일반적으로, 주식, 선물이나 옵션거래는 물론, 채권, 통화 등의 거래에 있어 온라인을 이용한 사이버 트레이딩이 통신기술과 전산 프로그램의 발달로 크게 증가하고 있다. 사이버 트레이딩이 증가하는 원인은 PC를 사용함에 따른 접근의 용이성, 다양한 주가정보의 제공, 시세의 실시간 파악, 빠른 매매주문 등의 장점이 많기 때문이다. 이러한 매매를 위해 HTS(Home Trading System) 등 증권사 제공 시스템의 비약적인 발전으로 인하여 개인투자자의 온라인 거래 비중은 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 도 1은 일반적인 HTS 시스템의 연결관계를 나타낸 도면이다. 도 1을 참조하면, 증권전산원(1)에서 제공되는 각종 주식 관련 정보는 통신망(2)을 통해, 증권사서버(3)로 전달되고, 또한 통신망(2)을 통해, 각 가정, 증권사 지점, 사무실 등에 구비된 사용자 단말기(4)로 전달되어, HTS 프로그램의 구동에 따라 사용자에게 나타나게 되며, 각종 거래 정보를 입력받는 등의 거래 행위를 할 수 있도록 한다.
이러한 편리한 시스템에도 불구하고, 여전히 이 시스템에서 다루어지고 제공되는 각종 정보들은, 많은 사전 학습이 되어 있지 않으면, 투자자에게는 쉽게 이해되기 어려운 내용이 대부분이다.
이를 위해 본 발명은 주식야구의 개념을 대응시키는 시스템과 방법을 제공하며, 이는 각 종목의 종목특성을 수치화하고, 이를 야구용어를 통해 쉽게 이해시키는 효과를 갖는다.
즉 각각의 종목 고유의 특성을 실제 공부하려면 많은 시간이 걸리고, 또 이를 데이터화 하지 않으므로 종목의 특성을 구체적으로 모르고 피상적으로만 생각하고 있으며, 또 일정 시간이 지나면 기억 속에서 사라지는 경우가 있으나, 본 발명의 시스템에 따르면 한 번 보면 모든 정보가 야구용어를 통해 설명되므로, 각각의 종목 특성 연구가 필요 없으며, 그 연구 시간을 대폭 단축시킬 수가 있다.
한편, 우리나라에서 가장 인기있는 스포츠 종목은 야구임에 이론의 여지가 없으며, 대다수의 사람들은 야구의 규칙과 용어를 어느 정도는 알고 있다. 주식 정보를 이러한 야구에 비유하여 설명하는 경우, 주식 초보자나 각종 이론에 어려움을 느끼는 사람들에게 쉽고 친숙하게 접근할 수 있게 된다. 이를 통해 투자자는 주식 투자의 이해도를 증가시킬 수 있으며, 통계에 대한 새로운 관점을 갖게 된다.
이를 위해 본 발명에서는, 주식 개별종목을 개개의 야구선수로 보고, 각 개별종목이 주식시장이라는 야구장에 와서 성적을 내는 것으로 기본 개념을 잡는다. 이를 통해 주식투자를 야구와 같이, 수치화된 과학적 통계 수단을 통해 분석할 수 있게 하여, 과학적 주식분석을 통한 주가예측이 가능하도록 한다. 이러한 예측을 통해, 각 주식에 대하여 아래와 같은 특성을 이해하고 예측할 수 있게 된다.

상기와 같은 개념은, 기존에는 막연하게만 생각되어 오던 것인데, 본 발명에 따르면 이를 대응용어를 통해 정의할 수 있게 되며, 이에 가장 적합한 대응용어는 야구용어이다. 야구용어를 통해 정의된 상기와 같은 특징들은, 새로운 종목의 시세 패턴에 대한 분류와 구분의 안목을 형성시키는 획기적인 역할을 하게 되어, 보다 탁월한 종목 분석이 가능하게 된다.
이러한 종목 분석은, 야구용어를 통해 투자자에게 쉽게 이해되고 추출될 수 있도록 하며, 주식 정보를 야구용어로 대응시키기 위한 시스템의 구성은 다음과 같다.
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 시스템의 구성을 블럭으로 나타내는 도면이고, 도 3은 본 발명에 따른 특성분석, 제공 방법을 나타내는 흐름도이다. 도 2 및 도 3을 참조하면, 특성분석 시스템은 통상의 개인용 컴퓨터, 스마트폰, 서버 시스템, 무선단말기, PDA, 태블릿PC 등을 포함하는 개념이며, 이들 장치가 단독적으로 특성분석 시스템의 역할을 하거나, 또는 상호 연결되어 특성분석 시스템의 역할을 할 수도 있다. 즉, 하나의 컴퓨터 단말기 내에, 정보수신부(10), 정보추출부(20), 분류대응부(30), 출력부(40), 용어정의부(50) 및 표시단말기(60)가 구비되어, 컴퓨터 단말기로 각종 RAW DATA 가 수신되면 이를 내부적으로 추출 및 산출하여 결과값을 출력 및 표시할 수도 있고, 또는 증권사나 서비스 제공사 서버에 정보수신부(10), 정보추출부(20), 분류대응부(30), 출력부(40) 및 용어정의부(50)가 구비되고, 그 결과값만 서버로부터 출력되어 통신망으로 연결된 다른 표시단말기(60)에 표시되도록 하여, 결과값의 산출까지는 서버에서 담당하고, 결과값 표시만 사용자 단말기에서 담당하게 될 수도 있을 것이다. 어느 일부 구성들이 어떻게 모듈화되어 구성되는 지는 기술적 선택과 발달에 따라 다양하게 제한 없이 적용이 가능할 것이다.
정보수신부(10)는 거래 정보를 수신하는 역할을 하며, 이러한 거래 정보는 통상 증권전산원(1; 도 1)으로부터 수신하게 된다(S1). 정보수신부(10)는 통상의 HTS 에서 수신하는 각종 관련 주식정보들을 수신하게 되며, 이는 선택된 종목의 거래일자에 따른 시가, 고가, 저가, 종가, 상승율, 하락율 등의 시세정보를 포함한다. 또한 여기서 수신되는 정보는 개별 기업 종목일 수도 있고, 코스피, 코스닥, 선물 등의 지수 종목일 수도 있다.
정보추출부(20)는 정보수신부(10)를 통해 수신된 다양한 정보 중, 필요한 거래정보를 추출하거나, RAW DATA를 연산, 도출하여 필요한 거래정보를 생성하여 출력하는 역할을 한다(S2). 예를 들어서, 정보추출부(20)는 수많은 주식정보들 중, 어떤 종목의 특정 거래일의 시가, 고가, 저가, 종가를 선택, 추출하거나 또는, 추출된 값으로 상승율을 연산하여 도출한다. 정보수신부(10)에서 수신된 다양한 시간대의 다양한 시세, 매매 데이터와 관련하여, 정보추출부(20)에서 선택적으로 추출하거나, 또는 전부를 추출하고, 또는 편집, 연산하여 분류대응부(30)에 제공하게 된다.
분류대응부(30)는 정보추출부(20)에서 전달된 각종 데이터들을 각종 조건, 수식에 따라 분류하거나, 연산하는 기능을 수행한다(S3). 이 때 분류, 연산을 위한 조건식, 계산식은 별도의 용어정의부 DB에 저장, 정의된 것을 로드하여, 처리하게 된다.
용어정의부(50)는 분류대응부(30)에서 필요로 하는 조건, 수식 등의 분류정보와, 또한 해당 분류정보에 대응되는 대응용어를 저장하고 이를 제공하여, 분류대응부(30)에서 해당 종목의 시세가 어떤 조건에 해당되어 어떤 정의된 용어에 대응되는지, 또는 반대로 용어정의부(50)에 정의된 용어에 해당하는 조건에, 해당 종목이 속하는지 등을 수행하도록 한다.
용어정의부(50)에서 저장한 분류정보는 해당 분류정보에 대응하는 대응용어가 매치되어 있으며, 분류대응부(30)에서 분류정보에 해당 여부를 분류, 연산한 후, 이를 로드된 대응용어에 대응시켜 출력, 표현하게 한다.
분류대응부(30)는 용어정의부(50)로부터 분류정보와 대응용어를 로드하고, 정보추출부(20)로부터 전달받은 조건을 분류정보에 따라 분류, 연산한 후 이를 대응용어에 매치시킨다. 이 때 대응용어는 다양하게 설정할 수 있으나, 본 발명의 주요 실시예는, 야구용어를 차용한다. 야구의 승, 패 및 통계표시는 주식의 상승, 하락 및 그 통계와 맥을 같이 하기에 적합하기 때문이다(S4). 용어정의부(50)는 야구용어와 이에 대응되는 분류정보를 저장하게 되며, 이러한 용어와 그에 대한 분류정보는 관리자의 설정에 따라 변경될 수도 있을 것이며, 추가될 수도 있을 것이다.
이렇게 매치된 결과값은 출력부(40)에서 외부로 전송되며, 이는 투자자의 개인 단말기나, 디스플레이 장치 등의 표시장치(60)를 통해 최종 전달된다. 즉, 후술하는 바와 같이, 주식 시세의 특정 패턴을 야구에서의 특정 상황을 의미하는 용어에 대응시켜 그 결과값과 함께 출력하게 된다(S5).
이하에서는, 이러한 용어정의부(50)에서 정의된 분류정보와 이에 대응되는 대응용어, 즉 야구용어를 하나씩 설명하기로 하며, 이러한 정의와 대응 내용, 패턴은 그 자체로서 특유한 특징을 갖는 것이다.
도 4 내지 도 15는 본 발명의 용어정의부에 저장된 분류정보, 대응 야구용어 및 그 계산 수식들의 실시예를 나타내는 표이다. 도 4를 참조하면, 대응용어인 야구용어 '안타'는 분류정보가 특정거래일에 종가가 보합 초과 상승한 경우를 의미하는 것으로 정의하고, 거래정보가 이에 해당하는 경우, 이를 '안타'라는 결과값으로 도출하게 된다. 표에서는 종가등락율을 일 예로 들었으나, 경우에 따라서는 종가 대신에, 시가, 저가, 고가 등으로 변형할 수도 있으며, 아울러 상승의 기준이 전일 종가일 수도 있고, 당일 시초가일 수도 있을 것이다. 이는 이하에서도 동일하다.
예컨대 A종목이 3% 상승 마감한 경우에는, 거래정보는 3% 상승이고, 이는 분류정보 중 '특정 거래일, 종가등락율이 보합초과 상승'에 해당되므로, 이를 '안타'에 대응시켜 표현하게 된다.
또한, 1, 2, 3루타는 표에서 보는 바와 같이, 5, 10, 15% 미만 상한가 직전 호가까지 범위의 상승을 의미하는 것에 대응시키고, 홈런은 상한가 즉, 당일 가격제한폭까지 상승한 것에 대응시킨다.
도 5를 참조하면, 대응용어인 야구용어 '타율'은 안타일을 거래일 수로 나눈 값이며, 이는 시가, 고가, 저가등락율을 기준으로 할 수도 있을 것이다.
도 6을 참조하면, 대응용어인 야구용어 '득점', '평균득점'은 상승 마감시의 종가 상승율과, 그 합계를 상승 거래일수로 나눈 것을 의미한다. 이 때 거래일수는, 야구용어 '경기수'에 대응될 것이다.
도 7을 참조하면, 대응용어인 야구용어 '번트'는 시가는 보합 미만에서 출발하였으나, 종가에는 보합 초과로 상승 마감한 경우를 의미하며, '번트실패'는 역으로, 시가는 보합 초과 상승상태로 출발하였으나, 종가는 보합 미만으로 하락한 것을 의미한다.
도 8을 참조하면, 대응용어인 야구용어 '도루'는 어느 한 영역에서 다른 영역으로 상승한 것을 의미하며, '2루도루'는 시초가가 5% 미만 상승에서 시작하여, 5~10% 상승 범위로 상승 마감한 경우를, '3루도루'는 시초가가 5~10% 상승에서 시작하여, 10에서 15% 미만의 상한가 직전 호가까지의 상승 범위로 상승 마감한 경우를, '홈스틸'은 시초가가 10에서 15% 미만의 상한가 직전 호가까지의 상승에서 시작하여, 상한가로 종가가 마감한 경우를 의미한다.
도 9를 참조하면, 대응용어인 야구용어 '장타율'은 상기 1, 2, 3루타 및 홈런에 가중치, 즉 각 1, 2, 3, 4로 계산하여 합한 수를 거래일 수로 나눈 값을 의미한다. '출루율'은 일정 거래일 동안 고가등락율이 보합이상 상승한 날을 거래일 수로 나눈 값이며, '득점권 타율'은 고가등락율이 2, 3루타인 상황에서 종가가 상한가로 마감한 경우의 날을 득점권 상황일수로 나눈 값을 의미한다. 또한, '연타석안타', '연타석홈런'은 가장 최근일로부터 반대로 누적되는 연속 안타일수, 연속 홈런일수를 의미한다.
도 10 및 도 11을 참조하면, 대응용어인 야구용어 '아웃'은 상기 안타, 루타와 반대로, 일정 범위로 하락한 것을 의미하는데, '1아웃'은 -5% 범위까지, '2아웃'은 -10% 범위까지, '3아웃'은 하한가 직전 호가까지 하락 마감한 경우를 의미한다.
'삼진'은 고가가 보합 이하이며, 종가가 -5% 범위 내로 하락한 경우를, '병살'은 고가가 보합 초과 상한가 직전 호가 이하로 상승 상태였으나, 종가가 -5~-10% 범위까지 하락한 경우를, '삼중살'은 고가가 보합초과 상한가 직전 호가 이하로 상승하였으나, 종가가 하한가 직전 호가 이상~-10% 범위로 하락 마감한 경우를 의미한다.
도 12를 참조하면, 대응용어인 야구용어 '승', '패', '무'는 각각, 종가가 보합 초과 상승한 경우, 보합 미만 하락 마감한 경우, 보합 마감한 경우를 의미한다.
도 13을 참조하면, 대응용어인 야구용어 '완봉승', '완봉패'는 각각, 시가, 저가, 고가 및 종가가 상한가, 하한가인 경우를 의미한다.
도 14를 참조하면, 대응용어인 야구용어 '방어율'은 일정 거래일 동안 종가등락율이 보합 미만 하락 마감한 경우의 종가하락율 합계를 하락 거래일수로 나눈 값이다. '실점'은 특정 거래일에 종가등락율이 보합 미만 하락 마감한 경우의 종가 하락율이며, '세이브'는 특정 거래일 시가등락율이 보합초과 상승하고, 종가등락율이 시가등락율 이상으로 상승 마감한 경우이며, '블론세이브'는 종가등락율이 시가등락율 미만으로 마감한 경우를 의미한다. '연속세이브'는 일정 거래일 동안, 가장 최근일로부터 반대로 누적되는 연속 세이브수를 의미한다.
도 15를 참조하면, 대응용어인 야구용어 '승률'은 종가등락율이 보합인 경우를 제외한 일정 거래일 동안, 종가등락율이 보합초과 상승 마감한 비율이며, '원정승률'은 종합주가지수가 하락하였으나, 해당 종목의 종가가 보합초과 상승 마감한 경우의 비율을 의미한다. '피홈런'은 특정 거래일에 종가등락율이 하한가 마감한 경우를 의미한다.
한편, 야구용어에는, 공격용 용어, 타자용 용어, 수비용 용어, 투수용 용어 등이 있는바, 이를 분류하여, 종합주가지수와 연계시켜 적합한 때에 사용할 수 있을 것이다. 즉, 종합주가지수가 올라간 날에는, 공격용 용어나 타자용 용어를 사용하고, 종합주가지수가 내려간 날에는 수비용 용어, 투수용 용어를 사용할 수 있을 것이다.
도 16 및 도 17은 본 발명에 따라 분석된 종목의 결과물을 야구 그라운드 및 대응 야구용어로 나타낸 도면이고, 도 18은 본 발명에 따라 분석된 각 항목별 제1등, 제300등 종목을 나타내는 표이다. 도 16 및 도 17을 참조하면, 최종적으로 출력부(40)에서 출력된 결과값은, 사용자의 선택에 따라 표시장치(60)에 도면과 같이 나타난다. 도면에 따르면, SK증권 종목의 안타수, 1루타 비율, 2루타 비율, 3루타 비율, 홈런 비율, 홈런수, 장타율, 도루, 병살 등의 내용으로 표현된다. 또한 도 17과 같이, 타자 특성치에 대한 수치와, 투수 특성치에 대한 수치를 표시할 수 있게 되어, 이를 보는 투자자로 하여금, 야구용어에서 떠오르는 이미지와 함께, 해당 수치에 대한 이해도가 월등히 향상될 수 있게 된다.
또한 도 18과 같이, 일정 기간 동안의 각 야구용어에 따른 순위를 통해, 어떤 종목이 어떤 특징을 갖는지, 투자자로 하여금 아주 쉽게 이해되도록 할 수 있게 된다. 도 18은 코스피 200 종목과 코스닥 100 종목, 총 300 종목에 대해 특정일로부터 6개월간의 실제 기술적 분석 내용을, 본 발명의 야구용어를 통해 나타낸 것으로서, 각 항목의 1등과 300등을 표현하여 나타낸 것이다. 이를 통해, 투자자는 일견하여, 해당 종목의 특성과 내용을 쉽게 이해할 수 있게 된다.
아울러, 기존에는 특별히 특징지을 수 없었던 종목 분석, 예컨대, 역대 또는 기간별 최다 홈런 종목, 최다 득점 종목, 최다 타점 종목, 최다 안타 종목, 최다 도루 종목, 최다 연속 번트 종목, 최고 장타율 종목, 최고 출루율 종목, 최단 홈런 주기 종목, 최단 피홈런 주기 종목 등의 항목으로써, 종목을 특징지우고 분류하여, 투자자에게 제공할 수 있으므로, 투자자의 이해도 향상은 물론 특성에 대한 새로운 정의와 개념이 형성되는 효과가 있게 된다. 이러한 종목을 단순히 기존의 주식 용어만으로는 딱히 설명하거나 특징지울 방법이 없는데, 본 발명에 따르면 이러한 설명 및 특정이 가능하게 된다. 또한, 타율 등을 그래프로 나타내거나 게임화하여 표현할 수도 있으며, 전체 종목 중 종목간의 절대적, 상대적 비교를 하여 시장의 주도주를 발굴할 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있으며, 업종 종목간은 물론 테마주 영역에도 절대적, 상대적 비교를 하여 종목간 및 테마주 내에서도 주도주를 찾을 수 있도록 한다. 아울러 상승장, 하락장, 보합장 등의 장세별로 차별화된 통계를 통해 매매종목을 선정할 수 있도록 도와주는 역할을 하게 된다. 또한 각종 야구 지표를 통해, 비슷한 유형, 비슷한 성적의 종목을 발굴할 수 있게 되고, 종목 짝짓기의 폭을 확대할 수 있도록 하는 역할을 한다.
상기 설명중, 각각의 구성인 정보수신부, 정보추출부, 분류대응부, 출력부, 용어정의부와 그 하위 구성들은, 하드웨어적으로 각각 분리된 구성일 수도 있고, 소프트웨어적으로 기능적 구분상의 구성일 수도 있으며, 일련의 정보 체계를 각 기능별로 설명 가능하도록 유형화시킨 구성일 수도 있을 것이다.
이러한 시스템과 그 제공방법에 의해, 정확한 종목분석이 가능하게 되고, 계산 및 인식의 편리성에 따른 지표로서의 활용성이 증가하게 된다. 또한 지표가 왜곡되는 것을 방지하고, 한 번에 모든 내용을 쉽게 이해, 파악할 수 있게 되어, 투자의사 결정의 도구로서 활용이 늘어나게 된다.
한편, 본 발명은 전술한 전형적인 바람직한 실시예에만 한정되는 것이 아니라 본 발명의 요지를 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 여러 가지로 개량, 변경, 대체 또는 부가하여 실시할 수 있는 것임은 당해 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 용이하게 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 개량, 변경, 대체 또는 부가에 의한 실시가 이하의 첨부된 특허청구범위의 범주에 속하는 것이라면 그 기술사상 역시 본 발명에 속하는 것으로 보아야 한다.

  1. 통신망을 통하여 선택된 종목의 시세정보를 포함한 주식정보를 수신하는 정보수신부;
    상기 정보수신부에서 수신된 주식정보 중 일부 추출되거나, 또는 연산하여 도출된 거래정보를 출력하는 정보추출부;
    상기 정보추출부로부터 수신된 상기 거래정보가 기 설정된 분류정보 중 어느 분류에 속하는지 결정하여 대응시키는 분류대응부;
    상기 분류대응부에서 대응된 결과를 출력하는 출력부;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 야구용어 연계 증권정보 특성분석 시스템.

  9. 제 3 항에 있어서,

  31. 제 3 항에 있어서,

    상기 분류대응부는 종합지수가 하락한 거래일에, 상기 주가가 상승한 경우 이를 상기 야구용어 원정승리에 대응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 야구용어 연계 증권정보 특성분석 시스템.
  32. 제 31 항에 있어서,
    상기 분류대응부는 일정 기간 내의 원정승리일수를 상기 종합지수가 하락한 일수로 나눈 값을 야구용어 원정승률에 대응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 야구용어 연계 증권정보 특성분석 시스템.
  33. (1) 통신망을 통하여 사용자 단말기의 정보수신부가 선택된 종목의 시세정보를 포함한 주식정보를 수신받는 정보수신단계;
    (2) 정보추출부가 상기 정보수신부에서 수신된 주식정보 중 일부 추출되거나, 또는 연산하여 도출된 거래정보를 출력하는 정보추출단계;
    (3) 분류대응부가 상기 정보추출부로부터 수신된 상기 거래정보가 기 설정된 분류정보 중 어느 분류에 속하는지 결정하여 대응시키는 분류대응단계;
    (4) 출력부가 상기 분류대응부에서 대응된 결과를 출력하는 출력단계;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 야구용어 연계 증권정보 특성분석 방법.
  34. 제 33 항에 있어서,
    용어정의부가 상기 분류정보, 및 상기 분류정보에 대응되는 대응용어를 저장하고,
    상기 분류대응부는 상기 용어정의부에 저장된 상기 분류정보와 상기 대응용어를 로드하고, 상기 정보추출부로부터 수신된 상기 거래정보를 상기 분류정보에 따라 분류하여 상기 대응용어에 대응시키는 과정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 야구용어 연계 증권정보 특성분석 방법.
  35. 제 34 항에 있어서,
