゴルフ場の予約や、複数の会員が共同して行う商品の購入などを支援する。
　図２に管理装置の構成を示す。この図に示すように。管理装置３は、装置全体を制御するＣＰＵ（Central Processing Unit）３０、ＣＰＵ３０の作業領域として機能するＲＡＭ（Random Access Memory）３１、ブートプログラムなどを記憶したＲＯＭ（Read Only Memory）３２、各種のプログラムやデータを記憶するハードディスク３３、キーボードやマウスなどを含む入力部３４、画像を表示するディスプレイ３５、及びインターネット１を介して外部の装置と通信を行う通信インターフェースを備える。
　ハードディスク３３には、会員データベースＤＢが格納されている。なお、管理装置３を複数のサーバで構成し、利用対象の予約を管理するサーバと会員データベースＤＢを提供するサーバを独立して設けてもよい。
　図３に、会員データベースＤＢが記憶するデータのデータ構造の一部を示す。この図に示すように、会員データベースＤＢには、会員を一意に識別する情報である会員ＩＤ（識別情報）と、プロフィール情報とが対応付けられて記憶されている。プロフィール情報は、性別、年齢、住所、ゴルフのプレー履歴、会員権の有無、所有クラブ、スキル、メールアドレス及び評価値が、それぞれ会員ＩＤに対応付けられて記憶されている。会員権とはゴルフ場の会員権であり、スキルは、ゴルフのハンディキャップを意味する。また、評価値とは、一緒にゴルフをプレーした会員が、プレー後に評価の対象者のマナーや好感度について評価した値の累積値である。例えば、「非常の良い」を「２」、「良い」を「１」、「普通」を「０」、「悪い」を「－１」、「非常に悪い」を「－２」といったように点数化して評価を行う。
＜２．サービス提供システムの動作＞
　次に、サービス提供システム１００の各動作について、募集依頼、主催申請、主催会員による変更申請、参加会員による減額申請、及び予約確定通知に分けて説明する。
＜２－１：募集依頼＞
　図４に、募集依頼のシーケンスを示す。同図に示すように、ゴルフ場サーバ４から募集要求が管理装置３に送信されると、管理装置３は、募集要求に基づいて複数の会員が共同で利用する利用対象の予約を募集する情報をインターネット１を介して提供する（Ｓ１０）。この場合、情報の提供の対象は、会員に限定してもよいし、あるいは、会員に限定しなくてもよい。会員に限定しない場合には、非会員がサービスの内容を知ることができるので、会員登録の動機付けとなり得る。
　募集要求には、ゴルフ場名、開催日時、申込期限、人数及び一人当たりの価格を示す募集情報が含まれている。募集情報の示すゴルフ場名が「ＡＢＣカントリークラブ」、開催日時が「５月２２日（日）午前１０：００スタート」、申込期限が「５月１５日午後３：００」、人数が「４人」、一人当たりの価格が「８０００円」である場合、管理装置３は、例えば、図５に示すように、利用対象を利用可能な人数分の予約枠と人数分の予約枠のそれぞれに設定された料金（この例では一律８０００円）を含む情報をインターネット１を介して公開する。これにより、会員は、利用対象の予約の募集があったことを知ることができる。
　管理装置３は、利用対象の予約の募集を行った後、図４に示すように募集を開始したことを示す募集応答をゴルフ場サーバ４に返信する。
＜２－２：主催申請＞
　次に、主催申請に係る予約支援システム１００の動作について、図６を参照して説明する。主催申請とは、利用対象について、会員が利用対象の予約の募集を主催することを申し出ることを意味する。管理装置３に予め登録したＳＮＳの会員は、主催申請を申し出ることができる。より具体的には、主催を申し出る会員が、図５に示す複数の予約枠の一つを指定すると（例えば、「予約枠」のボタンの１つを選択）、当該会員の通信装置には主催申請のページが表示される。そして、当該会員が必要な事項を入力し確定させると、主催申請に関する情報が通信装置から管理装置３に送信される。図６に示す例では、通信装置２-1から主催申請に関する情報が管理装置３に対して送信される。主催申請には、主催を申し出る会員の会員ＩＤ及び募集条件を示す主催申請情報が含まれている。
　募集条件とは、主催を申し出る会員が、利用対象の予約の募集について設定する条件であり、個々の予約枠について設定することが可能である。図５に示す例では、４つの予約枠があり、そのうちの一つは主催を申し出る会員が指定するので、他の３つの予約枠について募集条件を設定することが可能である。
　説明を図６に戻す。主催申請を受信した管理装置３は、主催条件を充足するか否かを判定する（Ｓ２０）。主催条件は管理装置３の運用上、予め定められている。例えば、評価値が１００以上であること、プレー履歴が３年以上であること、あるいは会員権を所有していることなどである。この場合、管理装置３のＣＰＵ３０は、主催申請情報に含まれる会員ＩＤに対応するプロフィール情報を会員データベースＤＢから読み出して、主催条件を充足するか否かを判定する。これによって、例えば、評価の低い会員やゴルフの経験が少ない会員など、一定基準に満たない会員が予約対の予約の募集を主催することを防止できるので、予約支援システムの運営の質を高めることができる。以下の説明では、管理装置３によって主催申請が受理された会員を主催会員と称する。
　この後、管理装置３は、主催申請情報に含まれる募集条件、及び主催申請情報に含まれる会員ＩＤに対応する主催会員のプロフィール情報をインターネット１を介して公開する（Ｓ２１）。図７に、インターネット１で公開される募集ページを示す。領域Ｘ１には、主催会員の氏名が表示され、領域Ｘ２にはゴルフ場及び開催日時が表示され、領域Ｘ３には主催会員のメッセージが表示され、領域Ｘ４には募集期間が表示される。
　更に、予約枠Ａ～Ｃにおいては、料金、年齢、性別、及び住所が個別に設定される。例えば、予約枠Ａでは、２０代の女性を募集しているのに対し、予約枠Ｃでは年齢不問の男性を募集している。このように主催会員が募集条件を設定できるようにすることで、主催会員が意図するメンバーによるゴルフコンペを開催することが可能となる。
　また、領域Ｘ１をクリックすると、ＳＮＳにおける主催会員（この例では、小波太郎）の公開ページにジャンプするようになっている。公開ページでは、主催会員のプロフィールやコメントが表示される。この利用対象の予約を検討する会員は、主催会員の公開ページを参照して当該主催会員のプロフィールを知った上で、利用対象について参加の可否を検討することができる。
　この後、管理装置３は、主催申請を受理するか否かを示す主催申請応答を主催申請を申し出た会員の通信装置２-1に返信する。これにより、主催を申し出た会員は、主催が認められたか否かを知ることができる。
＜２－３：変更申請＞
　次に、変更申請について説明する。主催会員は募集期間内であれば、募集条件をいつでも変更することができる、但し、後述する予約申請が行われた予約枠に係る変更はできない。図６に示す例では、通信装置２-1から変更申請が管理装置３に送信される。変更申請には、変更後の募集条件を示す変更申請情報が含まれている。変更後の募集条件には、料金、年齢、性別、及び住所などが含まれる。
　管理装置３は、募集期間内に変更申請を受信すると、変更申請情報に基づいて変更後の募集条件をインターネット１を介して公開する（Ｓ３０）。これにより、会員は、最新の募集条件を知ることができる。一方、管理装置３は、募集期間を経過した後になされた変更申請は受け付けない。
　変更後の募集条件は、例えば、予約枠Ａについて料金から４０００円値下げすることを示す場合には、図８に示すように予約枠Ａの料金が８０００円から４０００円に変更され、「￥４０００ＤＯＷＮ！」と表示される。この場合、主催会員は予約枠Ａの会員のために４０００円余分に料金を負担することになる。料金の負担方法は、例えば、ゴルフ場での支払時に主催会員が料金の８０００円に４０００円を加算した１２０００円を支払うようにしてもよい。
　あるいは、電子的なポイントを４０００円分購入しこれを支払いに充当するようにしてもよい。この場合、ＳＮＳの会員は、管理装置３が生成する所定のページにアクセスすることによって電子的なポイントを購入できるようになっている。会員が所持するポイントは、会員ＩＤと対応づけて会員データベースＤＢに記憶しておけばよい。そして、会員はポイントによってポイント数に相当する金額の支払いを行うことが可能となっている。この例では、主催会員が予め購入しておいたポイントから、４０００円分のポイントを管理装置３に対して支払う。管理装置３は、支払われたポイントを管理し、利用対象の予約が成立した場合には、ゴルフ場サーバ４との間で決済処理を実行する。電子的なポイントで料金を支払可能にすることにより、決済処理の自由度を向上させることができる。一方、利用対象の予約が不成立であった場合には、ポイントを主催会員に払い戻せばよい。なお、電子的なポイントを用いる場合には、主催会員が料金の減少額に相当する電子的なポイントを支払うことを変更申請の受理の条件とし、不受理の場合には変更後の募集条件を公開せず、受理した場合にのみ変更後の募集条件を公開してもよい。なお、変更申請において支払いが必要な電子的なポイントは、必ずしも事前に購入しておく必要はなく、支払いの必要なタイミングで購入可能なようにしても構わない。
　このように、利用対象の予約の募集期間内に主催会員による料金の変更などを認めることによって、利用対象の予約を成立し易くできる。すなわち、募集期間が残り少なくなった場合に、料金を減額することによって他の会員の参加を促すことができる。
　また、逆に料金を増額することも可能である。例えば、男性が対象の予約枠Ｃについては、料金を増額し、女性が対象の予約枠Ａについては料金を減額することも可能である。
　なお、管理装置３のＣＰＵ３０は、主催会員から他の予約枠について、料金を減少又は増加する変更申請があると、利用対象の全ての予約枠の料金の総和を一定に保ちながら主催会員の料金を変更する。例えば、主催会員から他の予約枠の料金を減額する変更申請があった場合には、減額分に相当する料金を主催会員が負担することになる。このため、利用対象の提供者に負担を強いることなく、利用対象の予約の募集条件を自由に変更することが可能となる。
　図８に示す例では、各予約枠の基準料金が一律８０００円であるから、それらの総和は３２０００円となる。予約枠Ａについて４０００円に減額しても総和が一定になるように主催会員の料金を設定するから、主催会員の支払いは１２０００円となる。
＜２－４：予約申請＞
　次に、予約申請について説明する。予約申請は、主催会員が予約の募集を主催する利用対象に対して他の会員が予約を申し出ることを意味する。図６に示す例では、通信装置２-2から管理装置３に予約申請が送信される。予約申請には、予約枠について予約することを申し出る会員の会員ＩＤを含む予約申請情報が含まれている。具体的には、会員が図８に示す予約枠Ａ～Ｃにおいて、「応募する」のボタンを選択すると、会員ＩＤを含む予約申請情報が会員の通信装置２-2から管理装置３に送信される。
　管理装置３は予約申請を受信すると、募集条件を充足するか否かを判定する（Ｓ４０）。この判定処理において、管理装置３は、予約申請に含まれる会員ＩＤに対応するプロフィール情報を会員データベースＤＢから読み出し、読み出したプロフィール情報が募集条件を充足するか否かを判定する。
　例えば、図３に示す会員ＩＤ「0004」の会員が予約枠Ｃの「応募する」のボタンを選択したとする。予約枠Ｃには、募集条件として「男性」及び「千葉／埼玉／東京」が設定されているので、募集条件は充足されない。一方、図３に示す会員ＩＤ「0002」の会員が予約枠Ｃの「応募する」のボタンを選択した場合は、募集条件を充足する。
　募集条件を充足する場合、管理装置３は、予約申請を受理して参加申請者のプロフィールを公開し、予約枠を参加申請中の状態に変更する（Ｓ４１）。例えば、予約枠Ｃについて予約申請があると、図９に示すように予約枠Ｃに「参加申請中」と表示される。なお、この状態でも他の会員は予約枠Ｃに対して予約申請が可能である。この例において、受理された複数の予約申請の一つを最終的に承認するのは主催会員だからである。
　説明を図６に戻す。管理装置３は、ステップＳ４０及びＳ４１の処理を終了すると、予約申請応答を通信装置２-2に返信する。この予約申請応答には、予約申請を受理したか否かを示す情報が含まれる。募集条件を充足する場合には予約申請は受理され、募集条件を充足しない場合には予約申請は不受理となる。
　予約申請が受理された場合、管理装置３は、主催会員の通信装置２-1に対して予約申請受理通知を送信する。通信装置２-1では予約申請受理通知を受信することによって、予約申請が受理されたことを知ることができる。上述したように、受理された予約申請を承認するか否かを最終的に決定するのは主催会員である。主催会員は、予約の応募を主催する利用対象について、図１０に示す管理ページを閲覧することができる。この管理ページは、管理装置３によって通信装置２-1に提供される。この例では、予約枠Ｃに対して、３人の会員から予約申請が受理されたものとする。主催会員が通信装置２-1において予約枠Ｃに表示される氏名を選択すると、予約申請を受理した会員のページが表示され、会員のプロフィールを閲覧できるようになっている。これにより、主催会員は、予約申請が受理された会員のプロフィールを知った上で、誰とプレーするかを検討することができる。
　そして、予約枠Ｃの「ＯＫする」「断る」のボタンを選択すると、図６に示す認否通知が通信装置２-1から管理装置３に送信される。なお、ある会員について「ＯＫする」のボタンを選択すると、他の会員については自動的に「断る」を選択したことなる。
　このように、予約申請を承認する権限が与えられるので、主催会員は、自身の所望するタイプの会員を選択することができる。
　管理装置３は認否通知を受信すると、予約申請が受理された会員の通信装置に確定通知を送信する。確定通知には、予約申請が承認されたか否か示す情報が含まれている。これによって、予約申請を申し出た会員は、予約申請が承認されたか否かを知ることができる。但し、予約申請応答において不受理を通知した会員には通知しない。
　この後、管理装置３は、予約が確定した予約枠を公開する（Ｓ４２）。例えば、図１０に示す管理ページにおいて、主催会員が「小波一郎」対応する「ＯＫする」のボタンを選択すると、管理装置３は、図１１に示すように利用対象の予約の募集ページを更新する。予約を検討する会員は、予約枠Ｃの「小波一郎」を選択することによって、「小波一郎」の公開ページを閲覧することができる。これによって、予約が確定した参加者の人となりを知ることができる。
＜２－５：減額申請＞
　次に減額申請について、図１２を参照して説明する。予約申請を承認された会員（以下、参加会員と称する）は、未予約の予約枠に対する減額申請が可能である。図１２に示す例では、通信装置２-２から管理装置３に対して減額申請が送信される。減額申請には、会員ＩＤ、指定した予約枠、及び減額する金額を含む減額申請情報が含まれている。
　管理装置３は、減額申請を受信すると、会員ＩＤに基づいて、予約申請が承認された会員であるか否かを判定し、予約申請が承認された会員である場合には、減額申請に係る予約枠の料金を減額申請情報の示す金額だけ減額して募集ページを更新し公開する（Ｓ５０）。この後、受信した減額申請が、参加会員である「小波一郎」からのものであり、予約枠Ｂについて、２０００円の減額を行うものである場合には、図１３に示すように募集ページが更新される。すなわち、予約枠Ｂの料金が８０００円から６０００円に変更され、「￥２０００ＤＯＷＮ！」と表示される。この場合、減額申請した参加会員は予約枠Ｂを予約する会員のために２０００円余分に料金を負担することになる。料金の負担方法は、例えば、ゴルフ場での支払時に減額申請した参加会員が料金の８０００円に２０００円を加算した１００００円を支払うようにしてもよい。
　あるいは、変更申請の場合と同様に電子的なポイントを２０００円分購入しこれを支払いに充当するようにしてもよい。この例では、減額申請を行う会員は、予め購入しておいたポイントから、２０００円分のポイントを管理装置３に対して支払う。管理装置３は、支払われたポイントを管理し、利用対象の予約が成立した場合には、ゴルフ場サーバ４との間で決済処理を実行する。これにより、主催会員のみならず、予約申請を承認された会員も、未予約の予約枠についての料金を減額することができるので、利用対象のグループ予約の成立の可能性を向上させることができる。一方、利用対象の予約が不成立であった場合には、ポイントを減額申請が受理された主催会員に払い戻せばよい。なお、電子的なポイントを用いる場合には、主催会員が料金の減少額に相当する電子的なポイントを支払うことを減額申請の受理の条件とし、不受理の場合には変更後の料金を公開せず、受理した場合にのみ変更後の料金を公開してもよい。なお、減額申請において支払いが必要な電子的なポイントは、必ずしも事前に購入しておく必要はなく、支払いの必要なタイミングで購入可能なようにしても構わない。
　このように料金の減額を主催会員のみならず参加会員にも認めることによって、資力の乏しい会員の参加を促し、利用対象の予約をより成立し易くできる。但し、参加会員は料金の増額の申請や、その他の募集条件を変更することはできない。
＜２－６：グループ予約確定通知＞
　次に、グループ予約確定通知について、図１２を参照して説明する。この例では、予約枠Ａについて通信装置２-3から、予約枠Ｂについて通信装置２-4から予約申請が管理装置３に送信され、いずれの予約申請についても承認されたものとする。
　管理装置３は、募集期間が経過するまでに、全ての予約枠について予約が確定したか否かを判定し（Ｓ６０）、全ての予約枠の予約が確定した場合、ゴルフ場サーバ４に対してグループ予約が確定したことを示すグループ予約確定通知を送信する（Ｓ６１）。これによって、ゴルフ場サーバ４は、グループ予約が確定したことを知ることができる。
　このように本実施形態に係る予約支援システムによれば、主催会員は、主催申請を行うタイミングで、自身の予約した予約枠以外の予約枠に対して、募集条件を自由に設定することができる。また、主催会員は、主催申請が受理された後の任意のタイミングで、募集条件を自由に変更することができる。このように、主催会員は、利用対象の予約の募集条件を自由に設定、変更することが可能であるので、利用対象のグループ予約が成立する可能性を高めることができる。
　特に、募集条件を一旦設定した後にも、募集期間内であれば、主催会員は予約の応募状況を考慮して、未予約の予約枠に対する料金等を変更することができるので、例えば募集期間が残り少なくなった場合に、料金を減額することによって他の会員の参加を促進し、利用対象のグループ予約が成立する可能性をさらに高めることができる。
また、主催会員のみならず、予約申請を承認された参加会員も未予約の予約枠に対する料金の減額が可能であるので、利用対象のグループ予約が成立する可能性をより一層高めることができる。
　さらに、予約申請を検討する会員は、ＳＮＳの機能を利用して、主催会員や参加会員のプロフィールを知ることができるので、安心して利用対象を予約することが可能となり、
利用対象のグループ予約が成立する可能性をより一層高めることができる。
＜３．変形例＞
　本発明は、上述した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、例えば、以下に述べる変形が可能である。また、以下の例示から任意に選択された１または複数の態様は適宜に併合され得る。
（１）上述した実施形態において、管理装置３はゴルフ場サーバ４とは別に設けられていたが、本発明はこれに限定されるものではなく、管理装置３とゴルフ場サーバ４とが一体であってもよい。
（２）上述した実施形態において、管理装置３は主催条件を充足する場合に主催申請を受理したが（Ｓ２０）、本発明はこれに限定されるものではなく、主催条件を設けなくてもよい。また、ＳＮＳの会員であることを主催要件としてもよい。
（３）上述した実施形態において、管理装置３は予約申請があった場合、募集条件を充足するか否かを判定し（Ｓ４０）、充足する場合に限って予約申請を受理したが、本発明はこれに限定されるものではなく、予約枠の予約が確定するまでは会員からの予約申請は全て受理し、主催会員が予約申請を承認するか否かを決定してもよい。また、管理装置３は予約申請があった場合、募集条件を充足するか否かを判定し（Ｓ４０）、充足する場合に予約申請を承認してもよい。あるいは、管理装置３は予約申請があった場合、募集条件を判定することなく、予約申請を受信することで予約申請を承認してもよい。即ち、予約申請の承認には主催会員の承認が必須ではなく、管理装置３が予約申請を自律的に承認してもよい。

Claims (10)

  1. 　複数の会員が共同で利用する利用対象の予約を募集する情報を通信網を介して提供し、複数の会員によってなされた前記利用対象の予約に関する複数の申請を受け付けて１つのグループ予約として予約を確定させる管理装置であって、
    　前記利用対象を利用可能な人数分の複数の予約枠および当該複数の予約枠のそれぞれに設定された料金情報を含む予約枠情報を、前記通信網を介して提供する募集情報提供部と、
    　前記利用対象の予約の募集を主催することを申し出る主催申請を示す主催申請情報を前記会員の通信装置から受信して当該主催申請を受理すると、前記主催申請情報にて指定された未予約状態の予約枠を主催予約枠として予約済状態に変更する主催申請受理部と、
    　前記主催申請を受理された会員である主催会員の通信装置から予約枠に設定された料金を変更する変更申請を示す変更申請情報を受信して前記変更申請を受理すると、前記変更申請情報にて指定された料金情報によって未予約状態の予約枠に設定された料金情報を更新する料金変更部と、
    　前記利用対象の予約を申し出る予約申請を示す予約申請情報を前記会員の通信装置から受信して前記予約申請を承認すると、当該予約申請情報にて指定された未予約状態の予約枠を予約済状態に変更する予約申請受理部と、
    　全ての予約枠が予約済状態になった場合に、１つのグループ予約として予約を確定させる予約確定部と、
    　を備える管理装置。
  2. 　前記料金変更部は、未予約状態の予約枠の料金を減少又は増加する前記主催会員の前記変更申請を受理すると、全ての予約枠の料金の総和を一定に保つように前記主催予約枠の料金情報を変更することを特徴とする請求項１に記載の管理装置。
  3. 　前記料金変更部は、前記変更申請が未予約状態の予約枠の料金を減少することを示す場合、前記主催会員が当該料金の減少額に相当する電子的なポイントを支払うことを前記変更申請の受理の条件とすることを特徴とする請求項２に記載の管理装置。
  4. 　前記料金変更部は、前記予約申請を承認された会員から未予約状態の予約枠の料金を所定金額だけ減少させる減額申請を示す減額申請情報を受信して前記減額申請を受理すると、前記減額申請情報にて指定された未予約状態の予約枠に設定された料金情報を前記所定金額だけ減少させ、当該予約申請を承認された会員の予約した予約枠に設定された料金情報を前記所定金額だけ増加させることを特徴とする請求項２又は３に記載の管理装置。
  5. 　前記料金変更部は、前記所定金額に相当する電子的なポイントを支払うことを前記減額申請の受理の条件とすることを特徴とする請求項４に記載の管理装置。
  6. 　前記変更申請情報又は前記減額申請情報は、前記予約枠情報における未予約状態の個別の予約枠について料金情報を指定し、
    　前記料金変更部は、当該個別に指定された予約枠について前記料金情報を変更することを特徴とする請求項１乃至５のうちいずれか１項に記載の管理装置。
  7. 　前記主催申請情報又は前記変更申請情報には、前記未予約状態の予約枠の募集条件が含まれており、前記募集情報提供部は、前記主催申請情報又は前記変更申請情報の示す募集条件を前記通信網を介して提供することを特徴とする請求項１乃至６のうちいずれか１項に記載の管理装置。
  8. 　前記主催申請情報には、前記利用対象の予約の募集を主催することを申し出る会員の識別情報が含まれており、
    　前記予約申請情報には、前記利用対象の予約を申し出る会員の識別情報が含まれており、
    　前記募集情報提供部は、
    　会員を特定する識別情報と当該会員のプロフィールを示すプロフィール情報とを対応づけて記憶する会員データベースから、前記主催会員の識別情報に対応づけられたプロフィール情報を読み出して、前記主催予約枠と関連付けて当該プロフィール情報を前記通信網を介して会員に提供し、
    　前記予約申請を承認された会員の識別情報と対応づけられたプロフィール情報を前記会員データベースから読み出して、前記予約申請情報にて指定された予約枠と関連付けて当該プロフィール情報を前記通信網を介して会員に提供する、
    　ことを特徴とする請求項１乃至７のうちいずれか１項に記載の管理装置。
  9. 　前記予約申請受理部は、１の予約枠に対して複数の予約申請を受理することが可能であり、
    　前記募集情報提供部は、前記予約枠と関連付けて前記予約申請を受理した会員のプロフィール情報を前記通信網を介して会員に提供し、
    　前記予約申請受理部は、前記予約枠について前記予約申請の認否を示す認否情報を前記主催会員から前記通信網を介して受信すると、前記認否情報が前記予約申請を承認することを示す場合には、当該承認された予約申請のみに関連付けて前記予約枠を予約済状態に変更する、
    　ことを特徴とする請求項８に記載の管理装置。
  10. 　複数の会員が共同で利用する利用対象の予約を募集する情報を通信網を介して提供し、複数の会員によってなされた前記利用対象の予約に関する複数の申請を受け付けて１つのグループ予約として予約を確定させる管理方法であって、
    　前記利用対象を利用可能な人数分の複数の予約枠および当該複数の予約枠のそれぞれに設定された料金情報を含む予約枠情報を、前記通信網を介して提供するステップと、
    　前記利用対象の予約の募集を主催することを申し出る主催申請を示す主催申請情報を前記会員の通信装置から受信して当該主催申請を受理すると、前記主催申請情報にて指定された未予約状態の予約枠を主催予約枠として予約済状態に変更するステップと、
    　前記主催申請を受理された会員である主催会員の通信装置から予約枠に設定された料金を変更する変更申請を示す変更申請情報を受信して前記変更申請を受理すると、前記変更申請情報にて指定された料金情報によって未予約状態の予約枠に設定された料金情報を更新するステップと、
    　前記利用対象の予約を申し出る予約申請を示す予約申請情報を前記会員の通信装置から受信して前記予約申請を承認すると、当該予約申請情報にて指定された未予約状態の予約枠を予約済状態に変更するステップと、
    　全ての予約枠が予約済状態になった場合に、１つのグループ予約として予約を確定させるステップと、
    　を備える管理方法。
